This scientific article analyzes the factors that influence to consumer preferences and its changes under impact of economic and financial events in the area of modern medical services at the city of Moscow. When there is made a choice of applying of paid medical services and medic institutions, the first of all Moscow residents take into account the educational level and specialization experience of senior medical personnel. According to opinions of medical services consumers the success of treatment depends on the qualifications of doctors that work at the private medic sector at Moscow. These clients are ready to spend relatively large amounts of material resources for consultations and cure by the best specialists. The Covid-19 pandemic and the political situation at the country have made changes to the consumer preferences of Muscovites. On the one hand they began to save more, and health issues became secondary ones at the most cases. On the other hand, they are still willing to invest financial resources in their health and also appearance. This explains the ranking of costs for the services of surgeons, cosmetologists and dentists. The previous financial year was marked by instability not only at the political arena, but also by high volatility of the financial market: the exchange rate of the national currency changed dramatically several times during the year. These data led to increased prices at medic centers. To maintain high level customer loyalty at private centers at Moscow they need train doctors, regularly improve their qualifications, create conditions for their additional education aimed to expanding skills and updating existing knowledge level.

Via ferrata is a phenomenon that has long been known in mountain tourism and is becoming increasingly widespread every year. Currently, it is increasingly developing in Russia, and its popularity is actively growing. Via ferrata is a professional term. It marks a section of the rock route equipped with special metal structures. These devices on a difficult rocky area can significantly speed up passing along the route and save energy costs to overcome it. The purpose of the study is to develop a project that includes the development of this type of sports tourism in the Black Sea regions of Russia. The objectives of the study are to study the history and recreational potential of via ferrata, as well as to develop a project and justify its effectiveness. The subject of the study, as an example, is the designed via ferrata route along a natural formation on the eastern wall of the Ai-Petri rock massif in Crimea. The scientific and practical significance of this study lies in the development of a potentially interesting project from a recreational point of view, using a natural object of the Crimean mountain forest nature reserve, as well as the presence of a technical justification for it, which can subsequently be proposed for the project implementation.

The article analyzes the production of soybeans in Russia and the Ryazan region. Identified, that the main production is concentrated in the Far Eastern and Central Federal Districts. During the analysis it was determined, that in all subjects of the Russian Federation there is an increase in sown areas and gross levies. In the Ryazan region for 2018-2022. Sown area increased by 5 times, The gross amount of 7,7 times. The article analyzes the factors, Impact on Soy Crops. During the study identified, that in order to obtain a potential yield, precipitation must occur exclusively during the growing season. Light mode is another factor in soybean yield. For complete ripening in the Ryazan region, soybean varieties should be chosen, for which the light day lasts 19-20 hours. In the Ryazan region, varieties that do not meet these conditions are used. If the conditions for precipitation are met, the duration of daylight hours and the duration of vegetation can be ensured to increase the yield and protein content of soybeans. The work was clarified, What if you increase the protein content of soy by 5%, This will result in an efficiency increase of 37 percentage points.

Russia has vast forest resources that require constant conservation and protection measures, the implementation of which is currently impossible without the use of aviation or satellites. The widespread introduction of unmanned aerial vehicles will make it possible to effectively monitor the condition and predict changes in forest lands. The article discusses standard methods for monitoring the condition of forests and their advantages and disadvantages, highlighting the main existing threats to forests. The classification of unmanned aerial vehicles is given. The advantages of using unmanned aerial vehicles in forestry are highlighted. A classification of the areas of application of unmanned aerial vehicles in forestry is given.

This paper examines the institutional and natural resource components in the strategy of socio-economic development of the region. The rationality of the use of natural resources taking into account the resource asymmetry of the region is investigated and the justification of the segmentation of consumers of recreational resources is given. The main problem in the process of development of the region’s tourist orientation is the replacement of the natural component by the economic infrastructure. Thus, the process of development of tourist orientation is accompanied by a steady increase in the number of buildings and recreation, and according to the specifics of tourism in the region are increasingly valuable beach resources. Among all the subregions of Crimea is particularly distinguished by higher rates of recreational development and economic development relative to other subregion of Greater Yalta. Recreational potential of the Big Yalta is just over 18.6% of the potential of the Crimea, with an area of 1.1%. Territorial concentration is 16,9 times higher than in the region. All this creates the need for segmentation of subregions on the basis of resource asymmetry of the region.

The ecological situation in the resorts of the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus and the Crimea cannot but cause concerns. Once these resorts were positioned as climatic ones with a strongly marked therapeutic and health-improving climate. Today, we are no longer talking about the healing properties of the climate of these regions. But it is possible to preserve these regions for future generations as centers of medical and health tourism. One of the factors negatively affecting the ecology of the Black Sea resort areas is the expansion of vehicles with internal combustion engines. Waste exhaust gases from running engines of a huge number of motor vehicles that have appeared in recent years on the Black Sea coast (and not only in the summer holiday season) cause irreparable harm to the ecology of popular resort areas. Substantiation of the possibility of creating a zone free of vehicles with internal combustion engines in the resorts of the Black Sea coast of the Crimea and the Caucasus. To achieve this goal, theoretical methods of scientific research were used: analysis, synthesis and forecasting. The analysis of foreign and domestic experience in the study of the possibility of introducing a high-speed transport system for public and freight transport hyperloop (hyperloop - Eng.) is carried out. A conceptual project for solving the transport problem of the resort regions of the Southern coast of the Crimea is proposed.

The paper is devoted to the study of problems in organizing high-speed ground transport traffic. The solution to this problem may be the organization of a combined transport system, which involves the movement of a transport unit in a rarefied environment of limited space, using the principles of magnetic levitation. The use of such a system will significantly increase the speed of a transport unit up to the supersonic range due to the following factors: reduced aerodynamic air resistance when moving; the absence of direct contact of the transport unit with the lower structure of the track and, as a result, the complete absence of friction; separate dedicated lines allow the use of structures that allow for a significant increase in freight traffic. The paper explores the possibilities of developing the basic principles of movement of a transport system based on magnetic levitation in a rarefied environment, modeling key processes, determining the main parameters of a new transport system and establishing their optimal ratio, reduced to conditions of safe and energy-efficient operation. As well as an assessment of possible risks associated with the use of this type of transport, both for freight and passenger transportation.

The orchid species protected in the Republic of Tatarstan are sensitive to certain environmental conditions, therefore, when they are disturbed, they can disappear. As a result of studies carried out in 1998-2022 on the territory of the National Park "Nizhnyaya Kama" (Tatarstan, Russia), maps of the distribution of orchid species were built. It was revealed that only 7 species of orchids are found on the territory of the national park, which is 23% of the total number of orchids in Tatarstan, there are practically no meadow and wet-meadow orchids in the vast areas of meadowlands of the Nizhnekamsk reservoir. The background species is the unprotected Epipactis helleborine, which is noted in 61% of the descriptions with orchid species. The 4 species are noted in the conservation zone, 6 - in the specially protected zone, and 3 - in the recreational area. In dynamics, an increase in the distribution of P. bifolia and P. cucullata was noted. In 2019-2021, 2 habitats of Goodyera repens were found in the conservation zone. However, since 2010, the area of spruce-birch and pine-birch sphagnum communities has sharply decreased, where large populations of P. bifolia were noted. In recent years, D. incarnata has not been recorded since swampy meadows have practically disappeared. Forest species of orchids mainly grow in spruce-pine, coniferous-broad-leaved and coniferous-birch forests with a good moss cover.

This article presents the study results of new locations of wild forms of the Krasnodar Territory, Crimean region. Two populations in two locations were found in the slope and plain territories. In the course of the expeditions, the environmental and geographic characteristics of the habitats of wild grape forms were given, a complete description of the vegetation of the ecotopes under study was made, and the morphological and biological qualitative and quantitative indicators of grape wild forms have been studied in detail. When analyzing scientific literature data, it was found that there is not enough information about Kuban wild plants, feral forms and autochthons of grapes. The urgent need for this study arose. The research was carried out using route-reconnaissance, geobotanical, ampelographic, analytical methods. The variability of some indicators was detected to a greater or lesser extent, both at interpopulation and endogenous levels. Populations differ in the shape of the leaf blade, with leaves occurring pentagonal, deltoid, and rounded. The degree of leaf corrugation varies from weak to medium. The crown of the young shoot is slightly open or half open, with very rare pubescence, the depth of the upper lateral leaf clippings is from very small to medium.

The article substantiates the application of the cluster analysis method on empirical data. A system of indicators of agricultural production has been designed. A multidimensional grouping by the method of cluster analysis was carried out, the regions were grouped into clusters according to the level of resource provision in the industry, the effectiveness and efficiency of production, its technical, scientific potential and support. The characteristics of each cluster are given, the main strengths and weaknesses of the agriculture of the regions are shown according to the selected indicators. Practical recommendations have been developed for the regions of each cluster, which will allow using the totality of available resources, conditions and factors to increase the efficiency and sustainability of production in addition to increasing its social and environmental orientation. Cluster analysis made it possible to implement a systematic approach to the study of agricultural production, to equally take into account various indicators, to lay dynamic changes in a spatial study. A drawback of the study is the limited data and access to information. Some aspects of the organization and management of production are briefly described.

The article studies key elements of the sociocultural genome of law by analyzing the changes it has undergone under the influence of digitalization. The author highlights the following among the main directions of this influence: change in the parties eligible for a legal relationship, since "digital personalities" have recently become one of them, and their activity is on the rise; emergence of algorithmdriven quasi-legislative regulatory institutions (regulatory institutions that are based on a programming code instead of a legal norm); change in the scope of legal regulation and the structure of law. Emergence of quasi-legislative regulatory institutions that are based on a programming code has a no lesser influence on the sociocultural genome. That is why the article especially focuses on the comparative analysis of attributive traits of a legal norm and of a programming code as the "building material" for creating relevant social relationships regulators. A conclusion is drawn that the ever-intensifying use of information technology in various spheres leads to substantial change in the sociocultural genome of law and, subsequently, to change in the composition of the existing model of social regulation.

Local rural communities challenge due to regional disparities on conditions and features of economic, infrastructural, social development etc. Most rural communities are strengthened by natural and environmental bases for economic development compared to urban areas. But during the last two decades they face the global challenge – climate change, which takes a risk of socio-economic system (SES), based on natural resources use. Agriculture and natural-based activities are the most vulnerable systems to climate change. This study aims to test the possibilities for Ukrainian local rural communities to adapt their SES, which are based mainly on natural resources use, toward the building of more resilient to climate change systems. Here, we develop the framework for assessment of vulnerability of community’ SES to climate change, using the integrated indicator-based approach. We estimate the Vulnerability Index for six rural communities, describing the integrated level and by subsystems level of vulnerability. Our assessment confirms the high vulnerability of agriculture and natural ecosystem to climate change. It is a crucial challenge for further socio-economic development of the rural SES with the monofunctional economy which is based on natural resources use. In addition, the problem is exacerbated by the high vulnerability of the social system and infrastructure for most studied communities. Understanding the vulnerable subsystems of community’ SES ensure timely response and the development of concrete policy actions at the community and state levels. In this study we substantiate the hotlist of actions for the most vulnerable subsystems.

The issue of grape plants adaptation to current and future climate changes is acute. Agrobiological records conducted in vineyards at the beginning of the growing season show the possible productivity by the values of the fruitfulness coefficients (k1 and k2). The adaptation of plants is higher in varieties with high values of the fruitfulness coefficients, so it is important to determine their relationship with the weather conditions of the territory. The aim of this work was to study the influence of weather conditions in the south Russia on the grapes fruitfulness coefficients of thirteen Vitis Vinifera varieties of domestic breeding AZESVW and NCZSRIHV for the period 2007-2020 by the method of correlation analysis. A large relationship between the parameters of fruitfulness k1 and k2 with the temperature of the previous year (especially with the minimum air temperature and temperature range), and a smaller one with the characteristics of moisture availability, was revealed. The influence of winter meteorological conditions was noted in the correlation analysis of all the data, for individual varieties, due to frost resistance, the dependence was not significant. In general, there is a variety-specific correlation.

This article presents a systemic approach to municipal solid waste management in the Kaliningrad region. This approach is based on innovative practices and marketing research. It will contribute to regional development in line with the principles of green economy and cross-border cooperation in the Baltic countries. An innovative ecosystem should be created in the region to reach this goal, along with a network of solid municipal waste recycling enterprises. This network should include microenterprises. The study offers a universal business model for a recycling microenterprise.

This article presents the results of research and development of an innovation ecosystem for for-profit medical services provided to residents of the Kaliningrad region at the medical centre of the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University. These services contribute to the sustainable development of regional healthcare in line with the current green growth trends. A universal model of an ecosystem for providing medical services to residents of a region is proposed, along with a model for a platform ecosystem of a university medical centre. The desk and field marketing research enabled the first stage of ecosystem creation – the formation of the value proposition, which is the provision of “complex case” medical services. This approach to medical care will preserve regional human resources and encourage residents to pay more attention to their health, the environment, and natural resources. Another positive result will be harmonising the environmental needs of society with global trends in sustainability and green growth.

The article considers the personal potential of teachers realized through their participation in competitions. The analysis of sources, diagnostic tools, formats and means of additional professional education presents professional competitions as a condition for realizing one’s personal potential. Its components are as follows: personal meanings, activity, reflexive abilities and pedagogical experience, values, motives, striving for the embodiment of creative ideas and intentions, openness to innovations. The teacher’s participation in competitions encourages activities, increases the level of innovative solutions to professional problems, manifests creative individuality and recognizes professional achievements. At the same time, the influence of competitions on the professional creativity of a teacher has not been sufficiently studied. The article aims at studying the competitive behavior of a teacher from the perspective of realizing their personal potential. The research utilized the methods of analyzing scientific sources, regulatory documents; diagnostic techniques to study the personal potential of a teacher; forms of developing the competitive behavior of teachers to participate in professional skills competitions; synthesis; logical generalization. In the course of the study, the authors obtained results that are notable for their novelty. They have presented the concept of “competitive behavior” of a teacher as an activity characterized by a complex system of motivation aimed at overcoming competitions and developing personal potential. The authors have characterized the motivational, emotional-volitional and personal levels of mental regulation of the teacher’s competitive behavior. They have also determined methods for studying personal potential and developing the teacher’s competitive behavior.

The purpose of the study is to identify the neuropsychological features of primary school children (unformed lateralization of the brain hemispheres) that substantiate the necessity for changes in the organization of their learning process. The data of the research demonstrated the need to classify children of primary school age in accordance with the characteristics of their perception and the type of thinking. In the system of interactions between the brain hemispheres, signal systems and the type of thoughts, 7-8 year old pupils displayed the priority of reflecting the world through the first-signal system, stimulating the dominance of the activity of the right hemisphere, which determines the dominance of visual thinking. Children who are from 9 to 10 years old are characterized by the reflection through a second-signal system, a shift of the brain lateralization to the left hemisphere, and the development of abstract thinking. The results described above suggest that only at the age of 9-10, modern primary school children are ready to learn within the existing educational system; 7-8-year-old children are much worse at perceiving information transmitted through the words and are not ready for a learning pattern based on the use of abstract thinking; forced switching of children of this group from the right-hemisphere lateralization of the brain to the left-hemisphere leads to a state of hemispheric dysfunction and, as a result, to neurotic disorders. The education of primary school children must be approached in a differentiated way. The education system of 7-8 year old pupils, whose thinking needs to complete the development of visual thinking (not to leave the process incomplete) and to proceed to the formation of a second-signal system with the dominance of the left hemisphere, which determines the transition to abstract thinking, needs to be rebuilt by excluding the factors that traumatize neuro-physiological structures from it.

The article describes the author’s method of forming the concept of a territorial tourist product within the framework of a marketing and analytical approach. The methodology is based on marketing research, the use of statistical analysis to objectively substantiate the proposed investment decisions in the field of tourism infrastructure and the management of strategic development of the territories, as well as on the construction of a marketing multi-attribute model of a territorial tourism product. The proposed methodology is implemented in the municipal unit of the Kaliningrad region within the framework of the investment “Strategy for the socio-economic development of “Ladushkinsky urban district” municipal unit for 2020-2030”. The article presents the results of marketing and analytical research, on the basis of which the concept of the territorial tourist product of the Ladushkinsky urban district was developed, which implements its portfolio of the investment projects, as well as its marketing complex according to the “4P” model.

This article discloses feasible direction for improvement of training students at the structure of educational holding based on such economic and pedagogical tool as centre for implementation of innovation projects. It is substantiated that design and implementation of the modern IT-focused innovation and investment projects contribute development for professional competencies of students. And it also allows reaching better connection and correlation between theory and praxis. It is suggested basic for creation of mentioned centre according to nowadays realities.

In recent years, there is a growing number of children with speech disorders, including General speech underdevelopment (GSU). GSU children have problems with communication, development, and difficulties in working together with their peers. The use of kinesiological exercises complex in correctional and developmental work with preschool children is effective for the development of coherent speech and optimization of interpersonal relationships in the children’s team.

The article provides an overview of modern instruments for business structures in a pandemic and remote work. The most popular and relevant services that allow you to organize work on a project and maintain productivity in self-isolation have been summarized. The features and advantages of software products, which may be the future of project management, have been analyzed. A review, a critical analysis of the possibilities of the digital agenda of the studied countries made it possible to determine the importance of strengthening the interaction of government authorities and business structures in the framework of the implementation of social and economic digital projects for the development of international cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. A number of prerequisites were identified as a motivational toolkit for the involvement of business entities and society in the implementation and use of digital technologies on the territory of the union states - the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. A complex of restraining factors of development in the post-pandemic period for the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation has been identified and substantiated, which makes it possible to recognize the problems of capacity building in states and the disunity of interests of the subjects of project management.

The work provides a comprehensive analysis of efficient organization in the stock-raising industry when fed with high protein fodder. For that end, a dynamic analysis of volume and geographical indicators of soybean production, as well as ways to increase productivity, was initially conducted. The authors believe that biologically active preparations should be used for pre-treatment of seeds and foliar top dressing of plants. This will increase the yield by 2–3 dt/ha and the protein content by 3–4 %. The next step in the analytical procedures was conducting an experiment connected with introduction of soybean meal into the diet of young pigs. This will improve the physiological state of pigs and intensify their live weight gain.

A modern economy requires building effective innovation systems. The formation of national and regional innovation systems should be closely linked. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply understand and take into account the peculiarities of the formation of regional systems in the national economic space. This is especially true for the Russian Federation due to the specificity of the administrative system and existence of significant disparities between the regions. Regional innovation systems are actively being developed, just as in more developed regions and less developed countries. Despite the country’s internal conditions, this should be a unified process. Therefore, it is particularly important for the issues of interregional cooperation to eliminate asymmetries and synchronise changes.

This article attempts to analyze the educational views of an outstanding scholar-theologian of 19th-20th century, Rizaitdin Fakhretdin, whose fate and activities reflected the vicissitudes of the complex historical era of the changes in pre-revolutionary Russia and the hard years of the establishment of Soviet power in the regions of the Volga and the Urals. The spiritual dominant, as a factor of Enlightenment, forms the basis of the evolutionary development of the society. In the conditions of the development of modern Russia and the urgent need to develop the principles of peaceful coexistence of peoples and concessions, the philosophical study of the national and cultural heritage, spiritual experience, the values and traditions of generations, the place and role of ethnonational communities, the destinies of its ideological enlighteners in the spiritual life of modern Russia is of the highest importance. The article also focuses on the development of the spirituality of human being and the degree of enlightenment of the society, which are the foundation of the unity, stability, strength, and greatness of society and the state. The choice of the topic is dictated by both theoretical interest and practical needs. The contemporaru image of multinational Russia requires a serious historical and philosophical analysis of its social development. The heterogeneous immune nature of the Russian civilization facilitates the assimilation of spiritual and practical experience in the conditions of the coexistence of different peoples. The use of unique socio-historical knowledge stimulates the widening of the capacity of every social, confessional, national community to be involved in the strengthening of Russian unity.

In a democratic society, the mass media play an enormous role, as they broadcast various points of view that exist in the society. By using various media effects, authors of information messages influence the formation of certain attitude to a particular political event reflected in the media, thus contributing to the legitimation or de-legitimation of political power. The purpose of this study is to examine the news on Russian federal television channels in order to identify frames that play a role in the process of political power legitimation. Qualitative content analysis shows that media framing is actively used by leading state TV channels as a technology for legitimizing the power. The most frequently used frames are “the Great Power,” “Ineptitude of Other Countries,” “Confrontation / Opposition,” “International Intervention,” and “the Strong Leader.”
