Carbon emission trading has become an important tool for countries around the world to reduce and control carbon emissions. To reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable development, “peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality” has become a national development strategy in China, and the carbon trading market is gradually improving. The paper first analyzes the main policies of carbon emissions trading in China, and then summarizes the basic process and difficulties of carbon emissions trading. Finally, the main suggestions for promoting carbon emissions trading are proposed, including: firstly, improving the carbon emissions trading system. The second is to reasonably and accurately calculate the total carbon emissions, as well as the actual emissions of various regions, industries, and enterprises. Thirdly, establish a sound legal and regulatory system. The fourth is to learn from foreign experiences and develop flexible and dynamic trading mechanisms.

Developing with digital and the application of digital information in the future education, how teachers will cope with the impact of new technology on teaching in the future education, how to cope with the challenges brought by future education to teachers’ teaching ability in advance, how to make reasonable prediction is the focus of teachers in the future education. From the perspective of future education, this study uses the methods of content analysis and text analysis to analyse the driving factors of future teachers’ ability exploration and related aspects of future education’s challenge to future teachers’ ability, explores the elements and development trend of teachers’ teaching ability in future education, and encourages teachers to actively explore their adaptability to future education. Based on the research and the model of teachers’ knowledge and technology, providing the digital technology framework for future teacher’s education.

The new power system integrated with renewable energy is faced with a new challenge in terms of frequency security, while the extreme climate in recent years has made it more difficult to achieve power balance in the power system. As an integral part of the load side, the flexible power regulation of industrial enterprises is now attracting attention. With focus on the exploitation of flexible power regulation resources under industrial load, this paper builds various industrial load models for industrial enterprises, promotes the deep integration of Industrial Internet and Energy Internet, conducts research on the exploitation of flexible resources and power grid regulation technologies driven by Industrial Internet under industrial load, and analyzes the direct and indirect benefits of the research. The research results are of great significance to the safe and stable operation of the power system, the consumption of new energy, and the green and low-carbon transformation of the industry.

In fact, emotions based on illusion cannot completely replace real interpersonal communication.

The utilization scale of underground pressure pipelines such as gas, heat and water supply pipelines is increasing, and pipeline accidents occur frequently, among which the third-party construction damage has become one of the main factors, so it is crucial to prevent and control the risk of third-party construction damage. This paper probes into the risk prevention and control measures for the third-party construction damage of underground pressure pipelines from four aspects of management, laws and regulations, science and technology and culture. The research results show that only by taking into account the standardized management, restriction of laws and regulations, scientific and technological support, and cultural publicity, can the third-party construction damage risks of underground pressure pipelines be effectively prevented and controlled.

This paper introduces the structure and working principle of SR type steering gear, describes an example of stuck failure of the steering gear. The author uses the exclusion method and the shallow to deep method to analyze the causes of the failure from five aspects, and finally locates the failure, and then proposes two aspects of steering gear management considerations.

Urban soils are subjected to large number of pollutants (including toxic metals). This study investigated the urban soil environmental quality of Guyuan (a typical mountainous city in the Loess Plateau of northwestern China) by determining the concentrations of eight toxic metals (Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb, Cr, Ni, Mn, and Co) in urban topsoil as well as their potential sources. The toxic metal contents in the urban topsoil of Guyuan were generally less than those of other cities in northwestern China. Majority of the metals were highly concentrated in commercial and residential areas at the centre of Guyuan and the industrial region in southeastern Guyuan. The results of our study can contribute towards controlling, managing, and preventing soil pollution, as well as implementing safe layouts for the development of mountainous cities from the planning stage itself.

In recent years, the energy revolution has become a key in city development and leading economy. This article analyzes the current situation of energy development and city. Firstly, this article analyzes four aspects of problem of coordinated development. Then, this article has classified the city into two major systems. Finally, the correlation between energy and city is analyzed. Not only energy acts as a breakthrough in city development, but also the evolution of urban spatial form affects energy supply patterns.

This article builds a model of energy-city development correlation, and factors for energy systems to drive city development. It also analyzes the corresponding indicators and determines the intercorrelation between the indicators. In the end, the article collects and categorizes energy, industry, environment, and other representative indicators from prefecture-level cities in China, and analyzes the factors affecting energy and city development based on the panel data regression model.
