This paper discusses the safety protection design of lithium iron phosphate batteries based on the technical characteristics of lithium iron phosphate batteries. Combined with the current background of the application of lithium iron phosphate batteries in substations, the system design of lithium iron phosphate batteries is discussed from many aspects. It focuses on how to ensure its safety in order to improve the application effect of lithium iron phosphate batteries in substations.

The COVID-19 pandemic has already contributed to a significant impact on China’s economy. As an important part of China’s economic development, the enterprises undertake the important function of solving social employment and maintaining the stability of the economic system. The COVID-19 pandemic has taken a huge economic recession in China. The purpose of this study is to better understand the impact of the epidemic on enterprises and to provide some references for the continued development of enterprises in China. This paper also prepares for other enterprises to resume operations after the outbreak. This paper uses literature analysis, case analysis and data analysis to explore the specific impact of the epidemic on some enterprises. It can be concluded that market share in different companies has been analyzed. Also, the investment strategies in some well-developed companies can be shared with other same-typed enterprises.

Purpose: The study investigates the therapeutic effect of Oridonin on PTEN loss and HER2 amplification PI3K/AKT signaling hyper-activated (p-AKTHigh) breast cancer. Methods: The experiment uses MDAMB231, MCF-10A, SKBR3 (HER2 amplification), MDAMB468 (PTEN loss) cells, and Xenograft Murine Models. Cell viability is assessed by MTT, Clonogenic growth, CCK-8 assays. The inhibition of phosphorylation is tested by Western blot. Xenograft studies are used to test tumor growth blockage.The most possible result: Oridonin inhibits phosphorylation of AKT1 substrates and downstream proteins instead of AKT1. Also, it blocks the growth of PTEN loss and HER2 amplification p-AKTHigh breast cancer. Conclusion: This study provides important information for the clinical trial of Oridonin. Future experiments should focus on its toxicity and efficacy.
