Trichilemmal carcinoma is an extremely rare malignant cutaneous tumor derived from the outer root sheath of the hair follicles, which most commonly occurs in the sun-exposed areas of elderly individuals. This article introduces a case of trichilemmal carcinoma that occurred on the scalp of a 36-year-old male patient, the first case reported and treated with surgical excision combined with photodynamic therapy. As age increases, children will face more and more adversity. How effectively they cope with stress and difficulties of life is of great significance to the development of children's mental health and academic achievement. However, few studies have explored how different interpersonal relationships and psychological suzhi work together to influence children's healthy behaviors, particularly healthy coping in adversity. Therefore, this research focused on the teacher–student relationships and coping styles, as well as the chain-mediated effects of peer relationships and psychological suzhi. A total of 688 children (360 boys, 52.3%; Mage = 10.98 and SD = 0.89) completed questionnaires that assessed using teacher–student relationships, peer relationships, psychological suzhi, and coping styles. The results indicated that teacher–student relationships correlated positively with coping styles, peer relationships, and psychological suzhi in children. Besides, teacher–student relationships positively affected coping styles through both the mediating roles of peer relationships and psychological suzhi. This research elucidated the extrinsic and intrinsic factors impacting the coping styles of children, thus providing empirical validation of existing theoretical frameworks. In China, interventions aimed at promoting Chinese children's positive coping could benefit from strategies focused on cultivating high-quality relationships and enhancing psychological suzhi. The purpose of the current study was to examine the serial mediating effects of rejection sensitivity and social withdrawal on parental psychological control and attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help among senior high school students. In November 2022, 648 students completed a self-report questionnaire. The parental psychological control scale, senior high school students' rejection sensitivity scale, social withdrawal scale, and attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help scale were used for measurement. Correlation analysis showed parental psychological control and rejection sensitivity were positively correlated with social withdrawal (r = 0.387, 0.466, 0.495, all p < 0.001). Parental psychological control and rejection sensitivity were significantly negatively correlated with social withdrawal and attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help (r = −0.325, −0.324, −0.397, all p < 0.001). Mediating effect analysis indicated that parental psychological control had a significant direct effect on attitude toward seeking professional psychological help, and rejection sensitivity and social withdrawal had significant serial mediating effects among parental psychological control and attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help in senior high school students. These aspects warrant attention as they play significant roles in influencing students' willingness to seek psychological assistance. A novel amphoteric polyacrylamide (PDAA) was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization. The influence of its cationic degree and molecular weight on retention property was discussed. Then, the chemical structure and micromorphology of the obtained PDAA were characterized by Fourier infrared spectrum (FTIR), NMR hydrogen spectrum (1H NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Finally, the synergistic retention effects of polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride (PDADMAC), cationic starch (CS), cationic guar gum (CHPG), cationic chitosan (CTS), and polyamine (PA) on the novel PDAA were investigated. The results showed that the optimum cationic degree and molecular weight of PDAA were 25% and 4 million, respectively. The chemical structure of PDAA was confirmed by FTIR, 1H NMR, and GPC. SEM showed that the particle size of PDAA was between 150 and 600 nm, and the particles were very stable because no broken particles were found. In addition, most of the five cationic polymers have good synergistic retention effect on PDAA, and the order of synergistic effect was PDAA/PDADMAC > PDAA/CTS > PDAA/CS > PDAA/CHPG > PDAA/PA.

Introduction: Rare studies have reported pilomatricoma in twins, and extremely rare cases showed lesions in the same part of the body position. We reported a case of monozygotic twins with pilomatricoma in the same location on the skin of the right upper extremity. Case Presentation: Seven-year-old monozygotic twins presented to our department with a palpable, painless, and solid mass in the subcutaneous tissue of the right upper limb. A 1.5-cm diameter nodule was seen on the anterolateral aspect of the right upper extremity of the twins. The node was irregular in shape, and upon palpation, the patients reported no noticeable tenderness. Following the administration of local anesthesia, the twins underwent surgical procedure to excise the solid mass. Finally, they were diagnosed with pilomatricoma based on the clinical and histopathological features. Complete surgical resection followed by primary closure was performed. During a follow-up period of three years, there has been no recurrence observed in the twins. Conclusion: We reported a case of monozygotic twins with pilomatricoma in the same location on the skin of the right upper arm. Malignant skin lesions pose a great threat to patients' health, and the use of computer algorithms for automatic skin medical image classification can effectively improve the efficiency of clinical diagnosis. However, the existing methods for skin classification have complex models and are greatly affected by the imbalance of the dataset. In this work, we propose a two‐stage framework called G‐DMN, it uses CycleGAN to expand the dataset and Dense‐MobileNetV2 (DMN) to achieve the automatic classification of skin lesion images. In the first stage, we use CycleGAN for data augmentation and propose a new image pairing strategy for training. Image pairs are formed from majority class images and minority class images, generators are trained for majority to minority class image conversion, and then minority class images are generated to balance the dataset. In the second stage, we propose a lightweight model called DMN by improving MobileNetV2, it enhances feature reuse by increasing the width of the network and allows the network to focus on focal areas from different scales. The original training set combined with the generated images is used to train DMN for skin lesion classification. We tested the proposed model on the HAM10000 dataset, and the G‐DMN achieved 87.07% classification accuracy, 80.13% precision, 75.28% sensitivity, 96.19% specificity, 77.26% F1‐Score and 0.952 AUC, which has a good classification effect, while the number of parameters of the model is only 5.33 M, which is much lower than other classical classification models. Effective internal control of enterprises can increase their social responsibility by improving financial performance, forming a sustainable cycle of enterprise development. This article uses relevant data from Chinese listed companies to explore the relationship between internal control, financial performance, and corporate social responsibility, as well as the differences in the impact of internal control on corporate social responsibility under the heterogeneity of property rights. We found that the three have a good promoting effect on each other; at the same time, financial performance plays a part in the media effect in corporate internal control and corporate social responsibility, and this effect is stronger in non-state-owned holding enterprises than in state-owned holding enterprises. This article suggests the following: (1) establish an internal control system for socially responsible enterprises and internalize corporate responsibility awareness; (2) strengthen the internal control and independent third-party supervision systems and form a joint internal and external supervision pattern; and (3) improve the top-level design of social responsibility and combine incentive and punishment measures. Electron-doped Sr2IrO4 is the best candidate for unconventional superconductivity, but direct evidence of superconductivity has not been experimentally confirmed. Therefore, it is urgent to explore the complex and rich physical properties caused by doping. The planar Hall effect (PHE) is a sensitive technique for the characterization of intrinsic magnetic properties in magnetic thin films and is applied widely in spintronic devices. In this work, the PHE for La-doped Sr2IrO4 films as a function of the magnetic field direction and temperature exhibited unique properties caused by electron doping. The amplitude of PHE is proportional to the strength of the applied magnetic field. Remarkably, as the temperature increased, a sign reversal of angle-dependent PHE occurred at 90 K, which indicated the change of magnetic anisotropy. Subsequent variable-temperature traditional Hall measurements and time-resolved optical studies eliminated different types of carrier interactions. The anisotropic magnetoresistance measurements indicated that the sign reversal can be attributed to the changes of a spin structure after electron doping, and the reversal temperature is related to the strength of ferromagnetism. These results provide a platform to study the magnetic interactions and suggest the possibility of realizing thermal controllable magnetic sensor devices in electron-doped Sr2IrO4 films. High-quality Sr2CrWO6 (SCWO) films have been grown on SrTiO3 (STO) substrate by pulsed laser deposition under low oxygen pressure. With decrease of the film thickness, a drastic conductivity increase is observed. The Hall measurements show that the thicker the film, the lower the carrier density. An extrinsic mechanism of charge doping due to the dominance of oxygen vacancies at SCWO/STO interfaces is proposed. The distribution and gradient of carrier concentration in SCWO films are considered to be related to this phenomenon. Resistivity behavior observed in these films is found to follow the variable range hopping model. It is revealed that with increase of the film thickness, the extent of disorder in the lattice increases, which gives a clear evidence of disorder-induced localization charge carriers in these films. Magnetoresistance measurements show that there is a negative magnetoresistance in SCWO films, which is considered to be caused by the magnetic scattering of magnetic elements Cr3+ and W5+. In addition, a sign reversal of anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) in SCWO film is observed for the first time, when the temperature varies across a characteristic value, T M. Magnetizationâ€"temperature measurements demonstrate that this AMR sign reversal is caused by the direction transition of easy axis of magnetization from the in-plane ferromagnetic order at T > T M to the out-of-plane at T < T M. Wrapping paper has an irreplaceable role in the food industry, but the high hydrophilicity of cellulose-based wrapping paper limits its application. Here, we aim to develop a fluorine-free and stable method for preparing the superhydrophobic cellulose-based paper using KH570-modified-n-TiO2 and ε-polylysine (ε-PL) to construct a superhydrophobic surface by layer-by-layer self-assembly. The paper modified by (ε-PL/KH570-modified-n-TiO2)4 multilayers has superhydrophobic and self-cleaning properties after heat treatment. The water contact angle reaches up to 152.8° and the antibacterial rate is close to 100%. The high barrier properties to water vapor better prolong the shelf life of cherries. Therefore, the (ε-PL/KH570-modified-n-TiO2)4 multilayers modified paper can provide a new idea for food preservation. The advantage of the double-layer assembly is that even if the superhydrophobic layer of the wrapper is worn away and lost, the remaining ε-PL is still able to act as a bacterial inhibitor, ensuring that the food is not perishable. Developing new energy technology is a significant challenge in the context of the energy crisis. As a novel energy conversion device to convert mechanical energy into electricity, the triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) has attracted significant attention in the past few years. The choice of component materials directly affects the cost, environmental performance, output performance, and preparation process of a TENG. In recent years, cellulose paper has become an ideal material for fabricating a TENG due to its lightweight, biodegradability, low‐cost, high flexibility, environmental friendliness, porosity, and easy modification. Cellulose paper‐based TENG has become a hot topic in the field of green energy. This paper systematically summarizes the research progress of the cellulose paper‐based TENG. The advantages of cellulose paper as raw material to fabricate a TENG, followed by introducing the different roles of cellulose paper in paper‐based TENGs, are first discussed. Then the recent progress in energy storage, performance optimization methods, hybridization, and applications of cellulose paper‐based TENGs is successively elaborated. A super high concentration cationic polyacrylamide emulsion (CPAME‐uhc) was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization. The influence of its cationic degree and molecular weight on flocculation property was discussed. Then, the chemical structure and micromorphology of the obtained CPAME‐uhc were characterized by Fourier infrared spectrum (FT‐IR), NMR hydrogen spectrum (1H NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Finally, the synergistic flocculation effects of CPAME‐uhc respectively with polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride (PDADMAC), poly methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (PDMC), cationic starch (CS), cationic guar gum (CHPG), cationic chitosan (CTS), and polyamine (PA) on the CPAME‐uhc were investigated. The results showed that the optimum cationic degree and molecular weight of CPAME‐uhc were 25% and 12 million, respectively. FT‐IR and 1H NMR analysis showed that the product was a copolymer of acryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and acrylamide. GPC analysis confirmed that the molecular weight distribution of CPAME‐uhc product was very narrow. SEM shows that the latex particles of CPAME‐uhc are regular spheres with a diameter of 200 to 500 nm. When CPAME‐uhc is respectively combined with five cationic polymers in a certain proportion, all of them show good synergistic flocculation to papermaking wastewater. The order of synergistic flocculation effect is: CPAME‐uhc/PDADMAC > CPAME‐uhc/PDMC > CPAME‐uhc/CTS > CPAME‐uhc/CS > CPAME‐uhc/CHPG > CPAME‐uhc/PA. Finally, the mechanism of synergistic flocculation was proposed. To investigate the application of the vermillion myocutaneous flap in restoration after lip cancer resection. From July 2012 to December 2019, six patients with lip cancer admitted in our department were included in this study. Total defect of the whole layer of the lip, accounted for 1/3 to 1/2 of the total length of the lip after tumor resection, were repaired by vermillion myocutaneous flap. For the case defect presenting >1/2 of the total length of the lip, a local rotational flap was designed with vermillion myocutaneous flap compound to repair the defect. At present, the patients were followed up for 6 months to 7 years. There was no tumor recurrence. The aesthetic effects and function of lip after operation were ideal, with satisfactory outcomes. Vermillion myocutaneous flap with the labial artery as the axis was an effective method to restore the anatomical structure and function of the lip. In the presence of a defect area of larger than 1/2 of the length of the whole lip, local skin flap can be used for simultaneous repair in order to achieve satisfactory outcome. Increasing studies have highlighted the effects of the tumor immune micro-environment (TIM) on colon cancer (CC) tumorigenesis, prognosis, and metastasis. However, there is no reliable molecular marker that can effectively estimate the immune infiltration and predict the CC relapse risk. Here, we leveraged the gene expression profile and clinical characteristics from 1430 samples, including four gene expression omnibus database (GEO) databases and the cancer genome atlas (TCGA) database, to construct an immune risk signature that could be used as a predictor of survival outcome and immune activity. A risk model consisting of 10 immune-related genes were screened out in the Lasso-Cox model and were then aggregated to generate the immune risk signature based on the regression coefficients. The signature demonstrated robust prognostic ability in discovery and validation datasets, and this association remained significant in the multivariate analysis after controlling for age, gender, clinical stage, or microsatellite instability status. Leukocyte subpopulation analysis indicated that the low-risk signature was enriched with cytotoxic cells (activated CD4/CD8+ T cell and NK cell) and depleted of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) and regulatory T cells. Further analysis indicated patients with a low-risk signature harbored higher tumor mutation loads and lower mutational frequencies in significantly mutated genes of APC and FBXW7. Together, our constructed signature could predict prognosis and represent the TIM of CC, which promotes individualized treatment and provides a promising novel molecular marker for immunotherapy. A strain gradient induced by mechanical bending on a SrTiO3 substrate is demonstrated, and has a pronounced influence on the carrier density and mobility of the interfacial 2D electron gas at the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 heterointerface. Tensile and compressive strain gradients represent two states of upward and downward bending. Under the tensile strain gradient, the carrier density decreases and the mobility has about 200% increase. Conversely, under the compressive strain gradient, the mobility decreases and the carrier density increases by up to 107%. These results demonstrate a range of opportunities to modulate the carrier density and mobility at oxide heterointerface and open up a promising way for further research on application of oxide devices. Catalytic pyrolysis of guaiacol as a model compound of lignin was conducted to explore the lignin pyrolysis mechanism in this study. The effects of catalyst and temperature on product distribution were studied. Five catalysts were tested including HZSM‐5, hierarchical HZSM‐5, metal‐modified hierarchical HZSM‐5 catalysts. And the Ni/La bimetallic hierarchical HZSM‐5 (NiLa/HZ‐SH) contributes to the achievement of high conversion and selectivity in catalytic pyrolysis of guaiacol. we obtained the yields of monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons over NiLa/HZ‐SH (550°C): Phenol (23.01%), Benzofuran (6.68%), Salicylaldehyde (1.54%), 2‐Methylphenol (31.48%), 4‐Methylphenol (6.54%), 2‐Ethylphenol (14.89%), 4‐Vinylphenol (1.45%) and Catechol (8.67%), and the maximal yields of these monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is 94.26%. Moreover, the yield of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) as the non‐target product reached a minimum of 1.46% over NiLa/HZ‐SH, while it was 16.88% without catalyst. In addition, catalyst stability was investigated, the reason that led to the decrease of target products could be the acidity and surface area of catalysts decreased as the coke blocked the pore channels, spent catalyst can be successfully regenerated through calcination treatment. Finally, based on the experiment results in this work and other published studies, a guaiacol pyrolysis mechanism was summarized and proposed aiming to understand the lignin pyrolysis process. The synthesis of hierarchical lamellar zeolites with a controlled meso-/microporous morphology and acidity is an expanding area of research interest for a wide range of applications. Here, we report a one-step synthesis of a hierarchical meso-/microporous lamellar MFI–Sn/Al zeolite (i.e., containing both Lewis acidic Sn- and Al-sites and a Brønsted acidic Al–O(H)–Si site) and its catalytic application for the conversion of glucose into 5-(ethoxymethyl)furfural (EMF). The MFI–Sn/Al zeolite was prepared with the assistance of a diquaternary ammonium ([C22H45–N+(CH3)2–C6H12–N+(CH3)2–C6H13]Br2−, C22-6-6) template in a composition of 100SiO2/5C22-6-6/18.5Na2O/xAl2O3/ySnO2/2957H2O (x = 0.5, 1, and 2; y = 1 and 2, respectively). The MFI–Sn/Al zeolites innovatively feature dual meso-/microporosity and dual Lewis and Brønsted acidity, which enabled a three-step reaction cascade for EMF synthesis from glucose in ethanol solvent. The reaction proceeded via the isomerization of glucose to fructose over Lewis acidic Sn sites and the dehydration of fructose to 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) and then the etherification of HMF and ethanol to EMF over the Brønsted acidic Al–O(H)–Si sites. The co-existence of multiple acidities in a single zeolite catalyst enabled one-pot cascade reactions for carbohydrate upgrading. The dual meso-/microporosity in the MFI–Sn/Al zeolites facilitated mass transport in processing of bulky biomass molecules. The anatomical characteristics, chemical composition, and physical and mechanical properties of fast-growing Populus × euramericana cv. '74/76' juvenile wood were investigated. Four- to five-year-old clonal plantation trees were harvested from two different experimental sites in the suburbs of Beijing. The Shunyi site had black alkali soil with a planting density of 4 × 6 m and the Miyun site had sandy loam soil with a planting density of 3 × 5 m. The test results showed that the poplar trees from the two sites were both fast growing, with poplar at Shunyi growing faster than at Miyun. There were no significant differences in wood properties between trees grown at the two sites. Fiber length at breast height varied from 872 to 1300 μm between growth rings, average fiber width varied from 21.0 to 25.5 μm and double wall thickness varied from 5.0 to 6.6 μm. Average cellulose, lignin and hemicellulose contents in the samples were 48.9%, 25.4%, and 18.8%, respectively. MFA was higher in the first two growth rings (20-25°), and then decreased rapidly to 12° close to the bark. The average air-dry density at breast height was 401 kg/m3 while the average MOE at breast height was 9.3 GPa. The trees showed large growth rates in both height and stem diameter during the growing season. Lip defects due to lip tumor surgery need proper reconstruction to preserve their function. Traditional methods offer various options for lip repair, but each has limitations, and can lead to deformity, asymmetry, or functional impairment. This study aimed to investigate the clinical application of mandibular tongue-shaped flap reconstruction for postoperative defects following lip tumor surgery. A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 29 patients with lip tumors treated between February 2018 and August 2024. Patients were divided into two groups based on the surgical method: the tongue-shaped flap group (group T, n = 17) and the Abbe flap group (group A, n = 12). Preoperative indicators (preoperative pathology, tumor location), intraoperative and postoperative indicators (operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization duration, defect repair range), follow-up indicators (scar hyperplasia at 1, 6, and 12 months postoperatively, flap color difference, lip function, patient satisfaction), and complications (postoperative bleeding, flap necrosis, microstomia, incomplete closure, salivation) were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Group T had a significantly shorter operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, and shorter hospitalization duration compared with group A (all p < 0.05). The tongue-shaped flap was suitable for repairing defects ranging from half to the full length of the lip, while the Abbe flap was suitable for defects ranging from one-third to half the length of the lip. Group T demonstrated a wider repair range compared with group A. At 1 month postoperatively, group A showed a statistically significant difference in eating difficulty compared with group T (p < 0.05), while no statistically significant differences were found at 3, 6, and 12 months postoperatively (p > 0.05). There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of scar hyperplasia, flap color difference, or overall patient satisfaction (p > 0.05). The incidence of microstomia was significantly lower in group T compared with group A (p < 0.05). There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the rates of postoperative bleeding, flap necrosis, incomplete lip closure, or salivation (p > 0.05). Mandibular tongue-shaped flap reconstruction is a novel method for repairing postoperative defects following lip tumor surgery. This technique simplifies the surgical procedure while achieving both functional and aesthetic preservation. It offers advantages such as a wider repair range, minimal trauma, shorter operation time, faster postoperative recovery, shorter hospitalization duration, and a lower incidence of microstomia. Patients demonstrate good tolerance, making it particularly suitable for elderly and high-risk patients. In-58, a peptide derived from indolicidin, shows extraordinary antibacterial activity and lower toxicity than indolicidin toward mammalian cells. Here, we investigated the antifungal activity of In-58 against the human pathogen Sporothrix globosa in vitro and in vivo . In-58 markedly inhibited the growth of Sporothrix globosa isolates in microdilution assays and showed no antagonism with any tested antifungal agent (itraconazole, terbinafine or amphotericin B). Scanning electron microscopy and propidium iodide staining indicated that In-58 alters the cell wall integrity and interacts with DNA, leading to disruption of S. globosa in a dose-dependent manner. In S. globosa , the mitochondrial membrane potential decreased and reactive oxygen species increased after treatment with In-58. In vivo experiments in the Galleria mellonella (greater wax moth) larval infection model revealed the effectiveness of In-58 against S. globosa infection with low toxicity. Our results indicate that In-58 possesses remarkable antifungal activity against S. globosa in vitro and in vivo . Introduction: Malignant skin lesions pose a great threat to the health of patients. Due to the limitations of existing diagnostic techniques, such as poor accuracy and invasive operations, malignant skin lesions are highly similar to other skin lesions, with low diagnostic efficiency and high misdiagnosis rates. Automatic medical image classification using computer algorithms can effectively improve clinical diagnostic efficiency. However, existing clinical datasets are sparse and clinical images have complex backgrounds, problems with noise interference such as light changes and shadows, hair occlusions, etc. In addition, existing classification models lack the ability to focus on lesion regions in complex backgrounds., Methods: In this paper, we propose a DBN (double branch network) based on a two-branch network model that uses a backbone with the same structure as the original network branches and the fused network branches. The feature maps of each layer of the original network branch are extracted by our proposed CFEBlock (Common Feature Extraction Block), the common features of the feature maps between adjacent layers are extracted, and then these features are combined with the feature maps of the corresponding layers of the fusion network branch by FusionBlock, and finally the total prediction results are obtained by weighting the prediction results of both branches. In addition, we constructed a new dataset CSLI (Clinical Skin Lesion Images) by combining the publicly available dataset PAD-UFES-20 with our collected dataset, the CSLI dataset contains 3361 clinical dermatology images for six disease categories: actinic keratosis (730), cutaneous basal cell carcinoma (1136), malignant melanoma (170) cutaneous melanocytic nevus (391), squamous cell carcinoma (298) and seborrheic keratosis (636)., Results: We divided the CSLI dataset into a training set, a validation set and a test set, and performed accuracy, precision, sensitivity, specificity, f1score, balanced accuracy, AUC summary, visualisation of different model training, ROC curves and confusion matrix for various diseases, ultimately showing that the network performed well overall on the test data., Discussion: The DBN contains two identical feature extraction network branches, a structure that allows shallow feature maps for image classification to be used with deeper feature maps for information transfer between them in both directions, providing greater flexibility and accuracy and enhancing the network's ability to focus on lesion regions. Conductive hydrogels have good prospects in the fields of flexible electronic devices and artificial intelligence due to their biocompatibility, durability, and functional diversity. However, the process of hydrogel polymerization is time-consuming and energy-consuming, and freezing at zero temperature is inevitable, which seriously hinders its applications and working life. Herein, zwitterionic conductive hydrogels with self-adhesive and antifreeze properties were prepared in one minute by introducing two-dimensional (2D) MXene nanosheets into the autocatalytically enhanced system composed of tannic acid-modified cellulose nanofibers and zinc chloride. The system has strong environmental applicability (-60 to 40 °C), good stretchability (ductility ≈ 980%), durable adhesion (even after 30 days of exposure to air), and strong electrical conductivity (20 °C, 30 mS cm -1 ). By virtue of these advantages, the prepared zwitterionic hydrogels can be developed into flexible strain sensors to monitor large human movements and subtle physiological signals over a wide temperature range and to capture signals from handwriting and voice recognition. In addition, multiple flexible sensors can be assembled into a three-dimensional (3D) array, which can detect the magnitude and spatial distribution of strain or force. These results demonstrate that the prepared zwitterionic hydrogels have promising applications in the fields of medical monitoring and artificial intelligence.

The rapid healing and repair of skin wounds has been receiving much clinical attention. Covering the wound with wound dressing to promote wound healing is currently the main treatment for skin wound repair. However, the performance of wound dressing prepared by a single material is limited and cannot meet the requirements of complex conditions for wound healing. MXene is a new two-dimensional material with electrical conductivity, antibacterial and photothermal properties and other physical and biological properties, which has a wide range of applications in the field of biomedicine. Immunoglobulin (Ig) E and IgG anti-thyroid autoantibodies (AAbs) play important roles in the immunopathogenesis of chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU). To date, association of IgE and IgG AAbs with Chinese CSU patients has not been fully investigated. We aimed to explore prevalence rates of IgE and IgG AAbs in Chinese CSU patients and their association with clinical and laboratory parameters. Serum IgE and IgG AAbs against thyroid peroxidase (TPO) and thyroglobulin (TG), total IgE (tIgE) and specific IgEs were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay and immunoblotting. Meta-analyses and literature review were conducted. The meta-analyses indicated that CSU cases were 4.98, 6.90 and 6.68 times more likely to have positive anti-TPO IgE, anti-TPO IgG and anti-TG IgG (all P < 0.001) compared with controls, respectively, and revealed a positive correlation between the prevalence rates of anti-TPO IgE and anti-TPO IgG ( r = 0.53, P = 0.025). A total of 1,100 Chinese Han adult CSU patients and 1,100 ethnicity-, age- and sex-matched healthy controls were recruited from 15 centers. Prevalence rates of anti-TPO IgE, anti-TPO IgG, anti-TG IgE or anti-TG IgG in the patients were all significantly higher than those in the controls. Significant correlations were observed between prevalence rates of anti-TPO IgE and anti-TPO IgG ( r = 0.297, P < 0.001) as well as between those of anti-TG IgE and anti-TG IgG in the patients ( r = 0.137, P < 0.001). Patients with anti-TPO IgE or anti-TPO IgG had significantly lower tIgE levels ( P < 0.001). Positive anti-TPO IgE, positive anti-TPO IgG and tIgE < 40 IU/mL were independent predictors of antihistamine-refractory cases. In conclusion, the prevalence rates of IgE and IgG AAbs in Chinese CSU patients are significantly elevated and reciprocally correlated. Weyl semimetal WTe 2 has attracted considerable attention owing to its extremely large, unsaturated and quadratic magnetoresistance. Here, we study the magnetotransport properties of WTe 2- δ thin film, which shows an unsaturated and linear magnetoresistance of up to ∼1650%. A more complex and accurate method, known as the maximum entropy mobility spectrum, is used to analyze the mobility and density of carriers. The results show that linear magnetoresistance can be explained by the classical disorder model because the slope of linear magnetoresistance and the crossover field are proportional to the mobility and inverse mobility, respectively. Furthermore, the validity of the maximum entropy mobility spectrum is validated by the Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations. Moreover, at low temperature, we determined that the unsaturated and near-quadratic magnetoresistance in the WTe 1.93 thin film can be explained by charge compensation. Note that the electron-hole compensation is broken in the WTe 1.42 thin film, which indicates that the carrier scattering induced by the disorder may suppress the charge compensation in the WTe 2 sample with defects/dopants. Induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells have great potential for personalized regenerative medicine. Although several different methods for generating iPS cells have been reported, improvement of safety and efficiency is imperative. In this study, we tested the feasibility of using a triple tyrosine mutant AAV2 (Y444+500+730F) vector, designated AAV2.3m, to generate iPS cells. We developed a polycistronic rAAV2.3m vector expressing three reprogramming factors, Klf4, Oct4, and Sox2, and then used this vector to infect mouse adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AT-MSCs) to induce the generation of iPS cells. We demonstrated that (1) the triple tyrosine mutant AAV2 vector is able to reprogram mouse adult adipose tissue-derived stem cells into the pluripotent state. Those rAAV2.3m-derived iPS (rAAV2.3m-iPS) cells express endogenous pluripotency-associated genes including Oct4, Sox2, and SSEA-1, and form teratomas containing multiple tissues in vivo; (2) c-myc, an oncogene, is dispensable in rAAV2.3m-mediated cellular reprogramming; and (3) transgene expression is undetectable after reprogramming, whereas vector DNA is detectable, indicating that transgenes are silenced. These results indicated the rAAV vector may have some advantages in generating iPS cells.
