The article comes from ethnographic observation conducted at the request of the management of the Agrifam project. The ethnographic data collected, attempts not only to speak about the management questions, but allows conclusions to be drawn from the representation of the project team’s reality and what the ethnographer draws out from fields observation. Focalizing on the object of the research, the author has a critical approach to the deterministic model of international project planning and reflects on the possible benefits of integrating anthropologic knowledge with project conception.

CIRCULAR economy ,SOCIAL enterprises ,SUSTAINABLE development ,SMALL business ,ECONOMIC models ,INTERNET content - Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has exposed the leadership inability of the head of several states. This is also an occasion for countries' policymakers to reconsider policies regarding priorities for policies. Combining with the COP26 conference after the beginning of the new normality, where policymakers gathered for initiating collective actions to tackle climate change. This event turns out that requires collective action in the private and business sector in handling sustainability. These events play very crucial factors in paving the way for the increase of competitiveness in the market through a more sustainable business model. The circular economy is a recent tendency of developed countries while implementing policy within these criteria. The approach of the Environment, Social and Governance report indicator (ESG) is not new and a favorable option for many multinational corporations including small and medium-sized enterprises in several developed countries. ESG is expected that investors and policy-makers would evaluate firms regarding sustainability. It is to say that ESG will be a factor in the process of shaping the global circular economy. However, enterprises in developing countries might take slow progress in this regard, especially in Vietnam. The dissemination of the circular economy is somewhat slow. Vietnam is gradually employing this economic model. And firms operating within the country are being encouraged to shift their linear business model to a circular economic business model. Vietnam's government is making its effort to pave the way for more sustainable economic development by raising awareness of the circular economy, ESG, and sustainable business. Based on the exploratory research, this paper uses web content analysis, secondary sources, and literature research especially the national policies to revise the perspectives of the government and firms. Moreover, this paper should view the development trend of the circular economy in Vietnam. This paper will investigate the situation in Vietnam by analyzing national reports and policies. Several enterprises implementing the circular economy model will be taken under consideration regarding their direction and how they perceive it. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The field of urban health, i.e., the application of public health for people in the city, is oriented towards both scientific knowledge and practical action. In the international arena, a scientific infrastructure exists for this purpose. Despite the common roots of public health and urban planning in Germany, the connection between these fields of work was not very apparent for a long time. Legal requirements for the participation of public health service in (urban) planning processes have had little impact so far. The aim of this study was to connect to international urban health developments in order to make the topic more visible, to support professional exchange and to give impulses for research and practice. To express the close links between human health, ecological stability and social justice, the approach was conceived as sustainable urban health. With this in mind, the program "City of the Future - Healthy, Sustainable Metropolises" was initiated in 2011.This article characterizes the basic approach as integrating and describes the underlying guiding principles, i.e., "View field expansion" as an epistemological principle and "Bridge building" as an action-guiding principle, and outlines the details. The spectrum of topics ranges from medical and nursing care over "classical" prevention and health promotion to health in all policies. Within this approach, "smaller" tasks can be pursued, e.g., an overview of local health actions and actors, networking promotion, or preserving significant developments in collective memory. At the same time, it is about contributions to the solution of "big" tasks, e.g., the derivation of conclusions from the Corona learning experience, a more consistent implementation of health in all policies, or transformation steps towards an ecologically sustainable development of society. Legal norms, public health services, health reporting, and urban planning come up as leitmotifs. The article also outlines the genesis of the position papers in this supplementary volume and concludes with an outlook., Competing Interests: Die Autorinnen/Autoren geben an, dass kein Interessenkonflikt besteht., (The Author(s). RIGHT to education , *EDUCATIONAL quality , *SUSTAINABLE development , *GENDER , *PERENNIALS - Abstract
Education is one of the defining features of human civilization. The United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 4 evangelizes inclusive and equitable access to quality education and promotes lifelong learning opportunities without recourse to gender. Nigeria has made giant strides in bridging the gender gap associated with access to education. However, gender disparity in access to education remains a perennial problem, given that females encounter barriers ranging from cultural stereotypes, harmful religious sentiments, systemic impediments, a lack of political will and other complex socio-economic challenges. This paper sketches the education system, illuminates the socio-economic and infrastructural challenges to education on a broader level and analyzes the perennial and contemporary challenges to female education in Nigeria. It outlines potential trajectories and opportunities for a robust multistakeholder partnership framework anchored on shared interest to bridge the gender divide in educational access and advance female education in Nigeria. Artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics have emerged as game-changing technologies with the potential to revolutionize the healthcare industry. In the context of hospitals, their integration holds the promise of not only improving patient care but also driving competitive advantage and fostering sustainable development. This review paper aims to explore and evaluate the impact of AI and robotics applications on attaining competitive advantage and promoting sustainable developmenospitals, examines the current landscape of AI and robotics adoption in healthcare settings and delve into their specific applications within hospitals, including AI-assisted diagnosis, robotinitoring, and data analytics. A key finding is the insufficient use of KI to date in terms of promoting sustainable development in hospitals. Furthermore, attempts to analyze the potential benefits and challenges associated with these technologies in terms of enhancing patient outcomes, operational efficiency, cost savings, and differentiation from competitors. Drawing upon a comprehensive review of the existing literature and case studies, this paper provides valuable insights into the transformative potential of AI and robotics in hospitals.

We live in a global age of “modernity out of joint and instrumental rationality” (J. Habermas), in which the neoliberal logic of development is imposed as the dominant way of rationalization in all activities (from the economy to education and culture). This is where we are faced with the phenomenon of the rise of academic capitalism in the management of universities. The spirit of corporate logic suppresses not only the statist way of managing universities, but also any other form of autonomous associative participatory development of universities as a cognitive-educational, rational and humane community of homo academicus. This paper explores the scope of different models of education management, with a special focus on the modern university and its development contradictions. The author culminates this paper with an invocation - that if the university is to become the key cognitive and developmental capital, a factor in the development of self-awareness and a treasurer of identity culture, and a participant in the humanistic-emancipatory processes of the democratic development of society and humanity, it must avoid the traps of both statist and corporate management. In other words, the modernization process of the university management system must follow the principles of a rational, humane and participative community, whose supreme values are: the creative search for truth, the development of an autonomous critical personality, lifelong learning, patriotism and philanthropy. Achieving these goals requires the preservation and development of the university's autonomy, because it is a prerequisite for its development as a creative and critical institution in the service of truth, people and humanity. Meeting these goals requires the preservation and development of the university's autonomy, because it is a prerequisite for its development as a creative and critical institution in the service of truth, people and humanity.

An important part of the general agreement on the importance of education in achieving the goals of sustainable development also refers to the function and responsibility of the University. In this context, in recent years, much attention has been paid to advancing the process of integrating sustainability in universities, which is accompanied by the adoption of a transformative approach, linking theoretical with practical discourse and exploring new applications within and between scientific disciplines. The paper will present the concept of sustainable development in the context of education, with special emphasis on the presentation of education for sustainable development in the educational systems of Serbia. The focus of the paper is the analysis of the state of sustainable development in academic education in our country. The aim was to examine the extent to which education for sustainable development is represented at the faculties of social sciences and humanities of the University of Serbia. The selected methodology was based on the content analysis of the curriculum and syllabus with interviews with professors and assistants of selected faculties. Given that professors have been identified as bearers of education for sustainable development, the key to educating students for sustainable development is, and must be, in the education and continuous training of pedagogical staff in this field.

- Abstract
The Public Health White Paper draws up a vision of public health as a living, decentralized network that can help improve the health of the population in a sustained fashion. However, the central question remains open as to which prerequisites public health networks should fulfill in order to be effective in the long term. The aim of this paper is to provide a sociological view of the issue and offer some discussion ideas. Parsons' structural functionalism leads to the thesis that science networks in public health require structures that ensure that the 4 basic functions of viable social networks - (1) adaptation, (2) goal attainment, (3) integration and (4) latent pattern maintenance - are fulfilled. On this theoretical basis, suggestions are made to establish functional formal structures in public health networks., Competing Interests: Interessenkonflikt: Die Autoren geben an, dass kein Interessenkonflikt besteht., (© Georg Thieme Verlag KG Stuttgart · New York.)

Especially relevant at the present time is the study of the impact of the global crisis – a pandemic caused by the infection COVID-19 on the countries and the world's sustainable development. The consequences of the popular trend of globalization, a certain closedness of the principles of capitalization, and, of course, the impact of the global crisis caused by COVID-19 were investigated in the scientific work. The study aims to confirm the transformation of sustainable development trends and the transition from worldwide globalization to national capitalization of the agricultural entrepreneurship potential in the modern conditions of the global crisis of Covid-19. The goal will be achieved by tasks through accounting and analytical support and mathematical analysis of the quadratic correlation and regression dependence of the integrated indicator of sustainable development. Research methodology consist of analysis and collection of economic, environmental, and social data of agriculture in European countries. At this stage, the most significant indicators of six countries were selected: Ukraine, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Poland and Belarus. Index analysis was used for formation of an integral indicator – a sustainable development index. Also Microsoft Excel tools were used. An index analysis of the main indicators of sustainable development is provided in the paper. On the basis of the integrated index of sustainable development of agriculture, a trend line was built and a forecast of the vector of globalization/capitalization was made. An upward forecast of the integrated index of agriculture sustainable development, which indicates a continuous process of globalization was proved in the paper. This pattern corresponds to Belarus and Romania and was proved by the basis of imperial studies. The calculation and forecast of the transition from global globalization to national capitalization as a result of the impact of the pandemic and quarantine were presented in the scientific work too. This pattern is inherent in Hungary, Germany, Poland and Ukraine.

Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) is a central concept in fisheries management. It is used in calculations to define how much fish can be taken from a stock without threatening its reproductive capacity. Although several scientists criticized the concept to be inadequate as early as it had been implemented in regional and global fisheries policies and despite the fact that it did not prevent overfishing in numerous cases, it was codified in international law and is still an instrument in fisheries management today. This paper argues that - besides path dependencies and a lack of alternatives - MSY was successful because of its compatibility with economic short-term benefits on the one hand and with resource conservation in the long term on the other hand. Thus analyzing the handling of MSY during the past decades highlights both discrepancies and interrelationships between economy and ecology. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper examines interconnectedness between Covid-19 and six nested subsystems of our planet: people, economy, society, anthroposphere, biosphere and planetosphere. It argues the complexity inside of them and in their interactions. The main question is what paradigmatic shift related to sustainable development economics did Covid-19 initiate, and what are the changes in paradigmatic manifestations of a post Covid-19 sustainable economic theory. Through comparison between neoclassical economics together with neoclassical paradigm manifestations, and what should be changed to avoid business as usual and enhance environmental economy, the paper concludes that much of everyday economic intellectual constructs and activities, including dominant economic theory is the part of the present reality that is not sustainable and has to be changed.

Abstract Nuclear science and technology are used in many countries to help meet development objectives in areas including energy, human health, food production, water management and environmental protection. The focus of this paper will be on energy and specifically how nuclear energy fits into SDG 7 (Affordable and clean energy) and relates to SDG 13 (Climate action). The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030. Sustainable Development Goal 7, Affordable and clean energy, aims to “Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all”, with a focus on developing countries. This goal classes “renewable” technologies to be sustainable, while excluding nuclear energy. The term "renewable" usually includes unsustainable, high carbon biofuel. From a policy point of view, it is a problematic term. According to multiple scientific bodies, nuclear energy is clean, reliable and is needed to transition away from fossil fuels in order to combat climate change. No country in the world has been able to decarbonise its electricity sector without having either nuclear energy or - where available - substantial hydro or geothermal energy as part of the energy mix. SDG 13, Climate action, focuses on lowering greenhouse gas emissions and adaptation to climate change. This goal does not mention nuclear energy. Significant research has shown that in the absence of suitable hydro or geothermal resources, decarbonisation aims are not achieved without nuclear energy. These issues will be discussed in this paper. SUSTAINABLE development ,ECONOMIC development ,ECONOMIC indicators ,ECONOMICS - Abstract
The paper starts with a critical assessment of attempts to measure sustainability. Moreover, incentives for the present generation to follow a sustainable path are a key issue. Sustainability is threatened by discounting and by the open access structure of the relationship between present and future generations. On the other hand, there are economic causes for optimism. Particularly if the present generation corrects market failures, positive intertemporal externalities are generated. In addition to this „main stream” economic reasoning, the paper investigates whether sustainability is more likely if decision makers are not guided by the rules of homo oeconomicus. “Sustainable investments”, “green funds”, “green bonds” and “de-risking strategies”: the ambitious goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are accompanied by fundamental changes in the structures of development fi nance, which can be welldescribed by the terms fi nancialisation and de-risking. The fi nancing of renewable energy projects sheds light on these processes and shows which new dependencies and changed power structures accompany the growing importance of private fi nancing and public-private partnerships in development fi nance, specifi cally at the energy/development nexus. This paper is thus dedicated to current developments in the fi eld of renewable energy fi nancing, using the Zambian energy transition as an example. It examines the implementation of two transnationally orchestrated renewable energy projects (scaling solar and GETFiT) against the theoretical background of fi nancialisation and, in particular, the subordinate fi nancialisation strand, as well as postcolonial statehood. On the one hand, the article shows how the rapid fi nancing and implementation of renewable energy projects can succeed with a market-based risk mitigation strategy involving international institutions and investors. However, on the other hand, this process leads to the marginalisation of Zambian companies and thus impedes a possible industrialisation process and the associated creation of jobs. In addition, Zambia becomes increasingly dependent on international investors, limiting its space for political manoeuvre. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
