Introduction/purpose: The paper presents the method of applying multicriteria decision-making methods in order to improve shooting and select the most favorable conditions for shooting. Alternatives were ranked by individual multi-criteria decision-making methods AHP and VIKOR by experts, and then the most favorable alternative was selected using the Borda method of group decision making. The aim of the work is to select the most efficient way of shooting with minimal human fatigue, consumption of movable things and in the shortest possible time through a combination of multi-criteria decision-making methods, which will ensure the accuracy and precision of the rifle for subsequent shooting and other operations. Methods: The paper presents one of the ways of using multidisciplinary methods of multi-criteria decision making for a specific problem in the field of tactics with weapon systems. Experts from the field of armaments, using the AHP and VIKOR methods of individual multi-criteria decision making, selected the most favorable alternative in accordance with four given criteria. Then, by applying the Borda method of group decision making, the the most favorable alternative was selected - the most favorable conditions for the execution of preparatory shooting at serial number one with a 12.7 mm long range rifle. The alternatives are four shootings, namely, two ways of performing preparatory shooting with a 12.7 mm long range rifle at serial number one, one from the current Instructions and Program of Shooting with Infantry Weapons and the other newly proposed method, as well as two ways of realizing shooting for testing the accuracy and precision of a long range rifle. Results: The selection of the most effective conditions for the execution of the first initial preparatory shooting at serial number one with a long range rifle, which will ensure maximum accuracy of the weapon and the minimum consumption of resources - time, ammunition, targets, and personnel fatigue. Conclusion: The solution takes into account the simultaneous optimization of several criteria in order to select the most efficient way of performing preparatory shooting at serial number one in order to ensure rested and trained personnel as well as accurate and precise long range rifles for subsequent shootings, which leads to the maximum saving of resources, the satisfaction of personnel, and precise weapons.

The purpose of this paper is to describe athletes' cognitive-emotional processes during competitions through an idiographic and ecologically valid study method based on verbal protocols and event sequential analyses. A world-class marksman and regional-level marksman filled in an affect grid after each shot during several competitions. Verbal reports were collected after each set by a delayed retrospective recall method and compared according to perceived performance periods. Event sequential analyses were conducted. The results showed distinct interpersonal patterns of affective states fluctuations and self-regulation strategies. Furthermore, intrapersonal patterns as a function of perceived performance were also identified. We suggest that the proposed methods are useful in studying athletes' cognitive-emotional processes during ongoing competitions, as they ensure high ecological validity and provide in-depth information for more effective, individually-tailored interventions. ENGLISH: By applying the contextual valuation method to the analysis of grave goods from the Phoenician cemetery of Tyre-Al Bass, Lebanon, we can isolate the economic fluctuations and social changes experienced by the Tyrian population during the 8th century BC. Based on the evidence, the mid-9th to the mid-8th century BC was a period of prosperity, with the most pronounced economic boom between 775-750 BC. In contrast, the second half of the 8th century BC shows a sharp economic crisis associated with a high level of social conflict. These results are fully consistent with the historical events known through ancient literary sources. This new example confirms the universality of this methodology and its irrefutable scientific validity.

We propose a new interpretation of Justin's (44.5) passage on Carthaginian rule in the Iberian Peninsula, which wouldn't begin with the foundation of Gadir, but of a colony by the Gaditanians, with the participation of the temple of Melqart of Tyre. We identify that colony with Carteia, founded in the second quarter of the 4th century BC with the intervention of the tyrian Melqart as archegetes. This episode allows for a better understanding of the relationships within a network of communities that recognise Tyre as their motherland and that are bound by kinship ties through the figure of Melqart. Carthaginian military aid to Gadir, in mid-4th century BC, should be explained within this network. In addition, this reading confirms the Carthaginian establishment of some territorial dominions in the Iberian Peninsula before the Barcids, which leads us to date Atlantic explorations such as Hanno and Himilco's in the second half of the 4th century BC., Proponemos una nueva interpretación del pasaje de Justino (44.5) relativo al dominio cartaginés en la Península Ibérica, que no se iniciaría con la fundación de Gadir, sino de una colonia por parte de los gaditanos con la participación del templo de Melqart de Tiro.
