In order to improve the accuracy of rapid detection of power quality, a power quality disturbance (PQD) classification method based on kernel-based extreme learning machine (KELM) is proposed, and chaos optimization is used to improve the global optimization performance of the particle swarm algorithm. This method first uses KELM to establish a classification model, and then uses an improved chaotic particle swarm optimization (CPSO) to optimize the parameters of KELM. Comparative analysis of example simulation results shows that the algorithm has higher classification accuracy and improves the reliability of power quality disturbance detection.

During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period (2021-2025), China will enter the era of mass tourism, and the development of tourism industry is still in an important strategic opportunity period, but there are new opportunities and challenges. The article analyses the development status of cultural tourism in China and the development trend of China’s cultural tourism industry, and proposes countermeasures for the problems faced by China’s cultural tourism industry during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period from the aspects of theme development, industry chain building, resource utilization and cultural creativity.

In order to improve the performance of alliance collaborative innovation and stimulate members' willingness and behavior to participate in collaborative innovation, this paper puts forward the incentive mechanism of benefit distribution. This paper divides the needs of members to participate in collaborative innovation into two stages: "risk avoidance-return on investment". Firstly, an effective benefit distribution model is established by using Logistic function. Then, by building a game model, we can get the best effort. The results show that building the benefit distribution model of alliance collaborative innovation according to the different needs of alliance members can fully stimulate members to participate in collaborative innovation and improve the performance of alliance collaborative innovation.

As a product of the in-depth integration of information technology and classroom teaching, smart classroom is the carrier of intelligent interactive mode, which can realize classroom structure reform and precise teaching. Intelligent interactive mode is a new way and choice of college teaching at present. The exploration of intelligent interactive mode and the application of intelligent interaction in the three aspects of college English courses show that the intelligent interactive mode has a promoting effect on the intelligence of college English classroom teaching and the development of personality.

In recent years, most areas of our country are suffering transmission line ice-coating disasters caused by cold weather. Aiming at this phenomenon, this paper designs a robot that not only can avoid the various fittings on the line, but also can cross the tension tower of phase line to jumper line. According to the development status of the deicing robot at home and abroad, the specific environment of the transmission line, as well as the function of crossing obstacle and tension tower, the design specifications and structural scheme is presented. On the basis of the mechanical structure design, the motion characteristics of deicing robot is researched, and the virtual prototype of the robot is simulated based on ADAMS, and key research is the factors which affect the gravity center when the robot crosses obstacle and tower. With the analysis of factors mentioned, robot stability greatly improved.

We put forward an efficient method to study the algebraic immunity of H Boolean functions with Hamming weight of 2n-1 + 2n-2, getting the existence of the higher-order algebraic immunity functions with correlation immunity. We also prove the existing problem of the above 2-order algebraic immunity functions and the optimal algebraic immunity functions. Meanwhile, we solve the compatibility of algebraic immunity and correlation immunity. What is more, the main theoretical results are verified through the examples and are revealed to be correct. Such researches are important in cryptographic primitive designs, and have significance and role in the theory and application range of cryptosystems.

In this paper, we study the relationship between the nonlinearity of Boolean function and the nonlinearity of the sum and product of Boolean function, while derivative and e-derivative are used to study the problem further. We obtain that the sum of two functions’ nonlinearity is not less than the nonlinearity of the sum of two functions. The relationship between the nonlinearity of function and the nonlinearity of the sum and product of two functions are also obtained. Furthermore, we also get the relationship between the nonlinearity of the product of functions, and the derivative and e-derivative of function. Moreover, we also deduced some important applications on the basis of the above work.
