Acute myocardial infarction AMI is a major cause of death in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Due to his chronic inflammatory state, Patient with SLE has an increased risk of developing coronary artery disease. We report a case of a middle-aged woman with an acute myocardial infarction AMI caused by a right coronary artery (RCA) stenosis complicated with severe coronary artery spasm. Our patient has a history of long-standing SLE. Clinical expression of coronary artery disease (CAD) in SLE is the result of different pathophysiologic mechanism. from this case, we raise the importance of the clinician to be aware of the diverse pathophysiologic pathways involving a coronary artery in a patient with SLE.

The cone bit is the most principal rock breaking tool in drilling engineering. The statistical analysis of field data shows that the early damage and failure of sliding bearing is one of the main reasons that affect the service life and performance of the cone bit in the real drilling process. Aiming at the complex working environment of cone bit sliding bearing with heavy load, high temperature and mixed lubrication, the paper establishes a multilevel line contact model of rough surface and carries out the finite element modeling and analysis from the perspective of contact mechanics. Then the Von Mises stress, Residual normal deformation and Inelastic dissipated energy are obtained under the different cycles of loading-unloading. The results show that with the increase of cycles of loading-unloading, the part of edge area of the line contact enters into elastic shakedown and the asperities in the central area occur irreversible plastic deformation, which has a significant influence on the stability of the sliding bearing of the cone bit.

The evolution of the ω phase and its influence on tensile properties in β Ti-12V-2Fe-1Al alloys aged at temperature from 373 to 573 K were investigated. The results show that the formation of the thermal ω phase starts to take place at temperature between 393 and 423 K in the alloy. The growth of the thermal ω particles is accompanied by a rejection of V, Fe and Al solute atoms from the growing thermal ω particles into the surrounding β matrix. Tensile properties of the β Ti-12V-2Fe-Al alloy are strongly dependent on aging temperature. The plastic deformation mode changes from fully {332} deformation twinning in the ST alloy, to dislocation slip mixed with partially {332} twinning in the alloy aged at 393 K and to dislocation slip associated with stress-induced ω phase transformation in the alloy aged at 423 K. Particularly, the alloys aged at 523 K and above exhibit a brittle fracture without any elongation. It is suggested that the occurrence of the coherent elastic strain between the ω and β phase results in stabilization effect on the β matrix, which may account for the drastic change in plastic deformation mode and tensile properties in aged Ti-12V-2Fe-Al alloys with an increase of aging temperature.

Steel slag asphalt concrete is one of the important components of asphalt concrete. There are some differences between the steel slag asphalt concrete and ordinary asphalt concrete. Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad, this paper systematically introduces the steel slag characteristics and excellent performance of steel slag asphalt concrete, summarizes the problems existing in the practical application of steel slag asphalt concrete, and provides references for its promotion and application.

Conductive asphalt concrete can eliminate snow and icing on road areas, and is a research hot topic for intelligent snow removal. By adding graphite, the electrical resistivity of asphalt concrete can be reduced to achieve the purpose of electrical conductivity. However, the aggregate electrical resistance in asphalt concrete is very large and does not play a conductive role. It is a new technical idea to use steel slag with good electrical conductivity as aggregate to mix graphite powder with good electrical conductivity to prepare steel slag graphite conductive asphalt concrete (SGCAC). In this paper, the effects of steel slag and graphite on the conductive properties of steel slag graphite conductive asphalt concrete are separately explained, and then the conductive mechanism and electrical resistance stability of the conductive slag and graphite are studied.

In transportation, the road is rough, the engine operation, the instability of the transmission system, and large vibration of the vibration system is to collect the vibration energy, and transformed into stable electricity, provide extra energy for transportation. Experiment device of the system is composed of three parts: simulate vibration test rig, vibration generating device, rectifier voltage regulator circuit. Vibration table is to simulate vehicle vibration in the road, cars, for example, through the check information that cars drive in ordinary road driving axle of some vibration data, thus to calculate all parameters of the vibration table. Vibration generating device is placed on the simulation vibration table, it can convert vibration energy into cars can use electricity. Rectifier voltage regulator circuit is generated by power generation device with a range of random variation of amplitude of electric energy through the rectifier voltage into a stable power output, for car use. The final design and making the vibration system, obtained by the method of experiment proved that the vibration of system feasible.

Domestic water treatment is very important field. Now, mechanical water treatment technology is getting wide use in production. In the process of life water treatment, filter process is a very important step. In this paper, the strength and deformation of upper filter system which includes upper filter frames and upper filter plates were analyzed with ANSYS and useful results are got. Through the analysis on strength, the paper found the shortcomings of production and design. After analyzing and comparing the stresses and deformations of three different design schemes, the paper provided the optimized design plan of upper filter system at last.
