The necessity of developing and promoting an updated model of worldview in culture and education, which opens up the potential for overcoming social ill health and global transformations in the system of planetary existence of mankind, which began with the spread of coronavirus infection, is substantiated. The role of ecophilosophy as a life-preserving and human-developing direction is shown, in the content of which the relativization of the worldview dominant in the leading philosophical directions of Western philosophy is excluded, and the ideas of normativity and the boundaries of truth and falsehood, good and evil, beauty and ugliness are restored. The necessity of eco-oriented transformations of science, the humanitarian cultural and verbal environment, the content of social communications that form attitudes to victory, overcoming difficulties, readiness to defend their Homeland, preserve their Earthly Home with its bio- and cultural diversity is revealed., Обоснована востребованность развития и продвижения в культуре и образовании обновленной модели мировоззрения, открывающей потенциал преодоления социального нездоровья и глобальных трансформаций в системе планетарного бытия человечества, начавшихся с распространения коронавирусной инфекции. Global transformations provide a categorical framework for capturing synchronous rewriting systems, generalizing cellular automata to dynamical systems over dynamic spaces. Originally developed for addressing deterministic dynamical systems, the presented work raises the question of non-determinism. While a usual approach is to develop a general non-deterministic setting where deterministic systems can be retrieved as a specific case, we show here that by choosing the right parametrization, global transformations can already be used to handle non-determinism. Context-free Lindenmayer systems, already shown to be captured by global transformation in the deterministic case, are used to illustrate the approach. The authors of the book have come to the conclusion that to improve the efficiency of managing economic systems in the context of global transformations it is necessary to use modern methods of strategic management and marketing, information technologies. Basic research focuses on assessment the economic results of enterprises, analyzing the financial stability of business, knowledge management and education, corporate culture of logistics companies, development of advertising, differentiation of state revenues, impact of investments in energy saving. The research results have been implemented in the different models of anti-crisis management, business risk management, supply chain management, digital transformation in tourism, and implementation of leadership entrepreneurship. The results of the study can be used in decision-making at the level of international business, ministries and departments that regulate the processes management and development of economic systems, the introduction of information technologies and digitalization of economic systems management. The results can also be used by students and young scientists in developing of strategies, models and technologies for economic systems management in the context of global transformations.

The problem under investigation is determined by the fact that enterprises consist of separate economic agents that play an increasingly important role in production processes and their management. The channels of such management provide the transfer of positive experience of the totality of economic agents to the global environment. Due to the permanent process of transformations in the world caused by this influence, the probability of being on the sidelines is a problem for most business entities. Their competitiveness and integration into the world economic networks depend on high-quality management and wide application of innovative technologies, including nanotechnologies. The conducted study revealed that: – nano-economy consists of baby economy, human economy, and the economy of nanotechnologies; – the human economy is the central link and the main leader of the impact of nano-economy on global markets. The main components of its management are self-management, self-marketing, and innovative management of the organization personnel; – nanotechnologies, the economics of nanotechnologies, and transfer of nano-knowledge are at the initial stage of their development; – the impact of nano-economy on the development of the global environment is carried out through the functions of nanomanagement; – the management channels of the nano-economy do not affect the entry of countries with transition economies into the global environment due to the fact that they lack the system of nano-economy. This is proved by multifactor analysis of the impact of nano-economy on exports. The obtained indicators, such as exports of USD 57 billion (by the exchange rate of 2021), 281 universities, 1,941,701 business entities, and 135 thousand scientific and technical institutions, do not correlate and determine low direct and inverse indicators of dependence. The results of the study can be used: – at separate enterprises – by using innovative personnel management, including motivating and training of personnel in self-management and self-marketing; – at the state and regional levels – by creating favorable conditions for the development of baby economy in countries with transition economies and by promoting optimal solutions of separate economic agents, Исследуемая проблема определяется тем, что предприятия состоят из отдельных экономических агентов, которые играют все большую роль в производственных процессах и в управлении ими. В результате проведенного исследования было установлено, что: –наноекономика состоит из бебиэкономики, экономики человека и экономики нанотехнологий; –экономика человека является центральным звеном и главным проводником влияния наноэкономики на глобальные рынки. Основными составляющими ее менеджмента являются самоменеджмент, самомаркетинг и инновационное управление персоналом; –нанотехнологии, а соответственно и экономика нанотехнологий, находятся на начальной стадии развития; –влияние наноэкономики на развитие глобальной среды осуществляется через функции наноменеджмента; –управленческие каналы наноекономикы не влияют на вхождение стран с переходной экономикой в глобальную среду из-за отсутствия у них системы наноэкономики. Это подтверждает многофакторный анализ влияния наноекономикы на экспорт. Полученные показатели: экспорт в 57 млрд. дол. США (по курсу 2021 года), 281 университет, 1941701 субъект хозяйствования и 135 тыс. научно-технических учреждений не коррелируют и определяют низкие прямые и обратные показатели зависимости. Результаты исследования могут использоваться: –на отдельных предприятиях – путем применения инновационного управления персоналом, включая мотивацию и обучение персонала самоменеджменту и самомаркетингу; –на государственном и региональном уровнях – путем создания максимально возможных благоприятных условий развития бебиэкономики в странах с переходной экономикой и популяризации оптимальных решений отдельных экономических агентов., Проблема, що досліджується, визначається тим, що підприємства складаються з окремих економічними агентів, які відіграють все більшу роль у виробничих процесах та в управлінні ними. Канали такого управління забезпечують трансфер позитивного досвіду сукупності економічних агентів у глобальне середовище. Внаслідок перманентного процесу трансформацій у світі, викликаного цим впливом, вірогідність опинитись на узбіччі є проблемою більшості підприємницьких суб’єктів. Від якісного менеджменту та широкого застосування інноваційних, у тому числі нанотехнологій, залежить їх конкурентоспроможність та інтегрованість у світові господарські мережі. В результаті проведеного дослідження було встановлено, що: –наноекономіка складається з бебіекономіки, економіки людини та економіки нанотехнологій; –економіка людини є центральною ланкою і головвним провідником впливу наноекономіки на глобальні ринки. Основними складовими її менеджменту є самоменеджмент, самомаркетинг та інноваційне управління персоналом організації; –нанотехнології, економіка нанотехнологій й трансфер нанознань знаходяться на початковій стадії розвитку; –вплив наноекономіки на розвиток глобального середовища здійснюється через функції наноменеджменту; –управлінські канали наноекономіки не впливають на входження країн з перехідною економікою в глобальне середовище через відсутність у них системи наноекономіки. Це підтверджує багатофакторний аналіз впливу наноекономіки на експорт. Отримані показники: експорт у 57млрд.дол. США (за курсом 2021року), 281університет, 1941701суб’єкт господарювання та 135тис. науково-технічних установ не корелюють і визначають низькі прямі та зворотні показники залежності. This scientific monograph provides a reader with theoretical and methodological foundations that represent prerquisities for doing social research of the geospatial industry sector. The book analyses the transformative impacts of the digital revolution that have caused all pervasive global environmental changes, the military- technological revolution (MTR) of the late 20th century and the multinational corporations' (MNCs) restructuring. All these processes have triggered the geospatial revolution of the beginning of the 3rd millenium with enormous social and political consequences all around the world. Hence, in the 21st century the spatial data industry is to be a rapidly developing sector which enables their professionals to enter the prosperous career paths. A fact that the geospatial industry keeps spreading constantly through its convergence with other industrial sectors represents a big opportunity for the profession but also brings numerous challenges concerning the civil society. As Andrew Barry (2007) from ULC Department of Geography puts it: „But perhaps more than ever before technology is expected to carry the promise, or the threat, of radical social and political change in the future“ (A. Berry, 2007: 297). Despite its huge social, economic and political implications, the geospatial industry is an under researched sector because high confidentiality hinders data collection about its stakeholders. United Nations Committee of Experts on Global geospatial Information Management (UN-GGIM) in the document titled „Future trends in geospatial information management: the five to ten year vision“ that was produced by James Norris (Ordnance Survey, 2015) identifies the space as a key resource of the third millennium, and emphasizes an importance of understanding the sociala architecture and social behaviors connected to its design in order to implement technical projects successfully: „As well as being constructed using technical architecture, spatial data infrastructures need to be underpinned by a 'social infrastructure', that is conscious design of an environment that encourages a desired range of social behaviours leading towards a desired aim or set of aims. There is a recognition that analysis of both within and across organizational boundaries provides a new way of understanding and developing collaborations beyond typical formal, hierarchical, organizational structures in which work is usually organized. Social architecture provides a menas of understanding and implementation of information infrastructures“ (Norris et al, 2005: 39). The IDC's Report on Main ICT trends 2020 produced for the European Commission highlights that the technology development in the next ten years will be characterized by „the confluence of social, mobile and cloud technologies, the rise of Big data and new kinds of analytics needed to create value in this environment“ (IDC, 2014: 6). The report foresees that „Social technologies are becoming a core part of the next growth platform for IT“ (IDC, 2014: 45). Since a number of intelligent devices situated at the network keeps increasing rapidly, and out numbers a number of human users, a way in which people perceive their interactions with the non-humans changes, too. The purpose of the book is to make engineers, spatial and non-spatial professionals and students of technical courses or technical universities more sensitive about social and political implications of technical projects, especially the ones that belong to the field of the spatial data industry. International audience; The present volume is the fifth in the series of yearbooks with the title Globalistics and Globalization Studies. The subtitle of the present volume is Global Transformations and Global Future. We become more and more accustomed to think globally and to see global processes. And our future can all means be global. However, is this statement justified? Indeed, in recent years, many have begun to claim that globalization has stalled, that we are rather dealing with the process of anti-globalization. Will not we find ourselves at some point again in an edifice spanning across the globe, but divided into national apartments, separated by walls of high tariffs and mutual suspicion? Of course, some setbacks are always possible, because the process of globalization cannot develop smoothly. It is a process which is itself emerging from contradictions and is shaped by a new contradiction. They often go much further than underlying systemic changes allow. They break forward, as the vanguard of a victorious army, and then often meet resistance of various social and political forces and may suddenly start to roll back just at the moment when everyone expects their further offensive. We believe that this is what is happening with globalization at present. The phenomenon of globalization in modern science is considered a priority trend in the world development. This article deals with the key aspects of the concept of "global transformations" and the study of the influence of global transformations in respect to the ethnic culture of the northern territories. In the study of the specificity of the indigenous peoples residing in the territories of the North, researchers of the last decade have identified the following important processes: environmental, social, cultural and political. Economic processes remain "on the sideline" due to the lack of private industry and professional specialization. The wave of research interest is due to the desire to know the unique cultural traditions of the indigenous peoples of the North in the modern world; to develop strategies for the protection of the northern territories in order to preserve biological and cultural diversity; to find out the path of economic and political development of international cooperation with the leading countries to provide existence of the circumpolar ethnic culture and population of the northern territories Феномен глобализации в современной научной проблематике значится приоритетной тенденцией в мировом развитии. In July, 2010 the field research was conducted on the territory of Turukhansk district of Krasnoyarsk Krai by the postgraduate and undergraduate students of Siberian Federal University within the framework of realization of the project “Krasnoyarsk Krai as multicultural space, native land of the indigenous and small-numbered peoples of the North” and “Culture of the indigenous and small-numbered peoples of the North under conditions of global transformations”. The aim of the field research was to collect the material on the traditional culture of the indigenous small numbered peoples, living in settlements Turukhansk and Farkovo, in particular – the Selkups, the Kets and the Evenks. The tasks of the research included studying the peculiarities of modern conditions of housekeeping, material and spiritual culture, customs and ceremonies. The following methods were used: interrogations, observations, interviews, photographic fixation of material things, architecture, and photographs from family archives. Настоящая статья написана по материалам экспедиции, осуществленной в 2010 году в Туруханский район Красноярского края с целью исследования традиционной культуры коренных малочисленных народов, проживающих в Туруханске и Фарково. Экспедиция показала, что разные составляющие традиционного жизненного уклада КМНС обладают разной степенью стойкости к трансформациям. Также при сравнительно более хороших для жизни условиях в Туруханске население этого поселка большей частью не против переехать на другое место жительства, где условия были бы более комфортными. Жители Фарково, напротив, не хотят покидать исконное место обитания. В настоящей статье приводится как оценка степени их подверженности/устойчивости к изменениям различных составляющих жизненного уклада коренных малочисленных народов, так и делается попытка объяснить причины доминирующих среди населения поселков настроений: остаться или сменить место жительства.

Records of the Expert Seminar Modern humanities knowledge and the position of a researcher as a factor of the Krasnoyarsk Krai universities integration into global academic space that was held on November 2, 2010, at the Department of Arts and Culture Studies of the Institute for Humanities, Siberian Federal University (Krasnoyarsk), present a discussion on the relevant problems of modern humanistic studies in Russia. The experts expressed their opinions on the relevance of the research problems defined both within specific fields of the humanities and those at the junction of philosophy, culture, psychology, philology, economics, etc. They also made proposals on future development directions of the modern humanities on the basis of universities in the Krasnoyarsk Krai and the opportunities of integrating science of Krasnoyarsk universities into global academic space. Протокол экспертного семинара «Современное гуманитарное знание и позиция исследователя как фактор интеграции вузов Красноярского края в мировое академическое пространство», который состоялся 2 ноября 2010 года на Факультете искусствоведения и культурологии Гуманитарного института Сибирского федерального университета (Красноярск), представляет обсуждение актуальных проблем современных исследований гуманитарных наук в России. Эксперты высказали свое мнение об актуальности проблемы исследования как в конкретных областях гуманитарных наук, так и тех, которые находятся на стыке философии, культурологии, психологии, филологии, экономики и т.д. Они также выдвинули некоторые предложения по дальнейшему развитию современных гуманитарных наук на базе университетов Красноярского края и обсудили возможность интеграции науки красноярских вузов в мировое академическое пространство.

The materials of the fifth session of educational, scientific and methodological seminar «Theory and practice of applied culture studies» on the basis of Art History and Theory and Culture Studies Department, Institute for the Humanities, Siberian Federal University, Krasnoyarsk, held on the 17th of June, 2010, represent a discussion of a topic of current interest concerning the small groups of indigenous peoples living in the North of Krasnoyarsk region. The methods and approaches of cultural and anthropological study are suggested taking into consideration the modern ideas of practical purposes of culture studies and basing on the classic methods of cultural and anthropological studies carried out in Russia and abroad. The problem of existence and changes of the ethnic groups in the situation of global transformations is raised. This book argues that the current renegotiation of the postwar social contract concerning the welfare state in Europe is being accompanied by the renegotiation of a smaller-scale modern social pact between the university and the nation-state. Current transformations to the state under the pressures of globalization will not leave the university unaffected, and consequently it is useful to discuss the university and its future in the context of the state. In the new global order, against the odds, universities are striving to maintain their pivotal role in society. Their role as engines of economic growth and contributors to economic competitiveness between increasingly knowledge-driven economies is being widely acknowledged. But it is a radical reformulation of their traditional social roles. The main reasons for current transformations of the university include globalization pressures on nation-states and their public services, the end of the «Golden age» of the Keynesian welfare state, and the emergence of knowledge-based societies and knowledge-driven economies. Therefore the university can no longer be discussed solely in traditional, relatively self-contained disciplinary contexts. Here the university is seen from a variety of perspectives and through the lens of a wide range of disciplines (mainly educational sciences, political economy, sociology, political sciences, and philosophy). Social sciences have to adapt themselves conceptually to the new world in which, perhaps, the nation-state may not be playing the decisive role traditionally ascribed to it by modernity. The globalizing world may require a brand new theory of the state and a renewed theory of freedom and democracy in a situation in which the nation-state, although has not disappeared and surely will not disappear, but nevertheless becomes weaker and weaker in its confrontation with new global political entities such as e.g. supranational political entities, or in its confrontation with international organizations, transnational corporations, non-governmental and independent system of commercial arbitration, ratings provided by international rating agencies or with limitations of various military, political and economic treaties and unions. In the face of the unavoidable, as it seems, giving (at least some) way to new political players (including transnational corporations, no matter how they view themselves), classical questions concerning freedom, democracy, state and politics in my view may require a radical reformulation. The key question would be about the chances of a new social justice and the possibility of accepting a new social contract in the situation in which the connections between the nation-state and society are becoming weaker and the choices made by traditional politics of the state are being replaced by non-governmental choices of an increasingly economic character. Ulrich Beck, an influential German sociologist, warns us that in the case of globalization “everything we have is at stake. Political freedom and democracy in Europe are at stake”. In the face of globalization on the one hand and the cultural passage to the late modernity on the other, the questions about the decline of the nation-state are asked continuously by sociologists, political scientists, philosophers, economists or historians.
