A multi-objective optimization model for multiple home users intelligent power management and control is proposed. A photovoltaic power model, an electric vehicle battery model and a load model are developed first, and then a strategy of home intelligent power management is presented based on battery operation and PV spontaneous self-use. Secondly, a multi-objective optimization model of multiple home users intelligent power management, including the user comfort, economy and optimization of load curve, is provided under the constraints. Then using a multi-objective optimization algorithm and Nash equilibrium game theory to solve the multi-objective problem. Finally, the 100-home power management and control simulation case show that the presented algorithm can improve the comfort and the economy of users effectively, but also help the power grid to peak load shifting.

The preparation of nanocrystalline aluminum (NC Al) was conducted in two steps. After the NC Al powder was synthesized by an Inert gas condensation (IGC) method in a helium atmosphere of 500 Pa, the NC Al powder was in-situ compacted into a pellet with a 10 mm diameter and 250 μm-300 μm thickness in a high vacuum (10-6 Pa-10-7 Pa) at room temperature. The NC Al samples were not exposed to air during the entire process. After the pressure reached 6 GPa, the relative density could reach 99.83%. The results showed that the grain size decreased with the increased of in-situ forming pressure. The NC Al samples present obvious ductile fracture, and the tensile properties were greatly changed with the increase of forming pressure.

This paper establishes mixed duopoly game-theoretical models to investigate the economic impacts exerted by privatization in the presence of the environmental pollution. When the residents’ environmental preference is introduced to the public firm’s objective function, we mainly find that privatization may increase the public firm’s output, decrease the private firms’ outputs, and exert no impacts on social welfare. These findings run contrast to the common findings of the studies on privatization. Moreover, Cournot competition and Stackelberg competition are separately analyzed to show that our findings are robust and irrelevant with the firms’ moves. This paper highlights the role the environmental pollution and residents’ environmental preference play in determining the economic impacts exerted by privatization.
