High-modulus asphalt mixtures (HMAMs) are potential materials for achieving long-life pavement performance, and understanding their long-term performance degradation mechanism is crucial for analyzing pavement performance degradation under long-term exposure to traffic and environmental coupling conditions. This paper aims to examine the long-term evolution of high- and low-temperature performance and water stability in HMAMs derived from modified nature asphalt, prepared using microparticle suspension technology, under heavy load and humid heat conditions. Four asphalt mixtures (AC-13, BBME-13, SMA-13, SBSAC-13) were prepared, and then their dynamic moduli were tested. A test plan for the long-term performance of the mixtures was designed, and the performances of HMAMs with different gradations and time were analyzed. Furthermore, corresponding long-term performance degradation models of HMAMs were established. The results show that the HMAMs of modified natural asphalt have better high-temperature performance than HMAMs of high-modulus agent/SBS-modified asphalt. However, following prolonged thermal aging and freeze-thaw cycles, the low-temperature performance shows the opposite trend. In addition, thermal aging had the same effect on the long-term low-temperature performance of both types of HMAM, with the HMAMs of modified natural asphalt being less affected by long-term freeze-thaw cycling. The long-term bending tensile strain attenuation of HMAMs can be simulated using an exponential function. Both types of HMAMs display similar water stability under dry-wet cycles and dynamic water erosion condition. Motivation Proteoform identification is an important problem in proteomics. The main task is to find a modified protein that best fits the input spectrum. To overcome the combinatorial explosion of possible proteoforms, the proteoform mass graph and spectrum mass graph are used to represent the protein database and the spectrum, respectively. The problem becomes finding an optimal alignment between the proteoform mass graph and the spectrum mass graph. Peak error correction is an important issue for computing an optimal alignment between the two input mass graphs. Results We propose a faster algorithm for the error correction alignment of spectrum mass graph and proteoform mass graph problem and produce a program package TopMGFast. The newly designed algorithms require less space and running time so that we are able to compute global optimal alignments for the two input mass graphs in a reasonable time. For the local alignment version, experiments show that the running time of the new algorithm is reduced by 2.5 times. For the global alignment version, experiments show that the maximum mass errors between any pair of matched nodes in the alignments obtained by our method are within a small range as designed, while the alignments produced by the state-of-the-art method, TopMG, have very large maximum mass errors for many cases. The obtained alignment sizes are roughly the same for both TopMG and TopMGFast. Of course, TopMGFast needs more running time than TopMG. Therefore, our new algorithm can obtain more reliable global alignments within a reasonable time. This is the first time that global optimal error correction alignments can be obtained using real datasets. In this paper, we establish the global existence and uniqueness of regular solutions to the Cauchy problem for the reduced gravity two-and-a-half layer model with large data in 1-D. In view of the singular structure of this model, we introduce some new variables, combining with the Bresch-Desjardins entropy estimates and the transport properties of $ X_i = u_i+\frac{\partial_xh_i}{h_i} $ to obtain the required uniform a priori estimates. Moreover, the regular solution $ (h_i,u_i) $ satisfies that $ h_i>0 $ for all point $ x\in\mathbb{R} $ but decays to zero in the far field, and we also give the proof for the non-existence of global regular solutions with $ L^\infty(\mathbb{R}) $ decay on $ u_i $. These results are inspired by Cao, Li and Zhu [SIAM J. Math. The increasing road maintenance projects lead to a large amount of construction waste and long-term closed traffic, enabling a rigid demand for early strength recycled cement-stabilized macadam (ERCSM), which can achieve rapid cold recycling. Given that ERCSM is prone to early drying shrinkage cracking, this study aimed to reduce the occurrence of early drying shrinkage cracking by adding early strength anti-cracking materials (EAMs). Therefore, a drying shrinkage test of cement mortar was carried out to determine the types, contents of anti-cracking materials, and their mixing proportions with early strength composite materials. The effect of EAM on the drying shrinkage of ERCSM was also studied. The results show that the anti-cracking material E1 has better crack resistance. Two types of EAMs (M1 and M2) composed of E1 and different early strength composite materials, were determined. EAM could reduce the drying shrinkage of the recycled cement-stabilized macadam base, and M2 had a better resistance to early shrinkage. After adding M2, the total drying shrinkage coefficient at 2 and 3 d decreased by 91.7% and 74.7% compared with the control group, respectively.
