Numerical analysis software based on linear finnite element method and statistical damage theory concrete material has been adopted in this study. Dynamic numerical model of twin fibers pullout test of concrete matrix have been created by considering the meso-heterogeneity of concrete material. The whole process from micro-cracks initiation, propagation to crack penetration has been simulated. The influence of stress wave loading peak and loading rate on twin fibers pull-out test of concrete matrix under dynamic load has, therefore, been scrutinized. Results show that loading rate has effect on failure mode and crack propagation along interface of the twin fibers pull-out specimens. With increasing loading rates, the rate of interface crack propagation and damage area increase either.

This paper takes the historical and cultural area of Tanhualin in Wuchang District as an example, from the historical construction present situation, the value of historical architecture, discusses three aspects of the historical building protection measures, and finally draws the conclusion: historical building protection needs to emphasize on protection, do repair old as before, to protect the culture at the same time also should pay attention to regain its vitality, achieve sustainable development, and carefully reconsider historical buildings in the present age, the function of space positioning.

The BDI model has always been the focus of subject modeling research, which includes three kinds of thinking states of the rational subject: Belief, Desire and Intention. Belief is the cognition of agent to the world; it is a collection of environmental information, other agent information, and its own information that the agent has; and it is also the basis of the agent's thinking activity. Due to differences in the individual's living environment and experience, the formation of heterogeneous beliefs is an important issue in the BDI model study. This article divides individual belief set into two parts: knowledge belief and achievable belief. This article proposes an overall framework for the formation of individual heterogeneity beliefs: First, the individual's knowledge experience is modeled, and the empirical knowledge is structured and quantified into binary propositions; then the BP neural network learn and memory propositions of different combinations to form heterogeneous beliefs. Experiments show that this method can simulate the heterogeneity of individual beliefs caused by the individual's own experience, and can realize the belief generation mechanism of gradual information flow, limited attention and heterogeneous priors.

The logistics companies often face inefficient distribution and a multitude of customer complaints on the shopping festival. This paper will find out the existing terminal logistics distribution problems, and put forward some suggestions for improvement according to these problems. Combined with the suggestions, an application for the optimization of terminal logistics distribution based on IOS is designed and developed. The application can mainly be divided into order module, map navigation module and communication module. Couriers login the application, process the orders by using bar code technology and get the best solution of delivery by the map. It can improve the distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction to some extent.

This paper discusses the distribution regularity of ship arrival and departure and the method of prediction of ship traffic flow. Depict the frequency histograms of ships arriving to port every day and fit the curve of the frequency histograms with a variety of distribution density function by using the mathematical statistic methods based on the samples of ship-to-port statistics of Fangcheng port nearly a year. By the chi-square testing: the fitting with Negative Binomial distribution and t-Location Scale distribution are superior to normal distribution and Logistic distribution in the branch channel; the fitting with Logistic distribution is superior to normal distribution, Negative Binomial distribution and t-Location Scale distribution in main channel. Build the BP neural network and Markov model based on BP neural network model to forecast ship traffic flow of Fangcheng port. The new prediction model is superior to BP neural network model by comparing the relative residuals of predictive value, which means the new model can improve the prediction accuracy.
