Abstract: Food allergy concern 5 % of the children. Diagnose food allergy accurately lead to a correct treatment. Allergic testing is moving towards established thresholds levels that predict a probability of a clinical reaction and reduce the need of oral food challenge. But, in most of cases, oral food challenge is needed to prove food allergy. Treatment of food allergy starts with au elimination diets, associated with primary prevention and educational measures.
