Novel 1,4-benzothiazine derivatives containing oxazolidinone moiety were synthesized. .Starting from 2-(substituted)-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzothiazin-3-one, a number of 1,4-benzothiazine derivatives were synthesized using bis (2-chloroethyl) amine agent to give 4-(substituted)-2- (substituted)-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,4-benzothiazin-3-ones in good yields. The crystal and molecular structures were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. La synthèse de nouveaux dérivés de la 1,4-benzothiazine a été décrite. L’action de l’acide 2-chloroacétique sur le 2-amino-thiophénol, conduit à la 3,4-dihydro-2H-[1,4]- benzothiazin-3-one 2. Cette dernière réagit avec le benzaldéhyde en présence du méthylate de sodium, conduit à la 2-(benzylidène)-3,4-dihydro-2H-[1,4]-benzothiazin-3-one 3. In the title compound, C8H8N2O3,H2O, the two five-membered heterocycles are almost coplanar with a maximum deviation from the mean plane of -0.035 (2) Å. In the crystal, the molecules are inter-connected through the water molecule by N–H···O and O–H···O hydrogen bonds, forming two-dimensional undulated sheet perpendicular to the a-axis. La synthèse de trois dérivés bis-benzimidazolones: 1,3-N,N'-bis (1-N-isopropényl-2-oxobenzimidazol-1-yl)-propane (I), le 1,3-N,N'-bis-(2-oxobenzimidaz-ol-1-yl)-propane (II), et le 1,3-N,N'-bis-(1-N-isopropényl-2-oxobenzimidazol-1-yl)-2-hydroxy-propane (III) est décrite et une étude structurale aux rayons X de ces produits a été effectuée à température ambiante. Le composé (I) est monoclinique P21 / n avec Z = 4, les dimensions de la maille sont a = 10,848 (8) Å, b = 14,548 (4) Å, c = 13.120 (4) Å, β = 99,98 (4 ). Le composé (II) est monoclinique C2 / c, Z = 8, a = 29,190 (2) Å, b = 5,846 (1) Å c = 17,809 (2) et b = 92,91 (1)°.
