This communication offers feedback on the integration of ergonomics in a design process for cobotic systems in an industrial environment. This feedback is based on eight projects carried out within the Safran group over a period of 18 months. First, we will recall the scientific framework on which the approach is based. We will then set the operational framework for our approach through the implementation in partnership with CEA LIST of an industrialization platform for cobotic systems called SIROCO (Simulation and Integration of Collaborative RObots). Finally, we will present our feedback on the various stages of design and integration of ergonomics via our interdisciplinary collaborations within the platform; but also on the impact of these cobotic systems on the current and future work activities of end users.
