At present, all countries are accelerating the construction of a new type of power system based on renewable energy, and the random volatility and intermittency of new energy resources, and the low resistance and weak support of new energy power generation and grid-connected equipment exist objectively. In order to maintain the safe and stable operation of the power system, the demand for auxiliary services such as frequency regulation, peak regulation, voltage regulation, standby and black start is increasing. Therefore, with the increase of new energy penetration rate, it is necessary to explore the impact of the increase of new energy penetration rate on the cost of auxiliary services. Combined with the background that the foreign power market has been running for a long time, auxiliary service varieties are more abundant, and the new energy penetration rate of some countries or TSOs has reached a higher level, the author has conducted a study on the impact of the increase in the penetration rate of new energy on the cost of auxiliary services in foreign countries, explored the impact of the increase in the penetration rate of new energy on the cost of auxiliary services, and provided reference and guidance for the classification of auxiliary service products, the design of pricing mechanism and other key issues of the construction of the auxiliary service market in China. The uncertainty of high penetration new energy is strong. After the proportion of electric units is reduced, the flexible resources are suppressed, and the system-level energy storage can effectively relieve the frequency modulation pressure. In this paper, an energy storage capacity analysis method is proposed for new energy high permeability system. The short-term load is predicted by quantile regression analysis, so as to obtain the optimal peak regulation and frequency modulation frequency in operation, so as to further analyze the relationship between new energy permeability, capacity and energy storage power. The results show that the analytical method proposed in this paper can determine the demand capacity of the new energy high permeability system.

This article considers the optimal bidding model of traditional thermal power generation companies’ electricity sales companies, taking into account transmission congestion, under the influence of new policies such as the renewable portfolio standard (RPS) and the renewable exchange certificate (REC). Firstly, the transaction cost of green certificates is included in the cost of electricity sales, and an optimization model is established with the goal of maximizing the profit of the electricity sales company; Secondly, the node electricity price method is used to manage transmission congestion, and an optimization model is established with the goal of minimizing the cost of transmission congestion; Finally, multi agent technology and dynamic game theory are used to solve the optimal bidding strategy of the electricity selling company.

Since 2021, the state has successively issued a series of energy storage development policies. Among them, the guiding opinions on accelerating the development of new energy storage, and the notice on further promoting the participation of new energy storage in the power market and dispatching and utilization have defined the boundaries of the energy storage industry in terms of planning and construction, allocation scale, and income mode. The Henan provincial government issued relevant policies in combination with the actual situation, clarifying the direction for the development of energy storage in the province. The simulation calculation shows that this strategy can significantly improve the local consumption rate of new energy compared with the simple physical method using only energy storage technology, Reduce the power flow fluctuation of tie line, optimize the section load rate and maintain the stability of power grid.

Based on the power curve trading and non cooperative game theory and the day ahead real-time two-stage adjustment and correction mechanism of county subjects, this paper briefly analyzes the new energy consumption and income of county subjects based on internal non cooperative game under curve trading.

New energy storage is essential to the realization of the “dual carbon” goal and the new power system with new energy as the main body, but its cost is relatively high and the economy is poor at present. This paper studies the levelized cost of new energy storage based on the whole life cycle perspective. Based on LCOE and learning curve methods, a new levelled cost estimation model and prediction model for energy storage are constructed. Based on the latest development status of electrochemical new energy storage, the levelized cost of energy of lithium-ion batteries, flow-aluminum batteries, and flow-zinc batteries were measured, the cost composition and proportion of various types of energy storage are analyzed, and on this basis, the levelized cost of lithium-ion batteries was predicted. Comparative analysis shows that the levelized cost per kilowatt-hour of lithium-ion batteries is the lowest. This article provides a certain reference for the construction and layout of energy storage on three sides of the source network and load.

Thermal power is the main power supply in China, but it brings serious environmental pollution; The introduction of renewable energy consumption responsibility weight system means that users need to increase the consumption of green power, which has a significant impact on the competitive strategy model of power producers. This paper also uses game model and cooperative game model to analyse the impact of thermal power new energy integration transaction model and market equilibrium point. The results show that the profit of generator under cooperative game is greater than that under competition.

Power grid enterprises are changing their function orientation and profit model under the background of new power system reform. Vector autoregressive model used for industrial park to forecast load of distributed energy is created in this paper, which provides the data to the analysis of the investment environment of grid enterprises. We excavate the core influencing factors of grid investment in incremental distribution parks based on the linkage of grid investment influencing factors in system dynamics.

With the "dual carbon" goal proposed and the direction of building a new power system dominated by new energy sources clarified, the energy storage industry has entered the fast lane of accelerated development. However, due to the imperfect marketization mechanism and the lack of effective power market ancillary service policies, it is difficult to 00EFfectively recover the cost of energy storage construction, which restricts the development of the energy storage industry to a certain extent. Therefore, it is urgent to clarify the development trend and cost recovery mechanism of typical types of energy storage under the distributed energy system, and clarify the impact of the operating cost of the electrochemical energy storage system. This paper systematically analyses the domestic and foreign energy storage investment channelling mechanisms, clarifies the impact of energy storage cost system operation on costs, and helps the development of the energy storage industry.

The power emerging market entities connected to the grid in a decentralized manner can increase the local new energy consumption rate. Under the background of accelerating the development of new energy, it is urgent to clarify the output characteristics of emerging market entities such as wind power, photovoltaics, energy storage, and electric vehicles to adapt to the development of distributed energy and the progress of power market reform. Major emerging entities contribute to mathematical analysis, promote the transaction design of emerging entities, and promote the rapid and healthy development of new energy.

In this paper, the strategies to enhance the stability of fuel cell catalyst support are reviewed, with an emphasis on enhancing the graphitization degree (GD) of carbon support. Carbon-based materials are popular as support for O2 reduction reaction cathode catalysts owing to their high specific surface area, remarkable electronic conductivity and low cost. However, long-term operation in the harsh conditions of high acidity, high potential and extreme humidity, can easily lead to electrochemical corrosion of carbon support, thus affecting the activity and life of the catalyst. This paper reviews the judgment method of GD of carbon carrier, the influence of GD on material stability, and the strategy of enhancing the GD value.
