The 3D reconstruction and visualization of crime scenarios, such as criminal assaults, traffic accidents or homicides are defining a new approach with potential for increasing effectiveness within the criminal investigation process. Modern 3D capturing and processing methods are utilized to create an authentic and immersive virtual environment. Nonetheless, an immersion to virtual environment enables different levels of view. Virtual reality immersion views which are proposed and described. These views are specific by reasons of its role within the criminal investigation as well as its technical severity. Moreover, the possible methods for the design of proposed virtual views are analyzed and the next research steps are exposed.

The aim of this paper is to summarize indoor detectors for peripheral intrusion detection. The most vulnerable part of the house are the windows which are fragile and very easy to overcome. The glass-break or shock detector can be used to detect the potential intruder. The goal of this paper also designs a glass-break detector which is based on the accelerometer. The accelerometer can be used as a detector which can detect the vibration in the glass panels. Final devices should be able to communicate with commercially made Control and Indicating Equipment.

This paper aims to design an Integrated Alarm System which has the same features and properties as commercially made alarm systems. The system should be able to communicate with all commercially-made alarm detectors, and it should be able to control other devices in the house. It also consists of the Ethernet interface which allows connecting the system to the Internet of Things. The alarm system is based on the Atmel platform, and it is built according to the standardization EN 50131-3: Control and indicating equipment. All components are described, and the function is in detail listed in the individual chapters.

This article deals with the advanced protection of metallic loops using addition electronic components. The main goal of this article is to improve especially Advanced Technology Zone (ATZ), which is the most applied method. The improvement consists of protection against overvoltage which can destroy the Control and Indicating Equipment (CIE) and it consist of adding more states which have the impact of numbers of connected detectors. All ideas are introduced with technical details, schematic and every idea also comes with an explanation.
