Conventional commonly used titanium stamping techniques like hot forming and superplastic forming each have distinct disadvantages. Hot forming usually leads to limited formability and significant springback, whilst superplastic forming often results in long cycle times, high energy use, and costly tooling. A novel, energy-efficient, and cost-effective Heat Stamping process emerges as a promising solution. Two types of Ti6Al4V components, cup-shaped and U-shaped, were produced using the novel Heat Stamping process, and their properties were examined. A defect-free cup-shaped component achieving a considerably high draw ratio of up to 1.8, was successfully fabricated. A moderate enhancement in the hardness of the component indicated a superior post-form strength achieved by Heat Stamping. Further analysis of the U-shaped components shows that the one produced using the novel method demonstrated a notable reduction in springback angle, from 4.8° to 0.7°, highlighting the potential of H eat Stamping in achieving high shape accuracy for near-net-shape forming.

The hot pressure deformation tests were carried out by using Gleeble-2000 simulator at the temperature of 950°C ~ 1150 °C and strain rate of 0.001s-1 ~ 1s-1 for a kind of high strength construction steel 34CrNiMo6 for Crankshafts and the curve of its flow stress were obtained. By studied the data, the flow stress constitutive equation, hot deforming active energy and the Z parameter were obtained. The curve of flow stress of 34CrNiMo6 steel indicated that the flow stress was increased with the decrease of temperature or increase of the strain rate. During the deformation, temperature and strain rate take important effect on dynamic recrystallization and dynamic recovery. It was propitious to dynamic recrystallization with raising temperature or reducing strain rate, and also made for the refinement of grain.

Based on Hanbury Brown-Twiss (HBT) interference in the sound field, a space positioning method is presented to realize the long-distance and high-precision positioning of sound sources in media. Firstly, theoretical model of HBT interference positioning is established. Location of the sound source can be acquired by analyzing the correlation function of the output signals. Then, sound source localization under different signal-to-noise ratios (SNR) shows that by this method, the sound source can be accurately found with six sensors (two arrays) even the SNR is low to 0.04. Positioning experiment in air is carried out, and the experimental results show that the sound source can be accurately located at 42 meters, and the positioning error is low to 0.1 meters. Thus the validity and accuracy of the HBT interference space location principle is demonstrated. It provides new ideas for the research of long-range target location in sound propagation media (air, water, etc.).
