In recent years, the level of digitalization and intelligence in the energy sector has profoundly changed the management mode of the energy sector. However, in the process of promoting the digital transformation of the energy sector, we also face some difficulties. One of the main manifestations is the lack of energy data sharing, and the difficulty of realizing the convergence and integration of various types of energy data. In addition, there is insufficient mastery of customer-side energy use data and a lag in the perception of customer demand, which requires the improvement and enhancement of energy efficiency diagnosis and energy saving services. At the same time, we have not yet established advanced digital technology monitoring means to grasp the user’s energy use and carbon emissions in real time. Therefore, this paper proposes the study of high-precision accounting methods for regional carbon emissions under the carbon peak goal. Based on the energy consumption and production activities of each region, a greenhouse gas emission inventory is compiled, so that carbon emissions can be accurately calculated. The high-precision accounting method of carbon emissions is analyzed, and by establishing a more complete database and model, and constructing a regional online monitoring system under the peak carbon target, we aim to improve the efficiency of data acquisition and processing, as well as how to combine carbon emission accounting with the peak carbon target, in order to provide support for the formulation of a more effective emission reduction policy. The testing experiments after flow and CO2 concentration measurements show that the accuracy of the experiments on regional carbon emissions is as high as 97.5%.

Condenser titanium tubes are easily to generate many defects in nuclear power plants, such as corrosion, damage, and wall thickness thinning. Eddy current technology is the main method of condenser titanium tubes in-service inspection, but manual operation has the problem of low efficiency. This article designed one new titanium tube eddy current inspection system based on automatic push-puller, and successfully applied in the nuclear power plant in China. The results show that this system can realize eddy current inspection in the condenser tubes with push-puller machine.

Order to investigate the failure effect of textile reinforced concrete (TRC) plate under bending load, the corresponding finite element model is established. By comparing the numerical simulation results with the experimental results, the rationality and feasibility of the finite element model are verified, and then the crack extension of TRC and the ultimate strain of carbon textile are analyzed. The failure mode of the slab under bending load is obtained, and it is found that the carbon textile concrete slab has better reinforcement effect, which greatly improves the safety performance of concrete members.

The economy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area plays a significant role in driving regional development and stimulating technological innovation. In this paper, through study on the current situation of trade in service in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the reasons for the improper trade structure are concluded. Through data and case analysis, the factors affecting service trade structure are located. The results of case analysis can offer some useful and viable recommendations for the optimization of service trade structure, which can facilitate the industrial transformation and upgrading in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as well as give a fresh impetus to economic growth.

Taking the Changbai Mountain Natural Resources Protection Area as the research object, combined with the ecological footprint theory, using the quantitative analysis method to calculate the ecological footprint of Changbai Mountain Natural Resources Protection Area, it is found that the Changbai Mountain Natural Resources Protection Area is in an ecological deficit state. The rational layout infrastructure, the optimization of scenic area management mode and the gradual realization of collaborative management optimization methods are proposed, which provide reference and reference for the follow-up development of Changbai Mountain Natural Resources Protection Area.

For thedynamic problem ofhalf-plane, if the radiation condition at the semi-infinite boundary is not taken into account in the numerical calculation, the accuracy of the result will be affected.In this paper, the basic theory of time-domain boundary element method (TD-BEM) and the propagation characteristics of stress waves in elastic media are used to transform a semi-infinite boundary into a semi-infinite boundary element which can adjust the size of the element automatically with time-space parameters.Enablingthe element to simulate radiative damping effects in the far field.At last, the efficiency of theelement is verified with a half-plane example under dynamic load by comparing its results with the results of the finite element method (FEM). Theverificationshows thatthe adaptive semi-infinite element can effectively simulate the radiation conditions in the far area. And it is convenient to use TD-BEM to solve the half-plane dynamics problem.

Abstract In order to study duck microsatellites, we constructed a library enriched for (CA)n, (CAG)n, (GCC)n and (TTTC)n. A total of 35 pairs of primers from these microsatellites were developed and used to detect polymorphisms in 31 unrelated Peking ducks. Twenty-eight loci were polymorphic and seven loci were monomorphic. A total of 117 alleles were observed from these polymorphic microsatellite markers, which ranged from 2 to 14 with an average of 4.18 per locus. The frequencies of the 117 alleles ranged from 0.02 to 0.98. The highest heterozygosity (0.97) was observed at the CAUD019 microsatellite locus and the lowest heterozygosity (0.04) at the CAUD008 locus, and 11 loci had heterozygosities greater than 0.50 (46.43%). The polymorphism information content (PIC) of 28 loci ranged from 0.04 to 0.88 with an average of 0.42. All the above markers were used to screen the polymorphism in other bird species. Two markers produced specific monomorphic products with the chicken DNA. Fourteen markers generated specific fragments with the goose DNA: 5 were polymorphic and 9 were monomorphic. But no specific product was detected with the peacock DNA. Based on sequence comparisons of the flanking sequence and repeat, we conclude that 2 chicken loci and 14 goose loci were true homologous loci of the duck loci. The microsatellite markers identified and characterized in the present study will contribute to the genetic map, quantitative traits mapping, and phylogenetic analysis in the duck and goose.

In the paper, a typical part of B1500HS boron steel was formed using the hot stamping tools, and the effect of austenitization temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of B1500HS steel was studied by the experiment and finite element methods. The results show that, the temperature of steel plate has a significant effect on the temperature of hot stamping tools, and the temperature of punch rises at a faster speed than that of die in the hot stamping process. The austenitization temperature and time both have significant effects on the size of martensite, but have not obvious effects on the hardness. The cooling rate of steel plate has a significant effect on the tensile strength when the austenitization temperature is 870 °C. The fracture of sample austenitized at 870 °C or 900 °C is the dimple, the fracture of sample austenitized at 930 °C or 960 °C is the mixture of quasicleavage and dimple.

The Nyquist Folding Receiver (NYFR) is an efficient analogy-to-information (A2I) architecture that folds the broadband RF inputs by subsampling so that can sample with a low-speed ADC. The compressive sensing (CS) model of the NYFR can be built in the sparse environment to recover by traditional CS algorithms. This paper presents an improved algorithm SAMP-SVD based on sparsity adaptive matching pursuit (SAMP) and singular value decomposition (SVD) which is intended to deal with the problem caused by SAMP recovering—the inversion of matrix, avoiding the problem of whether matrix is singular and reducing the time of computation. A comparative analysis between the presented method and sparse reconstruction by separable approximation (SpaRSA) is discussed; simulation results show the algorithm can reconstruct the signal effectively and estimate the frequencies accurately.

Convolution false-targets jamming against LFM fire-control radars generates range and velocity false targets which are coherent with target echo, which increases the difficulty of jamming detection and suppression and makes the victim radar system lost the track of real target. To combat against this type of jamming, the uncorrelated characteristic between the jamming and echo in FRFT domain is discussed firstly. Thus, an oblique projection operator which is capable of suppress convolution false-targets jamming is built. The simulation results showed the operator have little effect on the echo and proved the effectiveness of this method.

Introduction: Nephrolithiasis is a frequent disease observed in 1 to 20 % of the general population. This disease predominates in male patients (2:1) and is characterized by a high rate of recurrences (about 50 %)., Case Report: We report the case of a 45-year old male patient who experienced during about ten years recurrent bilateral renal colic episodes due to brushite lithiasis. These stones were treated with multiple extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy sessions. A pyeloureteral junction syndrome predisposing to bulky stones formation has been put in evidence and required a pyeloplasty. After more than ten years of disease activity, a biochemical screening diagnosed primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT). Radiological assessment identified a parathyroid gland adenoma. Successful surgical removal of this lesion was followed by resolution of the symptomatic kidney stones formation., Discussion: PHPT is associated with kidney stones in about 20 % of the patients. Hypercalciuria is the main risk factor of stones formation but other predisposing factors are also probably involved. Patients carrying a polymorphism located in the coding sequence of the calcium-sensing receptor gene or in the regulatory region of this gene seem to experience an increased occurrence of urinary lithiasis., Conclusion: The present case stresses the importance of a metabolic assessment in all patients with recurrent nephrolithiasis, especially in case of bilateral episodes.
