Purple sweet potato is a vine that grows a lot in Indonesia and is used in various local food preparations because it contains high nutrients. Objective: to review the benefits of various processed foods from purple sweet potatoes in increasing nutritional intake. Method: a literature review of published articles from Science Direct, PubMed, Neliti, and Google Scholar, with 25 shortlisted articles. Purple sweet potatoes contain nutrients that can replenish daily energy sources such as carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Other ingredients include high anthocyanins, fiber, vitamins A, B12, and C, and minerals; Ca, Fe, Mg, K, and Zn. Purple sweet potatoes are used for traditional and modern food preparations. Some of these processed foods are biscuits, sponges, brownies, snack bars, fit bars, noodles, waffles, flaky cracers, pasta, croquettes, and MP-ASI. Conclusion: the benefits of processed purple sweet potato foods in various forms contribute to adequate nutritional intake, the importance of a good processing process, because the heat process will affect its nutritional content.

The prevalence of malnutrition in Indonesia is high, which is caused by a lack of nutritional intake. Green beans (Vigna Radiata L.) contain various nutrients and processed products can be used as additional food to overcome this problem. This literature study aims to determine the nutritional composition and processed product of green bean. This research method uses a literature review study sourced from Pubmed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar and obtained 21 articles. Results: Green beans contain carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamin and mineral. Green beans can be processed into various food products, one of which is cookies. Conclusion: Processed green bean products contain variety of nutrients and can be used as an alternative additional food to overcome the problem of malnutrition.

IntroductionHealth insurance registries, which capture insurance coverage and demographic information for entire populations, are a critical component of population health surveillance and research when using administrative data. Lack of standardization of registry information across Canada’s provinces and territories could affect the comparability of surveillance measures. We assessed the contents of health insurance registries across Canada to describe the populations covered and document registry similarities and differences. MethodsA survey about the data and population identifiers in health insurance registries was developed by the study team and representatives from the Public Health Agency of Canada. The survey was completed by key informants from most provinces and territories and then descriptively analyzed. ResultsResponses were received from all provinces; partial responses were received from the Northwest Territories. Demographic information in health insurance registries, such as primary address, date of birth and sex, were captured in all jurisdictions. Data captured on familial relationships, ethnicity and socioeconomic status varied among jurisdictions, as did start and end dates of coverage and frequency of registry updates. Identifiers for specific populations, such as First Nations individuals, were captured in some, but not all jurisdictions. ConclusionHealth insurance registries are a rich source of information about the insured populations of the provinces and territories. However, data heterogeneity may affect who is included and excluded in population surveillance estimates produced using administrative health data. Development of a harmonized data framework could support timely and comparable population health research and surveillance results from multi-jurisdiction studies.

IntroductionLes registres d’assurance-maladie, qui recueillent des renseignements sur la couverture et certaines caractéristiques des individus à l’échelle de larges populations, sont précieux pour la surveillance de la santé de la population et de la recherche fondée sur l’utilisation de données administratives. Le fait que les données des registres des provinces et des territoires du Canada ne soient pas normalisées est susceptible de nuire à la comparabilité des mesures de surveillance. Nous avons évalué le contenu des registres d’assurance-maladie au Canada afin de décrire les populations couvertes et de relever les similitudes et les différences entre les registres. MéthodologieL’équipe de l’étude et des représentants de l’Agence de la santé publique du Canada ont élaboré une enquête sur les caractéristiques individuelles et les données sur la population recueillies dans les registres d’assurance-maladie. Les réponses des informateurs clés des provinces et territoires qui ont répondu à l’enquête ont été analysées de façon descriptive. RésultatsToutes les provinces ont répondu à l’enquête et les Territoires du Nord-Ouest ont fourni des réponses partielles. Certaines caractéristiques individuelles figurant dans les registres d’assurance-maladie (l’adresse principale, la date de naissance et le sexe) sont saisies dans toutes les provinces et tous les territoires. Les données disponibles sur les liens de parenté, l’origine ethnique et le statut socioéconomique sont variables selon les provinces et territoires, tout comme les dates de début et de fin de couverture et la fréquence de mise à jour du registre. L’information sur des populations particulières, comme les membres des Premières Nations, est saisie dans certaines provinces et certains territoires seulement. ConclusionLes registres d’assurance-maladie constituent une riche source d’information sur les populations assurées des provinces et des territoires. Cependant, l’hétérogénéité des données peut avoir un impact sur les personnes incluses et exclues dans les estimations de surveillance de la population produites à partir de données administratives sur la santé. L’élaboration d’un cadre de données harmonisé favoriserait l’obtention de résultats comparables et à jour en matière de recherche et de surveillance de la santé de la population dans le cadre d’études intergouvernementales.

Gleichzeitig ist es Eltern und pädagogischen Kräften durch die enorme Ausdifferenzierung des Medienangebots kaum mehr möglich, einen Überblick über den Medienkonsum der Kinder zu behalten. Das Institut für angewandte Kindermedienforschung (IfaK) fungiert in Anbetracht dieser Herausforderungen als Kompetenzzentrum. The importance of digital media has increased in recent years due to immense technological change. Today, digital media are an elementary part of everyday life and this is especially true for children's everyday life. At the same time, due to the enormous differentiation of the media on offer, it is hardly possible for parents and pedagogical staff to keep an overview of the children's media consumption. The Institute for Applied Children's Media Research acts as a competence centre in view of these challenges.

Resumen Al hilo de inquietudes surgidas en el trabajo de campo de una investigación sobre procesos migratorios de colombianos y peruanos con subjetivaciones sexo-genéricas no heteronormativas, el artículo problematiza las fronteras aparentemente claras trazadas entre los atributos definidos para seleccionar a los sujetos del estudio: la relación tiempo-espacio implicada en el desplazamiento migratorio, y la subjetivación sexo-genérica “homosexual”. A partir de esas reflexiones, y de aportes de autores que han trabajado en torno a la noción, se propone un modo intersticial de pensar la frontera.

Fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) systems have recently become popular in repairing concrete or masonry structures because of their inherent advantages. In spite of these benefits, FRPs have drawbacks having low fire resistance, poor environmental sustainability and incompatibilty with the substrate concrete. The effort to address these issues has led to the development of an emerging strain hardening cementitious (SHC) material using an inorganic polymer known as hybrid fibre-reinforced geopolymer (HFRG) composites. Compared with cement-based SHC composites, HFRG has better bond performance to concrete substrates, higher fire resistance, greater corrosion durability and helps to reduce CO2 emissions. This paper reviews the recent development of HFRG composites as an emerging repair material. Literature reveals that flowability of a fresh HFRG mixture decreases with increasing fibre content though still workable up to 2% fibre volume. Fibre synergy could result in 10–181% higher flexural toughness of geopolymer composites than when just using mono fibres. The application of HFRG composites to RC beams increased displacement ductility by to 263%. To date, there has been no reported field application of HFRG as a repair material though mono-fibre FRG has been field-applied as a strengthening material in large-diameter sewer RC pipes, RC culverts, RC sewerage manholes and dam surface improvement.

Ambient light is one of the most suitable available trigger conditions for the release of covalently bound volatile odorants in home- and laundry-care applications. We report on three complementary classes of light-cleavable fragrance precursors, covering the controlled release of odorants with a wide range of functional groups. o-Hydroxy cinnamates 1 undergo a UV-induced double bond isomerization followed by transesterification to release coumarin and a fragrance alcohol of choice. ?-Alkoxyacetophenones 10 and ?,?-dialkoxyacetophenones 12 undergo Norrish type II fragmentations upon UV-irradiation, thereby releasing one or two equivalents of fragrant aldehydes, respectively. Finally, photoexcited Xanthenoic esters 22 undergo fragmentation to release reactive acyl radicals, which further cyclize onto internal olefins to form perfumery lactones of various ring sizes.
