Business failure is not a surprise event but it follows a process that extends over time, to the economic difficulties of the first financial difficulties. If the company manages to become aware of their difficulties early enough, it may consider alternatives. In contrast, the only solution will be the voice judicial evolving recovery until the declaration of bankruptcy. However, even if the definition used for the failure is not unanimous, the causes that generate are generally the same. Throughout this paper we will present the different stages of failure: starting with the first signs of economic failure which can then generate financial failure that can lead to worsening legal failure. This analysis will be applied to the Tunisian law failure. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
