This paper selects the formal standard formulation information of Chinese listed automobile manufacturing enterprises, uses the standard co-drafting unit to construct the technical standard alliance network, and uses negative binomial regression to discuss the influence of network characteristic indicators of alliance combination on enterprise innovation performance. The results show that alliance portfolio scale, alliance portfolio diversity and alliance relationship strength all have a positive impact on enterprise innovation performance, which has important reference value for enterprises to better create and manage standard alliances.

In this study, the characteristics of external anal sphincter electromyography (EAS-EMG) in patients with multiple system atrophy (MSA) were analyzed, and its value in the diagnosis of MSA was discussed. The data of 23 patients with MSA who underwent EAS-EMG examination between January 2019 and December 2021 were selected to analyze examination data such as the average duration of motor unit potentials (MUPs), average amplitude, satellite potentials, and the percentage of polyphasic waves, and to explore the correlation between the results of EAS-EMG and autonomic dysfunction in patients with MSA based on their data characteristics. The results of data analysis showed that the most common symptoms in 23 patients with MSA were urination and defecation disorders, sleep disorders, and unsteady walking, the most common signs were increased muscle tone, postural hypotension, and ataxia, and the most common autonomic dysfunction was rectal and bladder dysfunction, orthostatic hypotension, and sexual dysfunction. The average duration of MUPs was 11.6 (10.1-13.9) ms, the average amplitude was 885 (683-1198) μV, and the percentage of polyphasic waves was 26.2 (12.5-50.0)%. Patients with satellite potentials had longer disease duration. There were no significant differences in parameters between different types of autonomic dysfunction. The results suggested that abnormal changes in EAS-EMG may indicate an impaired autonomic function in patients with MSA, and this conclusion may not limit to patients with urination and defecation disorders.

Patent strategy has become an important strategic means to elevate independent innovation capability and international competitiveness of emerging industry. Thus, based on connotation analysis of patent strategy of emerging industry, the paper designs influencing factors analysis framework for industry patent strategy, and puts forward industry patent strategy position, and then builds promoting process of industry patent strategy around patent development, application, use and protection, so as to provide theory and method support for patent strategy management of emerging industry.

The folk art forms of northeast of China are rich and varied. They fully presents the cultural of northeast of China. However, with the transformation of China from a traditional agricultural society to a modern industrial society, people's production mode and life style have changed greatly, and The environment on which folk art depends has huge changed. Some folk art categories are on the verge of extinction, aging and some folk art are lost due to the death of the older generation of artists. The paper presents a study on how to effectively protect and inherit the folk art in northeast China from two follow aspects-- optimization of folk art form and platform construction. Through literature review, research framework, deductive content analysis, combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, research methods were proposed as guidelines for improved to protect and inherit the folk art:1) Research on contemporary cultural ecology of folk art. 2) Rational creative development of folk art industry in northeast of China. 3) Brand cultivation of folk art industry in northeast of China 4) Establishing and improving the standard trading platform and value evaluation system for folk art works 5) Relying on "Internet +" to establish the operation and communication platform for collectors, investors, folk artists and operators.

Slaughter plant waste proteins contain animal hair, bones, nails etc. Improper treatment will pollute the environment and result in waste of resources. A process is proposed to prepare gypsum retarder from such waste, firstly through hydrolysis at acidic condition, and then neutralized with alkalis. The optimal conditions for acid hydrolysis are obtained: concentration of HCL 4.8 mol/L, reaction temperature 98 °C, reaction time 7 h. After neutralization (to pH=7), the product can be used as gypsum retarder (retarder A). Compared with commonly used retarder, citric acid, the mechanical strength loss of gypsum paste containing retarder A is much lower. It is a cost-effective approach for safe utilization of slaughter plant waste proteins.

Gypsum block possesses good performances such as volume stability, lightweight and thermal insulation, is recognized as typical eco-friendly building material. However, its poor water resistance characteristics restrict the application. The semi-hydrated desulphurization gypsum is modified with steel slag, granulated blast-furnace and carbide slag (SGC) composite powder as well as waste glass-reinforced plastic (GFRP) fiber, aiming at producing water-resistant gypsum block. The proper mass proportioning of the modified gypsum block is obtained: semi-hydrated desulphurization gypsum 75%, SGC 25% and waste GFRP fiber 1.0%. The product is of softening coefficient of 0.84 and thermal flexural strength of 8.6 MPa. Phase change energy storage material (PCM) is used to increase the energy saving characteristics of the block. Compared with ordinary gypsum walls, the modified gypsum block with CA-SA exhibits good energy storage property.
