To combine the economic viability of urban areas with a quantitative condition that can characterize “epidemic” and “Pandemic” diseases, we use the factor analysis method to achieve index dimensionality reduction and subjective and objective integration method to achieve optimal weight distribution. We develop a judgment model by taking into account broad factors such as the epidemic situation, population, medical care, economy, and policy. On this basis, we chose 15 common infectious diseases as detection data and used the judgment model to obtain the specific quantitative judgment conditions of “spread, outbreak, epidemic, and pandemic.” The threshold for defining epidemics is between 3 and 5, and the threshold for defining pandemics is greater than 5.

The forecasting and analysis for the power system load profoundly affect the security of electricity for production and daily life. Based on the load data of 15- minute interval in a regional power grid in China, this paper forecasts the load of 15 - minute interval in the next 10 days, the maximum values of daily load in the next 3 months, and the maximum and minimum values of daily load in the next 3 months for each industry in the region on the basis of the ARIMA model and the LSTM model respectively, and then compares the forecasting effects of the two models. The conclusions show that (1) The LSTM model has a higher forecasting accuracy than that of the ARIMA model in general. (2) Daily electricity load levels are higher for large industry and commerce and lower for non-general industry and general industry. (3) The sudden changes of electricity load in each industry occur mainly on holidays and days with rainy weather. And the magnitude of the sudden change in the load of large industries is the largest. Finally, innovative suggestions are made for different industries in the context of the “Double Carbon Plan”.

In this work, CAS system glass-ceramics with different components were prepared by a high temperature melting method. The high alumina fly ash and quartz sand were used as the main raw materials in Inner Mongolia where they were very rich and cheap. The nucleation agent was TiO2. According to the thermodynamics calculation, the reaction trend of the new phase transformation was compared. The nucleation and crystal growth rate were analyzed based on the point of dynamics. The activation energy and crystallization index were calculated by making use of an equation. With increasing the content of TiO2, the activation energy and index of crystallization of glass ceramics firstly increased to the maximum 1.95, then deceased. The content of TiO2 had an optimal value of about 8%. Under this condition, the activation energy of crystallization reached to the minimum 225.87 KJ/mol. and the crystals precipitated more easily.
