With the passage of time, China’s economic development, people’s life gradually pursue enjoyment, so the development of tourism has gradually become an important pillar of national economic development. According to the urban geographical location of the central region, combined with the existing tourism economic conclusions, this paper studies the urban tourism economic data of the central region by using the method of social network, so as to understand the economic development of tourism in the central region in 2019. Through the research, it can be concluded that the correlation of urban tourism economy in Central China is not high among cities, and the tourism economy of cities is relatively different. The strength and influence of tourism economy of central cities with better tourism economic development are much higher than those without tourism economic strength. The tourism economy of each adjacent city circle is relatively close and develops relatively evenly, which shows that the development of tourism economy is closely related to the tourism economic development of adjacent cities. In the urban agglomeration in the central region, there is a high connection between the tourism economy of the cities in the six urban circles. In addition, it can be seen from the tourism economic network diagram of the urban agglomeration in the central region that among the six sub urban agglomerations, the cities in the sub urban agglomerations are closely related to the tourism economy of the central cities in the sub urban agglomerations, but from the perspective of the overall tourism economy, the tourism economic relations among cities are layered, This paper puts forward some suggestions conducive to the integrated development of urban tourism economy in Central China.

This paper first analyzes the commonness and current problems in the systematic construction of the university history museum, and then, combining with the experience and practice in the systematic optimization construction of the university history museum in our college, focuses on the conception of the content setting and spatial hierarchy optimization of the history museum, as well as the specific construction organization and working mechanism. It provides an example and reference for the systematic optimization and construction of history museums in other universities.

The stability mechanism of large-diameter steel cylinder under fill load has not yet formed a complete theory. In order to calculate the stability of the steel cylinder island arm structure in a certain project, the limit equilibrium and finite element method are used in this paper. The limit equilibrium method is based on the limit equilibrium of the soil inside and outside the steel cylinder, taking into account the earth pressure and friction force on the cylinder, and using moment equilibrium to calculate its stability coefficient. Secondly, the finite element strength reduction method is adopted to analyze the stability of the steel cylinder island arm structure by using strength parameters to correlate with the temperature field and changing the boundary conditions of the temperature field. The results and analysis methods of this paper provide references for the construction and design of the same type of projects.

With the increasing requirements of environmental protection, the slope reinforcement method is becoming environment-friendly. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the study of slope reinforcement by vegetation, and the mechanism of vegetation reinforcement has been initially established, but it is not common to study vegetation reinforcement by numerical reappearance. On the basis of reviewing the mechanism of slope reinforcement by vegetation, this paper studies the vegetation reinforcement scheme of a slope by finite element method. The results show that the finite element method can be used for vegetation reinforcement simulation, and the simulation results are combined with reality. The method in this paper provides a reference for the analysis of similar problems, and also provides a reliable analysis tool for the analysis of slope reinforced by vegetation.

Tensile strength of frozen soil is an important index for frozen soil engineering design. It is found that uniaxial tensile strength, three-point bending and four-point bending tensile strength values of frozen soil are inconsistent in the test. For this reason, the meso-level numerical method is adopted, assuming that the meso-level material parameters conform to Weibull distribution, and the damage model is adopted, and the macro-level material properties conform to linear elasticity assumption. Uniaxial tensile test, three-point bending tensile test and four-point bending tensile test are respectively simulated. The results show that the difference comes from the non-uniformity of materials. The results of this paper provide effective guidance for frozen soil strength design.

Coalbed methane development primarily relies on hydraulic fracturing and drainage gas extraction processes. The intrusion of external fluids and long-term drainage and extraction contribute to the water blocking effect, which becomes one of the crucial factors affecting production capacity. In this study, the coal reservoir of a certain coalbed methane in Hancheng, Shaanxi Province, was selected as the research object. The experimental method was employed to comprehensively evaluate the correlation between factors such as coal sample moisture content, permeability, porosity, properties of external liquids, and water blocking damage. The results indicated that there was a positive correlation between coal sample moisture content, liquid surface tension, and water blocking damage. On the other hand, coal sample pore permeability characteristics, liquid contact angle with rock samples, and water blocking damage showed a negative correlation. Building upon the aforementioned research, an investigation into remedial measures for water blocking damage was conducted. Additionally, a chemical treatment study using the compound surfactant system JSS-1 as a water-blocking agent was performed to manage the water blocking effect. The results demonstrated that JSS-1 as a water-blocking agent significantly reduced the surface tension of the wellbore fluid and improved its wetting behavior on the coal-rock surface. The laboratory experiments confirmed the capability of JSS-1 in managing the water blocking effect.

Given the wide application of hybrid engines, how to improve hybrid engine fuel economy is being more and more studied, and using the Atkinson cycle to improve fuel economy is considered effective. In this study, the in-cylinder direct injection engine model was established with the data obtained from a benchmarking test using the GT-POWER simulation software. The working process of this engine was simulated after using Atkinson cycle. This simulation primarily focused on the research of the impact on engine fuel economy with different late intake valve closing strategies. The simulation results were calculated under the partial load conditions which are typically used in hybrid engines. The results indicated that engine fuel economy improved and fuel consumption decreased by using the Atkinson cycle. However, the Atkinson cycle would cause a decrease in power.

The S-CO2 power cycle has the advantages of compact structure and high energy density, which can be used to recover the waste heat of ship exhaust, thus improving the energy efficiency of ships and reducing emissions. The hybrid heat exchangers with etched plates and fins can be used as the heat transfer device of S-CO2 and exhaust, its heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics have a great influence on S- CO2 power cycle performance. In this study, a CFD model of the hybrid heat exchangers was established. The effects of different exhaust inlet temperatures, inlet mass flow rates and inlet pressures on the heat transfer and the pressure drop characteristics were analyzed by Fluent. The results show that the inlet temperatures and inlet mass flow rates of exhaust have a great influence on the heat transfer characteristics of the hybrid heat exchanger. The inlet mass flow rates and inlet pressures of exhaust have a great influence on the pressure drop characteristics of the hybrid heat exchangers. In the design of the hybrid heat exchangers, the status of the exhaust need to be considered to ensure efficient operation of the heat exchangers. The study can provide guidance for the design of the hybrid heat exchangers.

When the subway is built in complex urban strata, especially when excavating near buildings, it is necessary to strictly control the freezing amount by adopting artificial freezing method. At present, the theoretical calculation is aimed at the frozen rise under ideal conditions, but for complex geological conditions, the simplified model results are difficult to meet the actual requirements. However, numerical calculation can adapt to complex strata and complex boundary conditions. Therefore, in this paper, the environmental impact of artificial horizontal freezing method in subway connecting passage is studied by numerical simulation, and the change of thermophysical parameters with the change of temperature field is considered in the simulation. The simulation method in this paper provides guidance for actual construction.

The perylenequinones derivatives (PQDs) are potential photosensitizers, which have a high effective light-induced biological activity, such as anti-HIV, antimicrobial and anticancer activities. In this work, the submerged fermentation process of filamentous fungus shiraia sp. AL18 producing PQDs in a stirring fermentation tank was investigated through single factor optimization. The effect of the stirring speed (450 r/min, 500 r/ min and 550 r/min at ventilation quantity for volumes of air per volume of liquid per minute (VVM) = 1:1) and ventilation quantity (VVM = 1:0.8, 1:0.65 and 1:0.5 at stirring speed of 500 r/min) on the process of submerged fermentation by stirring fermentation tank in batch fermentation was investigated using the monosyllabic test. The results suggest that the optimum stirring speed for biomass is 500 r/min and the optimum ventilation quantity for biomass is VVM = 1:0.65, and the maximum dry cell weight (DCW) reached to 19.67 g/L. The stirring speed for the optimum yield of PQDs is 500 rpm and the ventilation quantity for the optimum yield of PQDs is VVM=1: 0.8, and the maximum yield of PQDs reached to 0.3218 g/L. The yield of PQDs was correlated with pH value, dissolved oxygen (DO) value, the content of reduced sugar in the period of fermentation.
