Lingnan folk tales reflect the folk customs of the Lingnan region. The places involved in the tales are named in various ways, either reflecting the geographical location, or reflecting the people’s livelihood. Taking the differences in language and culture between Chinese and English into consideration, this paper analyzes the eco-translatology theory and several general strategies for translating the place names in China into English before applying the framework constructed by the language dimension, the culture dimension and the communication dimension from the perspective of eco-translatology to translate the place names in Lingnan folk tales. The cases in point show that the translation methods such as direct translation, free translation, and annotation can be applied according to the specific cultural context and the communicative intention in the folk tales with the ultimate goal to let the translation survive effectively in the translation ecology of the target language, spread the culture in the source text and make readers of the target language arouse the same feeling brought by the source text.

This paper delves into the concept of integrating care into the design of interactive products to mitigate the emotional void experienced by empty nesters. It explores the emotional needs of this demographic and discusses how technology-driven interactive products can serve as a bridge to foster emotional well-being and social connectivity. Through a human-centered design approach, this research offers insights into the development of empathetic, user-centric solutions that address the emotional challenges faced by empty nesters. By prioritizing care and emotional connection in design, we aim to enhance the quality of life for this vulnerable group.

Matrix acidization is an important technique used to enhance oil production at the tertiary recovery stage, but its numerical simulation has never been verified. From one of the earliest models, i.e., the two-scale model (Darcy framework), the Darcy–Brinkman–Forchheimer (DBF) framework is developed by adding the Brinkman term and Forchheimer term to the momentum conservation equation. However, in the momentum conservation equation of the DBF framework, porosity is placed outside of the time derivation term, which prevents a good description of the change in porosity. Thus, this work changes the expression so that the modified momentum conservation equation can satisfy Newton’s second law. This modified framework is called the improved DBF framework. Furthermore, based on the improved DBF framework, a thermal DBF framework is given by introducing an energy balance equation to the improved DBF framework. Both of these frameworks are verified by former works through numerical experiments and chemical experiments in labs. Parallelization to the complicated framework codes is also realized, and good scalability can be achieved.

To study the effect of types of boilers, pollutant treatment facilities and coal quality on SO3, emission concentration of SO3 was tested by controlled condensation method for seven typical ultra-low emissions coal-fired units in western region of Inner Mongolia. The test results showed that the SO3 emission concentration of all units ranged from 0.36 mg/m3 to 2.04 mg/m3, much lower than 5 mg/m3, so there was no need to add SO3 removal facilities. For the units burning the coal of same sulfur content, which adopt LLTESP and WESP has the lower SO3 emission concentration. The SO3 emission concentration can also be controlled at a lower value when SNCR and double-tower double-cycle WFGD technology are adopted in the unit burning medium-high sulfur coal.

The injection of CO2 into oil reservoirs is performed not only to improve oil recovery but also to store CO2 captured from fuel combustion. The objective of this work is to develop a numerical simulator to predict quantitatively supercritical CO2 flooding behaviors for Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR). A non-isothermal compositional flow mathematical model is developed. The phase transition diagram is designed according to the Minimum Miscibility Pressure (MMP) and CO2 maximum solubility in oil phase. The convection and diffusion of CO2 mixtures in multiphase fluids in reservoirs, mass transfer between CO2 and crude and phase partitioning are considered. The governing equations are discretized by applying a fully implicit finite difference technique. Newton-Raphson iterative technique was used to solve the nonlinear equation systems and a simulator was developed. The performances of CO2 immiscible and miscible flooding in oil reservoirs are predicted by the new simulator. The distribution of pressure and temperature, phase saturations, mole fraction of each component in each phase, formation damage caused by asphaltene precipitation and the improved oil recovery are predicted by the simulator. Experimental data validate the developed simulator by comparison with simulation results. The applications of the simulator in prediction of CO2 flooding in oil reservoirs indicate that the simulator is robust for predicting CO2 flooding performance.

As renewable energy is widely used, distributed power generation systems are also used in wide range. However, some problems in renewable power systems have to be addressed. Among these problems, the islanding operation has the most important impact to the safety of utility workers and the service lives of equipment. This paper studies islanding detection for a microgrid system with unbalanced loads and its implementation on a real-time simulator (RT-Lab) to accelerate simulations. The presented islanding detection approach utilizes rate of change of frequency (ROCOF), under/over frequency, and negative sequence current injection methods. Decoupled double synchronous reference frame software phase lock loop (DDSRF-SPLL) is used to synchronize the grid-connected power converter with the utility voltages under unbalanced load conditions. Two cases are tested in real time. The presented approach detects the islanding in 0.09 seconds after the fault occurs, and the voltage at the point of common coupling (PCC) returns stable in 0.1 seconds after the fault occurs, satisfying the IEEE Standard 1547-2003.

Variable pressure angle (VPA) hob is an important cutting tool for generating the twist-free tooth flanks on a crowned involute helical gear used in the high precision gear boxes. However, an appropriate method for generating the VPA hob surface has not proposed yet. Therefore, this paper presents a worm grinding method for generating the helical surface of VPA hob on a CNC worm grinding machine. A mathematical model of the proposed method is established based on a standard hob by controlling rotational motion of the hob axis in the worm grinding process. A numerical example is implemented to verify the merits of the proposed method.

In this paper, a novel longitudinal tooth flank crowning method is proposed by setting the crossed angle between the hob cutter and work gear as a linear function of hob’s traverse feed movement in the gear hobbing process. However, this method makes twisted tooth flanks on the hobbed work gear. Therefore, a variable pressure angle hob cutter is applied to obtain an anti-twist tooth flank of hobbed work gear. A computer simulation example is performed to verify the superiority of the proposed novel hobbing method by comparing topographies of the crowned work gear surfaces hobbed by a standard hob cutter and a variable pressure angle hob cutter.

The landing safety of aircraft is of great significance for the normal operation of an aircraft carrier. This paper presents an optimal method for landing routes of aircraft. Owing to the fuzziness of environmental information and human judgment, a decision-making method is introduced to reduce the workload of landing console operators (LCO). Specifically, a route option method for aircraft landing is proposed based on Fuzzy Multi-attribute Group Decision Making (FMAGDM). Firstly, the route option problem is described. Then the essential elements of route option are described. A group decision-making method is proposed, and the most reasonable landing route in current environment is obtained considering the knowledge composition and the weight of each decision maker. Finally, simulations under different environments are conducted. The results indicate that the decision-making method is able to adapt to the environment changes, and determine the most reasonable route for each validation case.

A Qos Routing protocol based on AODV (QOSAODV) is proposed aiming at the problem of the traditional QoS routing protocol which can not be applied perfectly in VANET. The weakness of the AODV routing protocol mechanism and the protocol itself are represented. By the simulation, the effectiveness and feasibility were completely verified. QOSAODV shows the superior performances in effectively lowering the routing broke ratio as well as packet drop ratio significantly, meanwhile, increasing the network throughput and scale.

The greenhouse effect caused by greenhouse gases, especially carbon dioxide emissions, has become a central issue in global environmental governance. Traditional emission reduction strategies, although effective, are difficult to meet global climate goals. In response, the scientific community has begun to explore new technologies for capturing, separating, storing and utilizing carbon dioxide through physical and chemical means. These technologies offer potential avenues for greenhouse gas (GHG) management, but still face technical, economic, and environmental challenges before large-scale application. This study systematically evaluates the progress of the application of these physical and chemical means in carbon dioxide (CO2) treatment, and discusses in depth the technical bottlenecks and future improvement directions by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of each technology. It is hoped that this study provides a valuable theoretical basis and practical reference for the development and application of future large-scale CO2 abatement technologies.

The notion of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) underscores the necessity for businesses to prioritize non-financial aspects such as environmental preservation, social accountability, and corporate governance while striving for economic advantages. The implementation and utilization of digital technologies have greatly enhanced the ESG performance of firms. This study investigates the influence of corporate digital technology innovation on corporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. The analysis is based on a sample of A-share listed businesses throughout the period from 2013 to 2022. The results demonstrate that the rise in the level of corporate digital technology innovation has a notable beneficial effect on ESG performance, particularly among companies that are not heavily reliant on technology. Furthermore, this increase is more readily apparent. Furthermore, the two-step method confirms that the implementation of corporate digital technology innovation can enhance ESG performance through optimization of operational efficiency and minimization of agency costs. Furthermore, the enhancement of ESG performance also exerts a positive influence on company performance and helps to alleviate financing limitations. The results of this study offer fresh insights and pragmatic recommendations for organizations to enhance sustainability during the digital transformation process.

This study contributes to understanding risk management in the context of e-commerce supply chains, benefiting both academia and practitioners in the field.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the usage of soundscape in the workplace using music therapy. We will cover the present state of soundscape development in conjunction with music therapy possibilities, as well as merging the good effects of soundscape with music therapy interventions to build a unique emotional intervention program. We will also look at crucial elements and testing methods to consider, as well as how these can be incorporated and examined early in the program design process. Most importantly, our research aims to validate the feasibility of soundscape combined with music therapy methods for workspace applications in the hope of improving working population stress and emotional state through intelligent interventions, thereby improving the overall work environment and employee well-being, enabling employees to better cope with stress, increase productivity, and achieve a balance between work and life.

This document summarizes the regulations of civil aviation in terms of icing certifications, and how they affect the flight tests process. To certify a fully new designed aircraft or eVTOLs, chasing the natural icing conditions defined in the regulations is time consuming and pricey, which could be a burden for startup smart transportation companies. Over the years, icing tankers have been built and simulated icing conditions to verify and validate the wind tunnel and computational results. With nozzle arrays controlled by computers, icing tankers simulating and substituting natural icing conditions flight will be a potential way to minimize the certification process.

Coal water slurry is an advanced and efficient coal utilization technology, prepare coal water slurry by gasification wastewater can realize the recycling of wastewater and improve the combustion or gasification efficiency of the slurry. Stabilizer is an important component to ensure fluidity and stability in industrial applications of coal water slurry, and the complex substances in wastewater for coal water slurry preparation have a great influence on the stabilizer. Therefore, in this paper, the influence of the major substances in gasification wastewater on the stabilizer is studied. Results show that (a) Ammonia nitrogen substances have adverse effects on stabilizers, because the ionized NH4+ in the solution will bond with the polar groups on the stabilizer, which will affect the stabilizer to lose its effectiveness and reduce the stability of the slurry. (b) Small organic molecules have little effect on stabilizers, this is because the binding strength and quantity of stabilizer to water molecules is much larger than that of organic matters such as phenolic substances. (c) Highvalent metal ions have a greater impact on stabilizers, the metal ions easily form gels or precipitates with the stabilizer, causing it to lose its effectiveness, and also have an electrostatic effect with the carboxyl group on the side chain of the stabilizer, which makes the stabilizer easy to aggregate together and lose the steric hindrance effect, finally cause the stability of the slurry reduced. The conclusion of the influence of substances in wastewater on stabilizer can provide a technical reference for the selection of suitable wastewater and stabilizer to prepare coal water slurry, then promoting the efficient use of energy.

The development of a supply chain is of great significance to enterprises. This paper explores the business model of Pagoda from the supply chain system of Pagoda. Based on the supply chain analysis, the existence of the supply chain concept is underdeveloped. Supply chain management systems are not sufficient to analyze and make recommendations. This study examines the enduring effects of colonial legacy on the nation-building and development path of post-colonial African countries. It investigates how various forms of colonial rule have shaped African institutional frameworks and led to a persistence of colonial institutional structures and normative governance theories across time. The remnants of colonialism are frequently implicated in Africa's enduring political instability and economic underdevelopment. By tracing the impact of colonial legacy, this study illuminates the challenges faced by African states in their process of decolonization and modernization. It delves into the autocratic characteristics of African bureaucrat system bequeathed by colonial powers, the ethnic division exacerbated by the “divide-and-rule” tactic, and the excessive authority of local chiefs bolstered by the in-direct rule. This paper also confronts the Afro-pessimism perspective, which posits skepticism towards Africa's self-driven recovery, by examining the less-discussed effects of colonialism on African institutional and economic frameworks. Employing a historical and analytical approach, the paper presents the political and economic hurdles faced by African countries and analyses the role of colonial legacy in these challenges. The findings highlight the necessity for African states to transcend these colonial constraints to pave its way for genuine political stability and economic prosperity.

In this paper, CFD numerical simulation and experiment were used to simulate the diffusion process of human exhaled aerosol particles, and the influence of human lying down, sitting and standing posture on the diffusion of aerosol particles under local exhaust air conditions was studied. The results show that different body positions have significant effects on local exhaust air effect. Only 13.2% of the aerosol particles could be removed by local exhaust air in the lying state. The exclusion rate in sitting posture was 25.4%; The exclusion rate for standing posture was 20.6%. Local exhaust air alone is not enough to prevent infection. It is recommended to adopt the combination of mixed ventilation and local exhaust air, which may have a better effect on preventing cross infection, indoor particulate matter transmission and controlling pollution.

To solve the interoperability and anti-offset problems in vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) wireless charging systems, a reconfigurable transmitter is proposed to adapt to unipolar and bipolar coils. By changing the circuit configuration, power transmits efficiently from one EV to the other. The proposed reconfigurable transmitter works in two modes. Moreover, the anti-offset performance of the proposed coil is improved by adding the anti-series windings. The system is verified by simulation to maintain stable output under different offsets, proving its effectiveness in solving the interoperability and offset problems for V2V wireless charging systems.

With the development of science and technology, conventional lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) can no longer meet the needs of people. Due to the large particles and small specific surface area of the traditional electrode materials in LIBs, the embedding and dislodging efficiency of lithium ions in the materials is low, thus limiting the energy density of the batteries. During the charging and discharging process, the conventional electrode materials are prone to volume expansion and structural damage, leading to capacity decay and performance degradation. In addition, the ion and electron transport properties of traditional electrode materials are poor, resulting in a limited charging and discharging rate of the battery. The emergence of nanotechnology has opened a new path for the development of battery technology. It not only significantly improves the energy density and power density of LIBs, but also helps to solve the problems of volume expansion and structural damage of LIBs during charging and discharging. More importantly, nanotechnology can improve the safety performance of LIBs. This paper mainly discusses the application of nanotechnology in the electrode materials of LIBs, analyzes the shortcomings of the existing technology, and looks forward to the development of LIBs.

Morels ranks first among the world’s four famous bacteria.Morels is a kind of rare edible and medicinal fungi that can be cultivated artificially in recent years. It has a variety of nutrients, has rich cultural deposits and a long history in Europe and China, and has high value in edible and medicinal health care. Morels is widely distributed, the growth environment conditions are harsh, the number is relatively rare, the individual is small, the price is higher, and there is a higher status in fungi, with the shape like the belly named. At present, the development and utilization of morels has not reached to a good level. This paper expounds the nutritional composition, edible value and medicinal value of mochella as a whole to further deepen people’s cognition and understanding of mochella. And summarizes the development status and existing problems of mochella industry, in order to provide more theoretical reference for mochella in medical care and product development.

The development process of complex products is highly uncertain and risky, cause the balance among progress, cost and technology needs to be comprehensively considered. Therefore, how to make decisions on key development plans becomes a problem that needs to be studied and solved. The existing multistage decision model needs to determine the complete stage division, quantity and attribute value of all alternatives in each stage of the development process at the beginning of the decision. However, actually, given the characteristics of long cycle of complex products, high technical risks, and many uncertainties, it is difficult to give the above information in advance in practical work. Therefore, in view of the above shortcomings, this paper proposes a multi-stage scheme decision-making method based on prospect theory and earned value method. First, based on the current progress and cost performance of the project, the dynamic reference point is set by analyzing the deviation between the actual implementation and the plan; Then, the dynamic prospect values of the schedule, cost and technical indicators of each alternative are calculated, and the optimal attribute weights and the comprehensive prospect values of each alternative are obtained by constructing a linear programming model; Finally, the advantages and innovation of the proposed model are further demonstrated through specific application examples.

The microcontroller system processes the sensing information of the sensor, and the server analyzes the data and generates the physical environment report and equipment control information to build a multi-mode multi-user smart learning environment monitoring system.

Based on cross-country data of major countries in the world from 2008 to 2020, this paper studies the impact mechanism of digital service imports on manufacturing upgrading. The research results show that: (1) digital service imports have a positive effect on manufacturing upgrading, and digital service imports promote manufacturing upgrading through two paths of action: improving the level of technological innovation and the level of Internet development; (2) from the results of the moderating effect, institutional quality plays a positive moderating role in the process of digital service imports acting on manufacturing upgrading; (3) from the heterogeneity test of countries, the results show that digital service imports have a more significant role in promoting manufacturing upgrading in developed countries; (4) from the analysis of the heterogeneity of segmented digital services, the promotion effect of imported ICT services, intellectual property use services, other business services and financial services on manufacturing upgrading is more significant. The findings of this paper provide important insights and policy recommendations for China and other countries in the world to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing with digital trade.

In the face of the “ 3 0- 6 0” target, the task of carbon emission reduction in China is particularly arduous. Due to factors such as energy resource endowment and economic and industrial structure, there are large spatial differences in carbon emission levels among regions in China. As a representative region of t h e traditional energy industrial structure, the huge energy consumption of the industrial sector in the central region has caused a large amount of carbon emissions. Based on the MRIO model, this paper measures the embodied carbon emissions of trade and the amount of carbon emissions that the regions should bear in 2012 and 2017 for the eight major regions in China. We found that there is large difference in carbon emissions among the eight regions in China, with the central region ranking first in the country, and this difference is also manifested in the provinces of the central region. In addition, under the producer responsibility principle, the problem of carbon leakage between developed and less developed regions is becoming more prominent, with the central and western regions acting as a “ pollution haven” . Further, to rationalize the carbon emission responsibilities of each region, this paper proposes a shared responsibility scheme and compares it with the producer and consumer responsibility systems. This paper is of practical and theoretical reference significance for the scientific delineation of carbon emission reduction responsibilities and the effective promotion of the overall carbon peaking goal.

The power industry plays a crucial role in achieving the carbon reduction objectives and facilitating the transition towards a low-carbon economy and society. This study employed the IPCC carbon emission coefficient method to calculate the carbon emissions of the power industry in Fujian Province from 2001 to 2021. To predict the carbon emissions of the power industry in Fujian Province from 2022 to 2030, this article established a STIRPAT model based on ridge regression. Empirical research was carried out in this study to investigate the timing of carbon peaking and peak carbon emissions in the power industry of Fujian Province, considering various scenarios. The calculation of carbon emissions indicates that the overall carbon emissions in the electricity industry in Fujian Province showed an upward trend from 2001 to 2021. By 2021, the emissions reached 9.646×107 tons, and the carbon emissions peak has not been reached. Scenario simulation analysis shows that under the energy-saving scenario, the electricity industry in Fujian Province is projected to reach its carbon emissions peak in 2025, with a peak value of 9.687×107 tons. However, in the baseline and ideal scenarios, the carbon emissions in the electricity industry in Fujian Province are projected to not peak before 2030. By 2030, the emissions are estimated to be 9.853×107 tons and 1.067×108 tons, respectively. The article concludes by presenting a comprehensive analysis of the most effective approach towards achieving carbon peaking in the power industry within Fujian Province. This is accomplished by examining the issue from various angles, including government planning, power generation structure, industrial structure, and public awareness.

The dark matter and dark energy are one of the biggest challenges facing contemporary physics and astronomy. Dark energy and dark matter play an important role the universe. The amount of dark energy and dark matter determines how the universe changes. When there’s more dark energy, the universe is accelerating. If there were more dark matter, the universe might slow down, or even stop expanding and start contracting. So in this paper, the basic definition of dark matter and dark energy are introduced. And how were dark matter and dark energy discovered and their respective detection methods and the current progress of experiments to detect dark matter and dark energy respectively.

Taking Huangshi City as an example, this article analyzes the current situation, causes, and strategies for managing traffic congestion in small and medium-sized cities. It puts forward measures for managing traffic congestion applicable to Huangshi City and other similar cities. These measures include strengthening road traffic planning and management and accelerating the construction of multi-level traffic facilities in traffic supply management. In traffic demand management, it proposes implementing a public transportation priority strategy, strengthening traffic diversion and illegal management.

The latent fault diagnosis of GIS equipment relies on the electrothermal corrosion information of the decomposition products of SF6. The thermal decomposition of epoxy resin under atmosphere (SF6-Epoxy) is essential to reveal the relationship between carbon-based characteristic decomposition components and the degradation of insulating materials. The thermal decomposition process of SF6-Epoxy was measured using synchronous thermogravimetry(TG)/differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), which unveiled the three pyrolysis stages of temperature range and heat release. The online gas chromatography identified nine decomposition components containing carbon, sulfur and oxygen elements. According to the panoramic pyrolysis reaction mechanism of the SF6-epoxy system, CO2, CH4, SOF2, H2S and H2 were proposed as the characteristic decomposition components for the thermal deterioration of SF6-Epoxy insulating system.

In this study, the investigators used comparative experiments in order to study the age differences and the effects of temperature changes on physiological responses. Firstly, This paper analyzed the thermal sensation differences and the trend of changes in the design working conditions in different age groups. The researchers found that the thermal sensation of elderly people was lower than that of young people in the hot environment and higher than that of young people in the cold environment. On this basis, the heart rate changes of the elderly in the dynamic environment and the differences with the young people were studied. The results showed that the heart rate of the elderly and the young people increased with the increase of temperature in the temperature rise condition, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. In the temperature drop condition, the heart rate decreased with the decrease of temperature. Finally, an equation was developed to quantitatively predict heart rate parameters. The equation predicts human heart rate by ambient temperature, and the results show that the least square error of the prediction equation for elderly people is 46, while the average difference between the actual and predicted values is 1.2. Therefore, it is recommended to use the proposed heart rate prediction equation when predicting the healthiness of heart rate in elderly people.

With the rapid development of new era and new media, opportunities and challenges of the development of public service advertising coexist. Against the backdrop of the times and the development of media, public service advertising needs to incorporate more subjects, so that the audience can pay more attention to and understand such advertisements. Based on the above social background, how to better publicize the mainstream values of society among the public with the help of public service advertising is what the current government needs to focus on and solve. This research combines the idealized cognitive models to elaborate the social value of public service advertising in the new era, with a view to giving suggestions to the state, government, society and other subjects, and contributing to the vigorous development of public service advertising in China.

Focusing on Xujiaweizi fault depression, the geological conditions and geochemical characteristics of deep natural gas formation in the north of Songliao basin are evaluated, the natural gas resources are estimated, and the favorable areas are optimized. Shahezi Formation shale is a set of coal bearing sediments with high organic matter abundance (TOC is 1%～12%), high over maturity (Ro is 1%～4%) and shore shallow lake facies, which are mainly distributed in Xujiaweizi fault depression, Gulong-Lindian fault depression and Yingshan fault depression. The thickness, TOC, Ro and hydrocarbon generation of four thirdorder sequences with different lithology (mudstone and coal) are carefully evaluated for the Shahezi Formation shale in the deep layer of Songbei. The comprehensive evaluation shows that the mudstone thickness of Es4 member in Anda and Xuzhong areas of Xujiaweizi fault depression is large (150 ~ 525m), TOC is high (1% ~ 4%), thermal evolution degree is high (Ro is 1.2% ~ 3.4%), and gas generation intensity is high (20 ~ 815) × 108m3 / t), moderate buried depth (3000~4500m) and overlapping area of 756km2. It is a favorable exploration area for natural gas and shale gas in Daqing Oilfield.

Using zirconium hydroxide as a decontaminant, a kind of self-decontaminating air filter paper that can effectively degrade HD was successfully prepared by impregnating. The morphology and filtration efficiency of the filter paper before and after immersing were compared. The filtration efficiency increased linearly and slowly, with the regression equation: η=0.0001L+99.971. The liquid-solid decontamination reaction of HD on zirconium hydroxide powder and self-decontaminating filter paper conformed to the kinetic of quasi-first-order reaction and found that half-lives were 0.4 h and 2.1 h respectively. Good degradation performance for HD was exhibited and the degradation rate reached more than 99 % in 12 hours. Reaction products were analysed by GC-MS, which displayed that HD was decomposed through the substitution of chlorine and the elimination of H on α-C. The ultimate decontamination products were thiodiglycol and 2-hydroxyethyl vinyl sulfide without erosive toxicity.

In this paper, according to the real situation of the treatment of fresh kitchen waste in large and medium-sized communities, and combined with the study that fresh waste can be converted into environmental protection enzyme by anaerobic fermentation, a community fresh kitchen waste treatment device which can automatically complete feed transportation, proportioning ingredients, self-fermentation and regular reminders is proposed.By using hydraulic device and moving pulley conveying chain, single chip microcomputer control, combined with weighing, flow, infrared, Ph detection and other sensing technology, the community kitchen waste automatic treatment, emission reduction and efficiency.

Since the advent of Brain-Computer Interface (BCI), this technology has been significantly contributed modern society in many aspects such as medical and informational science. With further approaches in this interdisciplinary technology and based on current research, BCI is considered to be the potential solution to medical or surgical difficulties such as restoration of neurological function or motor abilities. In this article, the current state of BCI development in multiple platforms was briefly introduced. By organizing and analyzing laboratory data from the state-of-the-art BCI research, this article also illustrated the breakthrough on different BCI systems based on the lab data. The multitude of applications and contributions in medical science and engineering of both invasive and non-invasive systems were also discussed with the help of clinical data. Eventually, the potential and future attempts will be projected and inferred based on the present state of such connection in this article. After comparing and contrasting two types of interfaces and analysis, a conclusion could be made that invasive systems will eventually surpass noninvasive methods in more applications areas due to its preponderance of precise control.

Objective To investigate the application value of bedside ultrasound in the localization of the tip of a Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) in preterm infants. Methods 52 preterm infants underwent bedside ultrasound and bedside X-ray examination. Observing the position of the catheter tip, and using the bedside X-ray positioning as the gold standard. Statistics of the incidence of PICC tip normal position and ectopic position showed by bedside ultrasound, and comparing the difference between the results of bedside ultrasound and bedside X-ray. Calculating the accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity of ultrasound in diagnosing the tip position, and the length of the inlet and withdrawal tubes of the ectopic catheter was observed and calculated by ultrasound and down-regulated to the appropriate position under ultrasound guidance. Results The display rate of catheter tip by bedside color Doppler ultrasound was 98.0%, and the accuracy rate of tip position was 90.2%. As the whole society attaches great importance to the safety of food and medicine, and hydrogen fuel cell and new energy vehicle industry rises suddenly, people’s requirements for clean compressed air is more and more urgent. Water-lubricated single screw compressor is an ideal choice for providing clean air because of the advantages of balanced force, a long service life, and high efficiency, and the influencing factors of its performance have received more and more attention. This study established a mathematical model of the working process of a water-lubricated single-screw air compressor to study the relationship between its performance and the water injection atomization. The model considered leakage and heat transfer between water and moist air and analysed the influences of droplet diameter and rotation speed on compressor performance. The results showed that water injection atomization can effectively reduce the discharge temperature, make the compression process of the compressor tend to isothermal compression. Under rated conditions, a reduction in the droplet diameter from 0.25 mm to 0.15 mm reduced the discharge temperature of the compressor, improved the volume efficiency, and improved the adiabatic efficiency by 31 K, 2.6%, and 8.2%, respectively.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease, which can damage multiple organs. The adaptive immune system, including CD8+ T cells, plays an essential role in this disease. However, the pathogenesis of SLE remains unclear, and there is a lack of effective diagnosis and treatment methods for SLE. In particular, there has been little research on SLE biomarkers, which have been widely studied and used in cancer diagnosis and treatment. In this study, bioinformatics tools were used to screen for hub genes and signaling pathways involving CD8+ T cells in patients with SLE. This is the first determination of metabolic abnormalities in SLE CD8+ T cells using bioinformatics pathway enrichment analysis. The PPI network and MCC algorithm identified SKP2 as a potential biomarker for SLE.

Machine learning technology has become a hot topic and is being applied in many fields. However, in the prediction of thermal sensation in the elderly, there is not enough research on the neural network to predict the effect of human thermal comfort. In this paper, two neural network algorithms were used to predict the thermal expectation of the elderly, and the accuracy of the two algorithms was compared to find a suitable neural network algorithm to predict human thermal comfort. The dataset was collected from the laboratory study and included 10 local skin temperatures of the subjects, thermal perception voted at three temperatures (28/30/32°C), different wind speeds, and two forms of wind. Thirteen subjects with an average age of 63.5 years old were recruited for the subjective survey. These subjects sat for long periods of summer working conditions, wore uniform thermal resistance clothing, and collected votes on thermal sensation, as well as skin temperature. The results showed that the prediction accuracy of the two algorithms was related to the added influence factors, and the RBF neural network algorithm was the most accurate in predicting thermal sensation of the elderly. The main influencing factors were average skin temperature, wind speed and body fat rate.

At present, thermal storage is considered as one of the key technologies to alleviate the problem of instability and intermittence for renewable energy. Due to relatively high latent heat, latent heat storage by molten salt is considered to a potential technology. Because of the restriction of different thermophysical parameters, the application of latent heat storage by molten salt has many technical obstacles. So, it is an urgent work to find a better mixed molten salt formula with comprehensive thermophysical properties. In this paper, we selected halogen salts (NaCl, NaF) and alkali (NaOH) to prepare binary mixed molten salts. From the results, for the mixed molten salt of NaCl-NaOH, NaCl:NaOH=1:9 has a maximum latent heat value of 301.2J/g. The initial melting temperature is about 200°C. With the increase of the mass ratio of NaCl, the termination melting temperature increases firstly then decreases. For mixed molten salt of NaF-NaOH, NaF:NaOH=1:9 has a maximum latent heat value of 199.5J/g, the initial and termination melting temperatures are about 265°C and 380°C, repectively. The latent heat value of NaCl-NaOH and NaF-NaOH mixed molten salts decreased with the increase of the mass ratio of halogen salts.

Community dominant plants and their ecological niche research is the focus of community ecology research. To explore the niche characteristics of desert dominant plants and the relationship between them and soil factors in Qaidam Basin, and to provide a basis for the construction of desert plant communities and the sustainable management of natural resources in Qaidam Basin. Taking 13 desert plant communities in Qaidam Basin, Qinghai Province as the research objects, this paper analyzed the characteristics of desert plant communities and dominant species based on soil physical and chemical properties, and calculated the niche width and niche overlap of dominant plants. The dominant plants are, Haloxylon ammodendron, Tamarix chinensis, Achnatherum splendens, Poacynum hendersonii, Reaumuria songonica, Phragmites australiss, Sympegma regelii, and Ajania Tenuifolia, Artemisia sphaerocephala, Ceratoides latens, Pearl russianthistle, Scirpustriquter. There were different degree of niche overlap among species in the community. In addition, CCA sequencing showed that different species had different requirements on the environment, and the distribution of dominant species was mainly affected by soil total nitrogen and soil organic matter.

Objective: Through the investigation, determination and analysis of heavy metals in the soil of typical alpine grassland community, five kinds of alpine grasslands with different degeneration degree of Maduo County in Alpine area, two kinds of alpine grassland with high Maqu County, high Alpine desert along the coast of Qinghai Lake, alpine thickets in the yellow South region, Alpine wetlands, The condition of soil heavy metals in alpine meadow and other communities is analyzed, which provides scientific guidance for the ecological protection measures of typical alpine grassland communities, and provides a basis for the sustainable utilization of Alpine grassland. Methods: The content of various kinds of heavy metals in soil samples was determined by ICP-MS, and the pollution status of heavy metals was analyzed by means of single factor pollution index method, Nemero comprehensive pollution index method and potential ecological risk index method by using Excel. Results: (1) The content of Cd in Maduo, Maqu, Qinghai Lake and Huangnan was 1.74, 0.97, 1.84 and 1.06 times times the soil environment background respectively, and the content of Hg in Maqu was 1.36 times times that of soil environmental background value. The variation coefficient of Hg and Pb in Maqu and the coefficient of variation of Cd in Qinghai Lake are more than 100%, which is in the degree of high variation, which is greatly influenced by man. (2) The highest total pollution index in the 4 sample places was in the area of MA diversity, at 1.33. The second is the Huangnan sample, with an exponential value of 0.86. The Nemero comprehensive pollution Index of the Maqu sample is 0.77. The index value of Qinghai Lake sample is the lowest, at 0.61. (3) The highest potential ecological hazard index is the most diverse, in 0-10, 10-20, 20-30cm three soil layers are 96.96, 103.58, 102.46, Maqu in 0-10, 10-20cm soil, the potential ecological hazard index is 65.70, 71.01, the potential ecological hazard index of Huangnan in three soil layer is 78.23, 73.42 and 72.84 respectively, which refers to the smallest value of Qinghai Lake sample, three, 51.07 and 51.72 in 51.48 soil layer respectively. Conclusion: The Nemero comprehensive pollution Index of Qinghai Lake sample is less than 0.7, at the level of cleanliness, the exponential value of Huangnan and Maqu two samples is between 0.7~1, at the level of cordon, and the exponential value of ma variety is between 1~2, at the level of mild pollution. The comprehensive potential ecological hazard index of 80~160 has the potential ecological risk of strength, and the exponential value of the other three samples is between 40~80, which has medium potential ecological risk. Generally, the pollution degree of heavy metals is small in the whole alpine grassland area.

The solar steam generation system studied in this project is mainly composed of a double-layered structure.
