The purpose of this article is to clarify the articulation of the temporalities involved in work in an agile organization background in the aeronautical and automobile engineering sectors. A critical state of the art in management science has made it possible to highlight the risks of fragility on health and the construction of professional paths linked to the establishment of agile organizations. At the same time, initial exploratory surveys have shed light on multiples temporalities' synchronization activity carried out by these workers in the design offices, on the one hand to carry out the project and on the other hand to preserve their health and build their professional itinerary. Thus, we question the superposition of these heterogeneous temporalities - those of project management and agile management - and of the compromises made by workers to meet these performance and health challenges.
