Background. There is a tendency in the football environment to assess and classify youth football organisations on a national scale to make their activities more efficient, raise the level of football and talent development, and increase competition in the context of international football. Considering the practices of Georgia and Latvia, Lithuania has started testing the certification of football academies since 2021. During the testing stage, it was observed that the certification project helped youth football organisations to improve the quality of their activities and competencies – after a year, the certification system was started to be applied to all Lithuanian football academies. As of 2022, higher certification criteria have been applied to football organisations, which the future of our country depends on. Methods. Analysis of scientific literature, content analysis of official documents, semi-structured interview (qualitative research). Results. Football organisations that participated in the certification process and received the highest evaluations are monitoring the certification process, examining the necessity of criteria through the prism of project improvement, constantly discussing with certification experts, and providing insights into the areas where the certification process should be improved. The research revealed what action plan would bring a higher level of quality to develop and improve a higher level of football in Lithuania. Conclusions: The evaluation of the Lithuanian football academy certification system revealed strengths and weaknesses; Top-rated football academies are committed to improving themselves and football development in the country; Organisations face documentation difficulties and lack of clarity in criteria descriptions; Considering the problems in certain areas of limitations, solutions must be found through the support of Lithuanian Football Federation and governmental institutions; the study provides unique perspective and insights to improve certification system and raise the level of Lithuanian football. To ensure quick socio-economic recovery of the communitiesaffected by insurgents’ attacks in the north-eastern Nigeria, the first phase of the mass-housing reconstruction scheme has been completed but with many issues overshadowing the achievement like unsatisfactory involvement of local beneficiary communities;poor cooperation among key stakeholders; and communication gaps between donors, construction companies and local beneficiaries, which results inlow quality housing products. Therefore, it became necessary to ensure that only contractors who satisfactorily passed the efficiency test are allowed to participate in the subsequent phases of the reconstruction scheme. Thus, this paper provides quantitative technique for evaluating the efficiency of contractors in managing the housing reconstruction.It is expected that the techniquewill seek to guide informed decisions on the efficiency of managing the reconstruction scheme, which is in different phases and locations. Although the evidences on which the results of this study emanate from reconstruction of building structures experiences in some parts of Nigeria, the technique developedcould be adopted in other areas faced with similar issues.This paper updated existing knowledgeon the management of mass-housing reconstructionworks and offers support to decision-makers and practitioners involved in managing reconstruction of building structures affected by insurgency

This paper investigates the management criteria that can be applied to improve green building performance. The primary purpose of this paper was to quantify the relative importance index (RII) of management of the green building factors and ranked the factors and groups consistent with their relevance level in management criteria. This objective was achieved by making relevant analyses on the distributed questionnaires. In this regard, a comprehensive literature review was conducted, and a structural expert survey was carried out with 35 different highly experienced green building experts, green building managers, and professional facilitators. The technique of Relative Importance Index (RII) was adopted to quantify the relative importance indices of an inclusive list of management criteria in the Malaysian green buildings management context. The relevance of the study is reasoned by the need to assess the ongoing educational reforms’ implementation, to identify effective strategies, models, mechanisms and technologies. The aim of the paper is to determine the expected criteria and obtained results’ efficiency of the systems’ operation in conditions of high variability of external and internal environment. The paper describes the variety of cycles of the educational system on the example of University training that involves the principle of iteration using in educational development’s management. The authors present certain criteria for management of educational development from the standpoint of functional efficiency of the system defining the management contour of development’s efficiency. This paper is intended for researchers and specialists in the field of educational management at all levels.

The article explores the essence and features of tourist enterprises management, as well as the most important competencies of the personnel which influence the efficiency of these enterprises. The search for new opportunities in achieving a higher level of efficiency of the tourism industry enterprises determines the need to understand the essence and features of management of these enterprises in the current conditions of development of the tourist market. Human resource management is one of the most important components of enterprises management and the choice of a particular individual method of personnel management at the enterprise is a positive factor in its overall activities. The evolution of the tourist market and the evolution of management systems require that managers of tourism enterprises should take into account the certain features of their management technology and the competencies of the personnel of these enterprises. This is the subject of the study in this article.

The beach-dune system is a sedimentary environment that is fragile and dynamic. Any change to it can have potential adverse effects on its stability. In recent decades, this environment has been heavily exploited for recreation with management practices that do not have enough consideration of protective and aesthetic values. As a result, erosion has increased--mainly in the foredunes--and upset the balance of the beach-dune system. The assessment of the morphoecological conservation state plays a major role in forecasting natural hazard impacts. This paper correlates the most frequented sectors with the most eroded parts in four beach-dune systems of the Balearic Islands (two in Majorca and two in Minorca) through the Digital Shoreline Analysis System. The four beaches show that the coastline retreats at locations with the highest attendance. Two situations may arise as a function of the management practices employed: (1) the beach and foredune area is eroded or (2) the beach-dune system recovers. The paper also describes appropriate beach and foredune management practices that allow recovery of a system degraded by human activity. We compare these practices with strategies adopted at beaches solely for commercial gain in the Balearic Islands. A space-time evolution, from 1956 to 2008, of 78 beaches of the Balearic Islands was carried out through multivariate analysis of a checklist of beach-dune features and management measures. The results show that beach-dune management based on geomorphological criteria improves conservation of the natural system and minimises risk of erosion. Recovery of vegetation is also encouraged. For rangelands managed with spatial and temporal controls, [a] the long run expected net cost of management operations, [b] the long run rate of moving grazing from one paddock to another, and [c] the long run rate of moving grazing between paddocks because of adverse environmental factors are salient criteria for a range manager. In this paper, we provide the first theoretical analysis of the relationship between these three economic and ecological criteria. We first characterize these criteria mathematically. Then, we provide necessary and sufficient conditions under which criterion [a] (economic criterion) is equivalent to, in turn, criterion [b] (first ecological criterion) and criterion [c] (second ecological criterion).
