Analytical relationships have been developed for the design of modified tapered roller bearings based on standard bearings of the 7000 type. The modification consists in replacing the rolling elements in the form of tapered rollers with a straight generatrix by concave rollers with an arc generatrix, which are in contact with the convex raceways of the rings. By calculation, the advantage of modified roller bearings in terms of service life in comparison with standard roller bearings of similar overall dimensions is shown.

The paper deals with the issue related to the management of the organizational system, defined as the active system Ac, in the conditions of chaos. At the same time, revealing the fractal properties of chaos, the concept of the Ac survival method under these conditions is proposed. The concept itself is based on ascertaining the fractal properties of Ac for adaptation to the environment of chaos. Based on this concept, the efficiency of the active system control has been proven. It is shown that under conditions of chaos, the stable work of Ac depends on the fractal properties that form its structure, since a fractal is a hidden order in chaos. The ratio of the use of the components P oAc is proposed to ensure the stability of the Ac. The form of fractal administrative control Ak, which plays the role of a «synovial shell» and provides synergetics for the existence of Ac, is given. The purpose of this document is to design and build a DC air conditioning system, and describe the components and characteristics of the system, including its advantages and disadvantages. Actual system performance is studied based on operational presentation and commercial applications.

The results of research and development of cogeneration gas turbine engines (GTE) of complex cycles. It is shown that the use of an overexpansion (TP) turbine in a GTE allows increase the efficiency of the engine on a par with the use of heat recovery (P). A combination of the two ways in a gas turbine engine with TP and R gives a further increase in engine efficiency. It was found that on partial loads, each design scheme has its own patterns of change in heat engineering characteristics that determine the scope of cogeneration GTE. An example of the possibility changes in the working process in the engine allowing to control the energy flows in the cogeneration power plant.

In that the context of the sun tracking system plays an important role in improving efficiency. This work aims for the development and implementation of a two-axis solar tracking system without sensors based on the program Arduino Uno’s sun diagram algorithm to capture the maximum amount of sunlight. Sun chart algorithm program predicts the exact position of the Sun at a specific time, using the latitude of a specific coordinate. With this program, the tracking strategy will accurate regardless of the environment. The program can accurately track the sun in cloudy weather. For rotation of the panel according to the algorithm developed on the basis of the solar map in horizontal and vertical directions used two servos. This improves the management strategy known as management open loop will reduce complexity, cost and availability of required components for compared to a closed loop control system based on sensors.
