The present research examines the problem of the formation of new sacred sites around one of the most well-known archaeological complexes of the Bronze Age in the Southern Urals. To do so, the author applied the results of field research done of his own at the Akhunovo cromlech and analysed scientific literature and internet resources. Proceeding from the received data, the author traced the process of formation of sacred insight of the monument, determined the main reasons and participants of the sacralisation process and established probable negative outcomes of this phenomenon.

The article is dedicated to ontological foundations (or their elements) in cosmology. A detailed analysis of one of the modern cosmology main problems, the problem of dark energy is represented. It's demonstrated that in spite of a sufficient quantity of the empirical facts which may be interpreted as an accelerated expanding of the Universe and also the dark energy as a cause of this expanding the nature of the latter may be understood differently. It's impossible to choose a mode of understanding empirically but necessary to consider according methodology tied with ontological principles.

La porosité diffuse est un problème bien connu dans la fabrication des composites. Même si la teneur globale en porosité reste en dessous d'un seuil qui cause une réduction significative des performances mécaniques, sa présence peut masquer la détection d'autres éléments de subsurface et de défauts plus critiques tels que les décollements et les délaminations. Pour étudier ce phénomène, une étude a été réalisée avec la dolphicam2 de dolphitech sur des panneaux en CFRP ayant des niveaux de porosité différents. Les résultats montrent que l'intensité du signal dans la profondeur du réflecteur diminue considérablement avec la porosité, mettant en évidence son effet de couverture d'autres défauts. Ces résultats incluent des images détaillées et des données numériques, aidées par C-scan en temps réel de dolphicam2 et l'analyse statistique intégrée.

We report on the severe course of a Streptococcal Toxic Shocklike Syndrome (STSLS). The initial diagnosis as well as the causal therapeutic approaches were complicated and prolongated definitely by the serological detection of auto-antibodies. Besides the presentation of clinical and paraclinical findings the report responds to relevant differential diagnoses and the corresponding strategies of therapeutic intervention.

Cervical spinal cord injuries represent about 40% of all spinal cord lesions. In addition to the complete paralysis of the lower limbs they induce a dramatic decrease of upper limb function. Surgical rehabilitation of the upper limbs, based mainly on tendon transposition procedures, was advocated by only few surgeons more than thirty years ago and has developed in recent years in view of their satisfactory results. We report a consecutive series of 69 tetraplegic patients operated during the past twelve years, amounting to 188 rehabilitation procedures on their upper limbs. Our results indicate that surgery was beneficial in all cases. There was no case of functional loss and the patients were mostly satisfied with the procedures.

Haemophilia A is caused by a genetic defect of the factor VIII gene resulting in complete or considerable functional loss of factor VIII molecule within blood. The high bleeding risk of patients can be prevented by intravenous injections of factor VIII protein. However, 25% of patients affected with severe haemophilia, develop factor VIII antibodies against the concentrate substituted. Within this study we try to comprise the phenotypic parameters (e. g. detailed documentation of disease course, basic laboratory values) and the therapy-associated data (e. g. applicated type and amount of factor VIII, number of substitutions, factor VIII recovery, inhibitor development and inhibitor elimination). We hope to identify differences of variable therapeutic treatments on course of disease as already identified for the factor VIII gene defects. At least we expect that certain mutations and mutation types, respectively, can be referred to typical phenotypes and similar course of treatment protocols.
