Microspheres having free flowing powder characteristics, which are consisting of synthetic polymers and proteins. These are biodegradable in nature having particle size less than 200um. Microspheres are the multiparticulate drug delivery systems which are consisting from natural and synthetic material. Microspheres received much attention not only for prolonged release, but also for targeting of anticancer drugs. In future by combining various other strategies, microspheres will find the central place in novel drug delivery, particularly in diseased cell sorting, diagnostics, gene & genetic materials, safe, targeted and effective in vivo delivery and supplements as miniature versions of diseased organ and tissues in the body.

Emulgel is NDDS that is in recent light for its capacity to deliver hydrophobic drugs. In a topical drug delivery system, the most important task is to pass the drug through the barrier and the proper diffusion of the drug in the skin. Emulgel is made up of emulsion and gel where emulsion helps in the delivery of hydrophobic drugs while gel gives proper diffusion, spread ability and improves the stability of an emulsion. It’s a dual release system in which the emulsion is jellified by gelling agents giving us characteristics of both emulsion and gel along with improved patient compliance. In the following review, we will discuss about the emulgel and its types along with its method of preparation, evaluation and applications in a comprehensive way.

In modern age of revolution and development in drug delivery for better clinical effects conventional dosages form have still a strong grip and most popular in all kinds of medicinal preparation intended for oral use. To satisfy the need of growing market tablets dosages form have incorporated modernization in producing and some advanced tablet types. Modified release tablet formulations including, layered tablets such as In +--lay tablet, Bi-layered tablet, Medicated chewing gum, Tablet tarts, Pastilles, Lollipop, Tablet inserts, Clinicaps, Caplets, Child ecstasy tablet and Tablet in tablet are new entries in pharmaceutical market. This review highlights the current advancements and patents in tablet technology. Recent advances in novel drug delivery system (NDDS) aims to enhance safety and efficacy of drug molecule by formulating a convenient dosage form for ease of administration and to achieve better patient compliance. In the recent trend one such approach the development of rapid disintegrating tablets formulation is emerging and gaining popularity because it is easy to administer and leads to better patient compliance. These dosage forms are placed in the mouth, allowed to disperse or dissolve in the saliva. They release the drug as soon as they come in contact with the saliva, thus obviating the need for water during administration. The aim of this article is to review the progress of the evolving technologies and super disintegrating agents in the formulation, manufacturing and evaluation of these tablets. This article also discusses the new evaluation methodologies for these rapid disintegrating tablets. Various modifications in the conventional evaluation and use of specialized instruments are found to be essential in the testing of these dosage forms. In the present review the formulation techniques and different technologies are discussed.

Li-Fi is similar to wireless communication which uses the communication medium as light. Nowadays RF interference are getting common due to maximum utility to overcome this problem Li-Fi is introduced in the year 2011. Li-Fi uses LED source to transmit data wirelessly this method is widely called as VLC (visible light communication). IoT technology using light fidelity module plays a vital role in environmental monitoring, underwater disaster management and underwater military applications. Li-Fi communication provides data rate of more than hundreds of Mbps for short ranges and it is an alternative approach to accostic communication in underwater. In Li-Fi, light emitting diode (LED) lamps acts as access points (Aps), and light is used as a medium to carry information bits. At the receiver, a photo diode is employed to collect photons and convert them into a electric current. By using Li-Fi technique, data is transmitted in the light. Photo detector absorbs the light and convert it into electrical signal. The photo detector is placed near the surface of the sea. The information is then passed to cloud storage then it is utilized for various application.

We study the dynamics of heavy quarks in a thermalized quark-gluon plasma with a time-correlated thermal noise, $\eta$. In this case it is said that $\eta$ has memory. We use an integro-differential Langevin equation in which the memory enters via the thermal noise and the dissipative force. We assume that the time correlations of the noise decay exponentially on a time scale, $\tau$, that we treat as a free parameter. We compute the effects of $\tau\neq 0$ on the thermalization time of the heavy quarks, on their momentum broadening and on the nuclear modification factor. We find that overall memory slows down the momentum evolution of heavy quarks: in fact, transverse momentum broadening and the formation of $R_{AA}$ are slowed down by memory and the thermalization time of the heavy quarks become larger. Dexlansoprazole (DSP) is a proton pump inhibitor, it used to treat GERD and ulcer colitis. DSP works by decreasing the volume of acid in the stomach. DSP is an acid-labile medication that may be destroyed in the stomach's acidic pH. A coating technique was used to postpone drug release in the stomach, which can extend pharmacological activity. Shellac can be used to develop the sustain release tablet of dexlansoprazole as retardation of the drug (dexlansoprazole) was observed in the acidic pH of the stomach, and hence a sustain coated dexlansoprazole tablet was prepared and evaluated. The coating's primary function is to allow for the delayed, immediate, and prolonged delayed release of DSP. DSP coating with different polymers inhibits faster degradation in the acidic pH of the stomach, therefore increasing pharmacological action. DSP coating with different polymers inhibits fast degradation in the stomach's acidic pH, enhancing pharmacological action. The major function of the coating is to enable for the delayed, immediate, and prolonged delayed release of DSP.
