The teaching of Physics aims to contribute to the formative process of students, enabling the resolution of problems and challenges in daily life. In the context of country school, the approach of concrete and contextualized situations assists in the student's scientific learning process. This paper presents an experience report that seeks to discuss the potential of problem-solving and inquiry in Physics Education, using the methodology of Project Based Learning. The experience was developed with a 2nd grade class of High School in a country school. The data were analyzed qualitatively, comparing the progress achieved by students in pre and post-tests applied to the class. The results obtained showed that the approach of active methodology combined with the students' context favors the appropriation of content, enhances the meaningful learning of physical phenomena and makes the classes more dynamic.

Il lavoro che si presenta è la sintesi di una sperimentazione che va avanti ormai da un decennio ad opera degli scriventi. La ricerca si basa sull’utilizzo di WebGIS, immagini satellitari, fotografia aerea a bassa quota, GPS, 3D laser scanner finalizzato all’individuazione e allo studio di particolari classi di monumenti su ambiti territoriali molto vasti, in cui sarebbe impossibile programmare una ricognizione archeologica estensiva. I monumenti da individuare, i circoli di pietre preistorici e protostorici, si prestano bene a questo genere di operazione, sia per le loro caratteristiche formali che dimensionali; l’utilizzo di queste tecniche preventivamente alla ricognizione sul terreno, ha permesso di risparmiare molto tempo e di concentrarsi su quelle aree che offrono un maggiore potenziale di rinvenimento. L’analisi del solo 3% del territorio regionale ha permesso di individuare 24 circoli distribuiti in 15 siti archeologici dal Nord al Sud dell’isola.

As relações mantidas nas sociedades altamente complexas e contingentes hoje existentes, aliadas à crescente integração da ‘sociedade mundial’ apresentam-nos problemas envolvendo direitos humanos cujo enfrentamento interessa e envolve mais de uma ordem jurídica. As respostas apresentadas pelas Constituições estatais não se revelam mais suficientes para o dar conta dos novos desafios enfrentados pelo direito constitucional, demandando novas perspectivas para a resposta às questões emergentes. O artigo se debruça, por uma abordagem sociológica, sobre duas novas perspectivas constitucionais, as quais buscam oferecer respostas aos novos desafios impostos por uma sociedade global: a proposta de uma ‘Constituição da Terra’, de Luigi Ferrajoli, e a Sociologia das Constituições, de Alberto Febbrajo. Após descrever as bases teóricas de cada perspectiva, analisaremos em que ponto os dois modelos se revelam diferentes ou complementares. Por fim, e através do diálogo entre ambas as perspectivas, buscamos delinear pontos relevantes sobre este novo horizonte constitucional.

Researchers used to consider the battle of Stamford Bridge (September 25th 1066) the last event of the Viking Age. Notwithstanding the importance of this statement, one should remind that it was part of a series of fights that pushed to radical changes in the history of Anglo-Saxon England: in less than a month we record the battle of Fulford (September 20th 1066) and the battle of Hastings (October 14th 1066). The leaders involved in the battle were Harald Hardrada, king of the Norse army and Harold Godwinson, the last Anglo-Saxon king of England. This paper aims to develop a methodology to reconstruct the battle from an archaeological perspective. It is focused on the analysis of several types of sources on a GIS platform. So far, neither written sources nor archaeological data returned crucial evidence about the exact location of the battle-site. Despite these odds, this research will highlight the possible path the Anglo-Saxon army travelled along to reach the village of Stamford Bridge – near York – from London. Finally, there will be proposed three potential locations of the battle-site.

With the defeat of Napoleon Bonaparte in the Battle of Waterloo and the conclusion of the Congress of Vienna (June 1815), many rulers of the Ancient Regime were resettled on their thrones. Wanting to preserve the innovative ideas of the French Revolution, many European liberals were forced to organize in secret societies to escape the repression of the restored monarchies. In March 1820, an uprising of Spanish soldiers prevailed, forcing King Ferdinand VII of Spain to reinstate the Constitution (ruled by the Cortes of Cádiz in 1812) into the state’s legal system, which he had scrapped two years after his return from exile. The news of the events in Spain rippled with particular intensity in the Kingdom of Two Sicilies, especially because of the dynastic closeness of the two monarchies. There, a strong conspiratorial bond between the Carbonari and the military had developed in favour of the promulgation of a constitutional charter. At the start of July 1820, a group of officers and petty officers affiliated with the Carboneria mobilized the troops stationed at Nola, strongly demanding a constitution. The insurrection was successful, as it had the support of the Vendite of the Carboneria of the province and of the commander of the army, general Guglielmo Pepe, who, after joining the insurgents at Avellino, took command of the rebels and marched on the Capital. Backed into a corner, and wanting to avoid bloodshed, on June 7, 1820, the Bourbon monarchy conceded a constitution modelled after the Spanish constitution of 1812. Hiding his opposition toward the liberal novelties, King Ferdinand I swore allegiance to the constitutional charter, and then solicited the intervention of the Austrian army, claiming to have been strongarmed into it. Through the Papal States, the Austrian general Johann Philipp Frimont came to Rieti with 52,000 men; the city was near the Neapolitan border and was overseen by general Guglielmo Pepe and 22,000 soldiers. The decisive battle between the two armies happened near the city on March 7, 1821. After 6 hours of honourable fighting, at nightfall the Neapolitans surrendered to the overwhelming imperial armies, disbanded, and shamefully ran away. The purpose of this study is to show the modalities of the defeat and understand its reasons.

O presente artigo tem como objetivo realizar uma análise comparada entre os contos “A casa negra”, de Efigênia do Carvalhal, e “Os canibais”, de Álvaro do Carvalhal, buscando identificar as estratégias utilizadas pelos dois primos no fazer literário, as convergências e as singularidades. Além disso, também buscaremos provocar indagações sobre os motivos que levaram à desvalorização da obra e subsequente apagamento de Efigênia enquanto escritora, ao passo que Álvaro do Carvalhal se tornou um autor prestigiado, ressoando, sobretudo, com a obra “Os canibais” até os dias atuais, sendo recorte de estudo no que concerne à inovação formal e temática na literatura portuguesa oitocentista.

O presente artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a obra da escritora por­tuguesa oitocentista Efigênia do Carvalhal a partir da análise do conto “A casa negra”. Dessa forma, será possível desenvolver questionamentos so­bre a originalidade de sua produção literária enquanto mulher portuguesa na sociedade do século XIX, debruçando-se sobre as estratégias narrativas, as críticas metafóricas e a caracterização dos personagens presentes na obra. Assim, resgataremos a vida e a obra de uma autora que trouxe para a literatura feminina oitocentista em Portugal novos parâmetros literários, rompendo com o modelo tradicional de escrita feminina no século XIX.

The Italian legal system predisposed a specific discipline against organized crime phenomena through legal entities, both when the corporate shield is an opportunity to commit crimes, and when it is created far that sole purpose. By examining these issues, the paper aims to verify, also in a de jure condendo perspective, whether an administrative model of corporate criminal liability (instead of a criminal one) would lead to much more coherent solutions, and, above all, how the using of A.I. can play an important role in preventing and contrasting that type of crimes. L'ordinamento giuridico italiano ha predisposto una specifica disciplina contro i fenomeni di criminalità organizzata realizzati per il tramite di persone giuridiche, sia quando lo scudo societario costituisce occasione per la commissione di reati, sia quando è realizzato a tale unico scopo. Esaminando tali questioni, il contributo si propone di verificare, anche in un'ottica de jure condendo, se un modello amministrativo di responsabilità possa condurre a soluzioni molto più coerenti. Nonché, infine, il ruolo che l’utilizzo dell’intelligenza artificiale può rivestire nella lotta a questo tipo di criminalità.

An environmentally-friendly solar charging station has been successfully designed, manufactured and tested as a charging solution for electric-powered agricultural machinery (SoltarinE). Two principal methodologies are employed: the design method and the performance test method. In principle, solar panels equipped with a solar tracker system, assisted by lightdependent resistor (LDR) light sensors and actuators, are capable of absorbing the optimum solar intensity. Subsequently, the conversion of solar intensity into chemical energy is employed to charge the batteries of electrically powered agricultural machinery. The automated solar panel system was able to effectively move the two-axis solar tracker with the assistance of a light sensor, resulting in a 37.21% increase in the power produced by thesolar panels. The battery system demonstrates that the SoltarinE storage battery exhibits a rated voltage value on the battery that is indicative of a satisfactory condition, as it remains above 24 V. The CCA capability value also indicates a normal condition, as evidenced by a CCA value above 400. Moreover, the analysis of the SOC and the SOH indicates that the battery is still in an optimal condition, with a value of 100%. The power charge system has also been successfully implemented as a charging source forelectric agricultural machines.

The study investigates the substitution of wheat flour with beneng taro flour in the production of sable cookies. The aim is to develop a healthier alternative to sable cookies by emphasizing the nutritional benefits of beneng taro, a local food ingredient. Organoleptic tests were conducted to evaluate color, taste, aroma, and texture preferences among 30 semi-trained panelists. The findings indicate that sable cookies with 45% beneng taro flour substitution were well-received and had a shelf life of up to 8 hours when stored in PET jars at low temperatures. The study concludes that beneng taro flour can be a healthier alternative to wheat flour, offering lower energy and fat contents sable cookies. Further research is recommended to optimize the ingredient composition and storage conditions.

Indigenous tree species play an important yet underestimated role in tropical ecosystems’ carbon sequestration, mitigating global climate change. Tamanu (Calophyllum inophyllum), an indigenous tree species, is studied for its carbon sequestration capacity in Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, an environmentally diverse location. Our comprehensive investigation included aboveground and belowground biomass, soil carbon concentration, and understory carbon content. The study found that tamanu stands can store carbon in their biomass, understorey, and soil, i.e., 54.2, 0.5, and 64 tons/ha, respectively. It was also shown that soil stores the most carbon because the Tamanu planted in this study area is still relatively young and has a relatively large space. This study also revealed the understory plants’ often overlooked role, increasing these ecosystems’ carbon sequestration capability. The need for comprehensive conservation programs considering carbon storage above and below ground is highlighted. The above discoveries contribute to creating efficient local climate mitigation policies and the global effort to combat climate change.

Diante da verdadeira revolução que os avanços da tecnologia ocasiona­ram em todos os campos de conhecimento, notadamente a partir da se­gunda metade do século XIX, a literatura canalizou as esperanças e as angústias que palpitavam na sociedade lusa, em virtude do transborda­mento do pensamento científico, oferecendo vislumbres de modernidade que ecoam até os nossos dias. Médicos de formação, Joaquim Guilherme Gomes Coelho (1839-1871) – eternizado pelo pseudônimo Júlio Dinis – e José Valentim Fialho de Almeida (1857-1911) investiram no jornalismo e no fazer literário, oferecendo contrapontos entre civilização e barbárie em sua prosa ficcional, que proponho desvelar.

19 I visited the northern prefecture of Miyagi, in the Tohoku region of Japan for the first time in 2016. On a hot summer day, I stopped for dinner in the city of Ishinomaki. I was coming from nearby Ogatsu, where, together with another researcher, I interviewed an American artist that transformed tsunami debris into art. Passing through the city centre on our way to the central station, I thought something looked eerie, out of place, but I couldn’t put my fingers on it. The day after, I talked about it with a Japanese colleague, who did extensive research in Ishinomaki.

Giuseppe Verdi had a real veneration for Dante. On this account, we can appreciate both Verdi’s mistrust of public commemorative events for Dante and his wariness in setting Dante’s poems to music. Nonetheless, Verdi set to music three of Dante’s texts, all of them religious. The first two, Padre nostro and Ave Maria, were still judged written by Dante, while the third one, the Laudi alla Vergine Maria in the Pezzi sacri, is the high prayer of St. Bernardo to the Virgin in Paradiso. In all of them, the intimate feeling and the sublime appropriate to Dante’s poetry is translated into music following on Palestrina’s style. This musical strategy shows that any resemblance between Dante and Verdi can be found neither in their temperament nor in the role of Fathers of the Nation ascribed to them in the XIX century, but in their awareness of the connection of modern languages with the past ones, in their cultural authority and in their skill to explain the forthcoming reality thanks to a full control of their respective expertises.

O artigo analisa a pandemia da Covid-19 na Itália a partir dos conceitos de emergência e exceção, tomados enquanto categorias (com suas formas e características identificáveis) através das quais é possível observar a realidade, com uma postura crítica em face de eventos e acontecimentos concretos. As reflexões do filosofo italiano Giorgio Agamben sobre a pandemia da Covid-19 na Itália são utilizadas como mote para refletir sobre o papel que os poderes interpretam na tentativa de gerenciar o caos pandêmico. O estudo encontra-se focado no gerenciamento da crise na Itália. Primeiramente, porque Agamben fundamenta as suas reflexões nas ações e decisões do governo italiano frente à pandemia; em segundo lugar, porque se trata de um exemplo concreto de exercício de medidas extremas, aparentemente mais adequadas para um estado de exceção que de emergência, que, na maioria dos casos, sequer foram aprovadas pelo Parlamento. Na primeira seção, o texto investiga os conceitos de emergência e exceção e suas relações com a soberania; na sequência, o estudo volta-se para as ações do governo italiano desde o começo do alarme sanitário relacionado à Covid-19, com uma atenção específica à compressão de liberdades e direitos; finalmente, serão analisadas as críticas de Agamben e, sobretudo, como elas poderiam estimular uma reflexão de cunho sociológico (com atenção específica nos aspectos jurídico-políticos) sobre o difícil equilíbrio entre a proteção dos interesses individuais, a salvaguarda da saúde coletiva e as condições que possibilitam tanto a participação social quanto a ação e o desenvolvimento pessoal dos indivíduos como um todo – não somente enquanto consumidores, atores sociais ou pacientes, mas como seres de “carne e sangue”, frágeis, sensíveis, com uma especificidade intrínseca que se reflete no seus pensamentos e sentimentos.

O artigo propõe um diálogo sobre a concepção epistemológica do método chamado musicalidades dialéticas, que tem como princípios norteadores teorias da vertente Mattelart, lidas e ampliadas por Alberto Efendy Maldonado, através do conceito de transmetodologia. O autor apresenta quatro princípios norteadores e como se realizam em práticas investigativas através de desenho metodológico singular e aplicado.

In 2018, a stamped tile was discovered in the Italian-style domus of PC2, located in the oppidum of Bibracte. This mark, which can be read as S. AV or S. AN, is printed a fragment of tegula, apparently produced locally, in a close vicinity of mont Beuvray, in the late 1st c. BC. Comparable to what we can see at the same time in the Italian peninsula, it seems that this short text can be read as the initials belonging to the owner of the workshop that produced this very tile. Such a discovery is the occasion to discuss the passing of Roman know-how to the Aeduans and the identity of the craftsmen who produced those materials. These elements, related to the integration of new Italian-style architectural norms in the constructions of the oppidum of Bibracte, can be considered as a clue indicating a fast and early Romanization process of the Aeduan elites close to the Roman world.

Immunization dropout (DO) occurs when a child does not receive follow-up immunization according to the set schedule. High dropout status has potential increasing the risk of contracting dangerous diseases because the body immunity is not optimal. Resistance, hesitate and distrust of vaccines lead to delays and refusal of immunization. The study aims to analyze the incidence of immunization dropout from structural and behavioral dimensions. This is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The population was all children aged 12-23 months in Central Java province with totally sample of 685 people. Data were collected through interviews using structured questionnaire instruments and observations using the MCH Book. The dropout rate for DPT/HB/HiB_1 to DPT/HB/HiB_3 immunization was 6.2%, and to Meales/Rubella was 10.4%. A total of 14.4% of children have a dropout immunization status. For structural dimension, there is a correlation between information sources and family income with dropout status. For behavioral dimension, variables of knowledge, perception of adverse events and perception of booster correlated with immunization dropout status. The involvement of all stakeholders is needed to provide correct information about vaccines and immunization, as well as the use of attractive communication media. Responsive and adequate surveillance and anticipation of adverse immunization reports should be strengthened.

Global cases of malaria have increased with the COVID-19 pandemic which has affected the morbidity and mortality of malaria in the world. Malaria cases in Indonesia decreased during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as malaria cases in the regions. Lawang Kidul District is a malaria-endemic area and is the focus of a malaria elimination area in Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra Province. All malaria control activities have been disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to find out how to control malaria in the period before the COVID-19 pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research was conducted using a qualitative method with in-depth interview techniques from 11 health and non-health sector informants. Data processing analysis was carried out using the NVivo 12 Pro application with visualization of the results in the form of a project map. The results showed that malaria control efforts during the 2020-2021 COVID-19 pandemic were reduced along with the reduced cross-sectoral involvement, this was due to the increasing development of COVID-19 cases. However, the new form of control during the COVID-19 pandemic is the formation of larva cadres in one elementary school, the formation of village regulations, and increased efforts to clean and healthy living behavior.

Corona Virus is a virus with the Coronaviridae Subfamily family, one way of prevention with Covid-19 vaccination. However, the program received various responses in the form of rejection of vaccination by some people in Timor Leste. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the refusal of Covid-19 vaccination in Grade II students of Nino Conis Santana High School. This type of research is an observational analytical study with a crossectional approach. The study respondents amounted to 80 people according to the specified criteria selected by the simple random sampling method. Data collection was done by questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Data analysis was performed using chi square and multiple logistic regression. Factors related to refusal of Covid-19 vaccination were knowledge (p = 0.000), family support (p = 0.011), and support of health workers (0.002) while those who were not related were age (p = 0.100), distance to facilities (p = 0.063), comorbid disease (p = 0.941), sex (p = 0.392) and perception (0.086). The most dominant variable is the support of health workers. In grade II students of Nino Conis Santana High School, with the support of poor health workers, they have the opportunity to refuse Covid-19 vaccination 9,538 times. Health workers should use strategies by adjusting the characteristics of each individual in approaching students who refuse Covid-19 vaccination to be willing to do Covid-19 vaccination.

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by a virus Arbovirus known as the genus flavivirus family flaviviridae transmitted by the bite of the mosquito Aedes aegypti. Knowing the relationship between environmental factors and community behavior with the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the working area of the Lospalos Health Center, Lautem Regency. This type of research is an observational analytical study with a Control case approach. The study respondents amounted to 96 people according to the specified criteria selected by the simple random sampling method. Data collection was carried out by questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was performed using chi square and multiple logistic regression. Environmental and behavioral factors of the community associated with the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) are occupancy density (p = 0.000), frequency of landfill draining (p = 0.000), extension experience (p = 0.002), knowledge (p = 0.000), action (p = 0.007), presence of larvae (p = 0.008) and place of presence of larvae (p = 0.002) while what is not related is attitude (p = 0.037). The most dominant variable is Knowledge with an OR of 30.37 (9.899-93.181) public knowledge has the most influence on the incidence of bloody fever. Health workers should provide more counseling to increase public knowledge.

The cherry (Mutingia calabura L.) is a neotropical tree widespread in Indonesia. This study will examine how solvent polarity affects total phenolic, total flavonoids, antioxidants, and antibacterial capacity. The maceration method extracts materials with ethanol, ethyl acetate, and hexane from cherry leaves. The maximum yield, phenolics, flavonoids, and antioxidant capacity are in ethanol solvent. Based on ANOVA at 95% confidence intervals, solvent polarity significantly affected metabolite and activity profiles. However, DPPH, ethyl acetate, and hexane solvents revealed similar antioxidant capacity. The antioxidant capacity of DPPH and FRAP was positively correlated. The DPPH method exhibited more antioxidant capacity, whereas the FRAP approach had superior precision. The Pearson correlation test demonstrated a favourable association between antioxidant capacity and total phenolic, with r = 0.85. The paper disc method for Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli antibacterial testing. As a positive control, Chloramphenicol had an apparent zone diameter of 13.3 mm (Staphylococcus aureus) and 15.8 mm (Escherichia coli). The samples had antibacterial capacity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli at 7 mm and 6.5 mm (ethanol), 8.7 mm and 7.2 mm (ethyl acetate), and 9.5 cm and 7.5 cm (hexane). Chemically, hexane solvent was more antimicrobial than others.

Cercando di fornire riflessioni sull’esitazione vaccinale da un punto di vista sociologico, dalla circolazione delle informazioni sui presunti pericoli derivanti dai vaccini contro il virus 2019-nCoV e dalla ricorrenza di manifestazioni di rigetto e di protesta da parte dei cosiddetti “No-vax”, attraverso gli strumenti forniti dalla teoria dei sistemi sociali di Niklas Luhmann.Verrà analizzato in particolare il contesto italiano, anche se le problematiche vaccinali osservate si manifestano quasi ovunque nel mondo occidentale, nonostante i flussi Le organizzazioni di comunicazione globale siano ormai quasi del tutto indipendenti, tutto in relazione ai confini nazionali. Una legge del 2017 che ha aumentato il numero dei vaccini obbligatori è analizzata anche nel caso italiano, così come per alcune caratteristiche socioculturali peculiari di questo contesto nazionale.

The Covid-19 pandemic suspended or canceled sporting events, disrupted competitive seasons, changed tournament calendars, and reduced revenues to zero. While traditional sports have come to a halt, the data highlights how, conversely, the number of following esports events on streaming platforms such as Twitch has increased. Consequently, it is understandable that - never more than now - traditional sport uses digital, discovering new ways of entertainment. The research tries to understand what can be, once esports are introduced into the business strategies of sports companies, their opportunities for fan engagement, brand awareness and social reaction growth. The paper presents the results of a qualitative-qualitative research characterized by two phases: the first, involves interviews with privileged witnesses, intends to identify the brand policies and marketing strategies of sports clubs; the second is a quantitative analysis aimed at estimating the engagement, awareness and reaction rates generated by the esports created by the Federation and the football club. The goal is to investigate the impact of esports on brand identity and their impact on possible future opportunities for the development of sports entertainment.

El conflicto actual entre mundo occidental y el “terrorismo islamista” es algo que va mucho más allá del problema que supone la violencia —trágica y dolorosa— que ejercen y en la que se basan estos grupos. Efectivamente, la brecha que divide a estos grupos de nuestras sociedades es civilizatoria: se sustenta en diferentes y antagónicas propuestas sobre cómo debe organizarse la vida social. En este sentido, el choque es entre una modernidad occidental y un modelo de organización social —también moderno— que no separa lo político, lo religioso, o social, etc. Sin embargo, los conceptos políticos occidentales “secularizados” siguen siendo de corte teológico: de aquí un choque de “civilizaciones”, entendidas como diferentes modelos de organización de lo social y de lo político­.

Background: Since the recent discover of seven UV-absorbing pigments (UVP), isolated from various marine organisms and identified as a series of mycosporine-like amino acids (MAAs), that are reputed to absorb in wavelengths ranging from 310 to 365 nm, spanning both UV-B and UV-A (320-400nm) portions of the solar spectrum (mycosporine-glycine, shinorine, porphyra-334, palythine, asterina-330, palythinol, usujirene and palythene). We have made up our mind to select one cyanobacterium (Aphanothece sacrum), admitted as cosmetic ingredient, apt to increase its amount of mycosporine-2-glycine, a natural sunscreen factor among the most efficient in nature, when undergoes to chemical stresses. Material and Methods: In two group of volunteers was used a gel made up with 2 g of Aphanotece sacrum powder in 1.5% karaya gum aqueous solution was prepared and gel with 2 g of Aphanotece sacrum powder following the above mentioned method in 1.5% karaya gum aqueous dispersion. Was evaluate the capacity of the cyanobacterium to protect skin from UVB rays under long exposure to artificial sun. Results: The cosmetic that reveals a SPF equivalent to 56 is able to minimize at all the chances of burning. Phototype I may be protected exclusively by inorganic powerds (titanium dioxide, barium sulphate, kaolin etc.), and thanks to the application of gel two it is possible to have a minimal tanning. Conclusion: We have tried to treat chemically the cyanobacterium (easily available on the market, as in Japan it is considered a common foodstuff) and let it be an exceptional sunscreen, able to protect even phototype I and albinoes.

Este artigo tem como propósito sistematizar e refletir sobre o percurso de implementação da Reforma do Ensino Médio em Santa Catarina, no âmbito da rede pública estadual. Observamos, a partir de pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, que as ações desenvolvidas pela Secretaria de Estado da Educação para a implementação dessa reforma estão atravessadas pelos interesses do empresariado. Tais interesses se materializam na formação dos estudantes, por meio da estruturação curricular, e na formação e trabalho dos docentes. Palavras-chave: Reforma do Ensino Médio. O presente artigo propõe-se a analisar a relação entre perfilização dos consumidores e precificação discriminatória no novo paradigma digital e simbiótico do mercado de consumo, bem como as relações entre as normas de defesa do consumidor, da concorrência e de proteção de dados, as quais impõem limites legais a essas novas práticas, especialmente geoblocking e geopricing. Foi utilizado o método dedutivo, com abordagem documental, doutrinária, legislativa e jurisprudencial.

The research aim is to study the role of dipping duck hatching eggs with cherry leaf extract as a natural sanitizer on hatching performance and eggshell bacterial counts. A number of 533 Alabio duck hatching eggs were used in this study. Hatching eggs produced from The College of Vocational Studies IPB University; were collected three times a day. Five hundred thirty-three hatching eggs were divided into five treatment groups. The first group was as control, the second was dipping into commercial disinfection, and the third and the fifth group were dipping into cherry leaf extract with concentrations 250 ppm, 500 ppm, and 750 ppm, respectively. The results showed eggshell bacterial counts from cherry leaf extract 750 ppm is not significantly different from commercial disinfection treatment. The bacterial count is lower than other treatments. The dipping treatment of 750 ppm cherry leaf extract in Alabio duck hatching eggs resulted in the lowest embryo mortality and the highest hatchability compared to other treatments. The highest hatchability percentage was in the cherry leaf extract treatment of 750 ppm (90.9%) and the lowest was in the control (75.2%).

The paper deals with monitoring and analyzing the indoor environmental parameters through remote data collection to evaluate the pollution and moisture infiltration effects on aircraft heritage conservation. First, based on the meteorological and pollution data, the moisture penetration and airborne pollution infiltration into indoor spaces of a heritage site (hangar) with stored historic aircrafts are determined. The hangar under investigation is located in the Aviation museum Kbely, Prague, Czech Republic. The determination is performed by wet/dry cycles (fluctuations) evaluation and applying ISO 11844 methodology to outdoor pollution infiltration into the interior. Next, a time of wetness (ToW) is determined indoors according to ISO 9223, rather as an environmental than a surface parameter as dewing and exceeding high humidity level (approxl RH 80% at T>0 °C) are considered. The actual moisture adsorption onto polluted surfaces of aircraft artifacts is then dependent on the hygroscopic corrosion products developed. Such an adsorption prolongs actual surface ToW. In addition to ToW, even the deposition rate of indoor pollutants, particularly sulphur dioxide and chlorides, are considered and the atmosphere corrosivity is estimated by applying the ISO standardized statistical models for aluminium. The resulting iso-corrosivity figures out the aggressiveness of the hangar environment from the point of view of aircraft material susceptibility to corrosion and degradation.

This article investigates the eight different imperial countermarks with Latin and Greek legends that use the name “Galba,” either spelled out or abbreviated, in order to verify, correct, and update the sequence of known types, cataloguing specimens identified since publication of RPC-I, on the one hand, and, on the other, describing the social context where the countermarking operation was set up around the lower Danube limes and the province of Pontus et Bithynia, activity in keeping with the Galba’s imperial policy. It singles out questions over the areas where the countermarks were struck and the coinage distributed, offering concise discussion of these problems that takes in­to account important new evidence from recently documented specimens. Certain facets of both the minting and circulation of imperial bronze coinage that had not been properly assessed hereto­fore are limned. Special attention is paid to the moneying operations of the Roman Legionary ad­ministration, run, of course, in close coordination with the provincial administrative apparatus. The reading of two countermarks has been corrected, compared to the GIC catalog. Three new countermark types have also been identified. Finally, the catalog devotes a section to modern forge­ries, specimens found rather often, whose lack of proper documentation may make it impossible to ascertain the nature of the counterfeiting.

Abstract Background The single-step covariance matrix H combines the pedigree-based relationship matrix $${\mathbf {A}}$$ A with the more accurate information on realized relatedness of genotyped individuals represented by the genomic relationship matrix $${\mathbf {G}}$$ G . In particular, to improve convergence behavior of iterative approaches and to reduce inflation, two weights $$\tau$$ τ and $$\omega$$ ω have been introduced in the definition of $${\mathbf {H}}^{-1}$$ H-1 , which blend the inverse of a part of $${\mathbf {A}}$$ A with the inverse of $${\mathbf {G}}$$ G . Since the definition of this blending is based on the equation describing $${\mathbf {H}}^{-1}$$ H-1 , its impact on the structure of $${\mathbf {H}}$$ H is not obvious. In a joint discussion, we considered the question of the shape of $${\mathbf {H}}$$ H for non-trivial $$\tau$$ τ and $$\omega$$ ω . Results Here, we present the general matrix $${\mathbf {H}}$$ H as a function of these parameters and discuss its structure and properties. Moreover, we screen for optimal values of $$\tau$$ τ and $$\omega$$ ω with respect to predictive ability, inflation and iterations up to convergence on a well investigated, publicly available wheat data set. Conclusion Our results may help the reader to develop a better understanding for the effects of changes of $$\tau$$ τ and $$\omega$$ ω on the covariance model. In particular, we give theoretical arguments that as a general tendency, inflation will be reduced by increasing $$\tau$$ τ or by decreasing $$\omega$$ ω .

Scope of our research is to demonstrate how a neglected tropical desease (that in several countries is endemic) and that is very dangerous and perilous and is caused by an insect (a parasite called Tungia penetrans) may be treated using a wax another insect (no parasite, but that lives in one of these countries where the disease is endemic) produces. The importance of the fact resides only in the tempestivity of discovering (by the usage of a simplest lens) yhe moment when the insect penetrates into skin (generally toes or sole of kids under 10 years old). After one week, the stages of incubation of the Yungia does not permit a resolution. This wax could be proposed as a preventive agent with regards to the parasite itself.
