In order to adapt to the trend of intelligent development in power operation sites and solve practical problems such as inadequate supervision of traditional power operation sites, this article mainly studies the linkage technology between power operation site videos and Beidou high-precision positioning terminals. Based on the application scenarios of the BeiDou positioning system in power operations, this paper summarizes the linkage technology between on-site video and BeiDou high-precision positioning terminals in power operations, and concludes that this technology is suitable for safety control of personnel in power operation sites, inspection and supervision of power lines, monitoring and early warning of inclined and collapsed transmission line towers. Research has found that the linkage technology between on-site video of power operations and Beidou high-precision positioning terminals can promote the intelligent development of power operations and achieve higher precision on-site control of power operations.

Marijuana is the most frequently reported illicit substance in the United States. However, limited studies have delved into the analysis of marijuana use as a count variable, in which the distribution often exhibits overdispersion and notable occurrences of zero values. This study encompassed a total of 58,034 individuals, with12,528 having reported marijuana use in the past year from the 2021 National Surveys on Drug Use and Health data. Marijuana use was measured by number of days used in the past year. Three distributions were compared including normal distribution, Poisson, and Negative Binomial (NB) distributions. The Akaike information criterion (AIC), corrected AIC (AICC), consistent AIC (CAIC), and the Bayesian information criterion (BIC) statistics were used to select the best distribution. The overall prevalence of past-year marijuana use was 21.6%. The NB regression model proved to be the best with lowest AIC, AICC, CAIC, and BIC values compared with linear and Poisson models. According to the NB model, African American and age 18–64 years were associated with increased days of marijuana use, whereas, females, rural living, Asian and Hispanic were associated with decreased days of marijuana use. The findings can guide healthcare providers when screening for marijuana use in general population.

Chinese quantifiers are heavily loaded with Chinese culture, making it challenging to translate them into idiomatic English. The majority of earlier studies only examined linguistically the English translations of Chinese quantifiers. The interpretation of linguistic information, however, is a developing and pivotal stage of cognition in the translation process. Under the umbrella of cognitive iconicity, the research of cognitive distance between linguistic forms is being conducted. Therefore, it makes sense to talk about cognitive iconicity while discussing the English translation of Chinese nominal quantifiers. Based on the definition as well as the function of Chinese quantifiers, this research summarized four translation methods from a viewpoint of individual nominal quantifiers, namely, the omission of iconicity, the retention of iconicity, the conversion of iconicity, and the addition of iconicity. And then it further discussed the selection process of English translation version of Chinese nominal quantifiers.

The results show that the construction has a "medium risk" and easy to rise to the "high risk".

Authentic assessment is extensively accepted in higher education as an alternative assessment to replace or supplement traditional assessment. This paper examines the scientific basis, types, and characteristics of authentic assessment from the perspective of the supporting theories used in the research literature. Furthermore, this paper discusses the internal and external requirements of authentic assessment in English language teaching in terms of profession, students’ motivation and willingness, and the integrative nature of English language use. The paper concludes by pointing out the factors to consider in designing the tasks and rubrics for the implementation of authentic assessment.

An analysis of the current situation of ecological slope protection is conducted to obtain a more optimized ecological slope protection scheme, in which major factors influencing the effect of ecological slope protection constitute the object of analysis. Based on optimum grass seed combination, grass and legume plant matching with better growth effects are chosen, and the mix proportion of plant-growing medium which is the best for plant growth is determined, reflecting the application of plants in ecological slope protection and providing reference for subsequent slope protection projects.

This article presents a novel metrological calibration method for trace chromium(VI) analyzer. The study identifies all factors that affect the accuracy of chromium(VI) analyzers, and proposes calibration items and method for the analyzer based on its working principle. The calibration items include pump set flow error and pump flow stability, set temperature error and temperature control stability of column oven, baseline noise and drift, minimum detection concentration, linear range, and qualitative and quantitative repeatability. Experimental results shows that, the presented method can meet the requirements for the metrological performance evaluation of chromium(VI) analyzer. The calibration method is scientific and feasible.

This course contains rich ideological and political education elements, which are closely combined with clinical practice and daily life, so that students can more vividly and concretely grasp the knowledge and feel the essence of the thought. The implementation of curriculum ideological and political education is helpful to improve the humanistic quality of medical students and professional ethics of doctors. This paper explores and practices the implementation methods of curriculum ideology in biochemistry and molecular biology. It also integrates the elements of moral education into daily teaching guided by "professional spirit", "practicing ability" and "social adaptation", aiming to continuously improve the effect of education and ultimately contribute to the cultivation of medical talents with both moral and medical skills.

Taking the three-level supply chain consisting of a single supplier, a manufacturer and a strong brand as the research object, the manufacturer's optimal supply decision model is constructed, which considers the futures purchase under the deferred payment of the brand, and it is proved that the optimal solution not only exists but also is unique. Then, the influence of parameter variation on the optimal ordering strategy was analyzed by numerical example simulation and sensitivity analysis. The results show that when the period of deferred payment to the manufacturer is extended and the price discount is strengthened, the manufacturer can purchase from the futures market to lock the price and make up for its income loss through the supplier's delayed payment. Production rate should also be controlled, too high or too low production rate will affect the manufacturer's production cycle.

During the development of the stealth fighter, the S-shaped inlet enters the designer’s vision because it has better stealth than bump inlet and straight inlet. During the use of the S-shaped inlet, due to its structural reasons, secondary flow is likely to occur in the curved section, which directly causes the flow state to be changeable and complicated. Therefore, this paper takes the S-shaped inlet as the research object to analyzes the steady flow field simulation under uniform inlet condition and distortion inlet condition and analyze the flow field of the airflow and the total pressure of each section under the S-shaped inlet by changing the intake distortion conditions with CFX software. The results show that although the S-shaped inlet will occur total pressure distortion under uniform intake. However, when the S-shaped inlet work under certain flight conditions, the level of total pressure distortion will be smaller than the uniform inlet condition, which can improve the air intake performance. Finally, it can be inferred that with use of the S-shaped intake port, the deterioration of distortion may be prevented under certain specific intake conditions.

Along with the development of advanced high-performance aero-engines to the higher thrust-weight ratio, further improvement of stage load, the adoption of new materials and new lightweight structures, the aeroelasticity of blade structure is becoming more and more prominent. The high cycle fatigue failure of blades significantly reduces the structural reliability during the process of development and using. At the same time, a large number of failure forms of aero-engine experimental and server can be attributed to aeroelastic problems. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the aeroelastic stability of the blade. One of the most important factors is to suppress the airflow separation, but its mechanism is still unclear. Based on this, this paper combines the aerodynamic damping analysis of energy method with the plasma excitation simulation and references low-speed wind tunnel plasma expansion test to consider the effects of different exciter distributions and intensities on flutter. The results show that stall flutter is related to the flow separation, but the flow separation is not a key factor that determinates whether the flutters occurs or not. Flutter suppression is strongly correlated with the shock wave intensity, amplitude of first harmonic aerodynamic force, low-speed separation and aerodynamic work density. In addition, the relative distribution of the excitation field and the positive work zone also has a direct effect on the suppression of flutter.

In order to reduceof the amount of lead and arsenic in contaminated soil, CA(citric acid), PA(polyepoxysuccinic acid), MA(malic acid) and EDTA were used to remove as chemical extractor. The experiments showed that the extraction ability of lead was EDTA>CA>MA>PA, and of arsenic was MA>CA>PA=EDTA. The eluents concentration, reaction period and liquid/solid ratio were the key factor of extraction effect. It was evident that the optimal condition was 0.1 mol/L eluent and 2h of extraction period.

The effects of different menganses (Mn) concentrations on the growth and development of peanut seedlings were analysed in the present study. The results showed that the main root length, lateral root number, plant height, dry weight of aboveground and underground parts of peanut seedlings were all influenced by the concentrations of Mn obviously. Moreover, the growth of peanut could be significantly promoted at low concentration of Mn (150 μmol/L), while inhibited by high concentration of Mn (900 μmol/L). Therefore, these conclusions could help us to understand the most suitable concentration range of Mn for the growth of peanut, and could also analyze the specific performance of the harm of Mn toxicity on peanut, so as to lay a theoretical foundation for improving the yield of peanut and expanding the cultivation area.

In this study, the stem explants of Ludisia discolor were used as experimental materials to investigate the effects of 6-BA, NAA, Cu2+ and Ag+ on the induction of adventitious bud regeneration, and to analyze the most suitable culture conditions for stem explants regeneration. The results showed that when the medium was supplemented with 1.0 mg/L 6-BA, 0.75 mg/L NAA, 0.25 mg/L CuSO4, or 6.4 mg/L AgCl, the best regeneration effects would be gained, respectively. And the adventitious bud regeneration rate reached the maximum, which were 61.67%, 83.67%, 80.95% and 87.63%, respectively. The results of this study provided a theoretical basis for tissue culture and rapid propagation of L. discolor.

In the present study, a plant regeneration system was established by using young leaf explants from aseptic seedlings of Cassia mimosoides. The results showed that when the explants were inoculated on the 1/2MS medium contained 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.5 mg/L NAA, high rate of callus induction and good growth status of adventitious bud, and the highest number of buds were obtained. Further studies conclusively suggested that IBA could not promote root formation effectively, but the root regeneration could be induced by NAA. However, although the rooting of regeneration buds could be induced when adventitious buds were placed into 1/2MS medium supplemented with 0.5 mg/L NAA, the rate of rooting was reduced, and the roots became shorter. Therefore, the best medium for adventitious bud regeneration using young leaf as explants in C. mimosoides was 1/2MS medium contained 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.5 mg/L NAA, and the best rooting medium was 1/2MS.

The novel Mn complex C24H18CrMnN4O5 was investigated by hydrothermal and its crystal structure was characterized using X-ray diffraction technology. The Mn atom is six coordinated by four N atom from two 1, 10-phenanthroline and two O atoms from CrO4-. The hydrogen bonding O-H...O had central effect for crystal stability.

The continuously increase of hazardous chemicals transportation leads to a high risk of chemicals leakage. Researches on drifting of chemical substances are of vital importance in damage reducing. Laboratory simulation on drifting of hazardous chemical substance carried out inside a wave tank at the Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory. Different environmental conditions (wind, wave, etc.) were simulated in the wave tank to find out the influence of these factors on substance drifting and diffusion. To identify the difference between hazardous substance, floating ball and dyed petroleum oil were used to simulate solid and liquid floating hazardous chemical substance. The result revealed that wave can improve diffusion, the diffusion speed varies with wave height. Wind can drive surface substance, the drifting coefficient ranges from 2.1% to 3.0%, while liquid drifting coefficient is relatively larger. The laboratory results provide a basis for the study on the drifting and diffusion of hazardous chemicals at sea. Meanwhile, the coefficient could be applied as a correction in numerical models to improve prediction accuracy.

Water scarcity threatens the health and development of countries worldwide due to the rapid expansion of population and climate change, pushing the government to find more innovative and sustainable ways to address water stress. Governments have adopted reverse Osmosis (RO) seawater desalination technology for its cheap raw water intake and stability. However, its environmental and financial sustainability remains disputable. In this study, three metrics, carbon footprint, cost, and waste discharge, are defined and analyzed to identify which water supply technology has greater prospects. Accounting for a full water treatment process from raw water intake to transportation and distribution, the RO desalination plant outruns traditional water treatment facilities due to less carbon emission, limited operation cost and maintenance, and less hazardous waste discharge. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of environmental and financial sustainability of existing solutions to the water supply may provide a more comprehensive understanding and further supports policy making.

Water samples from different biochemical reaction time in one reactor period in Micro-Pressure Inner-Loop Bioreactor (MPR) were measured respectively with adopt Excitation-emission matrix (EEM) fluorescence spectroscopy, Total organic carbon (TOC) and chemical oxygen demand (CODCr),analyzed the correlation among the fluorescence integrates volume, TOC and CODCr.Results showed that with the increase of biochemical treatment time, sewage fluorescence integrates volume declined significantly, known fluorescence integrates volume, CODCr and TOC value better correlation, by fluorescence spectrometry analyzed fluorescence characteristics of sewage to determine the organic wastewater degradation effect, can be simpler and more rapid the judgment of the sewage treatment effect.

At present, the development of rural tourism in China is faced with the embarrassment of "small scale, flat resources" and the lack of creative planning methods, which leads to the serious problem of the simplification and homogeneity of rural tourism products. From the perspective of cultural creativity, this paper puts forward TAIM model of rural tourism product development, and takes "Guangxi district-level rural tourism poverty alleviation village" Xintian village of Quanzhou county as an example to make an empirical analysis of this model, in order to provide some inspiration for the development of rural tourism products in China.

In this study, the young leaves of Cassia mimosoides were used as explants. On the basis of 1/2 MS +2.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.5 mg/L NAA medium, we observed the effect of adding different factors on the callus induction of C. mimosoides. The results shown that after 20 days of callus induction, it was found that the addition of 150 mg/L vitamin C (VC) did not affect the induction efficiency, but the growth of callus became slower; and when the concentration was higher than 150 mg/L, the formation of callus would be inhibited. The induction of callus would be restrained while adding different concentrations of Cu2+ into mediums. Moreover, glutamine (Gln) had little effect on the induction of callus. Furthermore, the addition of hydrolyzed casein (CH) would not affect the formation of callus, but the high concentration of CH could affect the growth status of callus. The induction efficiency of callus was severely inhibited by exogenous addition of silver nitrate (AgNO3), and the growth status of callus was poor, and the phenomenons of early rooting had happened at the same time. The results of this study provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent optimization of bud proliferation and rooting in C. mimosoides.

Total organic carbon (TOC) and chemical oxygen demand (CODCr) are indicators of the degree of organic pollution in water. At present, CODCr is mainly used as an evaluation index in China, and the detection method of CODCr is more complicated and time-consuming than TOC. In this paper, it uses the Micro-Pressure Inner-Loop Bioreactor (MPR) to treat urban sewage, studies the treatment effect of MPR on organic pollutants, and further analyzes the correlation between TOC and CODCr. TOC and CODCr of municipal wastewater and MPR treated effluent were measured by total organic carbon analyzer and dichromate method respectively, and the degree of organic pollution of water samples was analyzed. The results showed that the average removal rates of TOC and CODCr in municipal wastewater were 83.54% and 90.81%, respectively. The theoretical correlation coefficient between TOC and CODCr in experimental raw water was only 0.7322. After MPR treatment, the correlation coefficient increased to 0.9534. For water samples with fixed contaminants and stable contents, TOC can be used to calculate water CODCr by linear fitting relationship.

The structural characteristics of recycled aggregate concrete and its damage mechanism have been analyzed in this paper. The recycled aggregate has been classified into three types through particle shaping and then frost resistance property of recycled concrete with different cement volume has been analyzed through the test. According to the test results, frost resistance property of the recycled concrete is C >B >A, therefore, particle shaping can obviously improve quality and durability of the recycled coarse aggregate.

Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) is proposed to process the seismic response recordings in an 8-story frame-shear wall base-isolated building. Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) method is first applied to identify the time variant characteristics and the data series can be decomposed into several components. Hilbert transform is well-behaved in identifying the frequency components. The first 5 intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) are decomposed with their different frequencies. The analytical function is reconstructed and compared with the original signal. They are extremely consistent in amplitude and phase. Based on the IMFs obtained, frequencies of the original signal are inferred at 5 Hz and 1.6 Hz. The higher frequency is regarded as the vibration excited by surface waves. 1.6 Hz is suggested as the dominant frequency of the building. Analysis indicates that HHT is accurate in extracting the dynamic characteristics of structural systems.

According to the current situation of water quality in drainage basin, the key to improve the prediction accuracy is to select the appropriate prediction model of water quality. The time series method excellently reflected the continuity of the future data in the case of emphasizing historical data. What’s more, the time series method has the higher short-term prediction accuracy and simple modeling process. So, the time series method was used to establish the Auto-Regressive and Moving Average (ARMA) model for the time series of the concentration of dissolved oxygen (DO), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), chemical oxygen demand (CODCr), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) and total nitrogen (TN) at the Guidu fu section of Qingyi River from January 2011 to December 2015. Then, the concentrations of the five water quality indicators from January to June 2016 were predicted, which were verified and analyzed with the measured values. The results show that the model has fine fitting effect and higher prediction accuracy, which can accurately reflect the current and future change trends of the water quality.

In order to explore the optimal culture conditions for adventitious bud regeneration of stem explants in Aoectochilus formosanus, the stem segments from the sterile seedlings were used as explants, and different concentrations of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate (DA-6), kinetin (KT), Cu2+ and glutamine (Gln) were separately added into MS medium containing 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA) and naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA), and the induction rate and the induction multiple of adventitious buds were recorded and analyzed. The results showed that the regeneration of adventitious buds could be promoted, when 2 mg/L DA-6, 0.4 mg/L KT and 15 mg/L Gln were added in mediums. However, the effect of Cu2+ on the regeneration of adventitious buds in A. formosanus was enhanced by low concentration and suppressed by high concentration, and the best concentration of Cu2+ was 5 mg/L.

This paper studies the evaluation method of industrial design contribution rate from the statistical frame, strives to realize the extension of research results and the replication of research method. This paper firstly identifies the connecting points with the statistics of national scientific activities through streamlining the relationship between industrial design and R&D; and then it selects the appropriate calculating model and variants according to the characteristics of industrial design, as well as established the accumulating effects regression model as per the development rules of product; finally it applies the statistical data of random sampling to calculate the industrial rate of ShunDe District in 2012 and analyzes the research results

An optimal intersection groups control method based on critical path identification is proposed. The control algorithm uses a binary search to gradually determine the scope of the intersection groups, uses the duality method to express the intersection groups, uses breadth-first search algorithm to solve the critical path, and finally uses the branch-and-bound method to solve the lane canalization, realizes the optimized output of phase-sequence and timing of intersection control signals. The control algorithm is realized using C++ language, including the following functional modules: intersection range dynamic definition, critical path identification, space-time resource optimization, and online timing adjustment of signal timing parameters and so on. Finally, the control algorithm is verified by the actual road network of Changzhou City of China, the result shows that, the efficiency of traffic operation is significantly improved.

In order to improve the specific capacity and energy density of activated carbon electrode materials activated carbon was modified by surface treatment using hydrogen peroxide. The modified carbons were characterized the changes of pore structure and functional groups before and after modification by N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms and FTIR spectroscopy. The three electrode system was assembled with modified activated carbon as electrode materials and Na2SO4 as the electrolyte. The influence of surface modification on the performance of EDLCs was studied by galvanostatic charge-discharge, cyclic voltammetry, and alternating current impedance. The results show that the surface chemistry of the modified activated carbon material has changed, the specific surface area has changed and the pore size has not changed much with the introduction of new oxygen-containing functional groups. The specific capacity of the activated carbon material modified by 5h is 75F/g, which is 86.1% higher than that before the modification. It can be seen that the change of functional group after the modification of activated carbon can help to increase the specific capacity.

This article designs a Log-periodic Dipole Antenna(LPDA) for airborne communication. This antenna replaces traditional dipoles with patch dipoles, the feeder adopt gradual changing structure, its working frequency is from 200MHz to 450MHz.Use HFSS which is the special software for high-frequency electromagnetic to calculate, optimize and simulate. The simulation rsults are in good agreement with the test results. The designed antenna improves its flexibility and reduces profile, it provide a good method for the design of the airborne antenna.

This study formed a framework theorized on supplementary fit and social support to explore users’ perceptions of Subject Well-Being in Social Network Sites. Online surveys were conducted in Facebook and Google+. Empirical results showed that value-based fit and personal-based fit promoted the obtaining of emotional and informational support but not instrumental support, and emotional and informational support had significant impacts on life satisfaction and happiness while instrumental support had no significant impacts on life satisfaction and happiness. Our model pinpointed novel ideas to present how individuals obtain social supports through Social Network Sites and how these social supports influence happiness and life satisfaction.

Based on the resource-based theory, this study analyzed cross-organization cooperation and resource value of hospital medical departments in the viewpoint of rare, irreplaceable, and inimitability of a resource base model developed by scholars Grant and Barney. We interviewed 10 respondents in three regional hospitals and analyzed the interview contents according to the model. The important results are twofold: (a) The rare and irreplaceable resources owned by hospitals relate to the competitive advantage of the hospital; (b) Hospital medical collaboration across organizational divisions or self-development and medical divisions in professional competence are positively correlated.

Cloud Computing has become the academic and industrial hotspot in China in recent years. Cloud Computing can help business clients manage finance more conveniently and efficiently. It can also reduce the protection of privacy. In addition, its inherent deficiencies also hinder its application in the privacy protection, such as safety, different criteria, etc. This paper analyzes the application of cloud computing and big data in privacy protection and the existing problems, and therefore puts forward ways to promote the privacy protection in the era of cloud computing and big data.

A new test method using moisture rate to represent workability indicators of dry-hard mixture is introduced in order to test the control indicators of VC value in the construction of roller compacted concrete rapidly. In view of the complexity of the impact of proportional difference on VC value and moisture rate, this paper carries out field tests of roller compacted concrete in Guoduo hydropower station of Tibet. A simplified linear quantitative model formula of VC value and moisture rate at the construction site is established based on determined aggregate grading, admixture, additive type and the amount of admixture of roller compacted concrete mixture, providing conditions for the rapid and accurate measurement of construction quality indicators of roller compacted concrete.
