the purpose of this study was to explore the effect of “modular” nursing intervention on Ranoxifene in the treatment of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis. A total of 108 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis who were accepted by the Department of Orthopaedics in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method and they were divided into two groups (the intervention group and the control group), 54 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, while the other was given “modular” interventional care. The patient satisfaction, adverse mood changes and quality of life changes in the two groups was observed in the treatment. The results of this study showed that the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group; however, the negative emotion of the two groups of patients after care were lower than that before the care, and the degree of reduction in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group; the life quality of patient in the two groups was improved than before nursing, and the degree of improvement in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Therefore, the clinical application of Raloxifene in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients with “modular” nursing intervention can improve patient satisfaction, relieve negative emotions, and improve quality of life.

In order to solve the problem of information flow network transmission and congestion control in complex internet networks, A new and complicated routing network algorithm based on network evolution simulation model is proposed, An improved method is proposed for a typical static local routing algorithm in an SRTD network. This method adds a node message queue length as a main parameter. The variable parameters can be used to adjust the node processing capacity and the weight of node packet queue length in the routing policy. And to a certain extent, the efficiency of simulation is improved and the purpose of network optimization is achieved.

This paper provides references for the design and control of high-quality green building indoor environments during the transitional season in severe cold area. A residential building in severe cold area was selected as the research subject, where indoor pollutant CO2 concentrations and temperatures were measured at the beginning of the transitional season. The study explored the variations in indoor pollutant temperatures and CO2 concentrations under natural and non-natural ventilation conditions, in conjunction with an analysis of the occupants' activities. The results demonstrated clear relationships between indoor pollutant CO2 concentrations and temperatures under natural ventilation conditions. Based on these findings, recommendations for natural ventilation strategies that consider both indoor CO2 levels and thermal environment are proposed.
