The assessment of the current state and prospects of social entrepreneurship development in Ukraine based on qualitative and quantitative SWOT analysis, taking into account the synergy between the opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses of the object are suggested and conducted in the article. The expert survey method was applied to evaluate the factors are identified through SWOT analysis.The priority areas of social entrepreneurship development in Ukraine had been identified on the basis of the sophisticated matrix of the SWOT- analysis. The overriding objectives of social entrepreneurship development in Ukraine are making public authorities as well as civil society aware of the solutions required for the problems of social entrepreneurship development in Ukraine through media and communications.The adoption of the Act on social entrepreneurship and its support at the national, regional and local level; the formulation and adoption of the special long-term development programmes to promote social entrepreneurship, introduce legislation to set up a specific registration system for social enterprises, including the regularly monitoring of their activities - the measures are necessary to achieve more effective implementation and increasing the scope and scale of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine.The establishment of the education programmes in the field of social entrepreneurship in the universities, organizing and conduction of teaching workshops, trainings, and courses on social entrepreneurship for the wide public - would give new impetus to the development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine as the source of the citizens' initiatives.

Summary Many mining operations produce tailings that dewater very slowly under self-weight consolidation. On way of reducing the water content of such tailings is by coagulation/flocculation processes (C/F processes). This paper describes a study using aluminium chloride and pre-hydrated aluminium salts as aluminium chlorohydrate – ACH (F1.2A, F1AM, FD15, FDM17H, F1S) and polyaluminium chloride – PACl (PAX-18) in dewatering of flotation tailing slurries, resulting from coal flotation in the coal preparation at the Paskov Mine (Czech Republic). Experiments were conducted at different temperature and mixing conditions to simulate full-scale conditions. The results point to a potentially technique for reducing the water content of tailings streams, thus increasing storage space, improving economic and environmental aspects.

Rohstoffe werden derzeit überwiegend aus Primärquellen mit Hilfe aufwendiger hydrometallurgischer Verfahren gewonnen. Eine deutlich umweltfreundlichere und kostengünstigere Methode stellt das Bioleaching dar. Mit Hilfe von Mikroorganismen können die Wertmetalle aus Primär- und auch aus Sekundärquellen gelöst werden. Eine nachgeschaltete effiziente Aufreinigung und Separation der Wertstoffe kann durch gezielt designte Solventextraktionen oder Membrantechniken erfolgen.

International audience; A new contactless technique is presented for the detection of micron-sized insulating particles in the flow of an electrically conducting fluid. A transverse magnetic field brakes this flow and tends to become entrained in the flow direction by a Lorentz force, whose reaction force on the magnetic-field-generating system can be measured. The presence of insulating particles suspended in the fluid produce changes in this Lorentz force, generating pulses in it; these pulses enable the particles to be counted and sized. A two-dimensional numerical model that employs a moving mesh method demonstrates the measurement principle when such a particle is present. Two prototypes and a three-dimensional numerical model are used to demonstrate the feasibility of a Lorentz force particle analyzer (LFPA). The findings of this study conclude that such an LFPA, which offers contactless and on-line quantitative measurements, can be applied to an extensive range of applications. These applications include measurements of the cleanliness of high-temperature and aggressive molten metal, such as aluminum and steel alloys, and the clean manufacturing of semiconductors.
