The nonlinear fractional Klein–Fock–Gordon (KFG) equation represents an advanced theoretical physics and applied mathematical tool that provides a more extraordinary framework for studying fields with complex and non-standard behaviors. Here, we aim to delve into the new wave profiles of this fractional KGF equation. Initially, this system is successfully converted into an ordinary differential equation (ODE) with the help of wave conversion, and the ODE is solved through the unified and unified solver techniques for the first time. In addition, the 3D and 2D plots of these solutions are drawn using a mathematical software package for different parameters with different values. Therefore, some unique waveforms can be found in these solutions. Moreover, stability and multistability analyses are prepared and shown graphically to confirm the converging limitations of appropriate parameters. This work will be practiced more effectively in future research on nonlinear partial differential models.

Predicting mortality in COVID‐19 is one of the most significant and difficult tasks at hand. This study compares time series and machine learning methods, including support vector machines (SVMs) and neural networks (NNs), to forecast the mortality rate in seven countries: the United States, India, Brazil, Russia, France, China, and Bangladesh. Data were gathered between December 31, 2019, when COVID‐19 began, and March 31, 2021. The study used 457 observations with 4 variables: daily confirmed cases, daily deaths, daily mortality rate, and date. To predict the death rate in the seven countries that were chosen, the data were analyzed using time series analysis and machine learning techniques. Models were compared to obtain more accurate mortality predictions. The autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model with the lowest AIC value for each nation is found through time series analysis. By increasing the hidden layer and applying machine learning techniques, the NN model for each country is chosen, and the optimal model is determined by determining the model with the lowest error value. Additionally, SVM analyzes every country and calculates its R2 and root‐mean‐square error (RMSE). The lowest RMSE value is used to compare all of the time series and machine learning models. According to the comparison table, SVM provides a more accurate model to predict the mortality rate of the seven countries, with the lowest RMSE value. During the study period, mortality rates increased in Brazil and Russia and decreased in the United States, India, France, China, and Bangladesh, according to the comparison value of RMSE in this study. Furthermore, this paper shows that SVM outperforms all other models in terms of performance. This manuscript investigates bifurcation, chaos, and stability analysis for a significant model in the research of shallow water waves, known as the second 3D fractional Wazwaz-Benjamin-Bona-Mahony (WBBM) model. The dynamical system for the above-mentioned nonlinear structure is obtained by employing the Galilean transformation to fulfill the research objectives. Subsequent analysis includes planar dynamic systems techniques to investigate bifurcations, chaos, and sensitivities within the model. Our findings reveal diverse features, including quasi-periodic, periodic, and chaotic motion within the governing nonlinear problem. Additionally, diverse soliton structures, like bright solitons, dark solitons, kink waves, and anti-kink waves, are thoroughly explored through visual illustrations. Interestingly, our results highlight the importance of chaos analysis in understanding complex system dynamics, prediction, and stability. Our techniques' efficiency, conciseness, and effectiveness advance our understanding of this model and suggest broader applications for exploring nonlinear systems. In addition to improving our understanding of shallow water nonlinear dynamics, including waveform features, bifurcation analysis, sensitivity, and stability, this study reveals insights into dynamic properties and wave patterns. In this study, we proposed and analyzed a nonlinear deterministic mathematical model of malaria transmission dynamics. In addition to the previous approaches, we incorporated the class of aware people and other control measures. We established the wellposedness of the model, and the asymptotic behavior of the solutions is rigorously studied depending on the basic reproduction number R0. The model system admits two equilibrium points: disease‐free and disease‐persistent equilibrium points. The analytical result of the model system revealed that the disease‐free equilibrium point is both locally as well as globally asymptotically stable whenever R0 < 1 while the disease‐persistence equilibrium point is globally asymptotically stable whenever R0 > 1. Moreover, the forward bifurcation phenomenon of the model system for R0 = 1 was analyzed by using center manifold theory. A sensitivity analysis of the basic reproduction number was performed to identify parameters that will cause to trigger the transmission of malaria disease and should be targeted by control strategies. Then, the model was extended to the optimal control problem, with the use of three time‐dependent controls, namely, preventive measures(treated bednets and indoor residual spraying), continuous awareness campaigns to susceptible individuals, and treatment for infected individuals. By using Pontryan's maximum principle, necessary conditions for the transmission of malaria disease were derived. Numerical simulations are illustrated by using MATLAB ode45 to validate the theoretical results of the model. The numerical findings of the optimal model suggested that integrated control strategies are better than a sole intervention to eliminate malaria disease. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The dengue virus is the most dangerous one that mosquitoes may spread to people. Despite attempts by the government, dengue outbreaks are becoming increasingly common in Bangladesh. Interventions in public health rely heavily on KAP (knowledge, attitude, and practice) studies. The primary goal of this research is to forecast the occurrence of dengue disease in the city of Dhaka using methods from machine learning and time series analysis and then to compare the models in order to find the one with the lowest MAPE. From January 2016 through July 2021, monthly data were retrieved for this study from WHO and the Directorate General of Health and Services (DGHS). According to the findings of this research, neural networks outperform time series analysis when it comes to making predictions. The best-fitted neural network (NN) model was found in model 04 with 05 hidden layers which produced the minimum error model with the value of error 0.003032557, and the values of RMSE and MAPE are 7.588889e − 06 and 1.15273, respectively, for the prediction of the dengue fever in Dhaka city. In contrast, the original dengue data in the time series analysis is not stationary. Take the difference and run the unit root test by the augmented Dickey–Fuller (ADF) test to make it stationary. The dengue data series is stationary at the first-order difference, as evidenced by the ACF and PACF, which show no noticeable spike in the first-order difference. The ARIMA (6, 1, 1) model with the lowest AIC = −251.8, RMSE = 0.0310797, and MAPE = 15.2892 is the best choice model for predicting the dengue death rate. Therefore, from these two models, the NN model gives better prediction performance with the lowest value of MAPE. So, the neural network gives better prediction performance than time series analysis. The NN model forecasted 12-month death rates of dengue fever that suggest the death rate in dengue fever falling month by month. This study is more innovative than any other research because this research approach is different from any other research approach. The model selection criteria are based on the most effective performance metrics MAPE, indicating the lowest error and better prediction performance. In this investigation, we apply the improved Kudryashov, the novel Kudryashov, and the unified methods to demonstrate new wave behaviors of the Fokas-Lenells nonlinear waveform arising in birefringent fibers. Through the application of these techniques, we obtain numerous previously unreported novel dynamic optical soliton solutions in mixed hyperbolic, trigonometric, and rational forms of the governing model. These solutions encompass periodic waves with W-shaped profiles, gradually increasing amplitudes, rapidly increasing amplitudes, double-periodic waves, and breather waves with symmetrical or asymmetrical amplitudes. Singular solitons with single and multiple breather waves are also derived. Based on these findings, we can say that our implemented methods are more reliable and useful when retrieving optical soliton results for complicated nonlinear systems. The Zoomeron equation is used in various categories of soliton with unique characteristics that arise in different physical phenomena, such as fluid dynamics, laser physics, and nonlinear optics. To achieve soliton solutions for the Zoomeron nonlinear structure, we apply the unified, the Kudryashov, and the improved Kudryashov techniques. We find periodic, breather, kink, anti-kink, and dark-bell soliton solutions from the derived optical soliton solutions. Bright, dark, and bright-dark breather waves are also established. In this study, we build multi-wave solutions of the KdV-5 model through Hirota's bilinear method. Taking complex conjugate values of the free parameters, various colliding exact solutions in the form of rogue wave, symmetric bell soliton and rogue waves form; breather waves, the interaction of a bell and rogue wave, and two colliding rogue wave solutions are constructed. To explore the characteristics of the breather waves, localized in any direction, the higher-order KdV-5 model, which describes the promulgation of weakly nonlinear elongated waves in a narrow channel, and ion-acoustic, and acoustic emission in harmonic crystals symmetrically is analyzed. With the appropriate parameters that affect and manage phase shifts, transmission routes, as well as energies of waves, a mixed solution relating to hyperbolic and sinusoidal expression are derived and illustrated by figures. All the single and multi-soliton appeared symmetric about an axis of the wave propagation. In today's world, the key variable for measuring population health is life expectancy (LE). The purpose of this research is to find out how life expectancy is related to other factors and develop a model to account for the predictors that contribute to LE. This study is also conducted to investigate and measure the effect of socioeconomic variables on LE in Bangladesh. In this study, the predictor variables are employment rate, gross national income (GNI), population growth rate, unemployment rate, and age dependency ratio. Path analysis disintegrated bivariate analysis and showed that employment rate, GNI, and age dependency ratio are significantly related to life expectancy, although bivariate analysis showed all variables are significantly related to LE. The maximum values of significant factors, GNI and employment rates, are $1930 and 21.32% happened in 2019, which is positively correlated with life expectancy. Also, the maximum value of the age dependency ratio (81.52%) happened in 1991, whereas the maximum value of the dependent variable LE (72.59 years) happened in 2019. It has been observed that LE, GNI, and employment rates all rise with one another. There exists an adverse relationship between LE and age dependency ratio. Based on comparisons with other highly developed nations, Bangladesh's GNI needs to grow faster than other significant factors to boost life expectancy. In this research, the modified extended tanh-function (METF) and the extended Jacobi elliptic function expansion (EJEFE) techniques are used to investigate the generation and detection of soliton structures in the Hirota–Maccari (HM) model. Consequently, we obtain soliton solutions with advanced structures, including singular bright soliton, dark soliton, periodic waves, breather waves, periodic breather waves, and multiple bright and dark breather waves. In addition, a lump-type breather wave is also included in the presented solutions. Stability analysis of the obtained solutions is addressed by employing the Hamiltonian technique. 3D surfaces and 2D visuals of the outcomes are represented with the help of a computer application. In this manuscript, the (2+1)-dimensional Bogoyavlenskii's breaking soliton (BBS) model is considered. At-first, we reduce the model into its bilinear form using the Hirota bilinear approach. We then analytically construct lump waves and collision of lump with periodic waves via the Hirota scheme. We also present collision between lump wave and single-, double-kink soliton solutions, and the collision among lump, periodic and single-, double-kink soliton solutions of the model. In addition, we explain the fission properties of the collisions. It is noticed that collision of lump-kink waves split into double kinky-lump waves and gradually increases the number of such waves as the increase of λ , which was not found in the previous literature. Finally, we graphically present the nature of the collision solutions of the model in 3D and contour plots. Background and Aims: This study aimed to assess the changes in platelet counts of patients with liver cirrhosis due to chronic HCV, who achieved sustained virological response (SVR) after taking direct acting antivirals (DAAs) in a large cohort study in Egypt., Methods: This multicenter observational retrospective study was carried out on 2500 chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infected patients who achieved (SVR) after treatment with direct acting antiviral drugs (DAA). HCV infection was confirmed by positive PCR for HCV RNA infection. SVR was defined as a negative PCR test for HCV-RNA 12 weeks after completion of DAA therapy. Platelets count was measured before therapy, during therapy, at the end of treatment, and 12 weeks after the end of the treatment., Results: There were 2186 patients enrolled in the study; 1866 (85.4%) were treatment naïve. There were 1006 (46%) males and 1180 (54%) females. Mean age was 50.82± 11.66 years, 2142 (98%.0) patients achieved SVR, 2118 (96.9%) patients had Child -Pugh class A cirrhosis, and 68 (3.1%) had Child -Pugh class B liver cirrhosis. A significant increase in the platelets count was detected at the end of treatment in comparison to the pretreatment levels (P<0.001), and after achieving SVR (P <0.001) when compared to the pretreatment values., Conclusion: Improvement of platelets count occurs after HCV therapy with DAAS in patients with liver cirrhosis.
