With the development of the Internet, cyberloafing becomes the workplace problem for many organizations. It will negatively influence organisations’ productivity and performance. In this study, we examined the direct and indirect relationship (via meaningful work) between abusive supervision and cyberloafing, based on the theory of social cognition and social exchange. Data collected from 183 participants were analysed using hierarchical regression. The results showed that abusive supervision has a significant positive impact on cyberloafing, both directly and indirectly. We suggest that organizations should reduce abusive supervision by leaders and take measures to cultivate employees ' sense of work meaning.

The main oil layer of Grape Flower in X Oilfield has entered the late stage of high-extra-high water cut, and the remaining oil distribution is uneven, so as to ensure the development effect of the purpose block. Based on the theory of fine sedimentology, the sedimentation characteristics of PІ11 and PІ212 deposition time units were studied. Combined with the sedimentary and logging data of the meandering river delta, the logging facies model was classified in detail and established. Eleven microfacies of 2 subfacies in the delta and the delta shunt plain were identified. PІ11 and PІ212 deposition microphase layout maps were drawn. According to the sedimentary microfacies and conventional flooded logging interpretation data, four flooding distribution histograms were plotted to obtain the residual oil distribution law. The research results provide theoretical support for the later development adjustment.

This paper aims to establish a detection method for simultaneous determining four additives in flour products: one simultaneously determines the acesulfame, sodium cyclamate, bromate, and calcium propionate through the selection of ion chromatography pump flow rate, injection volume, eluent concentration, optimization of sample pretreatment and the influence of interfering ions. When using the pump flow rate of 0.8 ml/min, 200 µL large volume injection, 0-14 min, 14-25 min eluent concentration 30 mmol/L gradient elution, 25-26 min eluent concentration 6 mmol/L, flour product is pulverized after addition of water vortex ultrasonic extraction, the supernatant by C18 solid phase extraction (SPE) columns and silver filter, 0.22μm water phase porous membrane testing on the machine, the detection limits of the four kinds of targets are 0.16 μg/ml, 0.19 μg/ml, 0.24 μg/ml, and 0.38 μg/ml, respectively; The standard deviations of retention time and peak area are calcium propionate, respectively 0.13~0.42%, 2.14~4.25% ; bromate 0.20~0.67%, 1.33~4.52% ; sodium cyclamate 0.14~0.53%, 3.57~5.62% ; acesulfame potassium 0.64~0.93%, 0.42~5.81%. This method uses water as the sole extraction solvent and can detect four additives in flour products in a single test. And the pretreatment process is also very simple. When it is applied to other food tests, some compounds may cause interference, which can be assisted by other testing methods.

Wampee is one of the characteristic fruits in southern China, and its brittle and thin skin can easily be damaged. In this study, principal components analysis (PCA) and minimum noise fraction (MNF) analysis were carried out on the two wampee varieties by hyperspectral imaging technology, and 680nm was determined to be the optimal characteristic wavelength. The accurate recognition rate obtained from PCA algorithm for wampee samples of two varieties was about 83.75%, and that obtained from MNF algorithm for two variety samples was 85%. It was indicated that the wampee damaged can be identified more accurately and effectively by MNF based on hyperspectral imaging technology

To determine the effect of different harvesting time on antioxidant capacity in Jerusalem artichoke polysaccharides (inulin), the Jerusalem artichoke before and after overwintering were collected from the same region, and then evaluate their antioxidant capacity in vitro by reducing power assay, DPPH radical-scavenging assay and hydroxyl radical-scavenging assay. Ascorbic acid at similar mass concentration was served as positive control. The results showed no significant difference were observed in reducing power when the absorbance values were about 0.3. When the mass concentrations before and after overwintering were 0.9 mg/mL and 1.7 mg/mL, the DPPH radical-scavenging rate both reached at 50%. And when the mass concentrations were both 10 mg/mL, the hydroxyl radical-scavengings were 35.8% and 27.9%, respectively. Thus, it could be concluded that the antioxidant capacity in Jerusalem artichoke polysaccharides before overwintering was higher than that after overwintering, and showed a good dose-dependent manner with its mass concentration.

Based on field investigation and statistical analysis, the characteristics of wild herbs in different communities are discussed in this paper. The results showed that there were 32 species and 30 genera of 14 families in the wild herbs of the three communities. Cynanchum chinense R.Br. and Setaria viridis (L.) Beauv are the three community common herbs. Pterocypsela indica (L.) Shih and Cirsium setosum are common to the Cerasus sp. community and Malus micromalus communit. Polygonum, Chenopodium album and Pharbitis nil (Linn.) Choisy are common to the Malus micromalus community and Robinia pseudoacacia L.community.

The effect of phosphorus(P) and potassium(K) on plant growth and development was irreplaceable. Based on random sampling of several plant species in the west campus of University of Jinan, the concentration of leaf P and K were measured by the total nitrogen total phosphorus total potassium analyzer. The results showed that Armeniaca vulgaris Lam. has the highest concentration of P and K, reaching 395.08 mg/kg and 227.45 mg/kg, followed by locust Robinia pseudoacacia Linn.. Ailanthus altissima (Mill.) Swingle and Ligustrum quihoui Carr. has the lowest concentration of leaf P. The leaf P concentration of all plant species was higher than leaf K concentration except for skunk. Based on the soil nutrients status of study area, it was found that Armeniaca vulgaris Lam.and Robinia pseudoacacia Linn. could be appropriately expanded in the end.

Widespread flooding, such as the events in the winter of 2013/2014 in the UK and early summer 2013 in Cent ral Europe, demonst rate clearly how important it is to understand the characterist ics of floods in which mult iple locat ions experience ext reme river flows. Recent developments in mult ivariate stat ist ical modelling help to place such events in a probabilist ic framework. It is now possible to perform joint probability analysis of events defined in terms of physical variables at hundreds of locat ions simultaneously, over mult iple variables (including river flows, rainfall and sea levels), combined with analysis of temporal dependence to capture the evolut ion of events over a large domain. Crit ical const raints on such data-driven methods are the problems of missing data, especially where records over a network are not all concurrent , the joint analysis of several different physical variables, and the choice of suitable t ime scales when combining informat ion from those variables. This paper presents new developments of a high-dimensional condit ional probability model for ext reme river flow events condit ioned on flow and r ainfall observat ions. These are: a new computat ionally efficient paramet ric approach to account for missing data in the joint analysis of ext remes over a large hydromet ric network; a robust approach for the spat ial interpolation of extreme events throughout a large river network,; generat ion of realist ic est imates of ext remes at ungauged locat ions; and, exploit ing rainfall information rat ionally within the stat ist ical model to help improve efficiency. These methodological advances will be illust rated with data from the UK river network and recent events to show how they cont ribute to a flexible and effective framework for flood risk assessment, with applicat ions in the insurance sector and for nat ional-scale emergency planning.

Most of studies on the existing recommender system for Netflix-style sites (scenarios with explicit user feedback) focus on rating prediction, but few have systematically analyzed users’ motivations to make decisions on which items to rate. In this paper, the authors study the difficult and challenging task Item Adoption Prediction (IAP) for predicting the items users will rate or interact with. It is not only an important supplement to previous works, but also a more realistic requirement of recommendation in this scenario. To recommend the items with high Adoption Tendency, the authors develop a unified model UATM based on the findings of Marketing and Consumer Behavior. The novelty of the model in this paper includes: First, the authors propose a more creative and effective optimization method to tackle One-Class Problem where only the positive feedback is available; second, the authors systematically and conveniently integrate the user adoption information (both explicit and implicit feedbacks included) and the social contextual information with quantitatively characterizing different users’ personal sensitivity to various social contextual influences.

Student engagement is of critical importance because it can help students gain more knowledge from the course. This paper investigates how to improve student engagement of graduate students in seminar teaching, and the results show that student self-efficacy, classmate support, and teacher support have significant positive effects on student engagement. These findings highlight the value of self-efficacy, classmate support, and teacher support. Therefore, college should take measures to promote self-efficacy, classmate support, and teacher support.

Limited by multiple factors, such as land use planning, landscape coordination and environmental standards, the ventilation conditions of the urban highway tunnels are insufficient, and therefore the joint control of ventilation and purification becomes a necessary solution. In this study, the effect of number, location of decentralized purification equipment, and the tunnel ventilation rate on pollution in the tunnel are studied using one-dimensional calculation. The results show that the arrangement of purification equipment can reduce the design ventilation rate to a certain extent. When purification equipment is arranged, the maximum NO2 concentration can be reduced by up to 30.9%, and the average NO2 concentration can be reduced by up to 18.2% compared with that without purification. The purification equipment arranged in the rear section of the tunnel is conducive to reducing the concentration of pollutants at the exit, while the arrangement in the middle section of the tunnel is conducive to reducing the average concentration of pollutants in the tunnel.

When the hazardous substances are released in the air duct of the ventilation system, they are transported into the room through the supply air inlets, causing harm to indoor personnel. In the ventilation system with air recirculation, the contaminant entering the room is recirculated to the ventilation system through the return air outlet, and then affects the contaminant concentration in supply air, making it difficult to be determined. In this work, a method is proposed to predict the steady concentration of passive contaminant when the contaminant is released in the air duct. The method is based on the fixed flow field in the room. The lumped parameter method is utilized to establish the relationship between the concentrations of contaminant in the inlet and outlet for each air duct and the air handling unit. The linear superposition relationship based on the accessibility index is adopted for the steady concentration at an arbitrary position in the room. The proposed method is compared with the prediction with the lumped parameter method in the room. It can rapidly predict the contaminant distributions in all the rooms supplied by the ventilation system with air recirculation.

In this paper, through online and on-site research, combined with the results of the research, the existing office chairs are analyzed for related human-machine functions, and specific improvements for the chair surface, armrests, backrests, and footrests of female office chairs are proposed. Provide effective suggestions for improving the ergonomic design of female office chairs and determining design elements.

In this paper, the stresses of plate-fin structures at the different operation parameters were analyzed in actual operation process of LNG plate-fin heat exchanger based on finite element method and thermal elastic theory. Stress characteristics of plate-fin structures were investigated at the different operation parameters of that. The results show that the structural failure of plate-fin structures is mainly induced by the maximum shear stress at the brazing filler metal layer between plate and fin while by the maximum normal stress in the region of brazed joint near the fin side. And a crack would initiate in brazed joint near the fin side. The maximum normal stress is also main factor to result in the structural failure of plate-fin structures at the different temperature difference (between Natural Gas (NG) and Mixture Refrigerant (MR)), MR temperature and NG pressure of LNG heat exchanger. At the same time, the peak stresses obviously increase as the temperature difference, MR temperature and NG pressure increase. These results will provide some constructive instructions in the safe operation of LNG plate-fin heat exchanger in a large-scale LNG cold-box.
