Employee slackness is a prevalent behavior among current corporate employees, and this behavior harms both employee personal development and organizational effectiveness. In this study, factors are extracted from four levels: employee, leader, company, and job, and the relationships of factors influencing employee slackness are sorted out using the explanatory structural model (ISM) and the cross-influence matrix multiplication method (MICMAC), and corresponding conclusions are drawn based on the relevant mechanistic models. The results of the study show that a strong sense of overqualification and less meaningful work as independent group factors have the deepest influence on corporate employees to produce slacking behavior. The findings of this study help enterprises to understand the influencing factors of employees’ slacking behavior at a deeper level; they also provide important management insights for enterprise managers to pay attention to and alleviate employees’ slacking emotions and negative work behaviors.

Injecting polymer materials is an important means to improve the ultimate recovery, maintain stable production and improve the development effect of the oil field in the high water cut period. However, in the development process of polymer flooding, with the continuous increase of the cumulative polymer injection, the problem of high-pressure under-injection frequently occurs in the injection well. In this paper, based on geological characteristics and plugging material analysis, the causes of high pressure/under-injection and production characteristics of different types of measure wells. To study and optimize the rubber breaking, degradation and synergistic acidification liquid system that are applicable to different blockage conditions can effectively improve the adaptability of the blockage liquid system; Meanwhile, the formation of a quick plugging process with the characteristic of “single-stage single-step injection + prescription formula structure” can effectively improve the success rate of polymer plugging process measures, providing strong technical support for polymer flooding technology.

Heavy oil reservoirs are widely scattered across China with proved reserves over 10 billion tons, most of which are unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs. As a consequence, some problems are encountered as to the choice of production stimulation and stabilization process. This paper attempts to provide a summary of the geological characteristics of heavy oil unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs and the difficulties of production stimulation reconstruction process, in order to preferably choose the system for cleaning, viscosity reducing, acidizing and unplugging, optimize the construction process of viscosity reducing and acidizing, guarantee that service fluids can enter reservoirs uniformly, and improve the deliverable of chemical production stimulation, which would be taken as a good reference for chemical production stimulation construction of heavy oil unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs.

In the context of the great fluctuation of the global financial market, it is particularly important to forecast the changing futures market. Inspired by the utilization of the Heterogeneous Autoregressive model of the Realized Volatility (HAR-RV) model in price volatility forecasting, the parameters in this model could be a fair indicator of trading activities in the market. To test this hypothesis, this HAR-RV model is applied to analyze some representative commodities futures in China. The HAR-RV model is created to forecast the future volatility patterns using existed fluctuations. We used the least square method to do the regression analysis and used the volatility of a day, a week, and a month as the variables to get the degree of influence of each variable on the future volatility, namely. Thus, we can tell whether the price of a futures commodity is more affected by short-term fluctuations or long-term fluctuations by comparing different. Preliminary results show different patterns between iron ore and soybean meal futures models, pinpointing the trading frequencies in the corresponding markets. The price of iron ore futures is largely influenced by weekly volatility, while the price of soybean meal futures is affected significantly by monthly fluctuation.

In view of the current application of modified materials in water treatment, the research status of nitrate removal from water by modified zeolite was summarized and analyzed. In this paper, several modification methods of zeolite are summarized, the adsorption mechanism is analyzed, the influencing factors of adsorption are discussed, the adsorption effect of modified zeolite is compared, and the study on the modification of zeolite is prospected.

The influence of different cutting parameters on the glass edge quality was investigated, including the cutter material, the sharpening angle of the cutting roll, the cutting speed and the load applied to the roll. The results show that there are less defects on the edge of the glass cut by diamond cutter. There is no obvious influence of cutting speed on the glass edge quality. The cutter with a smaller sharpening angle is more applicable for the cutting of thin glass, and the thick glass is more suitable to use a bigger sharpening angle cutter. Higher cutting load is helpful for the breaking of the glass along the cutting line. However, it may cause more defects on the edge and the surface of the glass.

This article presents a short-term forecast of electric energy output of a photovoltaic (PV) system towards Tomsk city, Russia climate variations (module temperature and solar irradiance). The system is located at Institute of Non-destructive Testing, Tomsk Polytechnic University. The obtained results show good agreement between actual data and prediction values.

With the rapid development of digital technology and virtual reality technology, virtual reality technology has been paid more and more attention by more and more people. To investigate the application of virtual assembly simulation and improve ergonomics, the study on the interactive assembly operation has been performed. A Comprehensive Evaluation Method for ergonomics based on simulation of virtual assembly operations is proposed, aiming at avoid inadequate working postures, effectively improve assembly quality and shorten the production cycle. In this paper, the virtual assembly technology is introduced to the assembly process of an industrial manipulator. Details of the virtual assembly simulation process of an industrial manipulator design and its implementation are presented. This proposed method provides great support to the design of assembly process and brings about good change in the ergonomics of machine and system visualization. The analysis of this instance plays a guiding role in the optimization of human factors engineering.

This article uses the data of honey export from 2000 to 2013 (Jan. to Aug.) to make an analysis on the fluctuation of honey export number and price in Anhui Province in order to know about the current situation of honey export in Anhui Province. Then it quantitatively makes an analysis on the current situation of international export competitiveness of honey in Anhui Province by market share, trade competitiveness index, export quality index and other methods; It also uses the analysis result to find out the relevant factors that affect the international honey export competitiveness and proposes the relevant countermeasures to improve the international competitiveness of honey in Anhui Province.

Five years from the eruption of financial crisis in 2008, the global economy is also on its way to the restoration, among which the emerging economic entities, typically China, India, Brazil, South Africa, Indonesia, etc., have rapidly run away from the crisis and led the recovery of global economy, which may be considered as the engine of global economy growth in the post financial crisis. While, with the America declaring that it would gradually reduce the quantitative easing (QE) scale and escaped from the quantitative easing policy in the mid 2014, the fluctuation of global financial market was rapidly intensified, and the risk assets were largely sold off, with the emerging economic entities suffering serious impact. Furthermore, the anxiety about the “third round of financial crisis will burst out due to the emerging economic entities” is increasingly intensified. This article will first analyze the current economic situation of main global economic entities, discuss about the impact of America’s escape from QE on the emerging economic entity and its mechanism, and finally propose the countermeasures for China.
