With the start of the Corona pandemic, the Helios nursing schools faced many challenges. Face-to-face teaching had to be switched to digital, communication no longer took place on site but on channels such as Zoom, Skype or Teams. At the same time, the Helios central library licensed an interactive learning tool and made it available to the nursing schools. This paper describes the process of implementation, communication, support and collaboration around the platform in the midst of a time when contact restrictions became commonplace. It has become clear that the library can and must support the development of media and information literacy in nursing schools. Despite the high communication effort that continues, the Helios central library is much more present in the minds of all teachers and students. Thanks to the project, the library has established itself as a point of contact for the nursing schools. Mit dem Beginn der Corona-Pandemie standen die Helios Bildungszentren vor vielen Herausforderungen. Der Präsenzunterricht musste auf Digital umgestellt werden, die Kommunikation erfolgte nicht mehr vor Ort, sondern auf Kanälen wie Zoom, Skype oder Teams. Zeitgleich hat die Helios Zentralbibliothek (HZB) eine interaktive Lernplattform lizenziert und den Bildungszentren zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieser Beitrag beschreibt den Prozess von Einführung, Kommunikation, Support und Zusammenarbeit rund um die Plattform inmitten einer Zeit, in der Kontaktbeschränkungen zum Alltag wurden. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass die Bibliothek beim Ausbau der Medien- und Informationskompetenz in Bildungszentren unterstützen kann und muss. Trotz des hohen Kommunikationsaufwandes, der weiter fortbesteht, ist die HZB viel präsenter in den Köpfen aller Akteure. Die Bibliothek hat sich dank des Projektes als Anlaufstelle für die Bildungszentren etabliert.

Diese Bachelorarbeit befasst sich mit dem Thema der Bildungspartnerschaft und zwar insbesondere in der Eingewöhnung aus der Perspektive der Eltern. Diesbezüglich wurde mittels theoretischer Überlegungen und einer empirischen Untersuchung folgender Frage nachgegangen: Wie erleben Eltern die Zusammenarbeit mit den pädagogischen Fachkräften in der Eingewöhnung? Hinsichtlich der Zusammenarbeit im Allgemeinen, aber auch speziell in der Eingewöhnung zeigt sich, dass in der fachspezifischen Literatur vorwiegend von einer Bildungs- und Erziehungspartnerschaft gesprochen wird. Als bedeutsam wird diesbezüglich im Eingewöhnungsprozess vor allem die gemeinsame Gestaltung und Vorbereitung gesehen. Aber auch eine Zusammenarbeit im Sinne einer Ko-Konstruktion wird als wesentlich erachtet. In aktuellen Studien wird zwar durchaus bereits die Zusammenarbeit aus der Perspektive der Eltern beleuchtet, ob und inwiefern Eltern in den Eingewöhnungsprozess im Rahmen der Eingewöhnung miteinbezogen werden und/oder wie sie diese Zusammenarbeit auch erleben wird in diesen noch nicht beleuchtet. Diese Arbeit versucht dazu einen ersten Eindruck und Einblick zu liefern. Hinsichtlich des Erlebens zeigt sich in den Ergebnissen unter anderem, dass die geforderte Miteinbeziehung der Eltern in den Eingewöhnungsprozess kaum oder gar nicht gelebt wird und sich Eltern in diesem vielmehr nicht wahrgenommen fühlen. Gemäß dem Erleben der Eltern kommt zum Vorschein, dass die Zusammenarbeit in der Eingewöhnung sich vorwiegend am Kind orientiert und weniger an den Eltern. In diesem Zusammenhang wird als Konsequenz für die elementarpädagogische Praxis unter anderem ein Fort- und Weiterbildungsbedarf sichtbar. Die pädagogischen Fachkräfte, aber auch die Leiter*innen müssen diesbezüglich unter anderem darin geschult werden, Fähigkeiten des Mentalisierens und Containments aus- bzw. weiterzubilden. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of educational partnership, especially in the acclimation period from the perspective of the parents. In this regard, the following question was investigated by means of theoretical considerations and an empirical study: How do parents experience the cooperation with the pedagogical staff during the acclimation period? With regard to cooperation in general, but also specifically in the acclimation period, it is apparent that the specialist literature predominantly speaks of an educational and upbringing partnership. In this respect, the joint design and preparation of the acclimation period is seen as particularly important. However, cooperation in the sense of co-construction is also considered essential. In current studies, the cooperation from the perspective of the parents is already illuminated, but whether and to what extent parents are involved in the acclimation process and/or how they experience this cooperation is not yet illuminated in these studies. This paper attempts to provide a first impression and insight. With regard to the experience, the results show, among other things, that the required involvement of the parents in the acclimatization process is hardly lived or not lived at all and that parents rather do not feel perceived in this process. According to the experience of the parents, it appears that the cooperation in the acclimation process is primarily oriented toward the child and less toward the parents. In this context, a need for further education and training becomes apparent as a consequence for elementary pedagogical practice. The pedagogical staff, but also the directors of the kindergarten, must be trained in this regard, among other things, in the skills of mentalizing and containment.

Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Bedeutung des Anmeldegespräches, insbesondere für den Verlauf der weiteren Zusammenarbeit in elementarpädagogischen Einrichtungen zwischen Eltern und Fachkräften. Es wird aufgezeigt, dass in der vorliegenden Literatur, dem Anmeldegespräch eine große Bedeutung zugeschrieben wird. Es legt den Grundstein für die weitere Zusammenarbeit und einer Erziehungs- und Bildungspartner*innenschaft. Diesem wesentlichen Erstkontakt wird in der elementarpädagogischen Forschung nach wie vor wenig Aufmerksamkeit beigemessen. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Forschungslücke auszumessen und praktische wie theoretische Impulse zur Schließung der Forschungslücke zu geben. Der Anstoß für diese wissenschaftliche Arbeit ist das Beobachtungsprotokoll von dem Kindergartenkind „Romy“. Anhand dieses negativem Praxisbeispiel wird ersichtlich, welche Grundlagen und Kompetenzen für ein professionelles Anmeldegespräch notwendig sind. This paper deals with the importance of the registration interview, especially for the course of further cooperation in daycare center between parents and professionals. It is shown that in the available literature, the application interview is attributed great importance. It lays the foundation for further cooperation and an upbringing and education partnership. This essential first contact is still given attention in elementary pedagogical research. The aim of this work is to measure the research gap and to provide practical and theoretical impulses to close the research gap. The impetus for this scientific work is the observation protocol of the kindergarten child "Romy". On the basis of this negative practical example, it becomes clear which basics and competences are necessary for a professional application interview.
