In order to manufacture Gr.1 titanium heat exchangers, the welding property and weld structure of titanium tube-to-tubesheet are analyzed. The procedure of Pulse GTAW is used and the visual inspection, dimensional inspection, chemical composition, mechanical properties and metallographic structures are tested and analyzed. The results show that the weld joint can get ideal structure and good chemical composition, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The successful welding qualification has accumulated valuable experience for manufacture of titanium heat exchangers.

In order to solve the problems in recognition of milk somatic cells and improve the recognition efficiency and accuracy, we put forward a classification algorithm based on the gray-Scale difference Statistics(GLDS). First, the algorithm extracts the gray difference matrix of the image, and from the matrix we can calculate the texture features of cell images. Then uses the K-means algorithm to segment the cells, extracts morphological features from the nucleus. We extract the 8 morphological feature parameters, 4 texture feature parameters, and use the K-fold cross-validation and random forest classification(RF) to classify samples. Experimental results show that the correct rate is 95.36% when using the random forest classifier.

We investigate the thermal transport properties of NbN by considering three-phonon scattering (3ph), four-phonon scattering (4ph), electron-phonon (ep) scattering, and isotope (iso) scattering. By considering 4ph scattering, we find that 4ph scattering has less effect on the lattice thermal conductivity (κph) within 3-9 THz, while ep scattering has a greater effect on κph which is close to 3ph scattering in this frequency range. When the pressure is increased to 15 GPa, the κph by 148%, which is due to the decrease of the scattering phase space resulting in an increase of phonon relaxation time. We find that the κph of NbN is close to 100 W/mK, which is a potential high thermal conductivity material.

The article shows the up-to-dateness of the new informing and measuring tools and technologies development. It is reviewed the mobile complex for runtime diagnostics of technological system “machine-toolinstrument- detail”. It was found that the use of the complex allows to identify the frequency area in which the appearance of resonance of the technological system elements is possible, and thus to draw a conclusion on the technical state of the diagnosed object. It is concluded that there is the prospects for the use of the above mentioned mobile complex for vibration diagnostics.

Sorbitol was employed as the grafting agent to modify nano-silica by the hyperbranched reaction. The obtained carrier was further used to prepare immobilized 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP), which was successfully applied to produce vitamin E succinate. Two crucial steps were systematically investigated during the preparation of hyperbranched loaded DMAP: the epoxy-alcohol addition and N-alkylation reactions. For the epoxy-alcohol addition reaction, the maximum hydroxyl content reached 8.89 mmol/g when the molar ratio of sorbitol to epoxide was 2.5:1, the reaction temperature was 55 °C, the stirring rate was 500 rpm, and the reaction time was 8 h. In the N-alkylation reaction, when the reaction time was 20 h, the reaction temperature was 130 °C, the molar ratio of MAP to K$_{2}$CO$_{3}$ was 1:1.5, the KI to MAP molar ratio was 1:1 and the stirring rate was 600 rpm, the highest loading of DMAP reached 5.17 mmol/g. The catalytic performance of the loaded DMAP with different branching levels was evaluated by the acetylation reaction. The highest catalytic activity was observed in the hyperbranched catalyst, which reached 24.97 mmol/h${\cdot }$g. Moreover, the stability of the prepared immobilized DMAP was significantly enhanced. After being used for ten batches, 94.9% of the catalytic activity retention rate was obtained.

For the preparation of an immobilized DMAP derivative, 4-dimethyl-aminopyridine (DMAP) is covalently bonded to the surface of nanoscale silicon dioxide by N-alkylation. The immobilized DMAP derivative is first introduced as a catalyst to produce monomenthyl succinate in a mixed solvent system consisting of cyclohexane/acetone (3:2, v/v). The activity of this immobilized DMAP derivative reaches $0.148~\mathrm{mol}_{\mathrm{product}}/\mathrm{mol}_{\mathrm{DMAP}} {\cdot }\mathrm{h}$ and the highest yield of monomenthyl succinate reaches 91.78%. The recyclability and stability of the immobilized DMAP derivative are excellent as demonstrated by its use 10 times during the recycling operation without obvious loss of productivity. This is an efficient heterogeneous catalyst, which can prevent catalyst contamination of the product. In addition, immobilization provides a possibility for continuous production by the use of a packed-bed reactor. Excellent results are obtained, which make the nanoscale silicon dioxide immobilized DMAP derivative a more promising candidate for the industrial production of monomenthyl succinate.
