With the continuous deepening of oilfield development, the target of oilfield development is gradually shifting towards reservoirs with poor physical properties, and polymer flooding can better utilize such reservoirs.The heterogeneity of Class II B oil layer in Lamadian Oilfield is severe, and polymer flooding takes effect later, with a small decrease in watercut.A study was conducted on the evaluation of polymer flooding development effectiveness for Class II B oil layers through reservoir numerical simulation . Research has shown that when the initial watercut is constant, a lower injection pressure can increase the utilization degree of remaining oil in the middle and high permeability layers of Class II B oil layers. With the increase of injection pressure, the response time is shortened, and the decrease in watercut is reduced; As the watercut increases, the injection pressure should gradually increase in order to improve the recovery of low permeability reservoirs;As the watercut increases, the injection pressure should gradually increase in order to improve the recovery of low permeability oil layers;At a watercut of 95% and injection pressure of 7MPa, a field experiment was conducted with a molecular weight polymer of 12 million , and the response time was 6 months. The cumulative oil increase was 14675m3, achieving good polymer flooding effect.

Under the background of low-carbon development, the construction of green public buildings is an inescapable responsibility and mission. At present, there are relatively few studies on carbon emission of public buildings in China and there is a lack of unified and standardized carbon accounting methods. Therefore, based on the domestic research status, this paper reviews the research progress and trend of carbon emission in public buildings. Sorting out the common accounting boundaries and accounting scope in the field of public buildings; By constructing the interactive accounting method framework of public buildings, the process and method of carbon accounting are sorted out. Various points for attention in the process of accounting are clarified from data acquisition，data management, accounting analysis and other aspects. This study provides a theoretical framework for carbon accounting in the field of public buildings and lays a foundation for establishing a unified carbon emission accounting method system in the field of green public buildings.

Based on the partial equilibrium model, this paper uses the SMART model to simulate the economic effects of different tariff concessions between China and Japan on both Chinese and Japanese Mechanical and electrical products under the RCEP framework. The results of the study show that China obtains larger trade effects relative to Japan after the RCEP comes into effect, because 91.3% of the Mechanical and electrical products exported from Japan to China have been liberalized before the RCEP comes into effect, and the Mechanical and electrical products exported from Japan to China are fully liberalized after the RCEP comes into effect, while China sets a transition period for tariff concessions and maintains a benchmark tariff for Mechanical and electrical products exported from Japan. China has not fully liberalized its exports of E&E products to China even after the transition period of tariff concessions. Therefore, if China fully liberalizes its E&E products to Japan based on reciprocal tariffs, China will gain more trade creation effect than trade diversion effect. Although a trade agreement would lower the tariff revenue of both countries, the economic welfare effect would be further enhanced. Finally, this paper proposes relevant policies and recommendations.
