With the development of economy and modern technology, the emergence of computers has transformed human’s life in many aspects, even has changed the way that people use language. The language which people use on Internet is network language. Human didn’t neglect Internet language. On the contrary, lots of outstanding researches have been published at home and abroad as Internet language plays a significant role in intercommunication and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, as a specific dialect, Internet slang is distinct from everyday language, regardless of whether it is written language or colloquial language. Previous Chinese researches focus on coverage of Chinese network language, but they seldom focus on substance of it. Based on memetics, it is easier to let people understand the origin, formation, development and causes of Netspeak. In this paper, memetics can be used to figure out the generation and development of Chinese network language.

The recognition of Tibetan interrogative sentences is a basic work in natural language processing, which has a wide application value in terms of Tibetan syntactic analysis, semantic analysis, intelligent question answering, search engine and other research fields. Employing interrogative pronouns as a entry point to analyze the phrase features before and after interrogative pronouns, the paper proposes a method for Tibetan interrogative sentence recognition and classification based on phrase features by designing a Tibetan interrogative sentence recognition and classification model based on phrase features. Experimental results show that the recognition accuracy, recall rate and F value of this method are 98.21%, 100.00% and 99.10% respectively, and the average classification accuracy, recall rate and F value are 96.98%, 100.00% and 98.39%, respectively.

In order to improve the performance of Tibetan natural language processing applications such as machine translation, sentiment analysis and other tasks, this article proposes a neural network-based method for syntactic analysis of Tibetan language dependence. Part of the corpus of Qinghai Normal University’s part-of-speech tag set is marked by the corresponding mapping relationship is transformed into the corpus annotated by the national standard part-of-speech tag set. At the same time, the CoNLL format Tibetan language dependency syntax tree library is constructed, and the method of shift-reduce plus neural network is adopted to systematically study and analyze the Tibetan language dependency syntax. Thereby improving the quality of Tibetan dependency syntactic analysis, and its accuracy rate reaches UAS:94.59%

Corpus serves as an indispensable ingredient for statistical NLP research and real-world applications, therefore corpus construction method has a direct impact on various downstream tasks. This paper proposes a method to construct Tibetan text classification corpus based on a syllable-level processing technique which we refer as TC_TCCNL. Empirical evidence indicates that the algorithm is able to produce a promising performance, which may lay a starting point for research on Tibetan text classification in the future.

We built a language model which is based on Transformer network architecture, used attention mechanisms to dispensing with recurrence and convalutions entirely. Through the transliteration of Tibetan to International Phonetic Alphabets, the language model was trained using the syllables and phonemes of the Tibetan word as modeling units to predict corresponding Tibetan sentences according to the context semantics of IPA. And it combined with the acoustic model as the Tibetan speech recognition was compared with end-to-end Tibetan speech recognition.

Spelling error checking is a challenging research topic with a wide range of applications such as text editing, word processing, spell checking, teaching, etc. As an alphabetic language, spelling errors in Tibetan could be categorized into three types, namely, non-true type, true type, and punctuation misuse. In order to study true Tibetan syllable spelling error in much more depth, the article analyses the types of Tr u e Tibetan syllable spelling errors based on Tibetan word formation rules, grammar and semantic features laying a foundation for Tibetan spelling error checking research.

The selection of the speech recognition modeling unit is the primary problem of acoustic modeling in speech recognition, and different acoustic modeling units will directly affect the overall performance of speech recognition. This paper designs the Tibetan character segmentation and labeling model and algorithm flow for the purpose of solving the problem of selecting the acoustic modeling unit in Tibetan speech recognition by studying and analyzing the deficiencies of the existing acoustic modeling units in Tibetan speech recognition. After experimental verification, the Tibetan character segmentation and labeling model and algorithm achieved good performance of character segmentation and labeling, and the accuracy of Tibetan character segmentation and labeling reached 99.98%, respectively.

Nowadays, Tibetan speech synthesis based on neural network has become the mainstream synthesis method. Among them, the griffin-lim vocoder is widely used in Tibetan speech synthesis because of its relatively simple synthesis.Aiming at the problem of low fidelity of griffin-lim vocoder, this paper uses WaveNet vocoder instead of griffin-lim for Tibetan speech synthesis.This paper first uses convolution operation and attention mechanism to extract sequence features.And then uses linear projection and feature amplification module to predict mel spectrogram.Finally, use WaveNet vocoder to synthesize speech waveform. Experimental data shows that our model has a better performance in Tibetan speech synthesis.

In order to solve the problem of excessive vibration during the operation of the refrigeration unit in nuclear power plant, taking the double motor refrigeration unit in operation as the research object, we studied the effective measures to reduce the vibration and improve the stiffness of the double motors in the near resonance region. On the basis of theoretical calculation, the weaknesses of the equipment stiffness were reinforced and reconstructed, and the secondary analysis and calculation of the stiffness and seismic performance of the reformed refrigeration unit were carried out to determine the feasibility of the optimization scheme. Based on the analysis, we optimized the equipment. After that, there was a significant decrease in the vibration of the refrigeration unit. The vibration measurement results indicated that the vibration value of the unit has dropped to the qualified range, effectively avoiding the equipment damage caused by excessive vibration. We provided a complete set of analysis ideas for the research and solution of vibration problems of rotating equipment in nuclear power plant.

The amphibious UAV combines the advantages of multi rotor UAV and line inspection robot. It can carry out two working modes: air flight and online driving. It can observe the running state of transmission line and improve the quality of patrol. In this paper, a fuzzy PID control algorithm is proposed to make the amphibious UAV flight control more flexible and close to the transmission line, and the simulation and software control process design are carried out.
