Objective: In order to evaluate the sustainable development ability of the supplementary medical insurance fund of a large state-owned enterprise in Anhui Province, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of the supplementary medical insurance fund of enterprises. Methods: By constructing PSR evaluation model and using entropy method to determine the index weight, the comprehensive evaluation value of sustainable development ability of supplementary medical insurance fund of a large state-owned enterprise in Anhui was calculated. Results: Horizontally, the highest comprehensive ability is the headquarters of the large state-owned enterprise, which is 0.430, and the lowest is Qingyang County, which is 0.147; Vertically, the comprehensive evaluation value of the sustainable development ability of enterprise supplementary medical insurance increased from 0.200 in 2016 to 0.239 in 2020, with an average annual increase of 4.55%. Conclusion: The influence of pressure factors on fund operation in different regions is quite different, and the development among regions is unbalanced. It is necessary to improve the management level of enterprise, enhance the fund raising ability, pay attention to overall planning and top-level design, promote regional coordinated development as a whole, continuously improve the fund investment management ability, and actively broaden the fund investment channels.

In recent years, the total GDP of myanmar has been increasing year by year. The year of 2018, the CPI growth rate reached 6.9%, although, the GDP growth rate of myanmar has increased to 6.8%, High economic growth and high inflation coexist. Myanmar’s unemployment rate is at a low level, stable at less than 2 percent. The import and export trade is in deficit. The net inflow of FDI is at a relatively stable low level. But there has been a big increase since 2010.In terms of international balance of payments, since 2012, with a large influx of foreign investment into myanmar’s infrastructure and other industries, the import demand for machinery and equipment has expanded significantly, and myanmar’s current account deficit has significantly expanded.

In recent years, the economy of Bangladesh has a rapid growth, with the total GDP increasing by years, reaching $274 billion in 2018. GDP per capita is relatively low, but it grows steadily every year. GDP growth has been above 7% since 2016, and reached 7.86% in 2018.Bangladesh’s unemployment rate remains around 4.2%; the rate of inflation is generally on the decline, and the total volume of imports and exports increases steadily. But, its import and export trade has been in deficit, and the deficit has been expanding by years. Foreign direct investment is at a low level, accounting for less than 2% of GDP. The current account balance fluctuates in a large range, and it ran a current account deficit in 2017.

The combustion method, due to its convenience and high-efficiency in harmless treatment, has been widely used in disposal of wastewater. With a wastewater burner as the study case, we performed numerical simulation by the Fluent software, analyzed the flowing and combustion process of the wastewater samples in the burner, compared the combustion effect of different atomization conditions — the spray cone model (hollow cone model, solid cone model), the spray angle, non-uniform grain size, uniform grain size. The study aims to provide suggestions for design and selection of wastewater burners.

The application of big data can effectively analyze the agricultural economy and rural tourism market information, which is conducive to promoting the coordinated development of the two. At the same time, China has put forward a strategy of “village revitalization”, which brings new development opportunities for agricultural economy and rural tourism. Based on this, this article first analyzes the connotation and characteristics of big data, then introduces the development of agricultural economy and rural tourism under big data, and finally discusses the strategy of combining the two to improve the overall quality of rural economic development.

Urban components are the important part of the city, and the rapid and efficient survey of urban components is a key requirement of urban digitization. In this paper, a method of the collaborative survey and storage of urban components is proposed. The national standard code for urban components survey is optimized to accelerate the survey and storage of urban components, and the time cost of error discovery is shorten by using AutoCAD to check the spatial location and employing a VBA macro programme to search for the attribute data errors. At the same time, a collaborative processing flow of components data is constructed through ArcPy to further speed up the storage of urban components. The experiment of urban components survey in Wanxiu District of Wuzhou City shows that this method can effectively reduce the complexity of urban component data storage procedure and the error rate. Compared with the traditional method, the proposed method is about 2 times more efficient to input the urban component data into the database.

As an intangible cultural heritage, “Huar” from Northwest China is a folk song created and shared by many ethnic groups in Gansu, Qinghai and Ningxia provinces. It is a precious card of Chinese national culture. However, current research on “Huar” is mainly based on qualitative methods. This paper uses statistical methods to study the lyrics of “Huar". First, the word frequency of the lyrics of “Huar” is analysed statistically. Then, the lyrics of Hezhou Huar and Taomin Huar are compared and analysed from the perspective of quantitative linguistics ("Huar” mainly includes Hezhou Huar and Taomin Huar). By comparing three quantitative indicators, it is concluded that the lexical richness of Taomin Huar is higher than that of Hezhou Huar. Based on the frequency distribution of parts of speech, the similarities and differences of the use of parts of speech between Hezhou Huar and Taomin Huar are found. This paper uses statistical methods to analyse “Huar", which has certain research value and social value.

According to the mathematical model of the split-cylinder resonator method, it is impossible to establish a simple equation between the intermediate variables and the relative dielectric constant or the loss tangent. Instead, the measured relative dielectric constant and the loss tangent must be calculated numerically by iterative programming. When evaluating uncertainty according to the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM), it is impossible to obtain the sensitivity coefficient of each intermediate. Therefore, the reliability of uncertainty evaluation is greatly reduced. ISO/TS15530 states that the most effective method for estimating uncertainty is computer simulation, and more specifically, a Monte Carlo simulation. In this study, Three typical samples with different relative dielectric constant and loss tangent were measured, respectively. The probability density function of each intermediate variable was given, according to which the Monte Carlo simulations were performed by MATLAB programming. Moreover, some of the simulation results are compared with those of the previous literature, and the results show that the measurement uncertainty evaluated by the GUM method was slightly larger, indicating that it was a little bit conservative to assume that each intermediate variable is completely uncorrelated in the GUM method.

The calibration of indexing table is important to ensure high accuracy and reliability in angle metrology. In this paper, we present calibrations of an indexing table and uncertainty analysis to evaluate the performance of the high precision angle comparator. The configuration of the angle comparator is explained. In the calibration, a complete closure method is applied to obtain the angle comparator’s position error and the indexing table’s angular deviation simultaneously based on the least square method. The position error of the angle comparator is evaluated to be about 0.08". The calibration result of an indexing table is compatible with that of the manufacturer and National Institute of Metrology of China within the expanded uncertainty of calibration, 0.04".

In this paper, due to the current problem of sewage treatment in Dianchi Lake Basin in Kunming and the practical demand for the integrated solution of the sewage treatment and reclaimed water use, our team has developed the online management system based on the WebGIS. The online management system is designed based on geographic spatial information mapping technology, WebGIS technology and spatial database technology and finally displayed in the form of thematic map called “Visual information platform for Dianchi Lake Basin sewage treatment and recycling water use”. The system has achieved scientific and informative management for Dianchi Lake Basin sewage treatment and recycling of water use. It also provides comprehensive and accurate basic data and decision support for the improvement of urban water environment and pollution control in Dianchi Lake in Kunming. The online system improves the management efficiency, management level and decision-making capacity of sewage treatment and recycling industries in Kunming, and provide a good demonstration and reference in infrastructure of the city.

We investigate whether top-tier advisors provide superior services by examining the relationship between reputation (measured by whether it is a top-10 advisor ranked on deal value) of financial advisors on the bidder side and stock market-based/accounting-based performance of bidders. Using Chinese listed companies with major assets reorganizations (MARs, M&As with large-scale target), we find top-tier advisors are associated with higher excess returns (CARs), implying that reputation generates a verification effect on investors. But we find no significant relationship between the advisor reputation and bidders’ accounting-based performance post-MARs. The findings indicate that although advisor reputation can attract M&A business and sends positive signal to the market, it does not lead to stronger financial performance in the long run. That is, the so-called top-tier financial advisors fail to live up to their reputation. We also find that payment premium is an intervening variable between advisor reputation and the long-term accounting-based performance of bidders, suggesting that top-tier advisors fail in their duties to help clients achieve greater share of synergy gains.

Investigation of audible noise characteristics of the main power apparatus in UHV GIS substations provides essential statistics for the noise prediction and control. Noise pressure level, spectrum and attenuation characteristics of the main transformers and high voltage (HV) reactors are measured and analyzed in this paper. The result shows that the main transformer and HV reactor have identical A-weighted equivalent sound pressure level. The medium- and low-frequency noises are the primary components in the spectral. More attention should be paid to the low-frequency bands in the noise control process. The noise of cooling fan has a large influence on that of the main transformer. Without the consideration of corona noise, the average A-weighted sound pressure level shows an overall decreasing trend with the increase of the propagation distance. Obvious interference phenomenon of the noises at 100 and 200Hz exists in the noise propagation process.
