In this study, hermeneutic method has been applied for Nef’i's Dîvân of poem by a selected couplet. Functioning secular understanding of the unity of God went down to the deep structure of the surface structure of verse, leaving aside. Couplet has been pointed out to the allegorical meaning. Classical Turkish literature while text commentary are generally not exceeded the traditional attitude. This attitude, will cause the text to misunderstanding the various processes that occur. Hermeneutics, will facilitate the annotation of classical Turkish poetry. Classical Turkish poetry commentary make it easier for analysis according to the hermeneutics. For this purpose, the depth of meaning Nef’i's couplets were studied to be uncover. XVII. century classical Turkish poet who lived there before Nef'î. They write poetry before him. Şeyh Galip, Hafız-ı Şirazî and Nedîm of couplets were selected to be similar. Done analysis of common themes. Thus parallels shown. Selected couplets for Nef’î’s couplet, were examined in terms of both physical and metaphysical. It is also made of micro-universe expansion. Resumo O presente trabalho tem como objetivo aplicar os pressupostos da teoria crítica da democracia e as suas implicações à hermenêutica constitucional para atualizar o debate sobre a divisão dos poderes entre circuito governo-parlamento e jurisdição constitucional, com a inserção das Instituições Participativas (IPs) como elemento de controle no caso brasileiro. Como fundamento teórico, será utilizada a proposta de abertura da hermenêutica constitucional, sumarizada no conceito de sociedade aberta de intérpretes de Peter Häberle, e a concepção de controle da Esfera Política pela Esfera Pública, em Habermas, reinterpretada sob a ótica das Instituições Participativas. Abstract This paper aims to apply the developments of democracy critical theory and its implications to constitutional hermeneutics in order to reframe the debate surrounding balance between the constitutional jurisdiction and the circuit government-parliament, inserting as a control element the Participative Institutions in the Brazilian case. For this purpose, both the proposition of opening in constitutional hermeneutics, summarized in the concept of an open society of interpreters from Peter Häberle, and the conception of controlling the Political Sphere from the Public Sphere, in Habermas, will be used as theoretical framework reinterpreted under the optics of Participative Institutions.

This article develops the relationship between Hans-Georg Gadamer and Spanish philosophers at the end of the 20th century after the completion of a research stay in the Deutsche Literatur Archiv in Marbach. New materials and unpublished correspondence recently found in the Deutsche Literatur Archiv in Marbach reveal common interests and intellectual links between Hans-Georg Gadamer and several Spanish philosophers: Jose Ortega y Gasset, Julián Marías, Laín Entralgo, Xavier Zubiri or Emilio Lledó. The letters, that Gadamer wrote and received, show that the evident dialogical character of Gadamer’s hermeneutic was always one of his most representative characteristics. These unpublished notes are of particular interest in the understanding of the history of philosophy in Spain and the hermeneutical development. El trabajo que a continuación se presenta, fruto de una estancia investigadora en el Deutsches Literatur Archiv de la ciudad de Marbach en Alemania, se ocupa de las relaciones epistolares entre Hans-Georg Gadamer y los filósofos españoles del siglo XX. El hallazgo de nuevos documentos así como el análisis de su correspondencia inédita, revelan intereses y vínculos intelectuales comunes entre Hans-Georg Gadamer y algunos filósofos españoles de la talla de José Ortega y Gasset, Julián Marías, Laín Entralgo, Xavier Zubiri o Emilio Lledó. Las cartas que Gadamer escribe y recibe de estos pensadores muestran que el eminente carácter dialógico de la hermenéutica gadameriana fue siempre en el filósofo alemán una de sus características más representativas. Estas notas inéditas halladas en el Deutsche Literatur Archiv son de especial interés para comprender la no siempre comprensible situación de la filosofía en España y el desarrollo de la hermenéutica.

The work is based on the idea that literature is less than her own myth, very active in the last few decades in elitist circles. When Borges wrote the Babel Library, he prefigured an important direction in literary criticism, much more seductive than the discourse analysis and formal hermeneutics. It is the mitologisation of literature, as a superior and unique space for the being. It was born, therefore, in the same era of discourse analysis – a mysticism of the book. The work calls into question the representative positions of Harold Bloom and Toma Pavel to identify their limits and the inability to logically legitimize a mysticism of the book. The argument wants to show that the mysticism of the book is a false mystique and a game of religion, extremely sophisticated but very careful with the stubborn arrogance of the hermeneutic.

Este artículo propone una lectura hermenéutica del discurso fragmentario de uno de los autores de referencia de la teoría crítica. Se desarrolla el análisis a partir de la teoría de la traducción incompleta de Benjamin. Su estilo de escritura y sus tesis en constante proceso de revisión, se pueden entender como precursoras del deconstruccionismo. Esta posición especial de Benjamin no es fruto del azar, sino que es el producto de una determinada manera de entender la construcción de la teoría crítica. This paper proposes an hermeneutic interpretation of the fragmentary discourse of one of the authors of reference of the critical theory. The analysis develops from the theory of the incomplete translation of Benjamin. The Benjamin style of writing and its thesis in constant review process can be understood as precursors of the deconstruction. Our hypothesis is that this special Benjamin position is not developed by chance, but it is the result of a specific way of understanding the construction of the critical theory.

The topic this survey proposes for debate is the issue of truth in socialsciences. Configuring the content of the notion of truth so that it should befunctional within a social theory is a problematic matter. There are twosources to generate this, namely: a) the historical dynamics of society; b) thedouble methodology of scientific research, respectively: application of themethods of natural sciences, and/or assumption of the interpretationalmethods related to the specificity of social sciences.With hermeneutics, there is the possibility of unicity in the form ofcomplementarity, as it regards truth both as a correspondence ofpropositions with the reality described, and at the same time, in relationwith a cultural paradigm, with the interests for knowledge and the beliefs tobe encountered in the existential project assumed.

Als Klassischer Philologe bekleidet Friedrich Nietzsche in der Philologie des 19. Jahrhunderts eine Außenseiterposition, die hauptsächlich auf seiner in Zunftkreisen als disziplinfern verurteilten Tragödienschrift gründet. Erst in der zweiten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts beschäftigt sich die Klassische Philologie intensiv mit seinen Schriften und bemüht sich um eine positive Neubewertung des Philologen Nietzsche, wobei er immer noch oftmals als der Disziplin Außenstehender behandelt wird. Diese Arbeit unternimmt den Versuch, Nietzsche in die Disziplin-geschichte zu reintegrieren und wissenschaftshistorisch zu verorten. Anhand biographischer Daten und wissenschafts- historischer Eckpunkte wird dargestellt, dass es sich bei Nietzsche um einen geradezu typischen Klassischen Philologen handelt, dessen Habitus sich als deckungsgleich mit dem Selbstbild der Philologie im 19. Jahrhundert beschreiben lässt. Seine philologischen Schriften, die sich kritisch mit der Philologie auseinandersetzen, dienen als konstruktive Reformvorschläge, aus denen ein Philologiekonzept Nietzsches rekonstruiert wird. Dieses lässt sich in das neuhumanistische Philologiebild des frühen 19. Jahrhunderts einreihen, als diese aufgrund der Synthese von Wissenschaft und Bildung (Wilhelm von Humboldt) zum Leitfach avancierte. Nietzsches Philologiekonzept verweist zudem auf tradierte Disziplinentwürfe: Wie Friedrich August Wolf definiert er die Philologie über die besondere Dignität ihres Gegenstandes, die jedoch nicht nur behauptet, sondern auch wissenschaftlich und methodisch begründet werden muss. Es braucht demnach eine Methodik (philologisches Lesen, August Boeckh), die der Klassizität des Gegenstandes gerecht wird. Die Normativität des Klassischen widerstrebt jedoch jeglicher Objektivität, weshalb Nietzsche auf den exklusiven Philologen setzt, wie er ihn, angelehnt an das philologische Ethos von Karl Lachmann, skizziert. As a classical philologist Friedrich Nietzsche holds the position of an outsider in the philology of the 19th century, which correlates with his paper „Die Geburt der Tragödie aus dem Geiste der Musik“. It was critized as nonscientific in perspective of the philological discipline. After the mid-20th century classical philologists start focussing on Nietzsche’s writings and try to reevaluate him as a philologist in a positive way. However, he is still often treated as an outsider from the philological discipline. This thesis tries to reintegrate Nietzsche into the history of the philological discipline. Based on biographical data and facts of the history of science it will be demonstrated, in what way Nietzsche can be seen as an almost typical classical philologist, whose habitus can be described as congruent with the self-image of the philology in the 19th century. His philological writings, which deal with philology in a hypercritical way, serve as constructive reform proposals, that can be used to reconstruct Nietzsche’s own conception of philology. This understanding of the philological discipline can be integrated into the image of neohumanistic education or that of philology in the early 19th century. When philology advanced to the position of a leading discipline as a result of the synthesis of science and education (Wilhelm von Humboldt). Nietzsche’s conception of philology also refers to traditional philological drafts: Like Friedrich August Wolf Nietzsche defines philology by the special dignity of its scientific object, which is not only assumed but also has to be scientifically and methodically proven. Hence a methodology is needed, that fulfils the classicism of the scientific object (philological reading, August Boeckh). But the normativity of the classicism resists scientific objectivity in general. That explains the need for the exceptional type of philologist, like Nietzsche describes referring to the philological ethos by Karl Lachmann.

Die Dissertation geht der Fragestellung nach, in welcher Weise Schulbücher fachwissenschaftliche Forschung rezipieren und welches biblische Textverständnis sie dabei zugrunde legen. Am Beispiel der alttestamentlichen Schriftprophetie, einem Thema das vom Lehrplan obligatorisch für die Sekundarstufe I vorgesehen ist, analysiert und bewertet diese Arbeit evangelische Religionsbücher und konfrontiert Fachwissenschaft und Schulbuchdarstellungen, um Form und Motive einseitiger Rezeptionen zu ermitteln. Es besteht der begründete Verdacht, dass sich ein primär an den Produktionsbedingungen ausgerichtetes Interesse wie es die Forschung verfolgt, einer eher rezeptionsorientierten Auswertung von Texten, wie es die Religionsbücher vornehmen, widersprechen. In Form additiver Rezensionen analysiert die Arbeit sechs Religionsbucheinheiten und wertet sie unter den Gesichtspunkten Erziehungsziel, Fachdidaktik, Wissenschaftsverständnis und Fachwissenschaft/Prophetenbild aus. Die Ergebnisse aus den Analysen zeigen -wie bei fast allen Schulbuchanalysen- deutliche Desidirate auf. Diese liegen vor allem auf dem Gebiet der Textwahrnehmung. Die Religionsbücher verstehen die Überlieferungen meist nicht als literarisch und theologisch gewachsene Schriftzeugnisse, sondern werten sie oft vorschnell im Blick auf ein bestimmtes -meist sozial ausgerichtetes- Erziehungsziel aus. Es kommt so zu einer flächigen Lesart der historisch abständigen Texte. Die biblischen Überlieferungen werden auf strukturell gleichbleibende Züge reduziert: Die Kategorie der Fremdheit geht verloren. Im Vordergrund steht das Interesse, Sinnkontinuität zu wahren und die immer noch bestehende Aktualität der alten Überlieferungen für die Gegenwart nachzuweisen. Die Schulbücher rufen auf zu mehr Engagement für sozial Benachteiligte und zum Einsatz für Ökologie und Umweltschutz. Die alttestamentlichen Schriftpropheten (vor allem Amos, Jesaja und Jeremia) wie auch ihre aktuellen "Gegenspieler" aus Geschichte und Gegenwart (Martin Luther King, Mutter Theresa, Desmond Tutu u.a.) werden in diesem Kontext zu Vorbildern stilisiert, denen es nachzuahmen gilt. Die Gerichtsthematik, die gerade für die vorexilische Prophetie kennzeichnend ist, wird von den Religionsbüchern kaum aufgegriffen. Die Vorstellung von einem Eingreifen Gottes in die Geschichte, die bei biblischen Texten gut belegt ist, sperrt sich einer unreflektierten Übertragung auf die Gegenwart. Greift Gott in die Geschichte ein, wenn das Unrecht überhand nimmt? Dieser Frage weichen die Religionsbücher durch eine selektive Textauswahl aus: Im Vordergrund stehen keine Gerichtsworte, sondern Mahnrede und Umkehrrufe! Die Religionsbücher favorisieren damit ein deutlich deuteronomistisches und eher wertkonservatives Prophetenbild., This dissertation investigates the ways in which schoolbooks incorporate scientific research and upon which biblical interpretation they are based. Using the texts of the Old Testament prophets, subject matter which is designated part of the compulsory timetable in Grade I of German secondary schools [Sekundarstufe I], this work analyses and evaluates protestant religious textbooks, and compares and contrasts specialist knowledge and schoolbook depictions in order to examine the often one-sided manner in which their form and motifs are incorporated. There is a justified suspicion that an interest which is primarily oriented to the conditions under which texts were produced, such as that pursued by scientific research, runs contrary to the religious textbooks' more reception-oriented evaluation. In the form of a series of reviews, the study analyses six individual units from religious textbooks and evaluates them from the perspective of educational aims, subject teaching methods, scientific interpretation and specialist knowledge/prophet depiction. The results of the analysis demonstrate - as is the case with almost all analyses of schoolbooks - clear deficiencies. These can be seen above all in the text perception. The religious textbooks do not understand the traditions as evolved, recorded literary and theological testimonials, but more often evaluates them prematurely in the light of a particular - mostly socially oriented - educational aim. This leads to a two-dimensional manner of reading the historically diachronic texts. The biblical records are reduced to characteristics which are structural equals, and the sense of equivocalness is lost. Central here is the wish to retain a sense of continuity and to demonstrate the continuing relevance of the ancient records for the present. The schoolbooks call for pupils to show more commitment to the socially underprivileged and to involve themselves in ecology and conservation. The texts of the Old Testament prophets (above all Amos, Isaiah and Jeremiah) as well as their current "opposite numbers" from history and from the present (Martin Luther King, Mother Theresa, Desmond Tutu, etc.) are stylised here as examples to be imitated. Jugdement which is particularly characteristic for pre-exile prophecy, is scarcely taken up by the religious textbooks. The idea of God's intervention in history, of which there is much evidence in the biblical texts, cannot simply be transposed into the present. Does God intervene in history if injustice becomes rife? The religious textbooks evade this question through their selective choice of texts: words of threat are not central here, but rather exhortations and admotions. Thus the religious textbooks favour a clearly deuteronomic and conservative image of the prophets.
