Final-year nursing students are known to face high levels of stress due to increased demands in academics and clinical practicum. In this study, a virtual peer mentoring program was pilot-tested, involving alumni as mentors. Using a mixed-methods approach, we sought to describe the acceptability, feasibility and satisfaction associated with the intervention. Study intervention involved: a) orientation, b) mindful self-compassion training workshop, and c) virtual mentorship interactions for nine months. Evaluation of study variables was done at the completion of training and at the end of the virtual peer mentoring program via self-reported questionnaires and interviews. The current virtual peer mentoring intervention was deemed acceptable, feasible and satisfactory to mitigate challenges for final-year nursing students. The virtual component of the study was considered to be convenient and appropriate, however, future mentoring interventions could be more effective by employing a form of mixed-contact involving both virtual and in-person interactions.

The world’s countless economies are constantly undergoing various changes. This study analyses the role played by population in different levels of economic development, namely developed countries and developing countries, on a national level. The main text is based on theories such as Malthusianism and Boserup theory, combined with case studies of two types of countries represented by Pakistan and Japan, to analyse the relationship between population and economy. In developing countries, the relationship between population changes and economic development is negatively correlated; while in developed countries, the relationship is positively correlated. The next step is to delve into the reasons behind the results obtained from in-depth analysis and explore why there are differences between developed countries and developing countries. Some of the reasons include the baby boom, industrial structure, health care and education. The interplay between these factors and populations has led to economic differences between developed and developing countries.

Edible fungi are a typical type of food microorganism, hold significant nutritive value and are considered valuable resources. However, ensuring the safety of these fungi is a crucial concern that must not be underestimated, encompassing both food safety and human health. Tackling this issue is paramount to safeguarding consumer wellbeing and upholding the integrity of the edible fungi industry. The safety risk assessment of edible fungi encompasses numerous facets, and a variety of technical approaches are applied to these areas. For instance, Convolutional Neural Networks and Spectroscopy technology have been utilized to identify the species of edible fungi to ascertain their suitability for human consumption. Bioinformatics methods, such as transcriptome data mining and gene sequencing, have been employed to identify toxic substances and pathogenic microorganisms present in edible fungi, thereby mitigating the risk of food poisoning. Atomic absorption spectroscopy has been employed to assess the heavy metal content in edible fungi, effectively preventing excessive intake of heavy metals by the human body. This paper offers a comprehensive review of the research advancements in safety risk assessment of edible fungi, covering various facets such as edible fungi species identification, toxicity assessment, microbiological safety evaluation, and heavy metal detection. It offers valuable insights for evaluating safety issues related to edible fungi and furnishes theoretical underpinning for mitigating risks of edible fungi poisoning and other safety concerns.

Diabetic foot is one of the most severe complications of diabetes. It is caused by high blood sugar, resulting in combined neuropathy and various degrees of peripheral vascular disease, leading to local microcirculation disorders. This condition can trigger infections, ulcers, and deep tissue damage in the lower limbs. In severe cases, gangrene may occur, leading to amputation. Therefore, timely microcirculation monitoring of the feet in diabetic patients can help detect early blood supply issues. Prompt and effective intervention and treatment for diabetic patients with microcirculation disorders in the feet can prevent the occurrence and development of diabetic foot. Physical factor therapy utilizes various forms of physical energy to induce reactions in the body, such as dilating blood vessels, increasing blood flow, and promoting tissue blood supply. Simultaneously, it stimulates nerves and muscles, aiding in improving nerve conduction and promoting nerve regeneration. This helps prevent and improve microcirculation disorders in diabetic feet. This article outlines the microcirculation disorders in diabetic feet, along with monitoring and treatment methods. It focuses on the principles and efficacy of common physical factor methods for microcirculation intervention, as well as research advancements in their clinical application for diabetic foot. This information serves as a reference for the treatment and adjunctive research of diabetic foot.

Many radioactive pollutants will be deposited inside the nuclear power plant pipelines after long-term service, which will form radioactive hot spots and increase the radiation dose rate level of operators. The ultrasonic decontamination efficiency was studied through the establishment of ultrasonic decontamination dynamic test bench, under different decontamination process parameters. It has also been applied in the engineering filed. The results show that: Ultrasonic decontamination efficiency increases with the increase of decontamination power, and the maximum decontamination efficiency of pollutants is up to 62.69%. The main reason is that the mechanical effect and cavitation effect of ultrasonic are significant with the increase of power, which is conducive to the removal of pollutants in the pipeline. When the decontamination time is 60min, the ultrasonic decontamination efficiency is more than 90%. Meanwhile, after ultrasonic decontamination of the pipeline hot spots, the contact dose rate at the pipeline hot spots is reduced by 75.20% at the highest, and the environmental dose rate is reduced by more than 90%, which reduces the collective dose level of operators working near the pipeline hot spot greatly, and ensures the health of the operators and environmental safety.

More and more conventional infrastructure construction leads to an increasement in global carbon emissions due to the release of carbon. However, it is not clear whether the information infrastructure promotes or inhibits carbon emissions. Consequently, this study examines how information infrastructure at the provincial level affects carbon emissions in China. The study used a set of two-way fixed-effect models using panel data from 30 Chinese provinces and municipalities from 2013 to 2021.These findings indicate a continuous improvement in the overall progress of information infrastructure development, yet there is also a widening gap between the highest and lowest extremes. Moreover, the level of information infrastructure development in the eastern region clearly surpasses western region’s to a substantial extent. In addition, empirical research has found that there exists a clear "inverted U-shaped" relationship between information infrastructure and carbon emissions. These findings offer both theoretical and empirical support for China's efforts in constructing an information infrastructure that can effectively achieve the "double carbon" strategy.

Many papers have reviewed remote sensing image segmentation (RSIS) algorithms currently. Those existing surveys are insufficiently exhaustive to sort out the various RSIS methods, it is impossible to comprehensively compare characteristics of different RSIS methods. In addition, the segmentation efficiency and accuracy of the RSIS methods cannot always meet the subsequent image analysis requirements. Thus, a clear comparative analysis of various RSIS methods is essential to provide an in-depth understanding of RSIS and theoretical ideas for conducting in-depth research in the future. The goal of this article is to provide readers with the latest information on optical RSIS technology. Comparative measures of these methods are provided in terms of conceptual details, the merits and demerits, and the performance of various RSIS methods. Moreover, various RSIS methods’ experiments are carried out on optical images using the NWPU VHR-10 public remote sensing datasets. Through the review of optical RSIS methods, this paper provides data as complete as possible for further related research and development of RSIS methods.

In the realm of online dating, first impressions are pivotal, significantly influencing the trajectory of subsequent interactions and relationship development. This article examines the women’s preferences in QQ Channels towards men on online social networking platforms. The present study conducts a preliminary interview to observe the impact of different personal types (extroverted, introverted, learning-focused, and “bad boy”) on the attractiveness and interaction levels of female users. This paper draws from a diverse group of female participants, ensuring a wide range of ages and backgrounds. Four types of personal impression are created, each simulating a real dating environment, allowing participants to interact with persona profiles. The result reveals that extroverted personas are highly attractive. Introverted personas struggle to sustain interactions, often resulting in participants halting communication or failing to progress beyond initial contact. Learning personas exhibit limited engagement, with most participants tapering off after the initial interaction. Interestingly, the “bad boy” persona garners high attention. The study highlights the important role of first impressions in online communication. This provides preliminary evidence of women’s online dating behaviors on emerging social platforms.

This text aims to reexamine the role of ethos in persuasion through a comparative analysis of the viewpoints of the great classical rhetoricians Aristotle, Cicero, and Quintilian. By comparing these viewpoints, it seeks to demonstrate their similarities and differences. The study reveals that Aristotle emphasizes the moral aspect of character, Cicero focuses on the artistry of rhetorical techniques, and Quintilian places greater importance on adapting to the practical context of the audience. The perspectives of Aristotle, Cicero, and Quintilian provide us with profound insights that contribute to a reconsideration of the role of ethos in persuasion.

This essay establishes three factors, i.e. organic fertilizer, chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer with cow carbide. The purpose of the present study was to elucidate influence of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer on yield and inner quality in spinach with fifteen treatments at five levels. The results showed that the contents of reducing sugar and nitrate nitrogen of spinach in organic fertilizer handling area was less than those in chemical fertilizer. No significant difference was found among the fresh weight, total sugar content and vitamin C content by utilization of organic fertilizer or chemical fertilizer.

For storage in deep saline formations, where CO2 is injected into the pore spaces of rocks previously occupied by saline groundwater (brine), relative permeability is a key input parameter for predictive models. CO2 injectivity is considered to reach the maximum value at the CO2 endpoint relative permeability when brine saturation becomes irreducible. The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of viscosity ratio, interfacial tension and wettability on relative permeability during CO2-brine drainage. A multiphase lattice Boltzmann model (LBM) is employed to numerically measure pore-scale dynamics in CO2-brine flow in the sample of Berea sandstone. CO2/brine with interfacial tension from 30 to 45 mN/m and viscosity ratio from 0.05 to 0.17 (the range of values expected for typical storage reservoirs conditions) are carried out to systematically assess the influence on the relative permeability curves. Although CO2 storage in sandstone saline aquifers is predominantly water wet, there are contradictory results as to the magnitude of the contact angle and its variation with fluid conditions. Therefore, the range of wetting conditions is studied to gain a better insight into the effect of wettability on supercritical CO2 displacement. In this study, it is observed that interfacial tension variations play a trivial impact while both of viscosity ratio and wettability are likely to have a significant effect on relative permeability curves under representative condition of storage reservoirs. We also perform a near-wellbore scale geomechanics analysis to investigate the impact of relative permeability on CO2 injectivity. The result shows that water-wet condition facilitates the CO2 injection when there is no fracture induced.

The mechanical behaviour of sedimentary rocks is conditioned by the interactions at the grain-grain contacts. We present a micromechanics digital rock workflow based on a cohesive contact model and introduce a general parameterization that can capture two extreme contact behaviours: free grains and fixed grains, as well as any intermediate degree of grain consolidation. With this parametric cohesive contact model, we can simulate a wide range of sedimentary rocks, from unconsolidated to well-consolidated rocks. We present a benchmark study on several samples and compare with laboratory-measured elastic moduli to calibrate its degree of consolidation. Simulations that do not include the grain contact modelling, tend to overestimate the elastic moduli, which manifests the significance of this contribution to capture well the grain contact behaviour. To demonstrate the impact of properly capturing the degree of consolidation on the rock strength and failure pattern, we present results for numerical uniaxial compression testing. This workflow provides physics-based solution to complex grain contact behaviour, which complements laboratory core analysis, and can be useful to reveal underlying grain-scale processes governing rock mechanical behaviour.

After humanistic quality teaching reform of the basic course of material science, professional knowledge points and ideological and political elements are integrated, and the teaching platform, students' real feelings and the power of humanistic quality elements are coordinated.

In order to compare the health literacy level of college students in Guangdong province in 2020 and 2022, so as to provide a scientific basis for targeted health literacy intervention and policy formulation for college students in Guangdong province, surveys were respectively conducted in 2020 and 2022. The data collation and analysis were performed using SPSS 19.0 statistical software. The χ2 test was used to compare different health literacy, and logistic regression was performed to analyse the factors influencing health literacy. The results show that the general health literacy level of college students in Guangdong province in 2022 is 46.5%, 6.3% higher than 40.2% in 2020, which difference is statistically significant. The three dimensions and six aspects of health literacy all have improved. The results of both years showed that health skills, basic medical literacy and health information literacy were at a low level. According to logistic regression analysis, the health literacy level of senior students is higher than that of junior students，and those who have taken health related courses have higher health literacy level. The most desirable type of health knowledge is prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, and the new media access is becoming more popular among students to gain health knowledge. In conclusion, Guangdong college students’ health literacy is relatively high, but still needs to be improved, especially in health skills, basic medical care and health information literacy. The government, colleges and universities should work together to improve college students’ health literacy.

Metadiscourse is an important concept in the field of discourse analysis, but related studies have been confined to various genres of written discourse. There is little research on the persuasive function of metadiscourse in speech. This paper adopts a data analysis method to collect keynote speeches by Chinese President Xi Jinping at the opening ceremonies of the 1th to 4th China International Import Expo and Xi Jinping’s New Year message from 2014 to 2022, with a total of 13 speeches as the corpus of this research. Based on the literature research method, directives, self-mentions, and attitude markers of Hyland’s Model of Metadiscourse are combined with the affective appeals of Aristotle’s rhetorical persuasion theory as an analytical framework to analyze the corpus. And the purpose of this paper is to discuss how these three types of metadiscourse achieve affective appeals in Xi Jinping’s speeches. The study finds that these three types of metadiscourse are frequently used in Xi Jinping’s speeches and have realized an important affective appeal function as well as enhanced the persuasion effect of the speech. Directives, self-mentions, and attitude markers are conducive to affective appeal, resonating with the audience, and achieving the purpose of persuasion in the speech. This paper finds ways to promote the audience’s understanding of speech from the perspective of metadiscourse rhetorical persuasion by studying the affective appeal function of metadiscourse in Xi Jinping’s speeches.

ICP-AES method can be used to determine multiple metallic elements simultaneously, and has the advantages of high sensitivity, good repeatability and high accuracy. In the paper, the detection limit of iron content was determined by stepwise dilution method. The influence of the cationic concentration on the determination of iron element was studied, and the matrix matching method was proposed to eliminate the influence. The results show that, the determination limit of Iron element is 0.01 mg·L-1. Because the other cationic content is several times or even tens of times as much as iron ions, it has a great influence on the determination results of Iron element. The effects of cationic concentration can be effectively eliminated by establishing a standard curve using matrix matching. After digestion pretreatment on the oil and gas field produce water, The standard adding recovery rate was between 95% and 105%, and the RSD is less than 4%. Compare this method with o-phenanthroline spectrophotometry, its relative error is within 5%. Therefore, ICP-AES method can fully meet the requirements of determination of iron content in oil field produce water, and greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of the laboratory analysis of oil and as field wastewater.

With the change of the installation position of the radiant panel, the indoor air distribution formed by the attached jet air supply will also change, which will affect the diffusion distribution of indoor particulate matter. Through numerical simulation, the influence of indoor air distribution formed by attached jet air supply on the diffusion distribution of aerosol particles released by human body is studied. It is found that within 0 ~ 300s, 97.2% ~ 98.5% of the aerosol particles of human body jet are captured by the wall, and only a small part of fine particles exists in the air in the form of suspended solids. The final particle concentration of wall attached air supply is the lowest, and the effect of roof attached air supply is in the middle. The indoor particle concentration of wall attached air supply with deflector is higher than that of other forms at the same time in 0 ~ 300s.

The radiant cooling combined with attached jet air supply system is a temperature and humidity independent control system. Radiant cooling panels are used to bear the indoor sensible heat load, and the attached jet air supply is used to bear the indoor humidity load. Numerical simulation method is used to study the changes of indoor relative humidity and dehumidification efficiency of radiant cooling panels installed on ceiling and wall, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of all three systems taking into consideration the radiant cooling coupled with wall attached jet air supply with deflectors in terms of comfort. The results show that the attached jet has good adhesion to the cooling panel and will not leads to condensation; the dehumidification efficiency of wall attached jet is relatively poor; at the height of 0.1m, the thermal comfort of wall radiant cooling system is the best; at the height of 0.7m, the wall radiant cooling system with deflector is the best; in the working range of 1.1 ∼ 2.4m, the wall radiant cooling system is better than the ceiling radiant cooling system with or without deflector.

The prediction of contaminant distribution in multi-zone environment is critical for ensuring indoor personnel health and making an optimistic ventilation strategy. However, the input of uncertainty parameters (flow coefficients, flow exponents, etc.) has a significant impact on the predicted pollutant concentrations. In this study, we proposed a reconstruction method to achieve parameter estimation for the multi-zone model. MATLAB codes was programmed to call CONTAM engine to accomplish pollutant transport simulation in a multi-zone scaled building model. Then a Bayesian inference algorithm compiled in MATLAB codes was applied to determine the unknown parameters iteratively. Finally, multi-zone scaled experiments with different forms of pollutant sources were employed to validate the reconstruction method. The results showed that the predicted concentrations with the reconstructed parameters agreed well with the measured data in the constant source (CS) experiment. While, for the dynamic source (DS) experiment, the predicted concentrations had some discrepancies with the measured data.

This paper proposed an integrated geometric error identification and prediction method to solve the uncertainty problem of the PDGEs of rotary axis. First, based on homogeneous transform matrix (HTM) and multi-body system (MBS) theory, The transfer matrix only considering the C-axes rotated is derived to the position error model. Then a geometric errors identification of rotary axis is introduced by measuring the error increment in three directions. Meanwhile the geometric errors of C-axis are described as truncated Fourier polynomials caused by fitting discrete values. Thus, The geometric error identification is converted into the function coefficient. Finally, the proposed new prediction and identification model of PDGEs in the global frame are verified through simulation and experiments with double ball-bar tests.

Considering increasing uncertain renewable energy sources (RES) and flexible loads in active distribution network (ADN), this study proposes a novel optimal model for robust hourly energy scheduling of ADN. Firstly, a deterministic optimal dispatching model is formulated, which aims at minimizing the total operation cost of distribution network; Secondly, the information gap decision theory (IGDT) is employed to handle uncertainties of RES generation. One of the features of the proposed model is to take into account the impact of demand response of flexible loads and energy storage system (ESS) as the effective tools to reduce unintended costs due to uncertainty of RESs. Also, the uncertainty of RESs is handled in a way that maximum tolerable uncertainty is achieved for a given worsening of total operation cost. The model is formulated as a mixed integer nonlinear optimization problem and solved in the genetic algorithm. Numerical simulation on the IEEE 33-bus system has been performed. Comparisons with two types of probabilistic techniques demonstrate the effectiveness and benefits of the proposal.

The uncertainty of distribution network operation is increasing with the integration of large-scale renewable distributed generation (DG) units. To reduce the conservativeness of traditional robust optimization (RO) solutions, a data-driven robust optimal approach, which incorporates the superiority of both stochastic and robust approaches, is employed to solve the dispatch model in this paper. Firstly, a deterministic optimal dispatching model is established with the minimum total operation cost of distribution network; secondly, a two-stage distributed robust dispatching model is constructed based on the historical data of renewable-generators output available. The first stage of the model aims at finding optimal values under the basic prediction scenario. In the second stage, the uncertain probability distribution confidence sets with norm-1 and norm-∞ constraints are integrated to find the optimal solution under the worst probability distribution. The model is solved by column-and-constraint generation (CCG) algorithm. Numerical simulation on the IEEE 33-bus system has been performed. Comparisons with the traditional stochastic and robust approaches demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposal.

Numerical analysis software based on linear finnite element method and statistical damage theory concrete material has been adopted in this study. Dynamic numerical model of twin fibers pullout test of concrete matrix have been created by considering the meso-heterogeneity of concrete material. The whole process from micro-cracks initiation, propagation to crack penetration has been simulated. The influence of stress wave loading peak and loading rate on twin fibers pull-out test of concrete matrix under dynamic load has, therefore, been scrutinized. Results show that loading rate has effect on failure mode and crack propagation along interface of the twin fibers pull-out specimens. With increasing loading rates, the rate of interface crack propagation and damage area increase either.

Feature matching is very important in image stitching. RANSAC algorithm is a representative algorithm for feature matching. However, RANSAC still has many shortcomings such as a large number of iterations, a large computational complexity and cannot completely eliminate mismatches. To address above problem, in this paper, we propose a novel method termed constant elasticity of substitution function based RANSAC (CES-RANSAC) for image stitching. Specifically, CES-RANSAC improves the RANSAC algorithm by constructing a utility function, optimizing the boundary of the utility function, calculating Cobb-Douglas coefficients. It also introduces Lindahl equilibrium to derive the return value t to help eliminate mismatches. Experiments show that compared with the traditional RANSAC algorithm, CES-RANSAC has improved matching accuracy and increased computational efficiency, which further improves the efficiency of the image matching algorithm.

This paper takes the historical and cultural area of Tanhualin in Wuchang District as an example, from the historical construction present situation, the value of historical architecture, discusses three aspects of the historical building protection measures, and finally draws the conclusion: historical building protection needs to emphasize on protection, do repair old as before, to protect the culture at the same time also should pay attention to regain its vitality, achieve sustainable development, and carefully reconsider historical buildings in the present age, the function of space positioning.

The quality of road and bridge engineering is directly related to the safety of the transportation industry. In the construction of highway bridges, it is particularly important to strictly control the construction quality. Combining the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to obtain the current road bridge construction safety risk level. According to the different risk levels, effective measures should be taken to avoid unsafe accidents. On this basis, historical risk cases can be analyzed to find problems in the safety assessment of highways and bridges, and effective construction safety management and control measures can be put forward to ensure the vigorous development of my country’s highway and bridge industry.

This paper collects the data of China’s aquatic products from 2002 to 2018 and studies the relationship between the production agglomeration and export competitiveness of aquatic products. This paper calculates the production Concentration Rate (CR) which reflects the degree of agglomeration of aquatic products and the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) index which reflects the export competitiveness of aquatic products, and then uses variable intercept model with fixed effects to empirically analyze the impact of production agglomeration of three main aquatic products (fish, crustacean and shellfish) on the export competitiveness. The results show that there is an obvious phenomenon of production agglomeration of aquatic products in China. Overall, the improvement of production agglomeration of aquatic products is conducive to the promotion of export competitiveness.

Rural vernacular building is a traditional dwelling house with the characteristics of the time and regions, which is now greatly impacted by urbanization and modernization. This research takes the rural vernacular building of Yayou Gou Village as the study case and uses document analysis, observation, and interview method to investigate the character and conservation strategies of rural building. The paper suggests that the building site characters are greatly influenced by topography and living conditions, followed by village traffic. The architectural forms represent the rural style of southern Shandong province with the unique roof shale covered. The layout of the building helps to maintain kinship and improve the local microclimate. Under the background of rural tourism development, effective protection methods for traditional buildings include function revitalization, museum transformation, homestay transformation, and local residents’ living are identified. Through the analysis of rural characteristics and conservation methods exploration, it is beneficial to further research on the character of rural architectural elements, promote the utilization and protection of rural building landscape, and provide enlightenment for rural development.

W27 oilfield is a multi-layer heterogeneous low permeability reservoir, which has entered the middle and late stage of development. The main reservoir is flooded seriously, and the remaining oil distribution is complex. If conventional fracturing technology is adopted, the risk of longitudinal fracture communication with water layer or water-flooded layer is high, which is easy to cause high water cut after fracturing and affect the fracturing effect. According to the characteristics of fractured well reservoir, the hydraulic injection fracturing technology is optimized to optimize the position of injection point and fracturing process parameters, avoid pressing water layer, and achieve accurate reconstruction of potential reservoir. The technology was applied to 4 Wells on site, and the average daily oil gain per well was 6 tons and the average accumulated oil gain per well was 2,500 tons. Hydraulic injection precision fracturing technology has an obvious effect on water control and oil increase in W27 oilfield, which has an important guiding significance for similar reservoirs to improve the fracturing effect.

The conductivity of supporting fractures is an important parameter to evaluate the hydraulic fracturing effect of shale reservoirs, and its size is affected by many factors. In this paper, the proppant is optimized and evaluated on the basis of real rock slab simulation and actual construction proppant test. The laboratory experimental study on the influence of proppant type, sand concentration, proppant embedding and fracturing fluid residue on propping fracture conductivity is carried out, the results show that the average conductivity of 40 / 70 mesh proppant is about 7.15d · cm at 5kg / m2 sand concentration under the condition of reservoir closure pressure of about 50MPa, which can basically meet the requirements of main fracture conductivity of Kong 2 shale reservoir in Dagang Oilfield; the damage of guar gum fracturing fluid and proppant embedment are two important factors that cause the great decline of conductivity of rock slab, and the damage of guar gum fracturing fluid has a great influence on the conductivity, reaching about 50%; the stronger the mud is (the higher the clay content is), the greater the embedment degree of proppant is, and the greater the loss of conductivity is; for the same lithology, the proppant particle size has little damage to the conductivity, and the sand concentration has a greater impact on the conductivity. The larger the sand concentration is, the smaller the loss of the conductivity is.

Based on the geological characteristics of the shale oil in the Kong 2 Member of the Cangdong Sag, Dagang Oilfield, and a large number of core experiments and numerical simulations, the displacement and single-stage liquid volume of the fracturing construction were simulated and optimized; in the stratigraphic shale and stratified mixed shale, the reverse mixing mode is adopted, that is, the gel is used for the rock-breaking seam, and then the low-concentration low-damage fracturing fluid system is used to form the complex seam net. Finally, the high-conductivity-producing area near the well is formed by the addition of sand and gel, forming a personalized horizontal well-cut volume fracturing technology in Dagang Oilfield. The application of this technology in shale oil shows that the output of horizontal well is stable after dense cutting volume fracturing, and industrial development can be realized. Microseismic and stable electric field monitoring confirmed the formation of complex network cracks, and achieved significant yield-increasing effects, providing a reference for the efficient exploration and development of China's continental shale oil.

As an application of digital concepts, unattended convenience stores are widely disseminated and considered one of the trends of future business development. It is an important consideration for the development of unattended convenience stores to determine the potential of operation efficiency and improve inefficient units. This paper establishes a bi-level DEA model with multi-followers and uses weak disposability technology to deal with undesirable intermediate measures, aiming to accurately evaluate the performance of the whole bi-level system of unattended convenience stores and each participant. Thus, extended Kuhn-Tucker conditions are applied to solve the proposed model. It is found that the benefit efficiency of the lower subsystem always belongs to the maximum and minimum benefit efficiency of all followers, and the benefit efficiency of the system is between the upper and lower benefit efficiency. Using a case study of unattended convenience stores in the Chengdu area, the validity and practicability of the model in the evaluation of benefit efficiency are shown and more explicit management opinions are provided.

Wind power is a key development project. In recent years, the wind power industry has developed rapidly. The market needs enterprises with complete systems and higher work efficiency. Internal control is an important measure for the transparency and standardization of enterprise operations. Therefore, after implementing internal control on wind power companies, how to objectively evaluate the internal control construction of wind power companies has become a new research focus. This paper proposes a method to quantitatively evaluate the internal control of wind power enterprises. First, the internal control objectives are decomposed into multiple factor indicators, and then the internal control evaluation system of wind power enterprises is constructed, which is realized by the use of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE). The calculation example shows that the quantitative evaluation method helps to find the deficiencies of the internal control of wind power enterprises, and provides a reference for the establishment and implementation of the system and the efficiency of business operation.

Small space interconnection technology (SSIT) has been utilized in solar panels recently. The application of this technology can further increase the module efficiency. However, higher power decay after long-time operation may occur due to additional risk. Therefore, in this paper, damp heat (DH), thermal cycle (TC), UV irradiation and humidity freezing (HF) tests were utilized to study the weatherability performance of SSIT-based high-density solar panels fabricated with cells cut by two different techniques. The achieved data suggest that the novel high-density modules with small space between cells have good reliability in various weather conditions. The novel low-damage laser-induced cutting technique is beneficial for the improvement of module reliability.

Negative space welding technology (NSWT) is a newly adopted advanced technology for high-density solar panels. The benefit of this technology is its capability to improve the efficiency of panels. However, the introduction of a new technology or material may affect the original reliability. Some unexpected power loss may occur during its operation in different environments. Hence, in this work, damp heat (DH), thermal cycle (TC), UV irradiation and humidity freezing (HF) tests were utilized to evaluate the weatherability of NSWT-based panels fabricated with silicon cells cut by two different techniques. It is suggested by our results that these new panels with negative space between cells have good weatherability both in damp heat, dry heat and UV irradiation condition. The novel low-damage laser-induced cutting technique is beneficial for the improvement of module reliability.

This paper takes rectangular tinned silver flake as the research object to explore the working mechanism of melt metallurgical effect. Firstly, the paper designs and processes rectangular tinned silver flake through the electroplating technology, then conducts low-overload pre-arc experiment with the metallurgical samples. According to the experiment results, it is proposed that “Under low overload current, the formation of silver-tin alloy leads to the increase of current density of the metallic silver layer, which significantly advances the break time of the silver flake. At the same time, the silver-tin interpenetration speed is a linear function of the temperature.” Finally, the self-programming software is used to establish the transient electric heating field model of the metallurgical tinned silver flake. By comparing simulation and experiment, the results verify the accuracy of the hypothesis, and obtain the working mechanism of the melt metallurgical effect, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the design and application of the metallurgical trigger.

This study examines the impact of agricultural export on the economic growth in Nepal for the time period of 1970-2015. In this analysis, researchers used the ARDL model using structural break to investigate the relationship between agricultural exports and economic growth in Nepal. Agricultural land, exchange rate, foreign direct investment, trade openness and agricultural environmental pollution have all been included in this analysis. According to estimates, ARDL, tend towards short-run relationship has been validated. Whereas, in the long-run relation we found negative relation. Furthermore, this study found that agricultural land is directly affecting economic growth. This study recommends policies that improve agricultural production and trade should be strongly pursued to help boost a country’s economic growth

Batter rock-socketed piles (BRSP) foundation is one of common foundations, such as port engineering or cross-sea bridge, while there are few studies on negative skin friction for BRSP. A series of model tests are conducted to explore negative skin friction of BRSP which are embedded in thick soft clay. The effects of the inclined angle of piles and soil consolidation time to negative friction resistance and the bending moment of BRSP are analyzed. The test results show that: the development of negative friction and bending moment BRSP have pronounced time effect; the longer the consolidation time is, the slower the axial force and bending moment intensify. The ultimate pile shaft axial force and bending moment increases nonlinearly concerning the inclined angle of piles. And the “neutral point” position and peak point of bending moment is always located at 0.9~1.0 times soil depth.

Consolidation and permeability tests were conducted on soft clays with different liquid limit by GDS consolidation apparatus. Some fitting parameters were studied for 4 common nonlinear permeability models based on the test data. But different soil samples have different parameters for the same model. In order to find the universal law of permeability coefficient and compressibility with the soil property and void ratio, the void ratio was normalized by the liquid void ratio eL, and the relationship of e/eL with logkv and logp were established based on the test data. The Chapman-Richard curve fitting model was adopted to best fit the obtained time-compression data. The relationship between e/eL with logkv was further verified using 30 groups of test data of permeability collected from China and abroad. The relationship between e/eL with logp was also discussed in this paper, and the fitted curves and nonlinear equations was further simplified into two linear equations at the point of e/eL=0.9 so as to consistent with the well-known theory. The nonlinear equations can be used to calculate the permeability and compressibility according to the void ratio and liquid limit.

In the middle of the 20th century, Paul Rudolph’s design practice of light wood residences in Sarasota area was well adapted to the local hot and humid subtropical climate. By tracing the origin of Paul Rudolph’s thought of climate responsive design, it’s possible to realize the design features of Paul Rudolph’s early works from heat protection and ventilation, and sum up the strategies and construction of his light wood residences for climate responsive design. Based on the characteristics of subtropical heat and humidity, Rudolph focused on innovations in building facades, roofs, and spaces, and proposed a series of climate-responsive design strategies and methods. Rudolph’s light wood practice has its own value in terms of technical principles, material technology, and regional characteristics, which are both rational and perceptual, and has enlightening value for the application of light buildings in subtropical areas and the design of contemporary light wood buildings.

Fully mechanized top coal caving is a major high-yield and high-efficiency coal mining method for thick seam mining. At present, it is affected by the further popularization and application of fully mechanized caving mining because the recovery rate is limited. The research on the technology of fully mechanized top coal caving and transitional coal mining is crucial. This paper aims at the top coal recovery with the top coal of the fully mechanized caving face and the transitional frame at both ends of the working face. With the top roof structure model of the fully mechanized caving face, the numerical simulation and field measurement is used to compare the end coal caving. With caving coal or not, the destruction and migration rules of the top coal in the fully mechanized caving face are obtained. The study found that at the end of the transport trough, the maximum concentration factor of the support pressure in the coal is 2.35, and the maximum vertical displacement is 9.2cm. And at the end of the return air trough, the support pressure concentration factor is 3.53, and the maximum vertical displacement of the roof is 102cm. The above research reveals the law of the occurrence of the pressure and the movement of the top coal when caving the coal at the end, while ensuring the safe production and efficient mining of the coal mine.

For mining using the caving and filling methods in metal mines, determining a suitable size for the isolated pillars—the connecting part of the extension from shallow to deep—is crucial for ensuring safety and efficiency. Considering actual cases involving deep caving and cut-and-fill mining in the Chifeng Hongling lead-zinc mine in Inner Mongolia, China, the reserved thickness range of the horizontal isolation layer is obtained via theoretical analysis. On this basis, the pre-processing software HyperMesh is used to build a high-precision hexahedral grid model of the mining area, and the three-dimensional geological model of the mining area is imported into the finite-difference software FLAC3D. The stress field, displacement field, and plastic area evolution law of pillars (horizontally isolated pillars and adjacent rib pillars) in the stope of the ninth middle section after excavation are analyzed via numerical simulation inversion of the selected scheme of horizontal isolated pillars. The numerical simulation results show that the scheme employed to retain the upper horizontal isolated pillars in the ninth middle section involves reserving thicknesses of 8 m and 32 m at average ore body thicknesses of 15 m and 35 m, respectively. These results can provide theoretical guidance and a basis for safe and efficient mining of deep metal mines.

In order to study the extent of the impact of air pollution on poverty vulnerability and provide a reference for governments to formulate and adjust policy approaches, in this paper, CNRDS and CHIPS micro-survey data were used to test the effects of air pollution on poverty vulnerability by using the Probit model, and the tendency value matching (PSM) method was adopted to correct the selective bias. The basic results show that air pollution is significantly negatively correlated with farmers’ vulnerability to poverty, that is, the higher the proportion of air pollution, the lower the economic vulnerability of farmers. And the effect of air pollution on farmers’ economic vulnerability is U-shaped. The main contribution of this paper refers to its assessment of the poverty reduction effect of air pollution from a forward-looking perspective, which can effectively maintain the results of poverty relief, improve the effectiveness of poverty-relief inputs and the continuity of poverty-relief effects, and achieve a stable poverty relief of the poor.

Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) is highly developed, characterized by obvious geographical advantages, excellent natural resources, continuous improvement of environmental quality, and accumulation of scientific and technological innovation elements. It is an important space carrier and hinterland for the construction of " the Belt and Road initiative ". However, the long-term, high-speed, and extensive development model has also caused the Greater Bay Area to carry more debt in the environment and history. Therefore, in order to construct the pattern of ecological civilization construction in GBA, it is urgent to establish and improve the evaluation system and policy system of ecological civilization from the top-level design, and to construct the pattern of high-quality ecological space, green industry and joint defense.

Vocs have become a weak base for air pollution control compared to particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide. Petrochemical, chemical, industrial coating, packaging and printing, oil storage and Marketing Industries (hereinafter referred to as key industries) are China’s key sources of VOCs emissions. In order to win the battle of protecting the blue sky and improve the air quality, it is urgent to strengthen the comprehensive treatment of VOCs in key industries. In order to fully understand the comprehensive treatment and emission control of industrial sources of organic waste gases in the city, an updated survey was conducted on the emission of VOCs from industrial sources in the region, and the results of the survey were analyzed Analysis report on VOCs emission and comprehensive treatment in key industries.

It is imperative to improve the monitoring level of organic waste gas pollution by carrying out real-time monitoring of working conditions, which is in line with national policy and social development. Due to the complex composition, widespread distribution of pollution sources and unorganized emission, it is difficult to control organic waste gas effectively only by current emission regulation. The government should follow up continuously and in real time the status of environmental protection equipment opened by polluting enterprises when the technical conditions permits. It is realized the real-time data collection, transmission, storage and form various reports to monitor, check and judge the working status. Through the implementation of the real-time monitoring of working conditions, the supervision efficiency is improved, the management means is enriched, and a great deal of manpower and management costs are saved.

Considering the land shortage features of a given district in Hangzhou city, the High-sludge sedimentation tank + denitrification filtering tank + nitrification filtering tank + cloth media filtering tank process is adopted for purification treatment. When the system (with the treatment scale of 15,000m3/d) runs for 60 days, the average removal rate of COD and ammoniacal nitrogen are 86% and 96% respectively and the effluent quality reach the quasi grade IV standard.
