Introduction: Indonesia is currently ranked 2nd in the country with the highest number of tuberculosis (TB) cases. TB disease in children cannot be separated from the role of nutritional status. Poor nutrition can cause immunological disorders and affect the disease healing process. Methodology: The research method used was cross-sectional which was carried out at Central General Hospital X in July 2019. A sample of 72 pediatric tuberculosis patients was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The data used is secondary data from medical records for the period January 2016-December 2018 to look at the characteristics of pediatric TB patients and analyze the evaluation of nutritional status after treatment. This study aims to determine the Quantitative and Qualitative Characteristic of Thin and Fat Tail Sheep. The study starts from August 2023 until December 2023 in PT Juara Agroniaga Sejahtera, Jepangrejo Village, Blora City District, Blora Regency. The material used in this study was 39 Thin-tailed Sheep and 28 Fat-tailed Sheep aged 1-2 years. The variables measured where Quantitative data were body height (BH), body length (BL), chest circumference (CC), body weight (BW), and Qualitative data were fur color and horn. Data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation, and regression method. The results of this study showed that the correlation between body height (BH), body length (BL), chest circumference (CC) with body weight (BW) in DET and DEG were 0.62, 0.71, 0.72, 0.27, 0.69, 0.65 respectively. The results of this study showed that the regression between body height (BH), body length (BL), chest circumference (CC) with body weight (BW) in DET and DEG were BW = -14.03 + 0.71 BH; BW = -15.45 + 0.74 BL; BW = -21.95 + 0.65 CC and BW = 8.69 + 0.33 BH; BW = -6.76 ± 0.59 BL; BW = -19.43 ± 0.65 CC respectively. The results of this study showed that the dominant wool color pattern of DET is single white, 74.36% white, 15.38% black, and 5.13% brown and DEG is single white, 67.86% white, 14.29% black, and 7.14% brown. DET was 2.56% with horn then 97.44% without horn and DEG is 100% without horn.

The presence of information technology is a challenge for field agricultural extension to master computer skills and utilize the internet. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of field agricultural extension and the effect of internal and external characteristics of extension on the utilization of internet media in Deli Serdang Regency. The population and research sample were 139 people using the census method. This study uses descriptive analysis, Pearson product moment correlation, multiple regression analysis, and effective contribution testing. The results showed that the measurement of the performance of agricultural extension with the highest value of 44.6 % was in the good category. The results of simultaneous correlation and regression tests through the F test show that there is a significant relationship and influence between each variable. Partially in multiple regression tests, the variables of age, education level, internet media ownership, perception of the internet, and internet usage patterns have a significant effect, while the variable of agency support has no significant effect on internet media utilization for extension. Based on the calculation of effective contribution, the variable internet usage pattern shows the largest effective contribution of 19.87 % with a relative contribution of 39.15 %.

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a public health problem. However, the management of patients with CKD is confined to the diagnosis of the disease and its conventional treatment by dialysis or renal transplantation. Introduction: dermatoscopy is an innovative non-invasive technique for clinical morphology of pigmented lesions and skin tumor. The purpose of our study was to highlight the morphological and dermoscopic features of basal cell carcinoma (CBC) in our study population. Methods: we conducted a prospective unicentric study over a period of 2 years. We used dermoscopy in all patients with BCC. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software version 17. Results: the study included 100 patients with BCC, the average age of patients was 51.87 years, with a sex ratio F/M = 0.6. BCC most commonly occurred in the face and most patients were prototype III and IV. We established conventional and non-conventional dermatoscopic criteria. Our study showed that there is a significant relationship between prototype and the degree of BCC pigmentation. Conclusion: this study highlighted the key role of dermoscopy in detecting small-sized BCC and in facilitating the diagnosis of pigmented BCC. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The author analyzes the international nature of study programme evaluation with regard to the assurance of study quality. The organisation of the evaluation process of the non-university study programmes which were developed and submitted for realisation in Lithuania and other countries is also presented and compared. It is being analysed whether it is possible to identify the quality of these programmes based on quantitative and qualitative indicators.

This research is to recognize the factors supporting the property and real estate company in determining the capital structure composition. The population of this research is all the property and real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013 to 2018. There are 48 companies listed until 2019. The data analysis employs a stratum test. The results of this research are the company’s performance, profitability influencing the capital structure, growth that does not influence the capital structure, nondebt tax shield influencing capital structure, and liquidity does not influence capital structure. In the company’s risk, the collateral value of assets influences capital structure; on the other hand, the business risk does not influence the capital structure. In the company’s characteristics, company size does not influence the capital structure.

Leibniz's theory of universal expression focuses on the notion of relationship and introduces a link between the words of a natural language and the mind which is not only that of representation. It also establishes similarities between natural languages and formal languages. The aim of our paper is to compare Leibniz’s analysis of the relations one can establish in natural languages and in symbolic languages, to highlight their similarities. The article seeks to demonstrate the existence of a double articulation both in natural languages and in formal languages such as Leibniz conceived them; the mathematical nature of his analysis of prepositions, the logical background of his analysis of semantic derivations.

A new generation of video coding standard H265 has raised a public concern by relevant scholars from all walks of life since April 2010. High-definition video is characterized by huge data size, complex encoding structure, high real-time performance and so on. Therefore, to design encryption and decryption pro-gram according to the actual needs and combined with application scenarios is imperative. Video steganalysis algorithm is a key content of video steganalysis (VSA), and VSA is a key technology of video decryption. This paper researches LSB matching VSA based on H265 protocol with the research background of 26 original Video sequences, it firstly extracts classification features out from training samples as input of SVM, and trains in SVM to obtain high-quality category classification model, and then tests whether there is suspicious information in the video sample. The experimental results show that VSA algorithm based on LSB matching can be more practical to obtain all frame embedded secret information and carrier and video of local frame embedded. In addition, VSA adopts the method of frame by frame with a strong robustness in resisting attack in the corresponding time domain.
