Abstract : Since the beginning of humanity, peoples around the world have strived to preserve their distinctiveness and uniqueness by forming an identity that elevates the status of individuals and communities socially, nationally, and culturally. This study addresses the concept of identity in contemporary narrative discourse, focusing on the novel " The Nights Pregnant with Moons" by Muammar Hajeij. It explores the cultural and social structures within the novel that reflect the deeply rooted Islamic dimension in the narrative character and the conflict between self and the other. The study concludes that identity forms a strong sense of belonging and pride, both on an individual and collective level, and that this sense of identity is reinforced by returning to the true religion and authentic cultural references. As highlighted in the study, literature serves as a true bastion of the nation's identity and a weapon in its confrontation with intellectual and cultural conflicts, ensuring the continuity of its existence in the face of challenges. Abstract: The research paper addresses the issue of clarity and ambiguity in the poetry of Saad Merdaf Algerian, an age-old problematic subject that has sparked extensive debate in literary and aesthetic criticism. The study explores the influence of Abu Tammam, a pioneer of the modernization of Arabic poetry, and how this influence led Saad Merdaf to balance between clarity and ambiguity in his work. The aim of the study is to analyze how Saad Merdaf handles this issue in his collection "Mawaakeb Al-Bouh" and to explore the gaps and points that support the proposed hypothesis. The analysis reveals that the debate on clarity and ambiguity is central to literary studies, and that Saad Merdaf's choice of clarity in his works is influenced by the traditions of earlier poets and critics. Additionally, the clarity in his poems reflects genuine feeling and the delicacy of his poetic experience, enhancing its impact on the reader. The poet's mature experience is linked to his roots in the fundamentals of Arabic poetry, revealing deep-seated inclinations within him. Finally, the power of the poet's discourse reflects his proximity and constant presence in human occasions, contributing to its strong impact on the recipient. Abstract: This study is aimed to analyze and measure the impact of both money supply and exchange rate on gross domestic product (GDP) in Algeria during the period (1990-2021), using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) methodology. The study found the existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between the study variables, and that error correction mechanism exists in the model used, which is characterized by a very strong explanatory po wer. There is also coherence between the estimation results in both the long and short term. Diagnostic tests indicated the absence of standard problems in the model. Abstract: The global response to the COVID-19 pandemic has necessitated an unprecedented shift to (ERT) emergency remote teaching. Grounded in the concepts of teacher belief and agency, the rationale of this research is to investigate the potential impact of teachers' beliefs about their roles on their agentive utilization of online technology during and post-COVID-19. Through the examination of four English Foreign Language teachers from different Algerian universities, navigating both emergency remote teaching and the return to traditional classrooms, our study uncovers a nuanced interplay between teachers' pedagogical beliefs and their approaches to online instruction. Emphasizing the pivotal role of teacher agency, the research underscores the need for a more in-depth exploration of the intricate nature of teacher roles to gain insights into teachers’ agentive integration of technology. The aim of this paper is to assess the degree of application of corporate social responsibility activities in the Algerian enterprises. Therefore, we conducted a questionnaire with 384 consumers. The results revealed that the Algerian enterprises do not almost apply the CSR activities related to the consumer mentioned in ISO26000. Moreover, the dissatisfaction of the consumer of the products and services quality provided by the Algerian enterprises is related to the non-application of CSR.

Résumé: Le présent article vise à examiner l'importance de l'enseignement explicite des stratégies métacognitives dans la compréhension de l'écrit. Ce travail se veut une synthèse et une adaptation des travaux de recherche anglophones traitant de la théorie sous-jacente à cet enseignement, les avantages pour les élèves, les approches pour enseigner ces stratégies, les obstacles et les défis ainsi que les implications pratiques pour les enseignants et les formateurs d’enseignants. Les considérations théoriques présentées dans cet article s’inscrivent dans les recherches axées sur la formation des formateurs et le développement des pratique d’enseignement et d’évaluation. Enfin cet article fournit quelques précisions sur l'autorégulation qui fait partie intégrante de l'enseignement explicite des stratégies métacognitives aidant les élèves à devenir des lecteurs compétents et indépendants. Ce travail porte sur une analyse comparative de l’effet de trois techniques culturales et le semis direct, pour la mise en place d’une culture fourragère, sur les propriétés physiques du sol et les conséquences sur le développement et le rendement de la culture du sorgho fourrager. Pour répondre à cette problématique, une analyse des différents paramètres liés au sol (Humidité et la résistance mécanique à la pénétration) et d’autres liés au développement de la culture (la levée-peuplement, le tallage, la hauteur et le diamètre des tiges, les rendements en fourrage vert et matière sèche) a été effectuée. En matière de levée-peuplement les taux de levée obtenus sont directement liés à la technique utilisée : la technique du semis direct semble offrir le meilleur taux de levée avec 85 %; le plus faible taux étant réalisé avec la technique du travail simplifié avec seulement 67 %. Quant aux rendements, les meilleurs sont enregistrés avec la technique du travail conventionnel et sont de 90,11 T/ha en MV et 36,64 T/ha en MS pour la dose 1 et 87,22 T/ha en MV et 33,83T/ha en MS pour la dose 2. Les plus faibles rendements sont enregistrés avec la technique du semis direct et sont respectivement de 42,11 T/ha en MV et 11,23 T/ha en MS pour la dose 1 et 87,22 T/ha en MV et 33,83 T/ha en MS pour la dose 2.Malgré un faible taux de perte à la germination, environ 15 %, le rendement le plus faible a été obtenu au niveau des parcelles du semis direct.

This research focus on the life cycle assessment (LCA) of dredged sediments valorization. This tool is part of an environmental management approach, which makes it possible to compare the environmental loads of the different stages of the life cycle of the same product and, by the way to deduce the most polluting step in environmental terms and thus the industrialization process of dredging sediments of dams is optimized by modelling using the GEMIS (Global Emission Model for Integrated Systems) 4.95 software and the classification and characterization method. To propose a model that is the more respectful of the environment, by determining the most environmentally friendly scenario, in order to exploit these dredged sediments after calcination treatment to make them active in the field of the building’s construction. The results of this life cycle analysis study of the new industrialization process of dredged sediments show that climate change potential (GHG) is 0,246 ton of CO2eq/t of sediments, acidification potential is 4,55×10-4 ton of SO2 eq/t of sediments, the tropospheric ozone precursor potential is 9,97×10-4 ton of TOPP eq/t of sediments and the cumulative energy and exergy demand is 2506,75 in MJ/t of sediments, these values are compared to others carried out in Algeria.

لقد شهد قطاع الصحة في الجزائر تطورا كبيرا خاصة خلال العقدين الاخيرين من القرن الماضي تزامنا مع التغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في الجزائر، لكن على الرغم من ضخامة ما تنفقه الدولة على هذا القطاع الحساس في سبيل تلبية الطلب المتزايد على الخدمات الصحية التي يقدمها القطاع العام او الخاص الا ان هذه الخدمات لا زالت دون المستوى المطلوب اين يبقى القطاع عرضة للعديد من المشاكل ، هذا ما يتطلب ضرورة اتخاذ العديد من الاجراءات لتنمية القطاع الصحي الذي يعد من اهم القطاعات الامر الذي يتطلب ضرورة النهوض به ، وتنميته تنمية مستدامة حيث ان هذه الاخيرة تتطلب مشاركة كافة الاطراف ذات العلاقة في عملية التخطيط وبناء نظام صحي ووضع البرامج الكفيلة بالنهوض بالمستوى الصحي للجزائريين وتعزيز الشراكات والمسؤوليات في جميع القطاعات ذات الصلة بالصحة. ولذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على اهم الاليات اللازمة والضرورية لتفعيل القطاع الصحي والنهوض به نحو تنمية مستدامة، وتم ذلك من خلال التعرف على مفاهيم حول الصحة والتنمية الصحية ، مصادر وأنظمة تمويل قطاع الصحة، وواقع التنمية الصحية في الجزائر، اضافة الى اهم الاليات لتفعيل القطاع الصحي الجزائري.

La maladie de Haglund est une affection mécanique courante mais encore mal comprise, résultant d´un conflit entre l´angle postéro-supérieur du calcanéum très hypertrophié et la chaussure. L´étiologie n'est pas bien connue. Une évaluation clinique et des radiographies latérales de la cheville sont généralement suffisantes pour poser le diagnostic. La maladie de Haglund fait souvent l´objet d´un traitement conservateur. L'excision chirurgicale des exostoses osseuses du calcanéum n'est requise que dans les cas résistants.

Glomic tumors in the extra-digital localization are extremely rare and difficult to diagnose because of their rarity. The authors report a case of a glomus tumor of the posterior surface of the forearm associated with homolateral carpal tunnel syndrome, incidentally discovered after surgical excision in a 71-year-old patient.

Le prolapsus est un trouble fréquent de la statique pelvienne chez la femme ménopausée. Sa survenue au cours de la grossesse est exceptionnelle. Nous rapportons deux cas exceptionnels de prolapsus au cours de la grossesse. Cas 1: une multipare âgée de 27 ans, a été admise pour prise en charge d´un prolapsus stade 4 de la classification POP (pelvic organ prolapse) après un accouchement à terme, dystocique dans un hôpital régional. Une attitude conservatrice a été décidée. Le post-partum a été marqué par la régression spontanée du prolapsus en 15 jours. La patiente a été revue en consultation à 6 mois du post-partum, le prolapsus n´a pas récidivé. Cas2:une multipare âgée de 30 ans, a été admise pour une rupture prématurée des membranes sur une grossesse de 39 semaines d´aménorrhée. A l´examen clinique, on notait la présence d´un prolapsus stade 3 de POP. L´accouchement s´est effectué par voie basse avec travail harmonieux et naissance d´un nouveau-né de sexe féminin dont le poids de naissance était 3,3kg. Le prolapsus a régressé spontanément en 10 jours, et n´a pas récidivé après 6 mois de suivi.Le prolapsus pelvien durant la grossesse pourrait être transitoire, relevant d´une surveillance simple.

The siltation as a natural phenomenon threatens the performance of harbors by reducing their docking volume compared to dams in terms of water storage, as well as their life span. An alarming rate of siltation is noted in the various basins requires an urgent cleaning operations. In a context of valorization of the sludge resulted from the dredging operations of the basins of the Oran’s port and those of the Bouhanifia’s dam which are located in Western Algeria, it is a question of studying possibilities which are offered by the use of these vases in the design of bricks building. The followed methodology is based on a physicochemical and mineralogical characterization of the two vases to reveal the one closest to the standards recommended for the manufacture of the baked brick. After analyzing sediments dredged in the port of Oran, it turned out that there is a dominance of sandy sediments, which are not recoverable in the areas of bricks we have targeted. Sustainability tests were performed on several sludge dam samples at different temperatures and percentages of water. The results gave a satisfaction in mechanical strength and durability for a firing temperature of 850 ° C and a percentage of water of 20%.

For grid-connected DFIG-based wind turbine, Fault Ride Through (FRT) or Low Voltage Ride Through (LVRT) capability is vital problem that need to be improved. This paper proposes an Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) strategy applied to Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) based Wind turbine (WT), which integrates a Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR). The DVR connect in series the DFIG output terminal and the utility grid. The ADRC scheme of the new topology DFIG-based WT with integrated DVR is designed to compensate grid voltage disturbances, which in turn meet LVRT requirement and increase the level of wind power penetration. The performance of this WT-DFIG-DVR structure is investigated in different operating scenarios in order to show the skills of the designed controllers.

This article presents a modeling and control of the Doubly Fed Induction Motor (DFIM), associated with two inverters controlled through the Pulse Width Modulation technique (PWM), the control of the DFIM is carried out by the approach of Rotor Flux Oriented Control (RFOC) according to the direct axis. In this approach, regulation is done by classic PI regulators, the latter having undesirable overruns and static errors in non-linear systems, for that the introduction of the control by sliding mode in place of the classic PI speed regulator, that is in the form of a control law based on this type of controller since it is invariant to the non-linearity of the system and precise, stable, simple and has a good response time, in order to validate the objectives of improving the DFIM behavior in front of the reference parameters, such as the speed and the torque imposed on the machine. The results of the proposed approach are validated by its implementation on the Matlab/Simulink environment.

In this paper, the design problem of simultaneous estimation of unmeasurable states and unknown inputs (UIs) is investigated for a class of discrete-time linear implicit models (DLIMs). The UIs affect both state and output of the system. The approach is based on the separation between dynamic and static relations in the considered DLDM. First, the method permitting to separate dynamic equations from static equations is exposed. Next, an augmented explicit model which contains the dynamic equations and the UIs is constructed. Then an unknown inputs observer (UIO) design in explicit structure is developed. The exponential convergence of the state estimation error is studied by using the Lyapunov theory and the stability condition is given in term of linear matrix inequality (LMI). Finally, an illustrative application of a heat exchanger pilot process is given to show the good performances of the proposed method.

You should Three-dimensional simulation of a biodiesel fluid flow within a rectangular duct over a backward-facing step is investigated in the present paper. The fluid, which obeys to the Newtonian rheological behavior, is obtained by transformation of Algerian waste cooking oil into a biodiesel. Flow through a rectangular channel subjected to a constant wall temperature or constant heat flux as boundary conditions. The partial differential equations governing fluid flow and heat transfer are solved by the Fluent CFD computational code based on the Finite Volume Method. The numerical experiments are carried out to examine the effect of the Reynolds number by fluid inlet velocity variation for the two boundary conditions. The results are analyzed through the distribution of the temperature and the velocity contours. The variation of the Reynolds number and boundary conditions affects greatly the heat transfer and the fluid flow, in particular near the step region.

In this work, a numerical study is carried out to investigate the effect of Rayleigh number on mixed convection in a horizontal channel heated from below by sinusoidal temperature profile and cooled from above. The multiple relaxation time double population thermal lattice Boltzmann method (MRT-TLBM) is used. A validation of our code is done by comparing our results with those found in the literature. Particle oscillation amplitude and temperature profile are plotted for Ra = 5 103, while the Reynolds number, the aspect ratio and Prandtl number are fixed at Re = 10, B=10, Pr = 0.667 respectively. The effect of Rayleigh number on the heat transfer is also discussed.

Nous rapportons le cas d'une patiente de 40 ans, adressée par le service de dermatologie de l'hôpital ibn-sina de rabat pour amputation de l'index suite à un mélanome diagnostiqué sur une biopsie. L'amputation a été réalisée selon la technique de Chase. Le résultat esthétique et fonctionnel était très satisfaisant après six mois de l'intervention.

La luxation sous talienne pure est une affection rare, les auteurs rapportent le cas d'un jeune patient ayant présenté suite à un accident de sport une luxation sous talienne interne pure, traité orthopédiquement avec un bon résultat fonctionnel.

La connaissance de la physiopathologie du traumatisé grave et les conséquences hémodynamiques et inflammatoires de la prise en charge chirurgicale initiale a amené de nombreux chirurgiens à modifier leur approche du traitement des polytraumatisé graves avec lésions du bassin ou des membres en intégrant les principes d'un traitement séquentiel ou Trauma Damage Control Orthopédique (TDCO).Nous rapportons le cas d'une patiente victime d'un accident de la voie publique, admise dans un tableau d'état de choc avec un disjonction du bassin associée à une luxation de la hanche compliquée d'une lésion vasculaire du même membre. Nous avons agit selon les concepts du TDCO en privilégiant une fixation externe du bassin après réduction de la luxation. La rapidité de notre conduite a permis une revascularisation précoce du membre tout en évitant les complications hémodynamiques et inflammatoires de la chirurgie à ciel ouvert.

La maladie des griffes du chat (MGC) apparaît comme une cause fréquente de lymphadénopathie chronique bénigne chez l'enfant et l'adulte jeune. L'agent responsable de la maladie est Bartonella henselae. Les symptômes habituels sont une lymphadénopathie régionale associée à une fièvre. Nous rapportons une observation cliniquement atypique et potentiellement trompeuse de MGC, révélée par un abcès du coude chez une fille de 18 ans.

Nous rapportons le cas d'une patiente âgée de 65 ans, qui consulte pour douleurs de la cheville droite évoluant depuis environ 15 ans, sans notion de traumatisme initial. L'examen clinique trouve une cheville droite douloureuse légèrement tuméfiée avec boiterie à la marche nécessitant l?utilisation d'une canne. L'état général est conservé avec un bilan biologique infectieux normal. Le bilan radiologique standard de la cheville droite montre une lésion lytique cloisonnée avec ostéocondensation périphérique du calcanéum, et érosion de la corticale postérieure (A). À l'IRM, la lésion est en hyposignal en T1, Hypersignal hétérogène en T2 (B). Un curetage-comblement par ciment avec greffe autologue prélevée au niveau de la crête iliaque a été réalisé (C, D). L'examen anatomopathologique de la pièce a conclu à un fibrome chondromyxoïde du calcanéum. A 6 mois de recul, la patiente est autonome marchant avec légère boiterie sans utilisation de cannes et sans douleur.

Le traitement des fractures de la palette humérale repose principalement sur la chirurgie de reconstruction par ostéosynthèse. On a colligé dans nos archives 40 cas de fracture de la palette humérale au service de traumatologie-orthopédie de CHU IBN SINA de RABAT du mois JANVIER 2012 au mois de DECEMBRE 2014, dont le but est de montrer les particularités cliniques, thérapeutiques et évolutives de ces fractures; ainsi que les difficultés de prise en charge de ces fractures complexes et d'évaluer les résultats. On a noté une nette prédominance masculine (75 % des cas) avec un âge moyen de 35 ans. Les étiologies sont dominées par accidents de la voie publique (56 %). Tous nos patients ont été hospitalisés par le biais des urgences puis opérés. Le type C selon la classification de MÜLLER et ALLGOWER(A.O) est le plus fréquent : 62,5% des cas .les lésions associées sont assez fréquents (52,5%) dans le cadre d'un poly-traumatisme. Tous nos patients ont été opérés (100% des cas) via un bord postérieur dans 70 % des cas. Ce geste comprenait une réduction puis ostéosynthèse par plaque de LECESTRE dans 82,5% des cas. Nos résultats sont de 85,5 % de bons et moyens résultats, conformément aux données de la littérature. La prise en charge de ce type de fracture est basée sur une réduction anatomique parfaite, par un montage solide qui doit permettre une rééducation précoce garante d'un bon résultat fonctionnel.

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide, and associated with high mortality rates in our country. The prognosis of patients diagnosed with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) has improved markedly over the last 12 years, increasing from 5 months with best supportive care to almost 2 years with combination chemotherapy plus bevacizumab. Bevacizumab is well suited for use in combination with first or second line chemotherapy in the treatment of mCRC because its side effects are predictable and appear not to add to the incidence or severity of the side effects of chemotherapy. The aim of our small study is to explore the tolerability profile of bevacizumab used in daily clinical practice in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) in our department.

Les fractures du bassin, le plus souvent multiples, sont fréquemment instables et surviennent le plus souvent dans des contextes traumatiques violents. Le traitement orthopédique de ces lésions est souvent pénible pour le patient et pour le personnel médical nécessitant une décharge au lit ou parfois des tractions qui peuvent aller jusqu'à 45 jours et peut compromettre la statique et la marche, le traitement chirurgical à ciel ouvert est un geste difficile, grevé d'une morbidité non négligeable avec un risque vasculaire (plexus veineux), nerveux (racines sacrées) ou septique notamment à prendre en compte, elle est donc généralement réservée aux formes neurologiques et fortement déplacées. La fixation percutanée sous radioscopie dans les fractures instables du bassin type B et C permet la synthèse des lésions postérieures source d'instabilité en fixant l'os coxal avec le corps de S1 ou S2 et la reprise rapide de la rééducation et de la marche.

Les auteurs rapportent le cas d'une volumineuse tumeur du gros orteil développé sur un ongle incarné chez un patient de 34 ans. Ce patient a été pris en charge chirurgicalement avec exérèse de la tumeur et cure d'ongle incarné. Il s'agit d'une tumeur exceptionnelle par la taille qu'elle a atteint: 2cm de diamètre, dont la nature a été confirmée sur étude anatomopathologique. Le patient a été revu en consultation régulièrement, la cicatrisation a été obtenue vers la 3eme semaine, pas de récidive avec un recul de 6 mois.

La fracture de l'extrémité supérieure de l'humérus est la troisième fracture en fréquence chez les sujets âgés et leur répartition est bimodale touchant préférentiellement le sujet âgé ostéoporotique après un traumatisme à faible énergie ou plus rarement le sujet jeune par mécanisme à forte cinétique. Le traitement des fractures complexes de l'humérus proximal est le sujet de nombreuses controverses Le clou Telegraph constitue une approche thérapeutique très efficace pour les fractures déplacées de l'extrémité supérieure de l'humérus, de technique chirurgicale facile mais avec une courbe d'apprentissage et permettant un protocole de rééducation dans l'immédiat de l'intervention. C'est un matériel d'enclouage antérograde de 15 cm de long, plein verrouillé en proximal et en distal, le verrouillage proximal est assuré par 4 vis spongieuses, de filetage long, stables dans le clou et cela confère une solidité tout-à-fait remarquable à ce montage alors que le verrouillage distal est assuré au niveau du V deltoïdien en zone avasculaire et là où il n'y a pas de passage nerveux. L'étude présentée concerne 19 patients traités par un clou Telegraph court dans le traitement des fractures de l'extrémité supérieure de l'humérus entre 2013 et 2015 et elle a pour but d'analyser les résultats radio-cliniques et d'évaluer la répercussion de cette technique sur la fonction de l'épaule. Le clou Telegraph proposé depuis plus de 12 ans à peu près, a rencontré et continue de rencontrer un réel succès. Il permet de traiter très efficacement les fractures simples type 2 et 3, mais aussi les fractures impactées en valgus à 4 fragments. L'ostéosynthèse par clou Telegraph est une solution efficace, rapide et reproductible dans le traitement chirurgical des fractures de l'extrémité supérieur de l'humérus même en cas des fractures complexes et permet une reprise rapide de la mobilité de l'épaule.

La prise en charge d'une fracture au voisinage d'une prothèse de la hanche dépend de différents facteurs. En marge des facteurs liés à l'état physiologique du patient ou à l'expérience du chirurgien l'analyse précise de la fracture et de ses conséquences est essentielle.Le but de cette étude est d'évaluer les résultats des différents méthodes, proposer des indications en fonction des critères liés au terrain, au type et à la localisation de la fracture et à l'état de la fixation prothétique au moment de la fracture.

La trochantérite tuberculeuse est une affection rare ( 2% des tuberculoses ostéo-articulaires), même en pays à forte endémie, elle est caractérisée par une symptomatologie insidieuse rendant souvent son diagnostic tardif. Les auteurs rapportent une série de 9 cas, le diagnostic a été posé sur des études bactériologiques et histologiques après un bilan d'imagerie (échographie, IRM, TDM). Le traitement de cette affection est médical (antibiothérapie antituberculeuse), et la chirurgie ne trouve sa place qu'en cas de complications et permet d'améliorer l'évolution.

La luxation erecta est une lésion rare, elle est encore plus rare quand elle est bilatérale. Nous rapportons un cas de luxation erecta bilatérale chez un sportif victime dune chute lors dune séance de gymnastique. Le patient sest présenté aux urgences avec une attitude dabduction irréductible des deux épaules, lexamen vasculo-nerveux était normal. La radiographie a confirmé le diagnostic dune luxation erecta bilatérale associée à une fracture des deux tubercules majeurs. Le patient a bénéficié dune réduction orthopédique et dun bandage coude au corps. Le suivi a montré un score de lUCLA à 30 points. L'objectif de notre travail est d'insister sur la rareté de la luxation erecta bilatérale et de rappeler sa particularité clinique, thérapeutique et évolutive.

L'ostéome ostéoïde est une tumeur bénigne ostéoblastique relativement rare, constituée d'une petite lésion de tissu charnu et vascularisé, appelé nidus, cernée d'une ostéocondensation réactionnelle. Il représente 2 à 3% de l'ensemble des tumeurs osseuses et 10 à 20 % des tumeurs osseuses bénignes et survient généralement entre 10 et 25 ans (extrêmes : 5-53 ans), avec une nette prédominance masculine. La localisation intra-articulaire est rare représentant environ 10 à 13% descas. La clinique et les images radiologiques, souvent atypiques, rendent son diagnostic ardu. Le risque de traitement inadéquat est important. Jusqu'à 40% d'arthroscopies inappropriées ont été rapportés. Le cas rapporté illustre cette situation.

Nous rapportons le cas d'un ostéochondrome de l'omoplate ayant un aspect radiologique et une localisation inhabituelle chez un jeune homme de 24 ans qui consulte pour une déformation de son épaule gauche avec une bosse postérieure refoulant son omoplate. Un bilan radiologique standard a montré une exostose pédiculée à la partie supérieure de l'omoplate. La tomodensitométrie était en faveur d'une exostose volumineuse. La résection chirurgicale de la tumeur et l'examen anatomo-pathologique ont permis de confirmer le diagnostic d'un ostéochondrome. Après un recul de dix mois, les résultats fonctionnels étaient très bons.

Nous rapportons le cas d'une rupture post-traumatique du tendon tibial postérieur survenue lors d'une fracture bimalléolaire de la cheville. Le diagnostic a été posé lors de l'intervention chirurgicale. La réparation du tendon, non dégénératif, a été réalisée en même temps que l'ostéosynthèse. Bien que rare, cette possibilité de lésion tendineuse lors des fractures de la cheville ne doit pas êtreoubliée. Des douleurs résiduelles, un déficit de l'inversion active du pied, une modification de l'arche médiane du pied et à terme une évolution vers un pied plat valgus doivent faire évoquer rétrospectivement le diagnostic.

La fracture luxation centrale du cotyle est une lésion rare et nécessite un traumatisme violent, l'association de deux lésions similaires est encore plus rare, au mécanisme souvent imprécis et le choc doit être très violent, et donc elles se présentent dans le cadre de polytraumatisme, d'où l'intérêt de les rechercher systématiquement. Nous rapportons l'image d'un patient de 26 ans victime d'une chute d'échafaudage, présentant sur le plan locomoteur un traumatisme fermé des deux hanches .Le bilan radiographique a montré une fracture de la paroi postérieure des deux cotyles associée à une luxation postérieure des 2 têtes fémorales (A, B). Le patient a bénéficié en urgence d'une réduction orthopédique par traction des deux membres puis à j+3 d'une ostéosynthèse des deux cotyles en un seul temps par 2 voies de kocher langenbeck (C). À cinq mois, la récupération fonctionnelle des hanches est presque totale surtout à gauche. Le pronostic fonctionnel de ce type de lésion dépend de la précocité de la prise en charge.

The Kanyosha watershed is unstable due to the presence of several landslides, which occupy about 3% of the study area. They are causing major damage which costs expensive to the Government of Burundi as well as to the population residing there and their properties. Roads, schools, irrigation canals, houses, crop fields, etc., are in danger of collapse. These landslides are mostly naturally occurring but can sometimes be reactivated by heavy rains or human activities during the excavation of building materials from the river bed.In order to carry out this study, we used the multivariate statistical classification with weighting of the responsible parameters of landslides risk to reach the susceptibility map of mass movements in the Kanyosha watershed. Remote sensing, geology, morphometry and bibliography were the data sources for the different parameters. Google Earth images, ortho-photos and field prospecting helped us to identify the landslides needed to validate the susceptibility map.During the fieldwork, we observed 34 landslides of different types, which were superimposed on the mass movements susceptibility map obtained using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and compared to previous studies in which the matrix indexing method was used. We found approximately similar results with the consideration of different scales of work. These reasons confirm the validity of the susceptibility map at the level of the Kanyosha watershed, a map which is an essential document for urban planning and land management.

Tangier region is known by a high density of mass movements which cause several human and economic losses. The goal of this paper is to assess the landslide susceptibility of Tangier using the Weight of Evidence method (WofE). The method is founded on the principle that an event (landslide) is more likely to occur based on the relationship between the presence or absence of a predictive variable (predisposing factors) and the occurrence of this event. The inventory, description and analysis of mass movements were prepared. Then the main factors governing their occurrence (lithology, fault, slope, elevation, exposure, drainage and land use) were mapped before applying WofE. Finally, the ROC curves were established and the areas under curves (AUC) were calculated to evaluate the degree of fit of the model and to choose the best landslide susceptibility zonation. The prediction accuracy was found to be 70%. Obtained susceptibility map shows that 60% of inventoried landslides are in the high to very high susceptibility zones, which is very satisfactory for the validation of the adopted model and the obtained results. These zones are mainly located in the N-E and E part of the Tangier region in the soft and fragile facies of the marls and clays of the Tangier unit, where landuse is characterized by dominance of arable and agricultural land (lack of forest cover). From a purely spatial point of view, the localization of these two classes of susceptibility is completely corresponding to the ground truth data, that is to say that all the environmental and anthropogenic conditions are in place for making this area prone to landslide hazards. The obtained map is a decision-making tool for presenting, comparing and discussing development and urban scenarios in Tangier. These results fall within the context of sustainable development and will help to mitigate the socio-economic impacts usually observed when landslides are triggered.

Our study will focus on life cycle assessment (LCA) of dredged sediments in its environment from sediment extraction to waste treatment. This tool is part of an environmental management approach, to compare the environmental loads of the different stages of the life cycle of the same product and to deduce which stage of the scenario is the most polluting in environmental terms. Optimize the modeling of industrialization process of dredged sediments using the SimaPro 8.2.3 software to propose a model that is the most respectful of the environment. We will focus on the environmental impacts; we will try to propose the most environmentally friendly scenario to exploit these dredged sediments in the field of building construction.

Aborda-se a relação entre educação e nutrição tematizando a unidade da pessoa, a educação como formação e esta como formação da pessoa. Com os conceitos de Edith Stein de “centro pessoal” e de “força vital”, examinam-se os pontos fundantes do interesse dos sujeitos humanos pela vida pessoal e pelo mundo circundante. Deles dependem tanto a unidade da pessoa - física, psicológica e espiritual -, sua relação não alienante com o contexto social, quanto a constituição de comunidade propriamente dita. Conclui-se que sem um caminho possível para formação da pessoa, para cada um se tornar mais si mesmo, não se estabelece processo de cuidado pessoal ou social.
