Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak epididimis (EE) terhadap peningkatan kualitas spermatozoa kambing jantan lokal. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 12 ekor kambing jantan lokal, berumur 1,5 tahun dengan bobot badan 10-15 kg dan dibagi atas empat kelompok (K0, KP1, KP2, dan KP3). Kelompok K0, hanya diinjeksi dengan NaCl fisiologis sedangkan kelompok KP1, KP2, dan KP3 diinjeksi EE masing-masing 1, 2, dan 3 ml/ekor selama 13 hari berturut-turut. Pada hari ke-14, dilakukan pengambilan semen kambing dengan elektroejakulator dan selanjutnya dilakukan pemeriksaan kualitas spermatozoa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian EE dengan dosis 1 dan 3 ml/ekor EE selama 13 hari berturut-turut menyebabkan peningkatan kualitas spermatozoa dibanding kelompok kontrol. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa EE berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas spermatozoa pada kambing jantan lokal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran histopatologis hepatopankreas udang windu yang terinfeksi hepatopancreatica parvovirus (HPV). Sebanyak 10 ekor udang windu yang berasal dari tambak rakyat digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian terdiri atas 5 sampel positif terinfeksi HPV dan 5 sampel normal. Semua udang dinekropsi untuk diambil hepatopankreas dan difiksasi dengan larutan Davidson. Selanjutnya hepatopankreas dibuat preparat histopatologis sesuai dengan prosedur teknik yang biasa dilakukan di Laboratorium Patologi Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan Universitas Syiah Kuala Darussalam Banda Aceh dan diwarnai dengan hematoksilin eosin (HE) serta diamati di bawah mikroskop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada hepatopankreas udang windu yang terinfeksi HPV ditemukan adanya hipertrofi basofilik badan inklusi intranuklear, degenerasi, dan lisis sel.

The objective of this research was to evaluate live-feed effect enriched with Moringa oleifera Leaves upon the rate of metamorphosis and survival from zoea to megalopa of Scylla olivacea larva. The study utilized a live feed consisting of Rotifer (Branchionus plicatilis) and Artemia (Artemia salina) that were supplemented with moringa leaf powder. The enrichment process involved soaking the feed in solutions containing 0, 50, 100, and 150 mg/L of the powder The levels of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) were quantified following the enrichment of the live feed. A further phase involved conducting a feeding study using mud crab larvae. This experiment was conducted with three replications. Feeding mud crab larvae using rotifers starts from stage 1 of zoea to megalopa with a frequency of 2 times a day at a 30 ind/mL density, and using artemia nauplius was from the zoea 2 to megalopa with a frequency of feeding two times a day at a 5 ind/mL density. The results showed that moringa leaf powder could improve EPA and DHA more significant in Rotifer than in Artemia. Combined rotifer and Artemia nauplii enrichment with 100 mg/L of moringa leaf powder positively impacted the proximate mud crab. This treatment also implies that the metamorphosis of mud crab from zoea 1 stage to megalopa become faster than other treatment. The development from zoea 1 to megalopa stage takes around 16 days. The treatment that yielded the highest survival rate (SR) was feeding mud crab larvae with enhanced live feed containing 100 mg/L of moringa leaf powder. This study demonstrated that the incorporation of moringa leaf powder into live feed can enhance the physical condition of mud crab larvae. Furthermore, it suggests that this enrichment can accelerate the progression of developmental stages and enhance the SR of mud crab larvae when reared under controlled settings.

Poor self-efficacy and inability to control blood sugar (HbA1c) are special concerns in achieving structured self-management. Meanwhile, the use of educational media such as Comic book is a solution to improve the self-management of diabetes mellitus patients. Therefore, this research aimed to assess the effectiveness of comic book: BW (Brisk Walking) on ​​self-efficacy and HbA1C control in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients in Takalar Regency. A quantitative method was used with a Quasi-Experimental two-group pre-post test design. The respondents were divided into two groups, namely Group 1 given comic Book: BW with WhatsApp Group monitoring, and Group 2 which received a similar intervention but without monitoring. Science literacy is an essential skill needed by students to face the challenges of globalization and technological development. However, the level of science literacy in Indonesia is still below international standards. The aim of this research is to know the efforts that can be made to improve science literacy skills. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR). The Scopus database was used to search for the reviewed articles. Scientific literacy was used as the search keyword and limited to the last 5 years. A total of 26 articles were obtained from the screening process out of 1355 documents. The collected literature was then analyzed qualitatively. The findings show that the integration of technology such as Virtual Reality (VR) and e-learning platforms has great potential in enhancing students' understanding and engagement in science literacy. In addition, innovative pedagogical approaches, such as project-based learning and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), have also proven effective in improving science literacy.

The stages in mapping the literature used in this study were identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion. Based on the results of research studies from 2014 to 2022 on articles about Ratib Al Haddad's dhikr, emotional and spiritual intelligence, there is a strong focus on strengthening emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence through habituation of Ratib Al-Haddad, so as to improve students' emotional and spiritual , because the dhikr contains the benefits of remembering Allah SWT and building good emotional character for students, so that they are obedient and obedient to the rules set by the school, especially in the learning process that occurs in class and outside the classroom.

Changes in sexual behavior among teenagers in Indonesia are very worrying. Premarital sexual behavior can have various negative impacts on teenagers. This research aims to determine the knowledge and perceptions of teenagers regarding premarital sexual relations in Gowa Regency. The data collection method used was in-depth interviews. The sample was selected using snowball sampling as many as 7 informants. Data was analyzed qualitatively. The research results showed that the informant's knowledge about reproductive health did not have a positive impact on the informant's sexual behavior, where the informant did not limit risky sexual behavior even though the informant knew the consequences of risky sexual behavior. The informant's perception regarding sexual relations behavior (intercourse) is to seek satisfaction, have fun, the partner must belong completely and also as an expression of affection and love. This study recommends the importance of parental supervision of teenagers' attitudes and behavior through intensive and quality communication without limiting children's rights to mix with their environment. Apart from that, it is necessary to increase the role of parents and religious preachers in providing the best solutions to the problems faced by teenagers using a persuasive approach.

Abstract Background Short Tandem Repeats (STRs) are segments of DNA composed of a short sequence of nucleotides that repeat consecutively. These repeating sequences exhibit distinct lengths and nucleotide sequences among individuals, showcasing high variability and uniqueness. The STR profile remains consistent across all cells in an individual’s body. Nonetheless, changes in the STR profile have been documented in cancerous tissues. This scoping review aimed to investigate the occurrence and pattern of forensic STR markers alterations in cancerous tissues. We conducted a scoping review of the English-language publications published between 2002 and 2022 in the PubMed, Science Direct, and Scopus databases and a manual search of reference lists from reviewed papers. The review was carried out in compliance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews. Results Our search resulted in a total of 1,065 articles associating forensic STR studies with cancerous tissues. A total of 18 of these studies met our inclusion criteria. The D18S51 marker was most often found to be altered when associated with cancers such as breast, colorectal, gastric, gynaecology, and lung cancers. Following with that, FGA, VWA, D19S433, and D13S317 markers could as well be seen to have allelic alteration in cancerous tissues. Four other STR markers (TPOX, D7S820, D2S1338, and Penta D) could be potentially represented as stable STR markers in cancerous tissues. Conclusions According to our review, colorectal cancer tissue has the highest level of genomic instability compared to that of other cancer types. In summary, the genetic instability caused by faulty DNA mismatch repair processes in human carcinomas can pose challenges for forensic genotyping and DNA profile matching.

Popular fiqh literature addresses practical aspects of life. A considerable portion of this literature portrays women within a conservative framework. This research aims to investigate the tendency of spousal relationships as depicted in those popular fiqh literature. Subsequent to cataloging, a random selection of literary samples underwent qualitative content analysis. The findings revealed that popular fiqh literature on the household, especially on marital relations, is dominated by gender biased discourse by placing women only in the domestic realm where their position is inferior. This dominance stems from the authors’ references projecting back to the provisions of classical fiqh, which are gender biased and lack authoritative interpretation of the texts. The presence of this literature is also due to the market demands of the publishing industry. Furthermore, societal understanding dominated by patriarchal ideology contributes significantly to the prevalence of gender-biased popular fiqh literature. [Abstrak: Literatur fiqh populer mengatasi aspek praktis kehidupan. Sebagian besar dari literatur ini menggambarkan perempuan dalam kerangka konservatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki kecenderungan hubungan suami istri seperti yang digambarkan dalam literatur fiqh populer tersebut. Setelah proses katalogisasi, seleksi acak sampel-sampel dianalisis dengan pendekatan konten kualitatif. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa literatur fiqh populer tentang rumah tangga, terutama dalam hubungan pernikahan, didominasi oleh wacana bias gender yang menempatkan perempuan hanya dalam ranah domestik di mana posisi mereka lebih rendah dibanding laki-laki. Dominasi ini berasal dari referensi penulis yang mencerminkan kembali ketentuan fiqh klasik, yang memiliki bias gender dan kurangnya interpretasi otoritatif dari teks-teks tersebut. Kehadiran literatur ini juga karena tuntutan pasar industri penerbitan. Selain itu, pemahaman masyarakat yang didominasi oleh ideologi patriarki turut berkontribusi secara signifikan pada prevalensi literatur fiqh populer yang bersifat bias gender.]

ABSTRACT. Kualitas telur sangat dipengaruhi oleh sistem pemeliharaan, ayam petelur dapat dipelihara dengan perkandangan closed house dan open house. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas telur ayam ras petelur cokelat (hibrida) yang dipelihara di kandang closed house dan open house. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 160 butir telur yang terdiri dari kandang closed house dan open house, telur yang digunakan berumur 5 hari. Parameter yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah berat telur, kantung udara, indeks kuning telur dan haugh unit. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada berat telur pada kandang closed house adalah 66,42 ± 4,006 dan kandang open house 66,04 ± 3,669, kantung udara pada telur closed house adalah 0,52 ± 0,093 cm dan kandang open house adalah 0,56 ± 0,078 cm, indeks kuning telur pada kandang closed house adalah 0,45 ± 0,038 dan kandang open house adalah 0,40 ± 0,044, haugh unit telur pada kandang closed house adalah 85,72 ± 8,889 dan kandang open house adalah 76,17 ± 8,664. Dari hasil uji t-independent bahwa kualitas telur pada kandang closed house dan open house yang terdiri dari berat telur, kantung udara, indeks kuning telur dan haugh unit menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda tidak nyata pada taraf (α) 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya perbedaan kualitas telur ayam ras petelur cokelat (hibrida) isa brown yang dipelihara di kandang closed house dengan kualitas telur ayam ras petelur cokelat (hibrida) isa brown yang dipelihara di kandang open house. It can be concluded that there is a difference in the quality of eggs of brown laying hens (hybrids) raised in closed house cages with the quality of eggs of brown laying hens (hybrids) raised in Open House cages.

Zakat is primarily an economic instrument used to achieve socio-economic justice. This goal can be accomplished if management is done properly and correctly. The purpose of this article is to analyze the legal policy of zakat management with the model of the voluntary system and its implications for the realization of social and economic justice in the community. This research is normative legal research with primary legal sources in the form of laws and regulations related to zakat management legal policies, which are then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. According to the findings of the study, the legal policy of zakat management with a voluntary system model is based on the principle of community volunteerism in zakat payment. This voluntary system model is heavily reliant on public legal awareness regarding zakat payment. The use of the voluntary system model has consequences for the community's non-optimal fulfillment of social and economic justice, which is caused by a lack of state involvement through legal policies. The state's role is required to enforce the zakat law by compelling zakat obligors to fulfill their obligations. On the other hand, the potential for zakat remains enormous, and it must be managed optimally.

This study aims to determine the histomorphometry of the small intestine of turkeys (Meleagris gallopavo) at different age levels. This study used a completely randomized design. This study used 18 male turkeys, divided into 3 groups of ages 8, 16, and 24 weeks, each group comprising 6 turkeys. The necropsied turkey's small intestine was taken into histological preparations and stained with haematoxylin-eosin (HE). The results showed that the histological picture of the small intestine layer of turkeys at different age levels consisted of four layers: tunica mucosa, tunica submucosa, tunica muscular, and tunica serosa. Histomorphometrically, there was an increase in the thickness of all layers of the small intestine from 8 and 16 weeks of age (P0.05), and the height of the intestinal villi increased in all parts of the small intestine at 8, 16 and 24 weeks of age (P0.05 ). In conclusion, with histomorphometric measurements, it can be seen that there are differences in the three age groups.

The habit of temper tantrums carried out by children aged 2 to 6 years is an attitude that must be controlled well by parents, so that children can grow and develop emotionally well. Certain strategies are needed to overcome the child's temper tantrum habits. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of parenting style in dealing with temper tantrum behavior in early childhood and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of parenting parents in overcoming temper tantrum behavior in early childhood in Kecamatan Langsa Baro. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects (respondents) of the study consisted of three villages in Kecamatan Langsa Baroe, namely Geudubang Jawa, Geudubang Aceh and Paya Bujok Tunong. The research subjects are children with temper tantrum behavior, parents and community experts (psychologists). Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique is used to interpret the results of the study which consists of: data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The form of parenting style in dealing with temper tantrum behavior in early childhood in Langsa BarÔ District is the tendency of parenting parents to overcome temper tantrum behavior such as authoritarian, permissive, and democratic. The supporting factors for parenting parents in overcoming temper tantrum behavior in early childhood in Langsa BarÔ District are: a) Parents' self-efficacy. b) Parents' social support. c) The role of the community of experts (psychologists). While the inhibiting factors include: a) Parents' mistakes because they always comply with the wishes of the child, b) Parents are too authoritarian towards children, c) The inability of children to express their expressions, d) Busy parents so that they pay less attention to children. The conclusion is that there are three strategies used by parents in dealing with children who have a temper tantrum, namely, first, using an authoritarian strategy where the child is forced to follow the wishes of the parents, Second, a permissive strategy, namely the child is given freedom to carry out his wishes, although sometimes the parents also help the child to fulfill their desires, and thirdly, a democratic strategy, where parents give children the freedom to fulfill their desires but under the control of the parents.

Methodologically, this review synthesizes diverse academic sources, including empirical studies, theoretical frameworks, and case analyses. By integrating a broad spectrum of research findings, it provides a holistic view of the evolving educational landscape shaped by ICT. The study adopts a critical approach, weighing the advantages against the inherent challenges of ICT in education. The main findings reveal that ICT has revolutionized educational practices by introducing innovative teaching tools and methodologies. Digital platforms and resources have facilitated a more interactive, student-centered learning environment, enhancing engagement and comprehension. Moreover, ICT has played a crucial role in democratizing education, providing greater access to learning resources and opportunities, especially in underprivileged and remote areas. This aspect of ICT aligns with global educational equity goals, aiming to bridge the digital divide and create a more inclusive educational system. The review concludes that while ICT offers substantial benefits in reshaping education, a strategic and balanced approach is necessary. This approach should focus on mitigating digital inequality, ensuring continuous professional development for educators, and fostering an environment conducive to the effective integration of ICT. Future research directions include exploring the long-term impacts of ICT in education, particularly in developing countries, and examining the sustainability of technology-driven educational models.

This research is motivated by the problems in elementary schools, namely learning media that are not yet varied and the limitations of tools and materials in the learning process. The of this research development to (a) determine the attractiveness of this smart book media in the learning process on animal life cycle material and (b) determine the level of students' understanding after using the smart book media. This research method the Research and Development (R&D) type of ADDIE development model, which has five stages: analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research design was a one-group pre-test and post-test design, with before-after experiments. The research was carried out at SDN Baban 1 Sumenep, with 30 fourth-grade students as tested subjects. The instruments used to obtain data were observation, questionnaires and achievement tests of learning outcomes. The results of the development carried out (a) The results of the trial to determine the level of attractiveness of smart book media in fourth-grade students obtained a percentage of 96.8%. (b) The level of students' understanding increasing, as seen from the average pre-test score of 60.3% and the post-test average value of 84.2%; it can be inferred that students effectively used the smart book media. The results of the t-test with a significance level of 0.05 obtained t-count = 5,542 > t-table = 1,699, which means t-count > t-table. These results prove that there were differences in students' understanding before and after using the smart book media for animal life cycle material (metamorphosis). Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada masalah yang ditemukan di sekolah dasar yaitu media pembelajaran yang belum bervariatif, serta keterbatasan alat dan bahan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk (a) mengetahui daya tarik media smart book ini dalam proses pembelajaran materi daur hidup hewan dan (b) mengetahui tingkat pemahaman siswa setelah menggunakan media smart book. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE tipe Research and Development (R&D), yang memiliki lima tahapan yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Desain penelitian ini adalah one group pre-test post-test design, dengan sebelum-sesudah eksperimen. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Baban 1 Sumenep dengan subjek uji coba 30 siswa kelas IV. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data menggunakan observasi, angket dan tes ketercapaian hasil belajar. Hasil pengembangan yang dilakukan adalah (a) Hasil uji coba untuk mengetahui tingkat daya tarik media smart book pada siswa kelas IV diperoleh persentase sebesar 96,8%. (b) Tingkat pemahaman siswa meningkat, terlihat dari nilai rata-rata pre-test 60,3% dan nilai rata-rata post-test 84,2%; dapat dikatakan bahwa siswa efektif menggunakan media smart book. Hasil uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 diperoleh t-hitung = 5,542 > t-tabel = 1,699 yang berarti t-hitung > t-tabel. Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pemahaman siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media smart book pada materi daur hidup hewan (metamorfosis).

Mandailing is a region in North Sumatra one of province in Indonesia that has and preserves traditional culture. One of the specific aspects of traditional Mandailing culture is process of marriage. Mangupa as the final or Mandailing final marriage ceremony is a very interesting ceremony. It is delivered verbally and by using various kinds of objects as symbols which is realized in a relatively long text and uses many cultural words and expressions that require certain translation strategies and techniques. Objective of the research is to find out translation techniques which are used by the translator in transalting cultural terms of Mangupa into English and to explain how the quality of translation in transalting cultural terms of Mangupa into English. This research uses qualitative method which applies descriptive approach to assess data with documents and key informants as source of data. Research findings identifies that translation techniques used by the translator in transalting cultural terms of Mangupa into English consists of three technique. They are 11 data are single translation technique (18.64%), 36 data are couplet translation technique (61.01%), and 12 data are triplet translation technique (20.03%). The researcher analyzed 59 data of cultural terms which is found in the text Mangupa a formal traditional ceremony in Mandailing. The text Mangupa consists of 22 paragraphs and 37 in the form of verses. The quality of translation shows that The accurate translation consists of 42 data (71.18%) and less accurate translation is 17 data (28.18%). The acceptable translation is 47 data (79.66%) and less acceptable is 12 data (20.33%). The high readability translation is 30 data (50.84%) while medium readability translation is consist of 29 data (49.15%). It is identified that the quality of translation is accurate, acceptable and has a high degree of readability. It means that the quality of translation is very good.

The impact of free radicals on testicular Leydig cells can result in the disruption of male reproductive health. The present study aimed to evaluate the effects of a high-fat diet on Leydig cells and the potential of kepok banana peel extract as a medication to mitigate these effects. In total of 20 adult male Wistar rats were assigned to five groups and treated with standard feed (P1), high-fat feed (P2), high-fat feed with simvastatin (P3), and high-fat feed with banana peel extract at doses of 100 and 200 mg/kg BW (P4 and P5). After 60 days of treatment, the number of Leydig cells was determined using HE staining methods. Data were analyzed using an One Way ANOVA test. The results showed that the administration of 100 mg/kg BW of kepok banana peel extract (P4) was able to maintain the number of Leydig cells and counteract the negative effects of a high-fat diet. These findings suggest that kepok banana peel extract may have the potential as a herbal medicine for supporting male reproductive health.

Abstract Background Coronavirus disease 2019 is a pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection that emerged in late 2019 and has activated an ongoing international public health emergency. SARS-CoV-2 was discovered in Wuhan, China, in December 2019 and rapidly spread to other cities and countries. Currently, SARS-CoV-2 diagnostic tests have relied heavily on detecting viral genes, antigens, and human antibodies. Hence, this review discusses and analyses the existing screening and confirmation tests for SARS-CoV-2, including the real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Main body The illustrations of each testing were presented to provide the readers with an understanding of the scientific principles behind the testing methods. The comparison was made by highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each testing. ELISA is ideal for performing the maximum population screening to determine immunological capacity, although its inability to provide reliable results on the status of the infection. Recently, LFIA has been approved as a quicker way of determining whether a patient is infected at the analysis time without using particular instruments and non-laboratory settings. RT-PCR is the gold-standard approach in terms of sensitivity and specificity. Conclusion However, the combination of LFIA or ELISA with RT-PCR is also proposed in this review to obtain an adequate level of sensitivity and specificity. Graphic Abstract

The lack of facilities and infrastructure, both laboratories and projectors, makes teachers rarely use learning media with methods that are still teacher-centered, making students limited in visualizing physical phenomena. This phenomenon has an impact on the difficulty in understanding physics so that their learning outcomes are included in the low category. Researchers in overcoming the problem using animated videos. The purpose of this study was to see the effectiveness of the application of animated videos in improving physics learning outcomes for class XI at SMAN 9 Kendari. This research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique which was divided into 2 classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The data analysis technique used is the independent sample t-test. The results of the study found that the use of animated video-based learning media was very effective to be applied to the physics learning process as seen from the provision of posttest questions and the gain test value also increased by 0.69 in the experimental class and 0.62 in the control class which was included in the medium category. So it can be concluded that animated video media is effective in improving physics learning outcomes

Abstract This research was motivated by the collaboration between the principal, teachers, and employees to produce quality education. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's motivation, communication, and parental participation factors, which together influence the job satisfaction of teachers in elementary schools, and which variables are the most dominant in influencing teachers’ performance. This study uses an explanatory research type with three independent variables: principals (X1), communication (X2), and parent participation (X3), and one dependent variable, namely the performance of teachers (Y). The results of hypothesis testing are calculated as follows: (a) Variable X1 is 0.137 with a probability of 0.105. Because tcount > ttable (1.70 > 0.483) and the level of significance t > 5 % (0.835 > 0.05), variable X1 affects the dependent variable (Y); (b) Variable X2 is 0.227 with a probability of 0.281. Because tcount < ttable (1.70 > 1.020) and the level of significance t > 0.5 % (0.320 > 0.05), the variable (X2) affects the dependent variable (Y); and (c) Variable X3 is 0.267 with a probability of 0.226. Because tcount < ttable (1.70 > 0.750) and the significance level of t > 0.5 % (0.462 > 0.05), the variable (X3) has some influence on the dependent variable (Y). The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the dominant variable is (X2) of 0.227 with a probability of 0.281.

Dayah is a religious educational institution that has been a hallmark of the Aceh government since the sultanate. Throughout its existence, Dayah's presence in Aceh faded due to changes in the national education system which was general and conventional. Historically, the revitalization of Dayah emerged after the establishment of the Dayah Institute at the Aceh Province level which houses the Dayah Education Department at the regency and administrative city levels. The Dayah Education Department in Aceh emerged as a result of Aceh's special autonomy rights after obtaining a peace agreement with the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. The Dayah Education Department is a unique legal entity because it is not owned by other provinces in Indonesia. This article is included in field research that uses a qualitative approach. The method used is a phenomenological study of the existence of the Dayah Education Department, especially in East Aceh. Data was obtained through interviews, documentation, and direct observation. The research results show that the Dayah Education Department in East Aceh has an important role in improving the quality of Dayah in East Aceh, such as improving facilities and infrastructure; life skills training for students, as well as improving the quality of teachers and educational staff.

Islamic learning aims to guide students to become a generation of devout, berakhalakqul karimah, foster trust in Allah SWT, live in harmony and peace between religious people based on the Qur'an and Hadith. State Elementary School (SD) 1 Turen is one of the educational institutions in which it also teaches about Islamic Religious Education. The excellent programs at SD Negeri 1 Turen are Extracurriculars to Read and Write the Qur'an, Dance, Drumband, Scouts and others. Islamic Religious Education is an effort made to know, live, understand, and follow the teachings of the Islamic religion. In this study, researchers used play, story and singing (BCM) methods to improve student learning. The method of playing, story and singing is a fun method to do and something entertaining. So that learners are active and easier to understand the material. The class action research model used in this study is the teacher's research model as a researcher and the classroom action research cycle model developed by Kemmis and Taggart. Based on the results of the study cycles 1 and 2 using the application of the play method, stories and singing students are motivated in learning. This can be proven that student scores in cycle 1 have increased on average student scores increased by 60.87% and were proven in cycle 2, where the average student score increased by 86.96%.

Islah is a term found in the Qur'an and the hadith of the Prophet. Islah comes from the word Ashlaha-yushlihu-ishlahan, which means repair, safety and peace. Islah according to the Qur'an is a person who always reads the Qur'an, remembrance and prayer in the quiet night. Performing islah is doing good deeds in a calm manner and state that can benefit oneself and others. Like the state of a person doing night prayers, it is a reform that is very beneficial to himself and gives good to others, because it can prevent evil deeds and provide good for safety and peace. So something can be seen as reform if it serves to bring value and benefits. On the other hand, acts that cause harm are not called reforms. Thus, the measure of a good or bad charity lies in the value of the benefits or harms it contains. Islah adalah suatu term yang terdapat dalam al-Qur’an dan hadis rasulullah saw. Islah berasal dari kata Ashlaha-yushlihu-ishlahan, yang artinya perbaikan, keselamatan dan perdamaian. Islah menurut al-Qur’an adalah orang yang senatiasa membaca al-Qur’an, zikir dan shalat di waktu malam yang tenang. Melaksanakan islah adalah melakukan perbuatan yang baik dengan cara dan keadaan tenang yang dapat memberi manfaat pada dirinya dan orang lain. Seperti keadaan seseorang mengerjakan shalat malam, adalah suatu islah yang sangat bermanfaat kepada dirinya dan memberi kebaikan kepada orang lain, karena dapat mencegah perbuatan mungkar dan memberikan kebaikan untuk keselamatan dan perdamaian. Maka sesuatu dapat dipandang sebagai islah jika ia berfungsi mendatangkan nilai manfaat. Sebaliknya, perbuatan yang menimbulkan mudarat, tidak dinamakan islah. Dengan demikian, tolok ukur suatu amal baik atau tidak adalah terletak pada nilai manfaat atau mudarat yang dikandungnya.

The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of the supervision of the madrasa supervisors in improving the discipline and professionalism of Islamic Jurisprudence teachers at State MTsN in East Aceh Regency. The problem of this research is how the implementation of supervision of madrasa supervisors in improving the discipline and professionalism of Islamic Jurisprudence teachers at State MTsN in East Aceh Regency, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors, and what solutions are taken to overcome these obstacles? This research used a qualitative approach, located at five MTsN in East Aceh Regency, by interviewing three madrasa supervisors, five MTsN principals, and eight Islamic Jurisprudence teachers. The results showed that the implementation of supervision of madrasa supervisor in improving the discipline and professionalism of Islamic Jurisprudence teachers at MTsN in East Aceh Regency begins with planning, supervision of learning administration, and the learning process. The results have had a positive impact on improving the discipline and professionalism of Islamic Jurisprudence teachers. The supporting factors are the enthusiasm to serve for the advancement of teachers and Islamic schools; the enthusiasm to see the discipline and professionalism of Islamic Jurisprudence teachers; support from the leadership; and good cooperation from madrasa principals. The inhibiting factors are the large number of the assisted madrasa, the lack of supervisors, the long distance to the school, and even to inland areas. The solution is to propose a new supervisor, arrange for the distribution of the assisted madrasa for each supervisor not too far away, and encourage teachers and madrasa principals to be willing to become supervisors.

Mahakam dolphins are aquatic mammals (not fish) that live in freshwater rivers in the tropics and live in groups. The Mahakam dolphins, as endemic to the Mahakam River, is already threatened with extinction and needs protection to prevent the extinction from occurring. This paper explores the problems, namely the legal protection of the Mahakam Dolphin in Kutai Kertanegara Regency and the determination of conservation of the Mahakam Dolphin habitat area in Kutai Kertanegara Regency. The research method used is normative legal research (doctrinal) with the collection of legal materials. The results showed that the government of Kutai Kartanegara Regency has tried to protect the Mahakam dolphin through the establishment of the Mahakam Dolphins Habitat Water Conservation Area. This stipulation serves as an instrument in providing guidelines for the Regional Government and stakeholders in Kutai Kartanegara Regency in the context of organizing activities for the protection and preservation of the Mahakam dolphins.

This paper discusses the views of the commentators on the lafadz al-bai'u mitslu al-riba in surah al-Baqarah verse 275. Some commentators interpret the word amtsal, as tasybih and majaz, and others interpret it as i'jaz. This paper uses the method of interpretation of tahlili, through the approach of the field of amtsal al-Qur'an, literature research. The main sources are the books of tafsir, with the aim of studying and knowing the lafadz al-bai'u mitslu al-riba according to the mufassirs. So that the economic principles of monotheism, humanity, justice and peace were developed. The conclusion of this article is that Allah deliberately raised the parable of the ignorant, because socio-cultural Arab society and humans in general have a culture that is difficult to abandon the practice of usury until now, even building the image of tasybih maqlūb style that usury and buying and selling are the same in terms of taking more profit. ABSTRAK Tulisan ini membicarakan pandangan para mufassir tentang lafadz al-bai’u mitslu al-riba dalam surah al-Baqarah ayat 275. Sebahagian mufassir menafsirkan lafaz amtsal, sebagai tasybih dan majaz, dan lainya memaknai dengan i’jaz. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penafsiran tahlili, melalui pendekatan bidang amtsal al-Qur’an, penelitian kepustakaan. Sumber utama adalah kitab-kitab tafsir, dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengetahui lafadz al-bai’u mitslu al-riba menurut para mufassir. Sehingga terbangun prinsip ekonomi ketauhidan, kemanusiaan, keadilan dan kedamaian. Kesimpulan tulisan ini sengaja Allah mengangkat kembali perumpamaan kaum jahiliyah, Sebab secara sosio kultural masyarakat Arab dan manusia pada umumnya memiliki budaya yang sulit meninggalkan praktik riba hingga sekarang, bahkan membangun image gaya tasybih maqlūb bahwa riba dan jual beli itu sama dari segi mengambil nilai lebih keuntungan.

Information Technology Integration in the physics learning process has not happened optimally. Therefore, a study was conducted, which aims to describe the feasibility of physics teaching materials based on blended-learning with Schoology in subject matter impulses and momentum. This research is research and development using the ADDIE model. The trial subjects in this study were 28 students of class XI in one of the Vocational Schools in the city of Banjarmasin. The instruments used were media validation sheets, lesson plan implementation sheets, and learning outcome tests. Data is then analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of the study state that the learning materials developed 1) was valid, sourced from the results of the validation sheet, 2) was practical, based on the lesson plan implementation sheet, and 3) was effective in improving learning outcomes, seen from the results of the N-gain test. It can be concluded that physics teaching materials based on blended learning with Schoology that are developed are feasible to use in subject matter impulses and momentum. Teaching materials integrated with Schoology can be used as an alternative learning solution to improve the quality of blended learning.

This can be seen from the existence of excellent service, the quality of the products marketed, always keeping promises in accordance with the agreement, determining prices evenly, the existence of activities in the form of worship and so on. The purpose of the study to describe three things, namely the partial influence of discipline on work commitments, the partial influence of achievement on work commitments, and the simultaneous influence of work commitments of teacher madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Aceh Timur. The research method used is quantitative survey. Collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis is performed with regression test, t test, F test, and determination coeffesient. The findings showed that there was a partial influence of disciplinary variables on work commitments of 0.319 (31%), there was a partial influence of achievement on work commitments of 0.594 (59%) and there is a simultaneous influence of discipline and achievement together on teacher work commitments of 0.940 (94%) only 6% were affected by other variables outside of this study

Preliminary observations show the limitations of teaching materials that have a relationship with spiritual aspects, especially the Qur'an, which is due to the limitations of teaching materials that contain these aspects. Required learning that stimulates students to generalize religious aspects and learn physics. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the feasibility of physics teaching materials containing the Qur'an by using a generative model on sound wave material. This study aims to describe the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the teaching materials developed. The research was conducted on 33 students at class XI MIPA 1 MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin using the ADDIE model. Data was taken from the validation results of teaching materials using validation sheet, lesson plan implementation using lesson plan implementation sheet, and students' learning outcomes at the pretest and post-test using learning outcomes tests. The results of this study were 1) the validity of the teaching materials was in the "valid" category with a value of 3.33, 2) the practicality of the teaching materials was in the "very practical" category with a value of 3.63, and 3) the effectiveness of the teaching material was in the "effective/moderate" category with a value of 0,44. This study concluded that physics teaching materials containing Al-Qur'an verses on sound wave materials using generative learning models are declared feasible to be used based on the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the teaching materials. The implication of this research is the creation of teaching materials containing the Qur'an that are used in schools and creating student habits to link physics and the Qur'an.

The proboscis monkey (Nasalis larvatus) is an endangered species with a declining population. This article describes the first successful attempt at sperm collection and evaluation, and the testicular and sperm morphometries of the wild proboscis monkey in Sabah, Malaysia.

This study investigated the use of a combined formula of artificial feed and fresh marine algae Gracilaria sp in a submerged cage culture system and its effect on Haliotis squamata relative growth and survival rates. The experiment was performed in Lae-Lae Island, Makassar from May to October 2016. The sample Abalone juvenile larvae were 1.5 cm in size and stocked at a density of 30 pcs/cage. The cage size was 30 cm x 15 cm x 7 cm and equipped with a 2-inch Paralone pipe. This experiment employed a completely random design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 3 replicates. The applied treatment included the combination of artificial feed and fresh marine algae Gracilaria sp. Each treatment included: A. 25% artificial feed + 75% fresh marine algae, B. 50% artificial feed + 50% fresh marine algae, C. 75% artificial feed + 25% fresh marine algae, and was given at the proportion of 20% of the abalone's weight. The results of the study indicated that the use of a combined artificial feed with fresh marine algae (Gracilaria sp.) had no significant effect on relative growth and survival rates of Haliotis squamata. Although feed treatment did not significantly affect the relative growth and survival rate, descriptively, treatment A contributed to the most optimal relative growth and the survival rate compared to treatments B and C.

This study aims to examine the relationship between the components of market orientation, i.e., customer orientation, competitor orientation, interfunctional coordination, architectural marketing capabilities and business performance. Researchers have been trying to find a solution for the gap that exists between market orientation and business performance. The respondents of this study were the owners or heads of 358 SMEs located in Central Java, Indonesia. This study used structural equation modeling (SEM) for data analysis. The results showed that customer orientation (CSO), competitor orientation (CO), and inter-functional coordination (IC) have a significant effect on architectural marketing capabilities (AMC) and business performance (BP), and that AMC also has a significant effect on business performance. Furthermore, architectural marketing capabilities can mediate the relationship between customer orientation, competitor orientation, inter-functional coordination and business performance.

Islam consists of three main components: aqidah, worship and morals. These three components need to be harmonized in order to create harmony in religion. One of the things that need to be done in carrying out the religious component is to maintain it as well as possible. The nature of guarding and nurturing is called ri'ayah. The degrees of ri'ayah consist of ri'ayah al-a'mal (maintaining deeds), ri'ayah al-ahwal (maintaining circumstances) and ri'ayah al-awqat (maintaining time). Ri'ayah is done as proof of the sincerity of human self-servitude to Allah SWT and as a realization of the wisdom of its creation. The ultimate goal and the benefits derived from the maintenance is to get the pleasure of Allah SWT and His mercy in this world and the hereafter. Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW also discusses this ri'ayah which is the reference for the people. ABSTRAK Islam terdiri dari tiga komponen utama, yakni akidah, ibadah dan akhlak. Ketiga komponen tersebut perlu diserasikan agar tercipta keharmonisan dalam beragama. Salah satu hal yang perlu dilakukan dalam melaksanakan komponen agama tersebut adalah memeliharanya dengan sebaik baiknya. Sifat menjaga dan memelihara tersebut dinamakan ri’ayah. Derajat ri’ayah terdiri dari ri’ayah al-a’mal (memelihara perbuatan), ri’ayah al-ahwal (memelihara keadaan) dan ri’ayah al-awqat (memelihara waktu). Ri’ayah dilakukan sebagai bukti kesungguhan penghambaan diri manusia kepada Allah swt. dan sebagai realisasi dari hikmah penciptaannya. Tujuan akhir dan manfaat yang didapatkan dari pemeliharaan tersebut adalah mendapat rida Allah swt. dan rahmat-Nya di dunia dan akhirat. Hadis Rasulullah saw. juga membahas tentang ri’ayah ini yang menjadi referensi umat dalam melaksanakannya.

The legal force of electronic signatures in online mortgage registration activities is an important subject to study. Because basically the legal problems of electronic mortgage registration are also related to the validity of electronic signatures of persons who are not present before an LDO. Another issue that is important to study regarding the electronic signature in question is regarding the time limit of 7 (seven) days to register the Deed of Grant of Mortgage to the Land Registry Office. If it exceeds that time limit, the deed in question becomes null and void and it also causes sanctions against LDO. The research method used is normative juridical legal research that focused on two problems, namely; How is the legal force of electronic signatures in online mortgage registration? What are the legal problems of online mortgage registration? The results of the research showed that the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/the Head of National Land Agency Number 9 Year 2019 concerning Electronically Integrated Mortgage Services substantially has a tendency to contradict some of the regulations above it. Therefore, there is no detailed data protection relating to the securities registered in the electronic mortgage registration. Ignoring the time limit of 7(seven) days will also result in administrative sanctions up to the dismissal of the LDO who neglect their duties.
