Abstract: The intervention addresses the concept of experimentation in directing practice and the concept’s connection to global directing trends and the artistic and intellectual results that have resulted from it in contemporary theatrical practice .so the term appeared Theatrical Experimentation with the emergence of avant-garde movements in the late nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century as a response to a group of cultural and artistic crises in Europe. And He began to think externally about a group of theories that were linked to contemporary philosophies or experimental sciences and try to apply them to the theatrical process through showing something different from the concept of theatrical language and the physical expression of the actors, as well as the function of scenography, in order to reach the establishment of a renewed and enjoyable relationship with the recipient. In the intervention, after introducing the concept, we turn to the uses of this term in Algerian theatre, to reveal the motives for the spread of the word experimentation in contemporary theatrical practice in Algeria in its directing aspect, and we try to answer the following question: Is experimentation in Algerian theatrical direction a functional necessity or aesthetic and artistic sabotage? Abstract: This study aimed to measure the impact of human resource management strategies-specifically recruitment strategy, training and development strategy, performance appraisal strategy, and motivation strategy—on improving employee performance at Ahmed Medghri Hospital in Saida, Algeria. The results indicate that both recruitment strategy and motivation strategy have a statistically significant effect on enhancing employee performance, together explaining 49.9% of the variance in employee performance at Ahmed Medghri Hospital in Saida. Résumé Introduction - Le cathétérisme veineux ombilical (CVO) permet un abord veineux de choix dans le cadre de l’urgence en néonatalogie. L’abcès hépatique (AH) est une complication rare survenant après la mise en place d’un cathéter veineux ombilical. Observation - Nous rapportons le cas d’un nouveau-né prématuré admis au service de néonatalogie pour détresse respiratoire (DR), bénéficiant d’un CVO. Il a présenté un état septique à J4 de vie. L’échographie a retrouvé un AH. Le nouveau-né fût mis sous une antibiothérapie durant 6 semaines, qui fût suivie d’une amélioration de l’état clinique, d’une régression puis d’une disparition de l’bcès hépatique.L’exploration échographique abdominale est indispensable chez tout nouveau-né porteur d’un cathétérisme veineux ombilical avec des signes d’appel digestifs ou infectieux. The resolution of the abscess was gradually obtained. Abdominal ultrasound is essential for newborns with UVC and digestive or infectious clinical signs.

Abstract:The article examines the utilization of sociocultural concepts within the dramatic context by writer Ahmed Hamoumi, focusing on the social and cultural references that influenced the development of his dramatic characters in the play “Qamar W’yban” * It includes an analysis and critique of the function of each character and their respective roles within the overall structure of the play as established by the playwright. Furthermore, the article draws on real-life events from the Liberation Revolution and underscores the academic influences that shaped Hamoumi's approach to dramatic writing. It emphasizes the playwright's extensive academic and practical experience in the theatrical field as foundational to the creation of the play. This experimental work focused on the thermal activation of natural pozzolan (NP) from the town of Beni-Saf, in order to improveits reactivity. The present study consists of using natural pozzolan as partial replacement of ordinary Portland cement, with 10 to 40% by weight of cement. Various curing temperatures were used to assess the influence of thermal treatment on the mechanical properties of the pozzolan pastes. For this purpose, three curing modes were chosen, namely the normal curing at the temperature T = (20 ± 2) °C, taken as a reference, the curing at 40 °C, and another one at 60 °C. The experimental results obtained showed that the 40% natural pozzolan paste, which was stored at 40 °C, exhibited much better strengths than those of ordinary cement (CEM I), which was kept at room temperature. This finding leads us to consider that the replacement rate of 40% of NP, stored at the temperature of 40 °C, constitutes the best conditions for preparing an efficient eco-material. Natural pozzolan pastes thermally treated at 60°C gives better mechanical strengths with larger amounts of natural pozzolan.

In recent decades, the global environmental balance has been disrupted due to new environmental conditions and increasing anthropogenic pressure. In this context, the increase in frequency and magnitude of jellyfish proliferation in the Mediterranean Sea can be examined as an indicator closely associated with potential impacts of global changes. Despite their importance in ecosystem function and services, current knowledge of jellyfish diversity and phenology is largely lacking in the southern Mediterranean Sea, particularly along the Moroccan Mediterranean coast. Rhizostoma pulmo is a large scyphozoan jellyfish endemic to the Mediterranean. It is the second dominant scyphozoan species in the jellyfish community of Al Hoceima Bay. In this article, we explore the seasonal dynamics of the jellyfish R. pulmo between the estuaries of Oued Ghis and Nekkour at Souani Beach. Due to the disparity between the visual abundance of jellyfish and their rare beaching along the shores of Al Hoceima Bay, we implemented a specific method for collecting R. pulmo. This approach involves the use of a coastal trawl, a fishing net 200 meters long with a mesh size of 5 cm, deployed 80 meters from the shore and pulled from both sides by fishermen. Sampling missions conducted throughout the year 2022 revealed that R. pulmo reaches its maximum abundance in summer. The results indicate a maximum abundance of 0.28 ind/m2 in July 2022, with a maximum umbrella diameter reaching 26 cm in August 2022. Under the jellyfish umbrellas, fry of two fish species and one crustacean species were observed, adding an ecological dimension to this study.

Notre travail consiste à étudier l’amélioration de la qualité de panification de la farine de blé tendre (c’est le seul que vous avezétudié) par utilisation d'un produit naturel qui est la farine de malt afin de la mettre en valeur comme produit intermédiaire, et ce, enexaminant son influence sur le comportement biochimique, nutritionnel, technologique et organoleptique du produit fini. La compositionchimique des farines panifiables tel que la farine de blé tendre additionnées de la farine de malt (teneur en eau, matière grasse, protéines, cendres, amidon) ainsi que, les propriétés technologiques et fonctionnelles (gluten, indice de chute, Zeleny, alvéographe CHOPIN) ont ainsi été déterminées. L’étude a montré que l’incorporation de la farine de malt dans la farine de blé apporte plus de sels minéraux, de matière grasse et d’amidon et une diminution de l’indice de sédimentation, de l’activité amylasique, de l’indice de gonflement « G » et le travail de déformation « W » et une augmentation de la tenacité « P ». Les pains obtenus ont présenté un bon volume, une bonne texture de la mie, de la finesse de croute et un bon goût pour notamment les farines additionnées de 1 % et 2 % de malt comparable au pain témoin.

This work is focused on the control of a wind turbine system based on (PMSG). In order to enhance the efficiency of the wind turbine system, the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control is applied to exploit the maximum power from the wind. The Fuzzy Logic controller (FLC) has been proposed and developed for the speed control. The simulation results show good performances of this control.

The effect of natural pozzolan and local waste siliceous fines on the durability of SCC was studied in this paper. Three self-compacting concretes were made with the following three additions, namely limestone fillers (SCC LF), pozzolanic fillers (SCC NP) and siliceous fillers (SCC SF). Durability tests, such as the porosity accessible to water, capillarity, carbonation, permeability to oxygen gas and diffusion of chloride ions, were carried out on these concretes in order to study the influence of these fillers on the transfer properties and durability of SCCs. The results obtained indicate that the SCC LF and SCC NP generally have the same transfer properties; these properties are significantly influenced by porosity and carbonation. In addition, the capillarity is nearly similar for all three SCCs. Moreover, it is worth noting that SCC NP gives permeability and diffusion coefficients of chloride ions slightly lower in comparison with those of the other SCCs. These finding suggest that the incorporation of Algerian natural fines and industrial waste as mineral additions into the SCC may have a positive environmental impact and can promote the development of local materials that are available in large quantities and whose production cost is low.

Jellyfish are the best-known group of gelatinous zooplankton; they refer to organisms from the phylum Cnidaria, including animals with cnidocytes (stinging cells). As part of our research on jellyfish that swarm in the bay of Al Hoceima conducted during the period (2021-2022), a study of the diversity of species of jellyfish in the bay has proved to be of paramount importance because of the risks associated with their proliferation, especially in summer periods. The species composition and frequency of occurrence of the jellyfish community in Al Hoceima Bay (The northern coast of Morocco) were studied during two seasons, summer 2021 and winter 2022. Zooplankton sampling was conducted within the epileptic layer (between 0 and 80 m) at 9 stations. A total of 9 species of Hydromedusae and Scyphomedusae were identified in the study area. The populations of Hydromedusae are represented by Trchymedusae (4 species), Anthomedusae (2 species), and Leptomedusae (one species). The Trachymedusa Aglaura hemistoma was widely distributed in the bay, as it was found in six sampling stations, with a frequency of occurrence Fi>66% during the summer period. The Antomedusae Pantachogon militare was inventoried for the first time in the southwestern Mediterranean Sea.The population of Scyphomedusae is represented by two species, Pelagia noctiluca and Rhizostoma Pulmo, both species showed dense aggregations in the Bay during the summer of 2022.

The general rules of civil liability remain the privileged system, which manages the legal regime of civil liability of the «polluter-producer » in most legal systems so far, and despite attempts to free up to weave a particular regime which takes into account the particular nature of the damage suffered by the environment. Based on this perspective, legislations have tried to draw inspiration from the principles of defective products liability scheme, as a basic system, others have opted for the adaptation and enrichment of certain concepts of rules of tort law or contractual liability. In the light of these paths, it seemed to us necessary to question the limits of these rules and their capacity to adapt to the specificities of ecological damage, which will lead us to seek the foundations and components of the adequate civil liability regime of the «polluter-producer», able to respond to curative answers to many problems raised by the issue on many aspects.

Il est possible de prévoir l'évolution d'un patient vers l'état de mort encéphalique et plusieurs équipes se sont intéressés à la recherche de facteurs prédictifs de la mort encéphalique, cependant la difficulté de proposer un modèle cohérent réside dans le choix des critères proposés, qui, dans la plupart des études est subjectif. Il conviendrait d'analyser une population uniforme et de définir des critères universels pour pouvoir prédire avec certitude le passage en mort encéphalique, un score prédictif étant alors parfaitement envisageable.

Dans cet article, nous étudions le jumelage de l’énergie éolienne et de l’énergie solaire PV pour l’hybridation d’une centrale diesel, installé au Sud algérien. Au contraire de l’énergie solaire, l’énergie éolienne peut être produire l’énergie électrique dans la nuit comme le jour en fonction de la vitesse de vent. En plus d’un gisement solaire énorme, la région du Sud est caractérisée par un climat saharien avec des vitesses de vent plus élevées que celles du Nord, plus particulièrement dans le grand Sud (Adrar, Tamanrasset, Tindouf et Illizi) avec des vitesses supérieures à 4 m/s et qui dépassent la valeur de 6 m/s dans certaines régions. L’utilisation de l’énergie éolienne comme agent complémentaire pour l’énergie solaire PV dans l’hybridation de centrales diesel représente une solution intéressante au problème de l’alternance de l’énergie solaire, car il permet de produire de l’énergie électrique renouvelable durant la nuit en absence de l’énergie solaire avec un bon rendement. Ainsi que, les éoliennes font désormais concurrence aux générateurs classiques (diesel) et aux générateurs solaires PV.

Une approche méthodologique s'appuyant sur la combinaison de données satellitaires et données de terrain est proposée pour l’estimation du volume-tige de peuplements forestiers hétérogènes ou peu homogènes. L'objectif est d'évaluer la disponibilité forestière, en inventoriant moins de 1% de la surface étudiée et avec une erreur max. de 15%. L'approche consiste en la réalisation de trois étapes principales : i) Analyse de la variance sur le volume-tige, ii) classification des données satellitaires et iii) Désignation et inventaire des pixels-échantillons. L'analyse et le calcul de la variance permet d'orienter les calculs du volume en fonction de sa variabilité dans les différentes strates de la forêt alors que la classification des données satellitaires vise à obtenir une stratification de la forêt. La troisième étape consiste en la sélection de pixels-échantillons sur l'image classifiée puis la géolocalisation, l'installation et le cubage des placettes-terrain correspondantes (même dimension spatiale que le pixel de l'image utilisée). Appliquée sur une futaie peu homogène de pin d'Alep (forêt de Tlemcen, Nord-Ouest algérien), l'approche a permis d'estimer un volume global sur pied du peuplement égal à 30 595 m3 m3±15.6% et ce en inventoriant 0.4% seulement de la surface totale. L'analyse de variance sur 12 placettes-échantillons a mis en évidence le caractère peu homogène de la forêt et la faible variabilité du volume-tige. Cependant, Elle fait apparaître aussi que la stratification apporte une légère amélioration à la précision (15.6%) contre 17.6% sans stratification. La classification supervisée d'une image Landsat (Mai 2002) par la méthode du maximum de vraisemblance (précision moyenne de 96%) a permis de stratifier la zone étudiée en six classes (forêt très dense, forêt dense, forêt claire, matorral, herbacées, autres). Pour chaque strate de forêt, le cubage complet de 4 placettes-échantillons comparables en dimension au pixel (30m—30m), a fourni le volume-tige moyen par pixel alors que la généralisation de celui-ci à l'ensemble des pixels a permis de déterminer le volume total de chaque strate. Vu les confusions générées par la classification supervisée au profit des objets pistes, routes et matorral, le volume global a été revu à la baisse (taux de réduction de 10%) et la valeur du volume total corrigé était de 27 535 m3±15.6%, une erreur, bien que non conforme à celle exigée par l'aménagement forestier (max ±10%), s'approche de celle généralement admise (une moyenne de ±15%) pour certains inventaires simplifiés.
