The article elaborates on two significant notions of Heidegger’s philosophy - “production” and “creation” - representing different ways in which being and Dasein relate to each other. We show that the process of creation is rooted in a “non-metaphysically” understood concept of nature, that is, in the kinetic character of being, which is essentially different from the understanding of being as eidos. If nature is seen as “being as such”, as the source of any creation and any relation (and the possibility of relation), then “technical” dimension becomes a part of natural process, opening a prospect of a new understanding of technology in communion with poetry and thought.

The article discusses the ethical and moral education of students in contemprary Russian technical universities. The author points out the need to strengthen the educational component of the higher education system. The author proposes to introduce more active in training the ethical component, which includes not only the interpretation of the students of codes of professional ethics of engineers, but also to examine the challenges of social and ethical issues related to engineering work and moral evaluation of art in general.

Данная статья является попыткой осмысления процесса слияния и гомогенизации искусства, науки и техники. Материалом для анализа и размышлений становятся события одного из самых авторитетных трансмедиальных фестивалей Германии «CYNETART» (Дрезден) 2014 года. Его темой является человек коммуникативный, пытающийся с помощью новых информационных технологий установить связь и взаимопроникновение миров искусства и науки, реальной и виртуальной действительности и даже контакт с другими видами жизни на Земле. Автору статьи удалось присутствовать почти на всех проектах и перформансах фестиваля и принять в некоторых из них интерактивное участие.

The article shows that philosophy, after losing out its dominance as a form of man's relationship to the world in the 5-7 centuries AD, consistently becomes “a handmaiden of religion” (5-15 AD), and then “handmaiden of science” (18-20 centuries AD). It is also shown that the crisis of scientific rationality (20th century), suggests that science, as the dominated form of man's relationship to the world, is gradually giving their dominance to Technology. This process is manifested in the fact that “the volume of discovered reality” by science ceases to satisfy the needs of man, gives a way to “the volume of the constructed reality” by technology. With the advent of the dominance of technology, philosophy will inevitably come in the position of its maid. However, in a time when science is losing its dominance, and the technology has not been fully acquired it - there is a chance for philosophy to say its new word, as it has been during the change of dominance between religion and science in the 16-18 centuries. In paper presented explicitly three maxims of the religion, science and technology.

The article is devoted to definition of essence of modern technology, its moral evaluation and defining the place in the structure of the modern civilization. It is noted that the moral evaluation of technics includes its ethical reflection, and also searching for ways out of the crisis generated by the equipment and technogenic civilization.

Стремительное развитие новых информационных технологий не только кардинально изменило современный звучащий мир, но и серьезно пошатнуло основы наших представлений об искусстве, творчестве, авторстве. Для понимания происходящих процессов представляется необходимым обратиться к философскому аспекту относительно новой науки о теории информации и коммуникации. В задачу данной статьи входит знакомство с основными идеями и понятиями влиятельного мыслителя XX века, медиафилософа и коммуниколога Вилема Флюссера (1920-1991), а именно такими как: информация, коммуникация, культурная память, культурная революция, человеческое достоинство, стирание границ между точными и гуманитарными науками, искусством и техникой, а также краткое изложение его позитивной технической утопии «Телематика». Целью статьи является расширение дискуссионного поля о дальнейшем развитии искусства в эру новых информационных технологий.
