La compensation mutualisée en Allemagne (Ökokonto) s’est développée dès les années 1990. Dans la perspective d’une mise en regard des systèmes de compensation mutualisée français et allemand, les auteures de l'article proposent une analyse « Atouts, Faiblesses, Opportunités et Menaces » pour souligner les caractéristiques de la compensation par Ökokonto. Les principales implications écologiques, territoriales mais aussi organisationnelles sont mises en avant pour ensuite en tirer de premiers enseignements vis-à-vis de la pratique française de la compensation mutualisée.

The hydatid cyst of the mesentery is a rare localization of hydatid disease; most often it is secondary to a hydatid cyst of the liver. Its primitive form remains exceptional and is due to an arterial haematogenous dissemination. We report a case of primary hydatid cyst of the mesentery in a patient of 43 years. The diagnosis was established by ultrasonography and computed tomography with positive hydatid serology. The aim of this work is to remind, through this observation and a literature review, clinical aspects and therapeutic management of this disease.Le kyste hydatique du mésentère est une localisation rare de la maladie hydatique, le plus souvent elle est secondaire à un kyste hydatique du foie. Sa forme primitive reste exceptionnelle et serait due à une dissémination hématogène par voie artérielle. Nous rapportons un cas de kyste hydatique primitif du mésentère chez un patient de 4 3 ans. Le diagnostic a été établi par l'échographie et la tomodensitométrie avec une sérologie hydatique positive. Le but de ce travail est de rappelé, à travers cette observation et une revue de la littérature, les aspects cliniques et la conduite thérapeutique de cette maladie.

The authors report three cases revealed by tabes arthropathy in patients younger than 45 years. The age of patients was respectively 42, 40, 42. The clinical symptoms consisted of a painless knee strain, isolated in one case, associated with radiculocordonal posterior syndrome in two cases. The radiological lesions showed bone destruction. The biological assessment was for a venereal disease. The outcome was disappointing, despite a well conducted treatment. The observation of such cases should suggest a syphilitic origin ahead any advanced painless arthropathy even in young patients.

Type 1 neurofibromatosis is the most common of all the phakomatosis. It is a hereditary neurocutaneous syndrome that may involve any organ or system of the body. Central nervous system lesions are frequent and dominated by neoplasms and nonneoplastic hamartomatous lesions. Craniocerebral vascular abnormalities are relatively rare, most often occlusive or stenotic. The occurring of intracranial aneurysms during the neurofibromatosis type 1 gives rise to the question of the fortuitous aspect or not of this association, especially as the quasi-totality of the reported aneurysms in the literature are sacciform and most often unique. We report an original case of ectasic diffuse vasculopathy of the cerebral arteries associated with neurofibromatosis type 1 in a 43-year-old man presented with seizures.

To specify CT scan roll in diagnosis of radicullar cyst invading maxillary sinus.Two cases of 23 and 34-year-old men presented with facial injury and sinusitis was explored by CT scan.CT scan showed in both patients a cystic lesion, developing into the maxillary sinus around a tooth apex and limits by a double dense thin rim.CT scan permits diagnosis of radicular cyst invading maxillary sinus, in the event of obscured maxillary sinus, when double dense thin rim corresponding to the repulsed wall of the sinus is looking.
